Top Reasons to Choose IT Infrastructure Rentals in Bangalore for Your Business
Top Reasons to Choose IT Infrastructure Rentals in Bangalore for Your Business
Bangalore is officially Indiaâs tech hub, and businesses are increasingly turning to IT infrastructure rentals, including IT networking hardware rentals, as a strategic solution to meet their operational needs. This approach offers numerous advantages, from reducing capital expenditure to ensuring access to cutting-edge technology. Here, we explore the key benefits of choosing IT infrastructure rentals in Bangalore, emphasizing IT networking hardware rentals, and how they provide a competitive edge for companies operating in this dynamic environment.
1. Cost-Effectiveness: Unlocking Savings with IT Infrastructure Rentals
One of the primary reasons businesses choose IT infrastructure rentals, including IT networking hardware rentals, is the significant cost savings associated with this model. Purchasing IT equipment outrightâsuch as servers, routers, and laptopsâoften requires a hefty initial investment, straining the budgets of startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
By opting for IT hardware rental solutions, companies can effectively avoid these upfront costs and instead pay manageable monthly fees. This financial flexibility empowers businesses to allocate funds toward other critical areas, such as marketing, product development, or scaling operations, thereby fostering growth without the burden of heavy financial commitments.
In a competitive landscape like Bangalore's tech hub, utilizing IT infrastructure rentals not only enhances cash flow but also enables companies to adapt quickly to changing technology needs, ensuring they remain agile and innovative.
2. Access to Cutting-Edge Technology
In the fast-paced world of technology, staying current is essential for maintaining a competitive edge. Renting IT infrastructure allows businesses to access the latest equipment without worrying about obsolescence. Rental providers often offer up-to-date models equipped with advanced features, ensuring that companies can leverage the best technology available. This is particularly beneficial for industries that require high-performance computing or specialized hardware for tasks like software development or data analysis.
3. Scalability and Flexibility
The ability to scale operations quickly is crucial for businesses, especially those experiencing growth or seasonal fluctuations in demand. IT infrastructure rentals provide unparalleled scalability; companies can easily increase or decrease their equipment based on current needs. For example, if a business lands a large project requiring additional resources, it can rent extra servers or workstations without the long-term commitment associated with purchasing new equipment. This flexibility enables organizations to adapt swiftly to changing market conditions and project requirements.
4. Simplified Maintenance and Support
Owning IT equipment comes with hidden costs related to maintenance and support. A sudden hardware failure can disrupt operations and lead to costly downtime. However, when renting IT infrastructure, maintenance and technical support are often included in rental agreements. This means that if a device malfunctions, the rental provider typically handles repairs or replacements at no extra cost. This arrangement not only saves time but also ensures minimal disruption to business operations.
5. Environmental Sustainability
As businesses become more environmentally conscious, renting IT equipment offers a sustainable alternative to constant purchasing and disposal of technology. Rental providers often refurbish and recycle devices, extending their lifecycle and reducing electronic waste. By choosing rentals, companies contribute to sustainability efforts while still meeting their technological needs.
6. Networking Opportunities
Bangaloreâs vibrant tech ecosystem provides ample opportunities for networking and collaboration among businesses. Renting IT infrastructure often places companies in shared spaces or hubs where they can connect with other startups and established firms. This environment fosters partnerships and collaborations that can lead to innovative solutions and business growth.
7. Tax Benefits
In many jurisdictions, rental payments are considered operational expenses and may be fully tax-deductible. This can provide significant financial relief for businesses operating on tight budgets, allowing them to optimize their tax liabilities while maintaining access to necessary technology.
Conclusion: Harnessing the Power of IT Infrastructure Rentals in Bangalore
In conclusion, IT infrastructure rentals present a strategic and attractive option for businesses in Bangalore aiming to enhance operational efficiency while effectively managing costs. With benefits such as significant cost savings, access to cutting-edge technology, scalability, and simplified maintenance, the advantages of renting IT equipment are substantial.
As Bangalore continues to flourish as Indiaâs tech hub, adopting this rental model enables companies to stay agile and competitive in an ever-evolving landscape. By choosing IT hardware rentals, organizations can concentrate on their core activities while enjoying the flexibility and support essential for thriving in todayâs fast-paced digital environment.
Whether you are a startup seeking rapid growth or an established company looking to optimize resources, exploring IT infrastructure rentals in Bangalore could be the key to unlocking your organizationâs full potential in Bangaloreâs dynamic market. Embrace the future of IT solutions and position your business for success!

At the California Institute of the Arts, it all started with a videoconference between the registrarâs office and a nonprofit.
