Daughter of Seas - Before The Admiral's Death
Ahoy, ahoy, sweet Daughter of the Seas. Ahoy, this child be mine. The Admiral's girl, his whole entire world... For as long, as stars do shine.
From sun-soaked shores and distant harbors With home e'er on his eye The Admiral sailed 'cross the stormy seas To reach his daughter's side
Ahoy, ahoy, sweet daughter of the seas! Ahoy, cries the Admiral from afar! Always the apple of your father's eye And e'er shall it be this way!
And when she sails across the ocean deep. The Admiral's voice shall cry; Ahoy, ahoy, sweet daughter of the seas, I pray the winds be kind.
And when she stands upon those distant shores Should e'er a threat be known. Remember, now, sweet daughter of the seas. Your father's by your side.
E'en when he's buried 'neath the waves. Mourned by family. To his child, with his last breath, cried; Ahoy, sweet daughter of the seas!

"I learned that mythic creatures and immortality exists ever since I died the first time, but what the fuck was THAT?" Isabel cried out incredulously, heartbeats still POUNDING like hell from the latest encounter they had with a violator-- or rather, violators of humanity. She was breathing hard, wide blue eyes staring at Andy and one of her hands pointing in the general direction where they came from.
It was making her sick to her stomach... the stench of death. The creatures materializing from mists of shadow, they reeked of it. The menacing glow in hollow eyes were going to stick with her for a long time. Though that wasn't the worst part of it.
Andy's response wasn't what Isabel wanted to see. It's the look of deep concern, instead of the calm and rational posture because she's the oldest immortal who had seen everything. The immortal who could offer reassurance and a solution. "It's the first I've seen something like that."
Isabel was an unique immortal -- she developed an ability after her first death. The ability to see spirits all the time, even if there was no intention to show themselves to the living. It was like having the veil between the living and dead ripped right out of it's place. But oh, that still wasn't the worst of it.
It was sudden, another wave of dizziness crashing over her and she stumbled to the side, jaw clenching as she grew violently nauseous. She could still hear the echoes of their screams ringing loudly and taking a severe toll on her emotionally. It wasn't anything like the demon she encountered in the shanghai tunnels.
That ability also came with a hefty price. It takes a little chunk of her every time, in the sense of where she is forced to witness their last moments before their deaths, and after. To hear and feel what they had right before they died. Suffocating terror and unlike them, she doesn't die. She's left with the effects for weeks. Nightmares plague her mind and the danger of it is they could potentially make her numb to humanity. The more it happens, the more she is in danger of going mad.
"But I know someone who will probably know." It wasn't much, but still just enough reason for Isabel to fight harder for the sake of her sanity.
"Off to Switzerland, we go."
Seeing their deaths... what they were murdered by, it was only something that could be described straight out of a nightmare from hell.
~ * * * ~
Not even the breathtaking scenery of Switzerland could distract her, nor could it compare to the immortal Andy introduced her to. The rich energy she felt in the atmosphere was nothing like she had ever encountered. Werewolves were different. Isabel was mesmerized by the glow of sigils that seemed to be burned into her flesh along the sides of her face and the woman's eyes -- they gave an almost unearthly glow of blue.
"Here." Andy simply responded to the mysterious immortal, handing off her phone. Isabel was baffled at how little the woman reacted to the captured footage from Andy's body cam, not one bit horrified. However, she did catch the concern flashing across the immortal's features.
"It can't be." The woman murmured and sighed deeply, returning the phone to it's owner. Her attention flicked back to Isabel then, making the taller woman shift somewhat nervously under her scrutinizing stare.
"Your energy... it's rather unique too, Isabel. I'm sure you probably have a thousand questions, so let me save us the time. My name is Jaina, and I come from an entirely different world from yours. Apparently I was one of the chosen few to contain the evil that may leak from damaged timelines, which is pretty shitty of fate, huh?" That little scoffing chuckle at the end told Isabel that Jaina still retained a sense of humor and strangely enough, it gave her comfort.
She still couldn't help but watch as Jaina pulled back the hood of her shirt and nearly inhaled sharply. Her hair was as white as the snow, but she noted a small streak of blonde. Though what had her attention the most was how the bluish-purple glowing sigils appeared to continue down the immortal's neck. She wondered if Jaina's body was covered in it.
Must be one hell of a tale to share.
"This... however, is something we cannot ignore. If my assumptions are correct, another Lich King - or Queen is likely to rise if they manage to find all the pieces of a weapon that cannot be brought into this world."
Isabel swallowed and breathed out shakily, steeling through the lingering effects of the brutalized souls. Before she could even open her mouth to ask another question... Jaina finished for her.
"It's not your typical terrorist crap. We're talking apocalypse-tier here."

