Hello, uh, if you can tell me where to find a bunch of bugs, I'd like that. Please? You don't have to. (Independent RP blog for Black Sig from Puyo Puyo series!)

âY-Yeah⌠for now, anywayâŚâ
Even Sig wasnât entirely sure of himself at this moment. But he knew at this moment that the bugs needed to be protected from the fierce wind⌠so he did his best to help them into the cages. That was the only thing he knew to do, so he wasnât sure how else to proceed from thereâŚ
â...â He stared at the resting insects, leaning back and just sitting there, as if expecting them to heal automatically. He chewed at his lip, nervously staring from the bugs to Sig himself. There were two things causing him anxiety, and it wasnât something that he wanted to share.
âAre you okay?â He asked,âThat storm... Bad, it was bad,âHe tried to not articulate as well as he would to bugs, but it was hard. Pretending was harder when under stress, apparently.

âUghâŚI think I landed on my spine, but I should be fineâŚâ
[Poor Schezo isnât in the condition to move at all. Heâs going to need a helping hand out of the hole heâs in. Thankfully the pit isnât too deep. If he ends up dragging Black Sig with him from his own weight, then that would be a problemâŚ]
â... Oh! Spine, back, thatâs bad.â He muttered, scratching at his chin. Then, he nodded,âUhh, stay there!â He backed away from the semi-deep hole, going to rub his hands together. Normally, he didnât use magic, but this should be fine. He only needed to get a drop of water down there and all would be good. One would think Black Sig couldnât come up with an idea like this, but he at least wasnât that simple-minded.
âHold breath! Er- Hold your breath!â He called out, awkwardly, before pressing his hands to the ground.
âRobinâs Egg!â He chanted, and soon water sprayed through a couple of cracks, dropping in nearby Schezoâs person.
âCelestial!â He called out next. The water droplets in the pit now began to bubble, and underneath Schezo the water began to shoot upwards. With enough pressure, the wizard should be able to be shot back up. When he was slightly above the hole, Black Sig pointed, and the water solidified up to a point, though luckily it didnât get to Schezo, so he was probably just a tad... well, a lot wetter than before.

bluebugcatcherâ:
Heâd been waiting for the storm to die down, so he could finally come outside and survey the damage. Even before the storm hit, he had been fretting over the harm it would do to the insects living in the forest. His own bugs were already sheltered and safe from the weather, but the wild ones in the forest had no one to help themâŚ
⌠at least, thatâs what Sig had assumed, but as he rushed into the woods to check on the wild bugs, he was surprised to find someone else already there. It looked like they were just as concerned about the insects as he was. He also couldnât help but notice how much they looked like himâŚ
He didnât take much time to dwell on that, though. As soon as he saw the injured, unmoving bugs, his mind refused to focus on anything else.
âHere, Iâve got some stuff that might help. Itâs meant more for domesticated bugs, but if we can just keep these guys away from the wind and debris, we might still be able to save themâŚâ
He quickly began to unpack a variety of enclosures and other equipment from his bag, already in full caretaker mode.
The boy looked towards the one known as Sig. He went through a range of emotions- Fear, Grateful, Curious, Anxious.
He shook his head, focusing intently on the bugs. Now wasnât the time to focus on the âtrueâ him. He leaned forward, going to scoop his clawed hands underneath the dirt, trying to lift the bugs as carefully as he could.
âPut it inside of the box?â He questioned, not sure what to think of all the equipment. He leaned to the side, offering the bugs to hide safely inside of the enclosures.
âGo go, please. Youâre hurting...,âHe muttered.

Demon form huh?
â... Demon...â He repeated the word a few times. He frowned, shaking his head swiftly. After a few moments, he sighed somewhat quietly. âPlease, donât... call me that sort.â

âIâŚ. thank you.âÂ
Man, this person sure was similar to Sig. Even the similar, distant tone of voice threw him off. He looked confusedly at his hands for a second (they were both demonic? Shouldnât he see a doctor st that point?!) before assuming he wanted a handshake and took Blackâs right hand.Â
Man, this was awkward. Klug coughed.
âSo, what kind of magic do you specialize in? I must know.â

Upon the other boy taking his hand, he nodded a few times and shook it in a healthily firm manner. Afterwards, the boy released and let his arms drop down to either side of himself.
âMagic...?â He questioned, tilting his head. After a few moments of thought, he then brought up,âBlue. Blue... Blue!â He nodded afterwards, chuckling quietly,âLots of blue.â He didnât want to bring up the black magic that he was perfectly capable of.

âYouâre hurt...,âmurmured the boy, staring down at the group of bugs. They were a wide variety, some heâd not seen before. Unfortunately, it looked like the passing storm wasnât very kind to them. Some of the bugs looked like they were... Dying, or at least sickly. He didnât know if bugs could get better or not, but he hoped they could.
âItâll be okay,âHe muttered, then, holding a clawed hand out towards the bugs. Most were still immobile, and it made the kid sad that he couldnât do much to help them. Insects didnât have much pain receptors, but it probably still hurt. Bugs were people, too!
âIâll protect you,âHe finally ended with, sitting down in front of the small nest of bugs and just... waiting, staring.