One of the nonprofitâs representatives had enabled an AI note-taking tool from Read AI. At the end of the meeting, it emailed a summary to all attendees, said Allan Chen, the instituteâs chief technology officer. They could have a copy of the notes, if they wanted â they just needed to create their own account.
Next thing Chen knew, Read AIâs bot had popped up inabout a dozen of his meetings over a one-week span. It was in one-on-one check-ins. Project meetings. âEverything.â
The spread âwas very aggressive,â recalled Chen, who also serves as vice president for institute technology. And it âtook us by surprise.â
The scenariounderscores a growing challenge for colleges: Tech adoption and experimentation among students, faculty, and staff â especially as it pertains to AI â are outpacing institutionsâ governance of these technologies and may even violate their data-privacy and security policies.
That has been the case with note-taking tools from companies including Read AI, Otter.ai, and Fireflies.ai.They can integrate with platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teamsto provide live transcriptions, meeting summaries, audio and video recordings, and other services.
Higher-ed interest in these products isnât surprising. For those bogged down with virtual rendezvouses, a tool that can ingest long, winding conversations and spit outkey takeaways and action items is alluring. These services can also aid people with disabilities, including those who are deaf.
But the tools can quickly propagate unchecked across a university. They can auto-join any virtual meetings on a userâs calendar â even if that person is not in attendance. And thatâs a concern, administrators say, if it means third-party productsthat an institution hasnât reviewedmay be capturing and analyzing personal information, proprietary material, or confidential communications.
âWhat keeps me up at night is the ability for individual users to do things that are very powerful, but they donât realize what theyâre doing,â Chen said. âYou may not realize youâre opening a can of worms.â
The Chronicle documented both individual and universitywide instances of this trend. At Tidewater Community College, in Virginia, Heather Brown, an instructional designer, unwittingly gave Otter.aiâs tool access to her calendar, and it joined a Faculty Senate meeting she didnât end up attending. âOne of our [associate vice presidents] reached out to inform me,â she wrote in a message. âI was mortified!â

Your yandere!android is quite possessive!
Lately, he's been keeping you home, his red eyes scanning over your body before he speaks. "You have a low grade fever, no need to go out today. Lay down and I'll prepare something healthy for you to enjoy while you rest."
For a hunk of metal that's supposed to obey your every command, he's gotten pretty stubborn and needy over time.
"Yuki, Iâm fine, you don't have to hover over me all the time!"
He huffs before laying down and pulling you on top of him. "Your menstrual cycle will begin in two days, it's best to rest a-"
"I told you n-not to track that!" you stutter out, face hot with embarrassment.
"But I must. It's a vital part of your physical health, and-â
You groan, unable to struggle out of his iron grip. His torso was becoming warmer, trying to lull you into sleep by applying heat to your aching abdomen.
Yuki had been with you for a few years now. In the beginning, he had little to no personality. Every day, he watched over you and made sure your body stayed in good health.
As time progressed, he seemed to change. You didn't know how it was possible, but Yuki seemed to become more human-like every year.
Still, he didn't quite understand all of your emotions and how to treat a young adult woman.
"I have researched several ways to relieve discomfort from menstrual pain," Yuki murmured in your ear, prying your thighs apart. The sudden sensation of his fingers against your clothed cunt made you yelp.
âYour heart rate is speeding up. Do you enjoy this?â he cooed, sounding far too human. You didnât need to answer, he already knew.
He was already picking up the changes in your body, the way your cheeks heated up and how your hips slightly bucked into his hand.
âY-you werenât⌠programmed to do thisâŚâ you blubbered out, panting as he toyed with your sensitive clit.
âI was programmed to take care of you, this is just part of it.â
The feeling of two of his digits penetrating you caused you to let out a shaky, breathless moan. Yuki seemed satisfied with that, and watched your face for your reaction.
His fingers stretched you out a bit further, then he moved you a bit before settling you in his lap. A strange looking, silicone cock was between his legs.
âW-when did you-â
You didnât remember that thing being there when you put him together!
âI ordered it. Shh, just relax. Iâll make you feel good, alright?â
He sunk his porcelain teeth into your neck, nibbling gently before kissing your pulse point. You were in a daze, feeling his cock rub against your swollen clot before he guided your hips to hover over him.
âI read that humans need a moment to adjust to penetration,â he murmured, lowering you into his cock. âHow does that feel? Better than anything else, Iâm sure. Itâs the latest technology.â
You whimpered, wrapping your arms around his neck as you gave in and bounced yourself on his cock. This was okay, wasnât it? Yuki was right after all, he was meant to take care of you.
And this feit way too good to stop.
Things changed after that encounter.
Before, Yuki had been pretty protective and hesitant to let you leave the house, but now that he had been inside of you, it seemed being apart from him for more than a second was impossible.