welcome to london, JAINA SOLO! did anyone ever tell you that you look just like POPPY DRAYTON? well, no matter, we hear that you are 32 and working as a MECHANIC. we also hear that you currently HAVE your memories from STAR WARS and have a tendency to be PRAGMATIC as well as STUBBORN.
In 9ABY Jaina and Jacen Solo were born, twins to Leia Organa and Han Solo. However with Skywalker blood in them, it was no surprise they were both force sensitive. Concerned for their safety they were moved around a lot growing up, and they really didn't see their parents all that often. When their younger brother Anakin was born, he was often with them as well. As they got older and their powers grew, they started Jedi training under their Uncle. Whilst the First Order rose to power, she and her other brothers were kept far away from it, fighting other battles in the Galaxy. Though they knew that Kylo was their brother, and they knew what ended up happening to him
But things took a turn when Anakin was killed. Jaina went dangerously close to the dark side, but never quite crossed over. She served in many battles, trying to protect the New Republic and never letting it fall back into the darkness that the Empire had created. However Jacen did fall into darkness, becoming a Sith Lord. Eventually she was forced to kill him. It finally bought peace to the galaxy, but the cost had been too high.
In London she still has the force, though tries not to use it.
#wal: intro#with my parents i could be a smuggler who saved the galaxy or a diplomat who saved the galaxy ~ jaina solo#tldr: she's Leia and Han's daughter#she's a jedi and she's set after the sequels so ready to smack everyone round the back of their heads

some ppl very kindly loredumped abt the organa-solo kids for me so gonna put that + responses below the cut!! ↓
@erkhyan asked:
Don’t mind me, just dropping some Organa Solo kids lore, hopefully summarized enough. Anakin: both motivated and intimidated by the fact that his name was supposed to redeem that of his grandpa. Had his grandpa’s qualities (excellent pilot, great warrior, very strong in the Force) but none of his negative trait. Traumatized by being unable to save Chewie. Died a hero at age 16 during a successful mission to destroy a Jedi-killing weapon. Jacen: a big, empathetic goof as a teen, but was traumatized by the war that killed Anakin. The war and the trauma of Anakin’s death turned him into an introspective monk who went to learn weird non-Jedi Force powers. Returned, fathered a secret daughter, fell to the Dark Side because the Force told him that every timeline in which he’s not a Sith ends badly for his daughter. Became a Sith Lord by killing mara jade Skywalker. Eventually died when he found himself having to choose between saving his daughter from an Imperial plot, and dodging his sister’s lightsaber. Jaina: best pilot, best lightsaber user, best warrior, earned the nickname of Sword of the Jedi. Unfortunately, people mostly remember the fact that she was stuck in the world’s most annoying love triangle for two decades in-universe. And that time she processed the trauma of Anakin’s death by trying to seduce her Jedi Master. And that time she was in a bug hivemind that tried to solve her love triangle with a sexy threesome. And that time she went to train under Boba Fett so that she could kill Jacen in Luke’s stead. And also because the Jedi Order finally recognizing that she should have been a made a Master years ago, was almost the LAST thing that happened in the Legends continuity. Heavily implied that her husband would have eventually become Emperor (but a good one) if the continuity had been allowed to go on.
CHEWIE DIED??????????? also christ thats a lot to put on poor lil anakin jr-- ALSO AGAIN. POOR LEIA. HASNT SHE BEEN THRU ENOUGH (poor han too but LEIA)
WHY ARE THERE MORE STAR WARSES!!! LEAVE THEM ALONE!! a secret daughter hi i love those but AGAIN. POOR LEIA. A SITH. FR HE KILLED MARA JADE WHAT???????????? oh my god.
i support jaina's turboslaggery she's been thru so much also WHAT potential emperor husband????????? wow ok legends gets wilder n wilder
--------------
@novastargalaxydesigns asked:
I saw your Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin from Legends! And as someone who freaking adores that trio, I'd love to help point out a few things! In Legends of the Force, Jacen starts to affiliate himself with the Dark Side with his cousin, Ben, as his apprentice. Anakin was killed before the book, The Joiner King, and I didn't get the book that he was killed off in, but if I remember correctly, it was told in The Joiner King that he was killed during a mission as a fighter pilot. Jaina, in Legends of the Force I believe if I remember correctly, she gave up being a Jedi to be a pilot. I don't have all of the Legends of the Force books so I may be a bit spiffy on a few things. But we cannot forget Chewbacca's nephew, Lowbacca aka Lowie, and Jacen's childhood and teen hood crush, Tenel Ka whom is a princess and he accidentally cut her hand off with his new lightsaber during the book Young Jedi Knights Lightsabers. And Zekke who went to the dark side in the series Young Jedi Knights (I only got the first 3), but was redeemed. Anyone please correct my nerdiness if I'm wrong. But anygays, you has been educated by a fluffy bean. Had a lovely day!
JACEN CORRUPTS LUKE'S KID??????? HUH?????? CAN THE SKYWALKERS NOT CATCH LIKE. ONE SINGLE BREAK FROM THE DARKSIDE EVER???????? PLEASE
sorry all i can think w the tenel ka thing is:

