okay trying to figure out who everyone is

Everyone but the last two are known quantities. The bottom right screams Cheetah but nothing in the solicits between here and there suggest she's making an appearance yet. So yeah, not sure about that one or white glove. I thought it might have been Thawne or Arkham but neither of them have been pictured gloved with a big jacket like that. j The other, very interesting thing, is that we have Hawkman on the board beneath them? And more than that it is an extremely normal Hawkman without any redesign. My guess would be this might be a pic of a past incarnation. But its also the only photo that isnt torn up... so it's possible this version of Hawkman is under their power?

he is a cold blooded killer. he has pathetic tantrums and throws pens on the floor. he only wears black. he delivers a fantasically evil villain monologue. he cries pathetically when beaten. his motivation is not related to some tragic backstory, but is simply jealousy twisted into something so deplorably evil. he is bald.