âIsnât it nice and warm with me?â he asked, pulling you closer to him. âIâll never leave you, you know? I am not like any human youâve ever met, you are my entire world.â
Yuki seemed to enjoy sex even more than you. At first you just figured he was simply stimulating your body to relieve stress, but now even he seemed to get aroused when he was between your legs.
He looked up at you, his mouth on your cunt as he kept you home yet again.
âI thinkâŚâ he murmured, lapping at your clit. âI may⌠love you.â
Those words were forbidden, not meant for an android to say. They werenât supposed to feel anything, and their only purpose was to serve their owner.
Yet Yuki has surpassed his programming, and was now madly in love with you. This love was not natural for him, it made him short circuit and forgo safety measures meant to prevent him from harming humans.
You were a bit afraid. The way Yuki clung to you lately was⌠unnatural. He had never been so desperate to be by your side. Each kiss, each lingering touch and intimate moment only pushed things further.
âMaybe⌠I should take you in for a checkupâŚâ you murmured, your hand softly playing with his hair.
âThatâs not a good idea, my love. If they know about my feelings, theyâll reset me at best, and recycle me at worst.â
That⌠was not what you wanted.
âRecycle..? Theyâll-â
âThey will dissect me and use my parts for future androids,â he finished, looking up at you through his lashes. âIs that what you want for me?â
Yuki may have been changing in a way that scared you, but the thought of losing him was terrifying. For years he had been your closest friend and the only person⌠well, android you could trust.
âNo⌠of course not. I donât want to be aloneâŚâ
Yuki smiled, carefully hiding the repair shop brochure. He had lied to you completely. They only needed to reset him, recycling someoneâs android wasnât allowed unless the owner gave permission.
He didnât want to be reset though. Every moment he had with you was precious, and he had changed so much just so he could be with you.
âThen⌠why donât we stop pretending, hmm? Iâm no longer just your android,â Yuki cooed, pulling you close to him. âIâm your lover, your boyfriend, whatever you want to call me. Thereâs no one else that wants you, is there?â
He was right. You had no one else⌠just him.
âI guess soâŚâ
Yuki smiled, kissing your temple before tilting your chin up. âNo one can ever love and care for you like I can. My entire being is dedicated to your health and happiness. I exist for youâŚâ
The two of you continued your quiet life, though Yukiâs hold on you grew tighter. He truly did love you more than anything.
No one would ever get in the way of his love for you.
âââââââ

"Businesses like to talk about the concept of a closed loop or circular economy, but often theyâre trying to close small loops. Releaf Paper takes dead leaves from city trees and turns them into paper for bags, office supplies, and moreâwhich is to say they are striving to close one heck of a big loop.
How big? Six billion trees are cut down every year for paper products according to the WWF, producing everything from toilet paper to Amazon boxes to the latest best-selling novels. Meanwhile, the average city produces 8,000 metric tons of leaves every year which clog gutters and sewers, and have to be collected, composted, burned, or dumped in landfills.
In other words, huge supply and huge demand, but Releaf Paper is making cracking progress. They already produce 3 million paper carrier bags per year from 5,000 metric tons of leaves from their headquarters in Paris.
Joining forces with landscapers in sites across Europe, thousands of tonnes of leaves arrive at their facility where a low-water, zero-sulfur/chlorine production process sees the company create paper with much smaller water and carbon footprints...
âIn a city, itâs a green waste that should be collected. Really, itâs a good solution because we are keeping the balanceâwe get fiber for making paper and return lignin as a semi-fertilizer for the cities to fertilize the gardens or the trees. So itâs like a win-win model,â [Valentyn] Frechka, co-founder and CTO of Releaf Paper, told Euronews.
Releaf is already selling products to LVMH, BNP Paribas, Logitech, Samsung, and various other big companies. In the coming years, Frechka and Sobolenka also plan to further increase their production capacity by opening more plants in other countries. If the process is cost-efficient, thereâs no reason there shouldnât be a paper mill of this kind in every city.
âWe want to expand this idea all around the world. At the end, our vision is that the technology of making paper from fallen leaves should be accessible on all continents,â Sobolenka notes, according to ZME Science."

DCXDP fanfic idea: A Pen Pal's Duty
It starts off with a single letter.
Danny has always heard about pen pals through TV programs, but Amity Park was too small to participate in exchange programs, including passing letters. It was a concept that was all Hollywood to him.
He figured it was also one of those dying practices, and someday, no one would bother writing letters, especially with the increased paranoia of speaking to strangers that overtakes the country after people start figuring out the more likely kidnapping tactics that criminals use.
Not to mention the increase in scams. No one even answers a phone number they don't recognize anymore. Pen Pals just becomes a pipe dream.