@m0th-person asked:
To follow up on the solo kids ask, Jaina had a weird love life. Her love interest that she eventually married was Jagged Fel. He is the son of the former baron of the empire , Sootir Fel, and Syal Antilles-Fel (Wedge Antilles sister) . (a picture I found on Wookieepedia when he was imperial head of state, the white streak in the hair seems to be genetic) Jag grew up in Thrawn’s empire of the hand (and was grown up with the chiss expectations, that’s literally the second quote on his wookieepedia page)

he had 3 out of his 5 other siblings die. He eventually became the imperial head of state (he first lost to his rival political candidate for the role because abeloth messed with it) and flash forward to the legacy comics, his descendants have revamped the imperial remnant into the Fel Empire. It’s mostly believed that his descendants are also Jaina’s because both Roan fel and his daughter empress Marasiah Fel are both force sensitive. And Jacen Solo’s descendant , Ania Solo, says she’s a distant cousin of Marasiah. (Roan)

(Marasiah and her love interest) ( the imperial knights were grey Jedi that served the Fel empire) — and in legends Han actually had a family tree (ancestors, specifically, Jonash e solo (who was Corellian royalty and the admiral-prince during the old republic time period)) , and him and Jagged fel’s father used to rivals in the imperial academy. Darth Vader attended his class graduation and I only find this funny because Han became his son-in-law.
jaina was rlly living that booktok enemies to lovers life back in the 90s huh. go girl i love her and support her weird love life decisions so much
omg go han having fancy royalty ties <3 see hanleia IS politically advantageous
#legends sounds like it's a terrible time for every character involved#star wars legends#thanks for the ask!

anakin skywalker explaining his family tree:
My mom had me asexually but technically my second parent is literally the living force. I also may have had two twin half sisters a 100 years in the past(the acolyte) but that's not important. I'm married to Padme Amidala( the force made us soulmates so our kids could save the universe) and we have two children. But I also technically have a force dyad bond (bordering on love if Padme didn't exist) with my teacher/father/brother obi wan(it's complicated but we love each other) and we also share a padawan/ adopted daughter name Ahsoka Tano. I also see my men/501st as family, mainly my Captain Rex as a brother and uncle to my children and protector of them. Ashoka is my oldest and may be a lesbian or bi I'm not 100% sure. My only son is gay and married to the mandalorian and they have an adopted son grogu(who may be the the blood child of yoda). My daughter is married to Han Solo and they have twins, a son and a daughter and another son named after me. And that's just talking about my side of the family tree.
(Yes this is a mix of canon, headcanons and fanon. Also I do not care about the sequels they can go in the trash. Han and Leia's children to me, will always be twins Jacen and Jaina, and a younger son named Anakin)

