I really feel like one of the best details in “A Scandal in Bohemia” that I never see people fixate on enough is that the story starts with Watson stopping in to see Holmes at Baker Street on a complete whim, because he happens to see that he’s home (and Watson is now married and living elsewhere). Like he doesn’t send word first, he’s not invited, he just shows up and surprises Holmes. Which is not that weird but then Holmes is like “oh good, I’ve got a case anyway, you might as well hang out!” which just makes it funnier when the King shows up and is like “I’d really rather speak to you alone, actually” and Watson tries to leave and Holmes is just like “anything you can say to me, you can say to my best friend John Watson, and if you ask him to leave, I would consider it a grave insult, you would be my enemy and I will not help you ever!!” And the king is like “…ok” and just moves on.

like, that is crazy behavior. Holmes is talking about how there’s probably lots of money in this case, and then almost turns away the client for…not knowing who the fuck Watson is?? He’s not even supposed to be there?? He just came to say hi?? “It is both or none”… girl, GET UP.

real talk but i just don't get why the show introduced simone and sammy and have adult tai's storylines revolve around them if their only purpose is to be there for only for the first season and in the next one have simone being fridged and Sammy also disappearing from the narrative. I find it so disrespectful because what they did to Simone is not only fridging but also it's weird how when white woman Van comes around suddenly the black woman that Tai had a relationship with needs to completely disappear from the narrative. Why introduce important characters for Taissa only to disregard them completely when she meets up again with Van? What was the purpose of making Taissa having a family only for her to forget both of them in the start of s2??? For tha sake of Taivan? Literally what.

It was Maid Day today yesterday a week ago so I got struck by inspiration to draw the worsties, and it ran away from me into a whole AU where they’re coworkers at a maid cafe. She’s a med student & this is just a part time job, and this is his depression job while he gets his life back together. He needs something he can be workaholic about to forget what it’s like having a personal life and personal issues. He’s actually the accountant, but the new hire janitor (Izutsumi) doesn’t show up for half her shifts and is a sloppy worker, so he gets the extra work of doing her job on top of his because he’s undervalued and overworked. Of course, janitors also have an uniform to keep the aesthetic cohesion as they go about cleaning the place, of course.

Senshi’s the part time cook you only see slivers off, he’s kind and warm when you do see him and have a chat but most shifts he’s in and out the kitchen without a trace. Laios and Falin are regulars because Falin and Marcille are besties & in the same med school, Laios accompanies Falin as she visits her friend at work and gets hooked on the food. Chilchuck has to remind Marcille to work instead of chatting with Falin for an hour, and next thing he knows she’s distracting him from work too. That’s it that’s the AU. Inspired by this idol AU fanart a bit <3

I'll be so honest I barely remember anything about the Lilo and Stitch cartoon but it was already a better concept from the reboot simply because it was fun. For anyone who didn't know: the entire "plot" of the cartoon is that Jumba made a FUCKTON of experiments, they're all shrink-wrapped into balls that activate with water, and they all end up in Hawaii. Lilo and Stitch try to "redeem" every single one they find (minus some exception) and they usually end up becoming background cast members under the title of "cousins" while they work totally normal people jobs.

Every child alive would rather watch twenty minutes of two or more likeable child characters running after gumballs that sometimes pop out monsters than they would a whole ass movie that ends with "and then Nani moved away. For some reason. She can teleport home but like. She still moved away for some reason. No more child support!"