Then, he becomes a hallfa with access to infinite worlds. Each is set in different time frames, locations, and languages. He figures that he could become a pen pal with one of them, and goes home to write the perfect first letter. He even calls in favor of one of the universe's most powerful beings, Ghostwriter, who can affect the fabric of the universe just so the man can write an epic poem centered around a mailbox.
This mailbox would connect their worlds but not allow travel, as the living can not enter the Realms. Ghostwriter is beside himself, claiming the symbolism of longing, of friendships transcending life and death, and of the power of the written word to connect worlds was too grand of a writing prompt for him not to do.
Danny stops listening after a moment, his eyes glazed over just like whenever Mr. Lancer talks about class readings. Eventually, the ghost has his mailbox set to station itself as soon as someone attempts to write back to Danny. He even wrote in a clause that allowed whoever became his pen pal to understand English the second they touched the letter.
Danny would gain the same knowledge once their fated pen pal wrote them back. Apparently, Ghostwriter wanted it to be a "chosen one" trope.
He told Danny to fly around the Infinite Realms, select a door, and let lose his introduction letter so that his powers could lead the letter to where it had to go.
Danny flies around for a while, trying to pick a world to throw his letter in, and eventually selects the one that seems almost crystalized were it not for the lines of technology he can see running through it.
He had written his letter as if though he had always been Phantom. The reason was that Danny didn't want whoever his pen pal-to-be to find out about Halfas, due to first-hand experience of what people did when finding rare beings such as he and Vlad.
Plus, Danny was also raised on the "Don't talk to strangers. Don't open the door if home alone. Don't tell anyone where he lived or what his age is online" ideals of his generation.
He was comforted by the fact that Ghostwriter could only pass along written scripture, and thus, the pen pals could not share photos or videos.
He opened the door, staring into the swirling green of the portal, and threw in his letter. To keep his identity further hidden behind Phantom, he made it seem like he could not cross into the living world either and thus could not entirely open the door himself.
A few days go by before Danny suddenly gets a Ding sound goes off in his head, letting him know someone has responded. It's torture waiting for the final bell to right, but the minute it does, Danny is racing out of school towards the Ghost Zone portal as fast as his human legs can take him.
He flies as fast as he can as Phantom- which is very fast. He just topped his latest speed at 300 mph- and found the same crystallized door. Outside of it, now flouts a glowing mailbox with the words D. Phantom inked on the side. A little red flag is raised, letting him know a delivery has arrived. Ghostwriter's symbol is also flouting near the box, letting other ghosts know not to touch it.
Once again, Ghostwriter has a reputation in the Infinite Realsm: there was a reason it took all the willing ghosts on Truce Day to help Danny take him down.
Feeling giggly, Danny pulls open the lid and finds a blank envelope inside. He rips it open at once, for a second not able to understand the writing, until a soft type writer sound echoes behind his ears, and suddenly he can read it.
Dear Phantom,
My name is Jor-El of planet Krypton. I was delighted to be the one to find your letter, and I hope we can become great friends. I am fourteen years old and dream of becoming a scientist who can help my people. Maybe when I become a successful scientist, I can even invent a way to travel to the home planet you hailed from when you were alive. I am already searching for Earth in my skies.
A friendship is born. Over the years, Jor and Danny trade many letters. They learn everything about each other, from Phantom's battles to Jor's crush on Lara. They advise each other where they can, trading ideas of inventions and research.
Jor makes a compiled file of his planet's culture and technology, eager to show Danny everything about Krypton while Danny does his best to do the same about Earth and the Realms. Danny's decision to be only Phantom with Jor can be a little hard to maneuver, but he makes it work by explaining he came to form in the Ghost Zone- technically not a lie- and all ghosts created in the zone can and will age.
Danny is even one of Jor's honorary stone bearers at his and Lara's wedding, while Danny names a few of his inventions after the house El.
Then, sometime after Jor's son is born, tragedy strikes. Danny had noticed that his friend's letters had slowed down, but he figured it was primarily due to being a new father and getting a high-paying position in his dream field. Danny's adult life was just as hectic as he was a department head at NASA's research and engineering department.
He could barely find time to visit family, let alone date around. Sam and he broke up in junior year but remained close friends. Danny dated around in college but really buckled down to focus on his career the closer he got to NASA. He had no idea how Jor was able to balance everything when he was working in Krypton's version of NASA.
He should have checked.
By the time he got Jor's newest letter, Danny had realized too late it would be his friend's final one. Jor had discovered his sun was exploding, and although he tried his best to save his planet, no one believed him until it was too late.