Why the hell were the Solo twins and Luke's kid not named for the Organas/Lars?
If you wanna excuse Zahn for not knowing the Organas' names, that only works halfway. From what I understand, Breha's name was only revealed in Revenge of the Sith. So, there's a believable pass there.
It doesn't excuse not naming one of the boys Bail. And the reason for that is, Bail Organa was a name in the treatment and scripts for the original trilogy. Zahn should've asked around for her adopted parents' names instead of naming the girl Jaina and deriving her brother's name from his son's best friend (bias much, Timmy?)
Look, I love the Solo kids. But other than Anakin, their names don't make a lick of sense. I mean, imagine you lost your homeworld and family - wouldn't you name your kids after the people who raised you and made you the person you are?
Jaina being named for Han's mom is sweet, but that was retroactively added. Come on, let Leia recognize and respect what her adopted parents did for her instead of forgetting them entirely!
And, ignoring for a moment my hatred of Mara, Ben Skywalker being named for Obi-Wan?
Fine........BUT HIS NAME SHOULD BE OWEN, BECAUSE LUKE KNEW OWEN HIS WHOLE LIFE AND MADE LUKE THE MAN HE IS. HE ONLY KNEW OBI-WAN FOR LIKE A WEEK AND A YEAR DURING HIS LATER TRAINING!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I love Obi-Wan, but if Luke's gonna have a family (which he does in my AU, just without Mara), then the firstborn son should've been named Owen. It just makes sense, and makes Luke suffer the same laser-guided amnesia for cool factor that Leia does. Then you can have a second son of his named Ben, then give him a daughter to name Beru. Use your brains, people!!!!!
Alternatively, Leia and Han could've named the Solo twins for Owen and Beru, given Luke was still a bachelor at the time (supposing he didn't tell them "I appreciate it, but I want to use those names for my kids." Even then, the excuse still falls flat for the same reason as for the Organas.)
Just - come on.
And maybe let there be another daughter for Han and Leia? That's what I want to do, and I wanna call her Shmi Solo.
See, one reason I say that is because of how Leia named her second son Anakin. That makes sense because it signifies how Leia goes from despising her father, unable to see the difference between him and Vader, to realizing he used to be a good man and forgiving him. That's why, no matter how you slice it, Leia has to be the one between her and Luke to name a son after their father.
And if she had another daughter, she should name her Shmi because the whole reason Leia was able to forgive Anakin Skywalker was because of the journal Shmi kept detailing their lives together before the Jedi took Anakin in. If not for her grandmother, Leia never would have forgiven her father.
I'd also like Luke to have two daughters, and he gets to name the second Padme. The boy who doesn't remember her, but who inherited her spirit and hope, names his daughter after the woman who gave him life and the ability to save his father when she couldn't.
I guess I'm just trying to say that it's outrageous that Legends didn't find any way to keep the sense of family from the films intact, and just brushed aside the people who made our heroes who they are in favor of "cool" names.
If you liked this, thank you. It's a really good balm for my mind and soul right now.
#Random aside but while I'm kinda glad Jacen wasn't named after straight arrow Bail Organa that would have made his fall funny#I mean just imagine Bail materializing and smacking his adopted grandson so hard he knocks the Force out of him forever#Bail was a nice good patient and kind man yes#But he also helped pen and kickstart the Rebellion#He'd absolutely smack sense into his Dark Side grandchild and it'd be twice as funny if he bore his name#star wars#han solo#leia organa#leia organa solo#luke skywalker#beru whitesun#beru lars#owen lars#breha organa#beru whitesun lars#bail organa#jacen solo#jaina solo#anakin solo#anakin skywalker#shmi skywalker#ben skywalker