From here. @darkwizardschezo
Black Sig usually didnât wander around the ancient ruins. He had no real reason to. Mostly, it was to check on a few friends of his. Some insects took a liking to the place, so he vowed to visit it once in awhile to make sure that they or their family was alright.
In the distance, he heard this weird thump. At first, he thought it was just another piece of rock falling down, but the dark aura around him seemed to think otherwise. Curious, he approached where the fall happened.
âEr... Ah, are you... Okay?â Asked the boy, staring down at the fallen wizard.

ââŚOh.âÂ

Needless to say, Klug was confused. He had been sure that was Sig, he even had the red eye! He had never really believed in the whole idea of doppelgängers, but he supposed there would be enough people in the world to have someone highly resemble his stoic classmate. He adjusted his glasses, trying not to look embarrassed.Â
âMy apologies; you just simply resemble somone I know. Iâm Klug Antares, future greatest mage of all time. Itâs a pleasure to make your acquaintance.â
âUhhu, itâs okay,âHe said in that same spacey manner as Sig usually would. He put on a neutral expression, continuing to stare, almost unblinking, at Klug. It was as if he were trying to look through the other boyâs soul.
âKlug. Okay.â He paused, the shadowy wisps of power around him flaring up slightly. âUhm,âHe shook his head, going to suddenly stick both hands out- He didnât know which one Klug used for handshakes.
âGreat Mage, Good Mage.â

âUhm,âThe obsidian-colored boy looked over the purple-garbed student. This was someone he didnât exactly know. Memories filtered into his mind, but he didnât otherwise know what exactly to think.
âBlack, not Sig,âHe eventually went with, pointing at himself.
@obsidianbuglover
ââŚSig? What in the name of heaven happened to you?!â

~ âThatâs the point. Donât look down if youâre scared.â
She flew more slowly so the wind didnât pierce him and he didnât get frightened. It wasnât particularly high to her, but then she almost spent more time in the air than on the ground. She tried to be mindful of his limits, though.
They flew far, past the forest and across snowy fields. It took a while to reach her tower, but they finally did after another stretch over another forest. The tower she lived in rose above the trees, it was hard to miss.
        âWeâre here.â
It was tempting to just stare downwards and watch the world fly by, but he decided to follow her advice and instead stared to the side, watching the clouds as they passed. Some were near, some were still very high up. It was awfully interesting. At least, to his very sleepy mind, it was the coolest thing ever.
Either way, as they finally got to the tower, he sat up slightly and stared at it.
âUh- Big.â He commented, simply... gazing at it, because he was so unused to that.

The boyâs general daze didnât surprise the diviner, as that was how he usually acted. His presence wasnât all that unusual either, or at least she has seen weirder. She couldnât infer why, but that didnât matter. Feli didnât feel like answering his question either.
âYour feeble mind wouldnât understand, fool.â She shook her head, thinking of a way to pique his interest. âThink of it as a way to present your strength to me, no? Prove me wrong about yourself.â
âOh...,âHe didnât really understand why he got called feeble minded, but then, it didnât matter that much to him. Continuing to gaze for a few moments, listening to her explanation, he couldnât help but scratch at his head. Prove his strength... He felt like that was unneeded. However, it looked like she really wanted to battle, and who was he to deny her of such?
âUhm... Okay. Iâll battle,âHe murmured, stepping away from the cactus and staring at her, as if waiting for her to make the first move. He was still new to the whole idea of this, but he could always learn as he went.

âSo you let them roam freeâŚ? That sounds kind.â Lemres smiled, entertained by the explanation. He didnât have the greatest knowledge on insects, only taking small peeks at the books he buys for Sig. Did the bright blue boy also keep his family of bugs âfreeâ? He should try speaking with Sig more oftenâŚif he was willing to, of course. That student can be pretty shy at times.
âIâm pretty certain that there arenât any of your friends present here, however.â The warlock assumed that his âfamily bugsâ were safe elsewhere, but there always was the chance that he was searching for them. His appearance was only noticed recently, but it could be possible that he was around here much longer.
âUhhu, roam free, because they need to do that,âHe explained, clicking his clawed fingers together. The boy didnât often get to ramble on about bugs, so he was estatic, even if the male wizard before him wasnât exactly the most interested in the topic. After a few moments o being in a daze, he cleared his throat, and nodded.
âI know, itâs just I felt like coming here. I can leave, though. Uhm, if you need me to do that?â He questioned, still unaware that people were spooked at his appearance.