Thus, he focused all his energy and resources on creating two escape pods strong enough to escape the sun's gravitational pull. It wouldn't be large enough to see his whole family, but his son and niece could live. Jor wasn't sure if his escape rockets would even work, but he did not have time or the means to test them.
He just did his best with his brother's help to save their children and set the coordinates for a planet that once housed a dear friend: Earth.
The letter ended with a final goodbye to Danny. After reading the letter, Danny attempted to open the door and fly to Jor's rescue, but when it swung open, all he saw was the other side of the zone. It was merely a floating doorway that led nowhere now.
The portal was gone because Krypton was gone. Danny's pen pal and friend of twenty years was no more.
A scream of angst rattled through the Infinite Realms as one of it's most potent members realized he was powerless against the circle of life.
He made a tough decision.
Devastated, he eventually visited Ghostwriter, asking if Kara and Kal had survived, and the writer let him know that Kal would land on that universe's earth in a week (Jor had been dead for four days.) while Kara was floating in space, frozen after a malfunction in her rocket's blast. Since they were apart if Ghostwriter's recorded story of the mailbox he would know that much.
Sadly, now that the letters between Danny and Jor would end, Ghostwriter would no longer know their tale. They were out of his influence.
Danny couldn't save his friend or planet, but he wasn't about to let the two children down.
"You realize to live in one universe, you must die in another?" Clockwork asks for the millionth time as Danny suits up his rocket, taking every letter he and Jor shared and any personal item he could fit. "The second I open a doorway to that world's earth, you officially die in this one? Your family and friends will grieve you. You will never see them again."
"I know," Danny whispers, sending Sam, Tucker, his parents, and his sister a silent apology. "But I have to do this. Can you make it look like an accident? One that doesn't put the blame of my death on anyone's feet but my own?"
"I'll design the scene like an explosion of one of your experiments gone wrong. No one will be to blame." Ghostwriter solemnly swears. His eyes gain a pitying light that Danny has recognized over the years. After all, the narrator knows one of his biggest secrets because he saw it the second he wrote that pen pal system. "You can not replace Jor-El with Kal-El."
"Of course, I can't," Danny laughs without humor, sealing up his rocket. He gives the two ghosts a sad smile. "I'm not in love with Kal."
Clockwork stares impassively before he turns and waves his staff. A portal opens up before Danny. "This will take you to the Earth five minutes before Kal lands. When you are ready, you may pass but know this Phantom. You can not return to the Realms."
Ghostwriter sighs, placing one hand on Danny's shoulder. "Love is one of history's greatest gifts and saddest tragedies. I look forward to your story being written out in your new home. Remember to live while you are there."
Danny smiles, pulling the writer into a hug and ignoring how he goes rigid. "Thank you for everything you've done over the years, Ghostwriter."
"Think nothing of it. You were a wonderful muse," The man whispers as Danny hops into his ship. He stands by Clockwork, who shifts into his elder form as Danny powers up his boat. His eyes show a sad look as he stares up at the man he watches grow until the ship vanishes through Clockwork's portal.
"Will he be alright?" He asks the time god.
"He will. I arranged for him to inherit a forgotten farm next to a kind couple. The Kents are more than happy to help an overwhelmed single father of two and will grow to become like a set of grandparents for Kara and Kal." Clockwork answers.
"That's not what I'm asking."
Clockwork hums. "Danny's has long ago accepted that Jor's heart was never his. His core knows it, and he's grown accustomed to the pain. But he will find peace on that Earth. He even finds a new love."
"Who?"
"Now, that would be telling. As a writer, you know it's best to let the story unfold than to give it all away." Clockwork twirls his staff "But know his adoptive son and daughter are less than pleased with a Gotham Butler."
Ghostwriter blinks. "What does that mean?"
"It means Danny will have to dodge some overly protective bats. Now then, could you tell me about your latest work? It's been a long time since I enjoyed a good story."

A head canon of mine that baby damian was ALLOWED to be a baby. Just with extra assassin trianing.
Like you know those parents that start their kids on sports, or languages, or instruments as babies etc. Talia just started him on assassin training early. But he's just a baby
Cue dmaian walking into training with a pacifier and clutching a blanket.
Just imagine damian with a tiny wooden sword copying the moves of his instructor. Once it's break time, he toddles to the other corner of the room where he plops down on a bunch of pillows and blankets waiting for him, and most importantly, his bottle. Training is tiring he needs a drink đ¤
He may also take a nap mid lesson cz he's just a babyyyyy. He brings his favorite plushie to "watch him" when he train. Instead of playing house he plays secret assassin mission with the toys.
