Took GF to Cargo Largo for first time to experience it. We came out with an amazing living room rug. To celebrate @onefitkcchick took me to @apex_aleworks to enjoy some beer. Time and effort is what it takes. I post a yearly accountability pic for a reminder to myself of where I have been and the work I have put in. 2019 didn’t end too well as I continued with healing many nagging injuries. What it has done was allowed me to bulk up (sarcasm) so that I can lean down and muscle up even more in 2020. We have been doing all kinds of inside updates and upgrades. Plantations shutters to new paint everywhere. We have been weekend warriors for the last couple of months. Still fighting some nagging injuries. It’s tough for me to lean out bc I love my food and brew too much. Yeah excuses and I’ve been super happy. I’ve come to realize that Stress (unhealthy kind)will do wonders for your Leaning out, lol. It’s not funny in reality but it sure did change my body the previous two years. Now I’m using the summer for my bulking phase (another excuse) and im in a competition put on by @onefitkcchick for 60 days to see who can lose the most as a percentage. I’ve got a good chance considering how much I’ve put on.
