I don't have one singular favorite tmnt character, it varies on what variation it is. Sure in Rise my favorites Donnie, but in Bayverse it's Raph. In 87 its Shredder, but if I had to choose a turt, it would be Mikey. And other than Mutant Mayhem (which would be Raph) I haven't seen enough to have a fav. But I like that all the different variations have slightly different personalities. it makes every one different

So I have 30 episodes of the tmnt 87 series left to watch (I've made it my mission to watch the vast majority of tmnt media) and I love it. I'd like to say some thoughts on it so far.

Mona Lisa is amazing, my girl can do no wrong. We love her here.

Love the old married coupleness of Krang and Shredder, they're just silly guys.

All the 4th wall breaking is funny, they're self aware in the best possible way.

It's slow paced, but in a good way. If I could I would watch it at a higher speed sometimes, but it's good for background noise and helps attention span. I'm just impatient.

Animation, while janky sometimes is lovely, I just wanna eat it, turtles are so squishy.

Why all the weird pizza flavors? Where did they learn this from?

Donnie breaks the dimensional barrier and fabric of reality daily. This is fine.

Baxter Stockman sucks, I thought he'd be more? No, he just gets forgot about, especially in later seasons.

I feel like the turtles and Shredder have a Mario and Bowser type relationship, sure they fight on the weekdays, but who else are they gonna play tennis with?

Don't like how the turtles feel too samey, like I know and can identify their different personality's, but they still feel too simaler

My weakness is good art. There have been too many times where there is a good artwork or animatic of a character or ship that pulls me in. Were they my favorite? No, but god damn that art is scrumptious.

Deltarune tomorrow

You were a teenage super hero. Fighting threats much bigger and older than you. You were doing society a favor, oh so strong for your age. Everyone you saw adored you. At least that's what your managers always told you. Then you grew up, and you started noticing things you never did before. Sometimes you'd see one villain dropping off their smiling kid at daycare. Others in the park feeding the ducks. Once you thought you saw a few in a cafe, knitting as they sipped tea.

Were they all bad? Sure there were some who simply hated the world and wanted it destroyed, some who were just greedy rich people. But maybe, just maybe, you could see some of the villains reasons. Like that one who always messed with the government, did they want it to fall? Or did they just want better people in power? Did the mad scientist want people hurt, or did they just want to save their loved one? Did the plant lady, who grew mass amounts of plants everywhere want all the people gone, or did she just want more green and fresh air in a city of smog and concrete.

And it was just announced on the news, there was a new team of heroes in town. God, did you all look that small? They barely look older than 12. Why did they need more heroes? Most of your old team was still fighting, plus any lone heroes. But you guess there's no heroes that sit in the palm of their hand anymore. Was that all you were? Pawns, easily swayed due to being children? Maybe you weren't the shining light of justice you all thought.

Maybe those "villains" were right when they commented on your age. When they had reservations about fighting kids and said you were all too young. Fame blinded you. Oh well, now you know. All you can do is look out for them, kinda like that one shadowy figure who was always kind to you. They helped fight villains, patched up wounds, and always had a snack on them. You wonder where they are now.

Guess it's time to go out now, the little heroes are running across the rooftops, off to "save the world". You put on your cloak and follow suit. Can't have anything happen to them, can you? It's a dangerous world.

Just saying, this works for flood theory. The dark worlds tainted by light, hue shifted by 333, a holy number.

someone else could have noticed this already, but if you hue shift this very specific scene of chapter 4 by 333, you can (almost) restore Kris and Susie back to their original colors.

Maybe it means nothing, but in a series where 666 has connections to Gaster, part of me feels the use of 333 (a holy number) could be important.

I love Mona Lisa in the 87 series. She's perfect and can do no wrong. She's beautiful, she's smart, she's resourceful and she's snarky. But she's only in one episode! I know Mona's in 2012, and while I haven't seen 12 in a long time and I don't remember her, she's not the same. I just want my girl. She's awesome.

I love the idea of if there was ever a big crossover between tmnt iterations everyone would be so confused. like bayverse vs mutant mayhem, why is one so big and the other so small? And even if they were explaining what their Aprils look like, most would be so confused on Rottmnt's and Mutant Mayhem's, what do you mean she's black? I also saw a thing where Tom Holands spiderman showed Miles Morales his M.J. and he was like, huh, Zendaya?! That but Megan Fox?! Also Rise talking about their Splinter and being like What do you mean your Splinter isn't lazy? What do you mean? And Rise also freaking out over 87's Shredder and Krang especially, What do you mean they're a pair of silly divorced villains? We have this thing!? I just think the differences are funny.

So to add on to my Flood Theory post, what if there's a parallel to the Depths. There's talk about darker than dark and darkworlds and fountains, so why wouldn't there be of light. More specifically of the lighter than light sentiment. Gaster and the code is associated with the depths, and in my mind the opposites of those are the player and the fan base. That's just what makes sense thematically in my mind,

Deltarune is filled with both parallels and opposites and the lighter than light and the darker than dark ideas would be the sets of opposites, so the roles would be parallels. The player and Gaster being omnipresent beings with knowledge of the nature of the world, and with curiosities that cannot be satiated. The code and the fan base are less so but both are in a sense where the player or Gaster reside, both are what they each can manipulate and change, impacting the world of Deltarune as they do so.

So with this, I propose the idea of the Hights. A sort of opposite to the Depths. If the depths are a sort of place deeper than the world of the game, meaning the code, the heights would be a place that's higher than the world of the game. It would be social media in a sense.

I think the Depths aren't literally the code, just a place intertwined if that makes sense. The Heights wouldn't literally be social medias, just intertwined with it. Also, this would be how we, meaning us and Gaster, interact with each other. There's a connection somewhere, and that's how we can go through the others domain, Gaster the Tweets before Deltarune, and us going through the code. The Depths shows characters that it's just a game, it's the code after all. It gives characters awareness that nothing matters, everything is written to happen, and it will. Jevil and Spamton are examples of this/ On the other hand, I think the Heights would show a character that yes it is a game but it means so much more. It would give awareness that its important no matter if it's a game or not. I think Ralsai is one of this nature. Under my original post someone added, "Maybe ralsei is the equivalent to noah here. He was told of what would happen in seven days and is trying to bring as many other people to castle town as possible because the castle town fountain is pure enough and wouldn't be affected by the angels light" and I agree. But to know this would make him aware such as Jevil and Spamton, just with a different outlook.

This would be my diagram of sorts, though in reality the green section would be a sort of blank canvas, shaped by the stronger force of either light or dark. Since light is the strongest force (as of now) the dark worlds would be little bubbles of darkness in the green layer, close to the blue.