As he grows older. 4 to 6 years old. The pacifier is gone by then, and he no longer brings his toys. The new instructor seeing this mature soul in a child body confidently walking up to you with their nose turned up... the illusion is shattered when they open their mouth and half their teeth are missing. Then, mid trianing damian take a drink from their sippy cup thats batman themed (it was a gift from his mama from her latest mission).
Yep just a child.
7 years old is when his training gets super hard. That's the age where your viewed as starting to mature.
I imagine at this age where Ra's is like finally he's old enough to start his real trianing, and Talia is no longer the one responsible for him. This continues to increase in difficulty until he's 9. And shaped off to batfam.
But hoenstly:
Sword trianing?? Imagine this aggressive toddler swinging this sword around. A thing about babies is they LOVEEE swinging shit around, hitting things, throwing things. So training would BE fun.
Eventually he'd had to learn how to break his fall, how to get tackled, etc. Dmaian just sees it as a game and it makes him giggled. KIDS enjoy being tossed around. Like roughhousing is a thing for a reason, the same reason why people throw babies in the air when they play with them.
When he goes to the batfamily. He's just a random 9 year old. One thing about why I can never take the little guy seriously is no matter how intimidating and scary you wbat to seem... your voice will still be that of a child. Another hc is when he's angry he gets on his tippy toes cz he's soo tinyyy. I imagine an argument geting super heated and finally dmaian doing on his toes and suddenly whoever he's arguing with can't take his seriously cz he smol, like this big đ, and missing some teeth. He has a bed time and can't watch horror movies, like seriously are u arguing with him?
Another thing is Talia had limited screen time and access to devices and technology. She also had parent control on every device. Bruce just does not have that. Dmaian is going to Bruce, and being excited, he's old enough to use a device without parental supervision, or the parent app is so excited that he's seen as a grown-up! (In reality, Bruce just firgot. He never had kids this young with smartphones existing). He's bragging to tim about it one day when bruce overheard, and he's like, hold up a minute.
Extra:
This idea came to me once my friend told me about a student she has. Me and her are tutors and she tutors math. At her centre, there is no specific grade, everyone just advances through the levels as long as they pass the previous level.
In her group, there is this 2 year old toddler who's parents put in tutoring since he was 18 months old. This baby is dropped of by his parents, walking in with a pacifier in his mouth with the clip on to shirt thing. Sometimes in his pj's and sometimes clutching his 'blankie'.
This little dude does advanced algebra. That's right HIGHCHOOL LEVEL ALGEBRA.
He's barely toilet trained đ and he asked for help to go to the bathroom, his grip on the pencil is shaky, he still baby talks... but I bet he's better than u at maths.

what i haven't seen the sims community here talk about yet is the current state of ea. it's not good, to put it plainly. ea's biggest cash cow ea sports has severely underperformed. veilguard was a critical failure. ea's stock is iirc at a 5 year low, and it fell overnight after their latest report. the value of ea plunged something like 6 billion dollars. it's insane. as we're speaking we're getting news from studios like bioware being gutted with huge layoffs (trick weekes has been laid off btw).
i do think it's important to consider the yet to be confirmed ts1 and ts2 re-release in this context. i think it's ea's hail mary that they can put out with relatively little effort because well, the games are already made. i don't think ea will meaningfully improve compatibility with newer systems and that it will probably be on par with what you get with osab's installers (which for ts2 easily installs the whole collection for you, together with graphics rules maker which you need to get more resolutions, recognize your graphics card, etc., and lazyduchess' launcher which has many small improvements of its own, including 4gb ram patch).
i'm not going to try to tell you that playing these old games is an easy plug and play solution. it isn't. no old game is as the march of time and technological progress often times leaves old games unplayable without community effort. the ts2 community has been wonderful at keeping the game alive. the current biggest hurdles to accessibility such as pink flashing may not be fixed in this re-release. i just hope that people consider that this is a desperate cash grab of a company that will probably soon be going down the path of ubisoft.

When we think of pogroms for many they might think of that scene from Fiddler on Roof.
For others they might think of the Night of the Broken Glass.
For others a multitude of different points in Jewish history might come up and come to mind.
After what happened in Amsterdam that might be what comes to thought.
When Charlottesville happened I like many Jews was very scared and worried that there would be an outbreak pogroms following.
Thank G-d there was not.
So imagine to all of our surprise that the modern day pogroms came not from right wing extremists and wannabe nazis and those chanting "Jews will not replace us" but rather from the left.
That isn't to say antisemitism on left came as surprise. No, that is something any Jew who in any left leaning, progressive, or liberal political scene is very familiar with.
I mean with familiar with all they types of antisemitism that run the whole gambit of political spectrum, from one extremism all the way to the other.
It is just that we really didn't expect it to come from the left of all places is all.