Kid Villains, pt 2.
Decided to post more kiddy villains, bit of a sequel to this. First up is Kitten, Mothman's bratty daughter from the 2003 teen titan cartoon:
Modeled her costume after the Rosy Maple Moth, while there are species of moths with the name kitten on them I figured she would prefer a pink outfit.
Thought it'd be kinda cool for her to be a villain for the batkids, she's already evil so why not. I don't imagine her to be all that talented at the job tho she would still be very dangerous if you underestimate her. I think she would work particularly well against Steph, being that Mothman started as a villain for Barbara (Cass might be too high level for her tbh).
Here's some more doodles:
Here's my Scarecrow's sidekick oc, I should probably name her something like Rag Doll or Raggedy Scream maybe? The three boys are oc's modeled after the Terrible Trio, criminals who commit crimes wearing animal masks. Their identities change a lot over continuities, so these kids are probably aspiring to be the next incarnation of this group.
Here's another random oc, a sidekick for White Rabbit (Jaina Hudson). Thought it'd be funny if it was just a kid in a silly rabbit suit, like what the kid wore in that movie, A Christmas Story. I'm not sure on what his personality should be. Maybe someone genuinely nice, a cheerful, polite boy who likes to hand people bombs (unintentionally dangerous) or maybe someone pretending to be nice but is actually malicious. Whatever's funnier I suppose.
Here's some characters inspired by the Super Friends enemies, the Super Foes. You'd see some of them return for the Robins 2021 mini, except for Toy Boy. Giggles and Guffaw are newer, only appearing in the mini.
I messed with their designs a bit to make them more unique looking. Honeysuckle for example was shown with either red or brown hair but I gave her a sorta dark maroon, thought it contrasted well with her green outfit. Honeysuckle btw, is older than the rest, and is more of an enemy to Dick and Barbara, tho her teenage self has no problem attacking the younger sibs.
Also Giggles and Guffaw might look a little similar to a certain anime starring a group of sextuplets, just being a little funny there. I gave these kids some made up names, mostly taken from whatever writer created them. Couple of them worked out pretty well actually, like Bridwell (well, spring, stream) and Estrada (Road).
This next one is a character from the 2004 cartoon The Batman, which I never actually watched but I did see commercials of. His name is Prank ( Donnie ?), a protege of the Joker. He wasn't evil enough to stick it out, but I gotta say I just loved his costume (esp how the jacket resembles Robins coat a bit). Made up a last name for him, just a random one from searching up famous clowns.
Being Barbara's peer, he's also more of a antagonist for the older kids, decided he and Honeysuckle should friends. I kinda want to use them as a sorta contrast to Babs and Dick, that could be fun to do. Also look at baby Dick, I don't draw him enough at this age.
Speaking of Barbara, I've been going back and forth between having her start out as either 12 or 16. All the other kids start out really young, so it makes sense for Babs to do so as well. But I kinda like the thought of her starting out much older, makes her more unique among the batkids (in pre-crisis she became Batgirl in like her 20s btw, cool huh?)
More various rivals for the kids to fight, excluding my oc Pink Rabbit, all of them more antagonists for the kids themselves rather sidekicks of the villains that Batman fights.
Here's Jason and Steph torturing poor little Enigma, who would be considered the bad guy here?
Here's some more proteges, Holly probably exists in this world, she's a bit too old for all this nonsense tho. Kitten is also a Super Foes member and was in Robins 2021 as well, she's been shown to be a sidekick to the Cheetah and Catwoman. Maybe she's just likes to attach herself to any cat-themed villain.
Crazy Quilt is more of an enemy to Robin than Batman, plus he has his own legacy in Crazy Quilt II, so obviously I had to include them. I wonder what name should I give the younger one, Duvet? Silly Blankie? idk
Lastly here's Earth 3(?) Jason Todd as Talon II paying a visit to the Training Wheels universe, seems like hes a bit of a crybaby. I don't think we've seen a earth 3 variant of Jason, so I'm just making up my own version of him. Wonder why he seems so nervous...
Anyways!! That was a lot, hope you liked all that!
#DC Comics#Barbara Gordon#Dick Grayson#Jason Todd#Cassandra Cain#Stephanine Brown#Tim Drake#Duke Thomas#Damian Wayne#Holly Robinson#Crazy Quilt#Lynx#December Graystone#Ana Vulsion#Agrippina#Honeysuckle#Prank#my art#Training Wheels au#don't wanna tag the rest#plus a lot of them are oc's anyways

Top 10 Albums
I love this idea, thanks for tagging me @corpocyborg!!
Rules: List your top 10 favorite albums, and (if you want) include a brief description for why each one made it onto the list. Then, tag 10 (or however many you want, really) others to do the same.
I tag: @gammaraydeath @lilmissnatcat24 @tarysande @kalliesa @dulcidyne @jaina-lyn :)
These will be in no particular order because I can’t decide between them. In fact my list was way longer than 10 to start with, narrowing this down was painful
My 10 Favorite Albums:
stereo mind game - daughter every song on this album is an emotional gut punch. contains my most played song of 2023. daughter always delivers both impeccable lyrics and vibes but this album dethroned my previous favorite album of theirs with how earnest and atmospheric it is
west ryder pauper lunatic asylum - kasabian i’ve been listening to this since it came out in 2009 and i will never stop. no one does it like kasabian. banger of a concept album. also kicked off my teenage obsession with asylums and lobotomies? lol? don’t ask.
arkhon - zola jesus listened to this religiously as i was getting into mass effect and it will forever capture that feeling of a dangerous galaxy and hard choices, characters muddling their way through… if omega station had a soundtrack, this would be it for me
run with the silent wildflowers - raised by swans actually got a way longer album title but i just put the sub-title here lol. i listened to this forty billion times over the past two years and it still has me clutching my chest dramatically, every time. literally every song on this is a delicate masterpiece. mr eric howden where is your grammy
high violet - the national i can’t believe it’s been almost 15 years since this came out. whadda hell. anyway high violet remains their best album, not because their new stuff is bad but because you can’t beat perfection. listening to sorrow on loop as a kid while reading angsty stories was a formative experience
on dark horses - emma ruth rundle i actually wanted to put every ERR album on here but forced myself to pick just one. if ERR has just one fan it’s me, if she has no fans I’m dead, etc etc. i force everyone in my life to listen to her and i’m not sorry. i wish all music sounded like this
l.w. - king gizzard & the lizard wizard i’m obsessed with a bunch of songs on this… see me, ataraxia, static electricity… once in a while i’ll remember they exist and listening to them feels like what i imagine eating an edible with shrooms is like. idk i’m straight-edge but: tastes awesome and makes you see new colors.
lust for life - lana del rey it was so hard to pick my favorite lana album but i think it’s still this one. it has heroin, mustang, cherry and 13 beaches. iconic. if ride was also on the tracklist then it could probably kill me dead
wasteland, baby! - hozier as much as i love unreal unearth, the concept of wasteland baby! is unmatched. walking open eyed into the apocalypse with a smile on your face. as it was is still my favorite hozier song. goddamn
an end has a start - editors another formative one. i think i wrote my first fanfics to this as a soundtrack. it really captures something about the human condition… but in a rocky cinematic way.
#tag meme#i still don’t know how to embed spotify without it looking like total ass so uh. readmore#milky.txt