It wasnât strange, well, it was, when he was sleeping that heâd wake up in a totally different place. At this point, he was getting far too used to it for his liking, but he couldnât exactly complain, either. Sitting up from the grass, he looked around in a confused manner wondering where he was. It certainly wasnât the forest near Primp Town.
Feeling out of place, the wisps of dark magic began to swirl around him in a protective manner. It looked like this place was some sort of... courtyard? That was strange, heâd never seen something like this. Standing up, he turned around and glanced over the area that he awoke in.
It was pretty, this place. Gardens were well taken care of, and different types of animals were present. Why, there were even several bugs that heâd never seen before. Almost immediately, his worries melted away. The swirls of black power faded to mere wisps, and he walked over to a bush of flowers nearby.
Reaching a hand upwards, he offered his darkened palm towards one of the bugs. Of course, these being bugs, they were cautious, and some even scurried away, but he wouldnât give up on them so easily!
âI wonât hurt you,âHe murmured, smiling in a gentle manner that he usually reserved for bugs, and bugs alone,âI am ... Black Sig, hello.â

âThatâs good!â He replied, enthusiastically. After a few moments of, once again, awkward silence, he went on to continue speaking,âUhh, I am Black. Black! Uhhu, what is your name...?â Was he showing too much emotion? This man didnât seem to know the regular Sig, so maybe it didnât matter.
âit is nice meeting you, anyway!â
obsidianbuglover:
The dark colored bug-catcher bobbed his head up and down several times, seeming quite eager to try and cheer up the man. After a few moments, he cleared his throat and shuffled his feet, suddenly feeling somewhat shy.
âAre you okay, now?â He asked, then, deciding to keep conversation based around Schezo, instead of anything else. Itâd be rude, otherwise. Probably.
[Well, the pain did lighten up, at least. Though his lack of commentary left this awkward silence in the air. Whatâs there to talk about? Schezoâs not that great at holding one either. He just stood thereâŚwaiting for something to happen.]
âI am. Itâll go away in time, but Iâll manage.â
[Too bad healing magic canât heal off bruising.]

It wasnât often that he traveled through the desert. While there were bugs to be found, many of them werenât interested in talking or being with him. They were quite hostile, actually. Not that he minded- he was a tough boy that could handle some stings. Either way, it was fairly warm out, at least.
Shuffling through the sands, he paused and juts gazed at a cactus. Those things always were intimidating, perhaps even scary, but he always wondered why they were so prickly. Couldnât they know that it hurt others if they wanted to hug it?
During his musings of inner turmoil about the cactus, he suddenly heard an unfamiliar voice. Turning around, his eyes widened at seeing Feli. It was strange, he never expected to see someone like her around the desert. Either way, he just gazed in a confused manner. Bug boy? Did she know him, and he just forgot her?
âUhm... Why?â
@obsidianbuglover
Well, the day was almost doneâŚand so far the diviner had much more than she started with, 450 credits, to be exact. At this rate, she didnât have to do much tomorrow to meet the sorceressâ payment. Feli should probably leave the town for now, it was getting a bit lateâŚand playing all that Puyo made her a bit dizzy.
A small travel across the desert may seem intimidating, but if you knew where you were going it took no time at all. Being later in the day, it also wasnât as sweltering hot as it usually was. It only got a bit annoying when she got sand in her shoesâŚit was enough to make her almost not want to visit Primp Town that much.Â
Huh, that was a weird sight. Wasnât that the bug boy from town, the one sheâs always seen around that annoying blonde with the Puyo hat? Something seemed a bit off about him thoughâŚwas that dark magic she sensed? Oh well, she could really care less about the well-being of those not from her home.

ââŚyou, Bug Boy. Be my opponent.â Only one more battle shouldnât be too toughâŚher skills were probably much greater than his anyway. And she wanted to have extra money after the potions as well.

        âŠ~ âNo problem, little guy.âÂ
It took him a moment but he eventually got on the broom and afterwards she did the same, holding on to the broom. He was cold against her, even through the layers⌠He couldnât be out here. It was too cold.
        âHold on.â
He already was but she thought she might want to reiterate. She rose the broom up past the trees and headed towards the tower, going slower than usual so Sig wouldnât fall off.
The entire flight made him feel woozy. This was due to the fact that he wasnât quite used to being off of the ground whatsoever, even if he did like climbing trees, at least he felt a little more grounded, then. Still, he clung tightly to the broom as they flew, and the breeze was fairly chilling. Still, he could survive a bit longer.
âHigh...,âHe murmured, sounding almost lethargic. Always a way with words, this boy.

âAh, donât worry child. There shouldnât be anything actually harmful around here, though if there was then I am more than prepared to protect you. More of it is really just rumors from those who are brave enough to visit~.â Including this one timeâŚLemres would have to share the news once he returned so that no civilians would be worried.
âAnd did you sayâŚBis Sis Bug?â Huh, it seemed like this boy had a liking for bugs as well. Hanging around with Sig made him used to their presence, although he still couldnât recognize them at first sight without a guide.
âSo you collect bugs, Black?â
âOh,âwas his response for a bit, as though he didnât expect that. Someone would protect him? Despite his, you know, strange looks and probably dark powers? That surprised him. He smiled despite this, when the topic of bugs came up to him. He loved talking about them.
âUhhu! Big Sis Bug, Little Brother Bug, and Auntie Bug... Theyâre so nice!â He looked off to the side, before looking back,âOh, but... I donât collect, a lot. If they want to stay... I let them stay! Uh, but, if they want to go, I let them go. Yeah.â