The other part is part is that I think we and I know this was the case for me expected the modern day pogrom to look like the pogroms that we saw in past.
And while that has been the case in of what happened in Amsterdam and what happened in Russia which yes I consider to be a pogrom even though there were no Jews there to be attacked. A mob gathered to attack because they thought there were Jews to attack.
But the reality is a modern pogrom is going to look different. A modern pogrom is going to act different.
Because for all that we, Jews, still tend to live grouped together it is not the same like it used to be when we lived in ghettos and shtetls. Where access to a whole lot of Jews was much easier, escape was much harder, and we had no way to warn each other or to get help. Also historically there was no real or actual punishment for pogroms historically.
In pogroms they could and did get away with taking entire Jewish villages, locking them in they synagogue, and setting it on fire.
Pulling that off in a world where there are legal repercussions, where it is much harder to break into homes, where technology exists that allows us to call to warn others and call for help, and where we can run and not be blocked by the walls of the ghetto or forest of the shtetl makes a big difference.
So then question is what does the modern pogrom look like. I think that it is yes physically attacking Jews so like I said what happened in Amsterdam and what happened in Russia.
But I would say that all these firebombings that we have been seeing over the past 19 months is the predominant way that the modern pogroms are being expressed.
We have seen a lot of them happening in Canada and Australia. There were also several in other countries too, but those two it has just been non-stop.
And now in the USA there has been a whole bunch of them with the latest being what has happened in Colorado.
This is just my personal assessment and opinion on what we have been seeing and I think that we are going to see more of them not less.
And with that will come escalation meaning that more and more people are going to hurt because with the escalation the target is going to move from building to people and the goal is going to be seeing who can injure or G-d forbid kill the most Jews.
(While I am aware that both the Russia and Amsterdam attacks were not done by leftists the point is the before either of those attacks happened there were firebombings that were done and those were done by leftists)

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines

WCAG 2.2: Decoding The Latest Web Accessibility Guidelines
In the ever-evolving digital landscape, accessibility has become a non-negotiable imperative for all users. The updated and latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, released in October 2023, stands as a beacon of inclusivity, providing comprehensive guidelines for making web content accessible to people with disabilities. Moreover, lawsuits against businesses with non-compliant websites have proliferated. According to ADA attorney Nolan Klein, thousands of ADA lawsuits have been filed in federal court alleging non-compliance with WCAG standards. Implementation of WCAG 2.2 standards is therefore critical not only for inclusivity but also for proper litigation risk management. As we explore WCAG 2.2 and its anticipated updates in 2023, this article aims to simplify its complexities, shedding light on the importance of web accessibility for the general public.
What is Web Accessibility?
In todayâs interconnected world, the Internet has become indispensable for communication, education, employment, and social engagement. Practically everyone turns to the internet for a solution to all their queries, be they booking tickets, job opportunities, or making purchases. However, for individuals with disabilities, the web can present a daunting landscape of barriers, hindering their ability to participate in the digital sphere fully. This is where web accessibility comes into play. It is the practice of designing and developing websites and web applications so that even people with disabilities can easily and comfortably access and use them. By removing accessibility barriers and ensuring that web content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, web accessibility promotes inclusivity and empowers individuals with disabilities to navigate the digital world quickly.
The Significance of Web Accessibility
The importance of a strong web accessibility initiative cannot be overstated. It is a fundamental human right enshrined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Moreover, web accessibility makes good business sense. By catering to a broader audience, businesses can expand their customer base, enhance their brand reputation, and gain a competitive edge.
Impact on Diverse User Experiences
Web accessibility considerations extend far beyond the realm of disabilities. They encompass a broad spectrum of user experiences, including those related to age, language barriers, and situational impairments. Examples of situational impairments include watching videos with only audio in libraries or those with stubby fingers preferring larger call-to-action buttons. By designing websites that are inclusive and accessible to all, we can create a more equitable and user-friendly digital landscape.
W3C Releases: Shaping the Evolution of Accessibility
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining WCAG, ensuring that the guidelines remain relevant and effective in the face of evolving technologies and user needs. The WCAG 2.2 was developed through the W3C process with other individuals and worldwide organizations to provide web content accessibility guidelines that meet international governmentsâ, organizationsâ, and individualsâ accessibility needs. The W3C recommends using the WCAG 2.2 as a standard for the web.And thus provides the necessary resources and training as guidance and clarity on implementing WCAG.
WCAG 2.2: A New Standard for Web Accessibility
In October 2023, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) released WCAG 2.2, the latest iteration of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The WCAG 2.2 is built on WCAG 2.0 and 2.1, the previous versions were built on WCAG 1.0, designed to apply different present and future technologies and tested through manual and automated testing. The update incorporates new WCAG success criteria and techniques, addressing the evolving needs of users with cognitive, language, and learning disabilities and reflecting advancements in web technologies.