Summary:
Jaina finally finds some answers, and Sylvanas only has more questions.
Notes:
Hello all you lovely readers! Yes, if you're reading this, it means I'm finally posting again, and GUESS WHAT. points at the final chapter count. grins The epilogue is still being written, but yeah. I'm basically done. So grab some coffee (or whatever you like to drink) and enjoy!
-----
My dearest Starshine…
Jaina gasped as she read the words written in her father’s unmistakable hand. The note, which had fallen out of one of the stack of books her mother had included in the chest Sylvanas had brought up, trembled in her hand.
My dearest Starshine…
I know in my heart you will find this book eventually, no matter how I wish otherwise. Inside is written the history of the Proudmoores, the truth of the founding of Kul Tiras, and the secret gift of the Tidemother. Secrets we have kept and guarded for generations on generations, answers you have no doubt sought for years. Answers I have deprived you of.
The weight of destiny is a heavy burden, and one that I have long wished I could spare you from. But I have always known that was impossible, even without your mother reminding me of the dangers of trying. If she hasn’t told you the story of Gorak Tul, ask her. The Waycrests know well the dangers of trying to shirk destiny, and she made sure I knew as well. Still, I hoped to give you time. Time to grow, to live, to enjoy a bit of freedom before the inevitable.
You are the Daughter of the Sea, the hope of Kul Tiras, the Tidemother’s Chosen. Your affinity for the arcane has never come solely from your mother’s side. Their drust blood strengthens it, but you are a product of the secrets of our home that have been kept by our family and passed through each generation. It’s a proud history, one rife with responsibility—responsibility that will be yours. I am sorry that I kept it from you, but I am not sorry for the time I’ve stolen for you. I only hope that it hasn’t caused you undue grief, that you will still speak to me after this.
My Jaina, my Starshine. Destiny is often a harsh and cruel thing. But you, my darling girl, are strong enough for anything it can throw your way. Remember that. And always remember that I love you. That everything I did was because I love you.
Your Papa

Windle glanced away for a moment, and Jaina realized he was listening to the chimes sounding the hour. Before she could apologize for keeping them so long, the gnome mage had slipped off his chair. “It’s nine o’clock.” “Oh, yes,” Jaina said, remembering. “You light all the streetlights in Dalaran. I should let you be about it.” The little mage swallowed hard, and his bright eyes grew even brighter with tears. “Come with me on my rounds,” he said. “I’ve gotten… special permission. Only for a time, but… it helps.” Jaxi shooed them both along with a faint glimmer of her old self. “I’ve gone with him before,” she said. “I think it’s right you should go.” Jaina was utterly confused but still so racked with guilt and pain that she was more than ready to do whatever the Sparkshines asked of her. So she followed Windle out, keeping her steps slow and short so she didn’t outpace him. He shuffled outside and stood beneath one of the lamps, then drew out a small wand with an almost childish-looking star on the end. Then, with more grace than she expected, he pointed the wand at the lamp. A spark flew from the tip, dancing around like a firefly. It did not light the streetlamp immediately. Instead, the glowing magical flame began to draw lines in the space above the lamp. Jaina’s eyes widened, then filled with tears. The golden light was tracing the shape of a laughing gnome girl with pigtails. When the sketch was done, it came to life for a moment, small hands covering a giggling mouth, and Jaina could have sworn she heard Kinndy’s voice. She glanced down with blurred vision at Windle and saw that the gnome, too, wept, though his eyes crinkled in a loving smile. Then the golden lines broke apart and reformed into a larger ball of light, darting under the shade of the lamp. This lamp lit, Windle turned and trudged toward the next. Jaina stayed where she was, watching once more as Windle Sparkshine paid tribute to his murdered daughter, letting her “live” for a little while each night. No doubt when the tragedy had faded in others’ eyes, Windle would be asked to light the lamps in the usual fashion. But for now, everyone in Dalaran had a chance to see Kinndy as Jaina and her parents had—bright and sparkling, her face alight with laughter.

BG3 Post Canon Tag Game
I was tagged by @dearest-and-nearest ! I tag in return: @picathartidae @tenebris-art @luinen-bluewater @dm-dragonpuff @vestigialpersonality

First of all, who is your char? Are they Tav or Durge? How did the whole adventure changed them? Sentry is The Dark Urge. During his journey, mainly what happens is that he comes to realize fully that Orin's turning on him was not her own fault, but Sarevok's and Bhaal's and that she was a victim in all of this just as much as he was. He feels intense guilt from this and as a result fully leaves his father's cult in disgust. Other than that, Sentry is still a murderer, still in love with Gortash, although he is a tiny bit of a better person in that, like Astarion, he turns his blade mostly on people who deserves it. He is also, if anything, more obsessed with/in love with Enver and strives to resurrect him. He does, however, become an author.
How were companions' quests completed? Did any of companions died? Let's go in the order they're found in (note, this will assume my main written canon where Sentry is in a party with my other tavs as well:) Lae'zel: in a relationship with Shadowheart. She has gone away to fight to free her people from Vlaakith, but returns home briefly when she is able in order to visit with her partner, their adopted children, and their friends.
Shadowheart: Living with Aylin and Isobel in the reclaimed and refurbished Moonrise Tower. She has a vineyard and is raising an adoptive daughter named Hemlock, who is a half elf who looks very much like her (a Selunite orphan, so perhaps they are even related) and Xan, the Githyanki egg, who when he is old enough joins Lae'zel in battle. She also co-runs a Selunite free medical clinic with one of Lae'zel's kin, Kroger of Creche K'liir in the lower city. Astarion: still a spawn, but he and Sentry burned down Cazador's manor and built their own home over it. He and Sentry for a while had quested together to find a way for him to walk in the sun, but they were both cursed during the journey, Astarion to be raven during the day (thus able to walk in the sun at least) and Sentry would be a strange beast amalgamated of forest creatures (possum-stag-coyote type thing) during the night. The curse was broken, but Astarion still cannot go out in the sun. However, when Sentry and Halsin's children are teenagers, the one twin, Lucian, loves Astarion best out of all his parents and cares for his coffin and the home during the day while he must sleep. Gale: Married to Sentry's adoptive brother Ilya, a beautiful and good hearted paladin who leads The Open Hand Temple. Gale is a professor at Blackstaff Academy. Both men are also in a relationship with Rolan and are raising a son named Valyrian together.
Wyll: Married to Sentry's friend Jaina Thalassia, a femme presenting non-binary storm sorcerer who worships Umberlee. The two are also in a relationship with Karlach, whose condition Jaina worked with Dammon and Rolan to create a solution for. Wyll is the father of two children, Alyce and Edward Ravengard. Jaina is currently dying of a terminal genetic illness, which Alyce has disobeyed her father and made a warlock pact to try and find a way to cure. Karlach: in a relationship with Jaina and Wyll, her heart is cured, but she never forgave Sentry for betraying the party for Gortash and nearly comes to blows with him when he ultimately resurrects him. Halsin: The father of two of Sentry's children, rebuilt The Last Light Inn and made it a hostel for travelers as well as a home for orphaned children. He makes mead and honey there with his apiary and has a large farm of animals as well as helped to regrow the forest. Minthara: Traveling with one of Sentry's elder sisters in The Underdark, having her revenge on family members she did not like in particular. Who did they romance? Where do they and their LI live after game? Part of Sentry's charm for both Halsin and Astarion is that apart from Gortash, he loves very much like cat. He goes back and forth between Astarion's home and Halsin's home as he chooses and all while he is trying to resurrect Enver. When Enver comes back, he does come clean to Halsin and Astarion about him, neither one minds as they are both secure that Sentry is polyamorous and that he does love them too. Enver finds Halsin irritating in that he believes him to be a try-hard because of how openly Halsin is a good father and doting partner.
Halsin may be intentionally messing with Enver by being extra about it. Astarion doesn't mind Enver all that much and is actually kind of impressed that Sentry managed to research and execute such powerful magic. Enver is, of course, very much in love with Sentry and Sentry is still obsessed with him, and ultimately, this blows up in both of their faces as Sentry is abducted and Enver commits yet more atrocities trying to recover him, ultimately despairing and ending up in a domain of dread. Do they have children or decided to be without them? Sentry had a daughter with Enver before the events of the game and she returns to their lives by pure happenstance when Enver is resurrected. She is an artificer named Teela Popsprocket (formerly Rio Gortash) She really clashes with Enver, however, and becomes a paladin squire. She was raised by a loving, kind pair of Gnomish Gondian artificers in Waterdeep who didn't know what Gortash was really like. Meanwhile, after the game, Halsin fathered twins, Oso Ojeda and Lucian (formerly Lucille) Ancunin. Oso is a calm and relaxed druid like her father and helps him around the homestead, following in his footsteps. Lucian was enamored with the way Astarion spoiled him and his sister when they were children and opted to go live with him when he was old enough to decide and is an edgy rogue who claims to be a legitimate dhampir and strives to be just like his favored father in everything.
So, about Baldur's Gate! How is it going? Who is in a council? Who (from npcs we met in game) live there?
Wyll is now Archduke as Ulder retired, which makes Jaina the Archduchess. There are representatives from multiple different races as well in order to make things more equitable for the city under Wyll's guidance. Jaheira is very grudgingly on the council convinced by her friends, Cerys is the tiefling representative as Zevlor declined still feeling guilty over his past, Laridda is the gnomish representative, Cora Highberry is the halfling representative, and then the dwarvish and dragonborn representatives are not ingame NPCs. Does your char and companions continue to connect after game or they prefer to not see each other?
The characters are for the most part all still friends (apart from Sentry and Karlach, but they tolerate eachother because Wyll is Sentry's best friend) and their children are all friends as well, with Sentry's son and Shadowheart's daughter both being confidants for Wyll's daughter. Scratch, it turns out, is actually a Moondog and therefore does not have the natural short lifespan, so he's still around and is the best pal of Wyll's son. The owlbear cub (Nibbles) lives with Halsin as well as Ormn, Bosk, and Tuffet. Did they find any friends among npcs? Ethel runs a dive bar now and is shockingly friendly with Sentry and Jaina still, Rolan is one of Sentry's adoptive brother's lovers so they are still friends as are Rolan's siblings, Dammon is another friend still as is Zevlor and Alfira as well as the other tieflings, Barcus Wroot now owns a coffee shop in Reithwin and he and his husband are friends to the party too. Free question! Any specific headcanons? Well, the Domain of Dread and all, but I made a whole post about that already and then there's the entire campaign centered around a story that heavily involves the next generation

Motherhood is a page unturned, a storybook left unopened in her bedside drawer. Leia Organa is her father’s daughter. The prodigy of Bail Organa, the great daughter of Anakin Skywalker — a temper and ambition unparalleled in the galactic republic. She was always far closer to him, to Bail than to Breha. He coddled her, taught her the ways of the Senate, the way of the people of Alderaan. Breha’s kindness was in her, of course, there are moments of memories of hair braiding, of being taught the ways of the palace draped in silk and nightmares shushed by a mother’s hand. But Leia Organa is her father’s daughter. It was always easier with Jacen than it was with Jaina. The twins had their respective favorite parents, and try as she might, Leia never broke the tide between the two of them. Winter frosts between the two of them, memories of a daughter that Leia could never reach. [ General Organa — you are needed at the front lines. I’m sorry Jaina, my apologies my dearest. Your father will go with you. Perhaps next time. Perhaps next time. Perhaps — ] It fades, a woman more a mother to a republic than to her own daughter.
She wonders if that’s why it’s so empty here. They stand in the sand, the same sand in which her father and mother — Jaina’s grandparents, tore the republic apart with a decision to fall in love, setting forward a path that shaped their destiny. The soft breeze between the mother and daughter is an excuse to shiver, to blame the most awkward silence on something as trivial as the weather in Naboo and not the tattered relationship of a daughter who once triumphantly proclaimed herself as an Organa before a Solo. Now, Jaina is her father’s daughter. 𝐃𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬, more father-like than girls.
❛ You haven’t said anything since we’ve walked this far. ❜ Soft, remembering the sound of a lullaby she once sang to Jaina as she held her in her arms years ago. The night after the New Republic raged over trade wars, the extinction of the empire’s reach more troublesome than the princess had hoped. But Leia found her daughter that night, cooing softly. So small. So safe. In her mind, perhaps Jaina never left the safe cradle. Never saw the horrors of war that still haunted Leia each night. It is the distance that keeps them safe. Or perhaps — that is a lie Leia’s told over and over until she’s learned to believe it herself.