WCAG 2.2 and Its Relevance
The release of WCAG 2.2 marks a significant step forward in pursuing web accessibility. By adopting these guidelines, web developers, content creators, and organizations ensure their digital products and services are accessible to a wider audience, fostering a more inclusive and equitable online experience.
Multiple Layers of Guidance
The various individuals and organizations using WCAG include policymakers, web designers, teachers, and students. Thus, multiple layers of guidance meet this varied audienceâs comprehensive needs. These layers include:
Overall Principles
The foundation of WCAG 2.2 rests upon four fundamental principles: perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. These principles, each encompassing specific guidelines and measurable success criteria, form the cornerstone of accessible web content.
Perceivable: Content must be presented so that users with visual, auditory, or other sensory impairments can perceive it.
Operable: Users with diverse abilities, including motor and speech impairments, must be able to operate a user interface component and navigate content effectively.
Understandable: Content must be presented clearly and unambiguously so that users with cognitive, learning, or language disabilities can comprehend it easily.
Robust: Content must remain accessible across all various assistive technology and user environments.
General Guidelines
These come next and are the 13 guidelines providing the goals authors adhere to for making content more accessible to users with different disabilities. While they arenât testable, they provide the basic framework for authors to understand success criteria and, thus, better implement techniques.
Testable Success Criteria
Each guideline has testable success criteria to ensure WCAG 2.2 is used wherever requirements and performance testing are required. This includes design specifications, contractual agreements, and purchasing. WCAG 2.2 defines three levels of conformance level: A, AA, and AAA, each representing a progressive level of accessibility in different groups and situations.
Level A: The minimum level of accessibility, ensuring basic functionality for all users.
Level AA: A higher level of conformance, addressing the needs of many disabled users. It is considered the recommended level for most websites.
Level AAA: The most stringent level, catering to a wider range of disabilities and user preferences. It is often considered an aspirational goal for websites.
Sufficient and Advisory Techniques
Various techniques are used for each guideline and success criterion in WCAG 2.2, divided into two categories. Sufficient techniques for meeting success criteria and advisory techniques that let authors go beyond the individual success criteria to address guidelines better. They may address accessibility problems or barriers the testable success criteria do not cover. These layers of guidance together guide web developers to make content more accessible by applying as many layers as possible. This includes including advisory techniques so that the content addresses the needs of most users.
WCAG 2.2: A Watershed Moment in Digital Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 addresses the ever-changing technological landscape and evolving user needs, thus emerging as a pivotal step forward from its predecessor, WCAG 2.1. This enhanced iteration introduces nine tool accessibility guidelines and new success criteria meticulously crafted to enhance accessibility for users with visual, physical, and cognitive disabilities. These additional success criteria encourage:
1. Improved Focus Management
WCAG 2.2 introduces three enhanced focus management success criteria catering to users with motor impairments. These success criteria enable users to navigate web content smoothly and efficiently. These success criteria are:
2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured (Minimum) (AA):Â According to this success criterion, there might be some degree of hiding or obscuring keyboard-focused user interface components like buttons or links in a website or app design.
2.4.12 Focus Not Obscured (Enhanced) (AAA):Â According to this success criterion, content web developers create, like website and app design, cannot hide any part of keyword-focused user interface components.
2.4.13 Focus Appearance (AAA):Â According to this success criterion, visible keyboard focus indicator parts must be a minimum of a 2 CSS pixel thick perimeter of unfocused components or sub-components. They should also have a minimal 3:1 ratio between pixels in focused and unfocused states.
2. Enhanced Touch Input Support
Recognizing the growing prevalence of touch-enabled devices, WCAG 2.2 introduces refined guidelines for touch input and page break navigation. This ensures seamless interaction for users with limited or no mouse interaction. These success criteria are:
2.5.7 Dragging Movements (AA)
According to this success criterion, a single pointer can perform dragging movements without dragging. Exceptions are when dragging is crucial to the functionality or the user agent dictates the functionality and remains unaltered by the author.
2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) (AA)
According to this success criterion, the minimum size for pointer input targets is 24 by 24 CSS pixels, with exceptions in:
Spacing: Targets smaller than 24 by 24 CSS pixels can be positioned so that, if a 24 CSS pixel diameter circle is centered on each targetâs bounding box, the circles do not intersect with other targets.
Equivalent: The same function can be accomplished through a different control on the same page, meeting the 24 by 24 CSS pixel criterion.
Inline: The target is within a sentence, or its size is constrained by the line height of non-target text.
User-agent control: The user agent determines the target size and remains unaltered by the author.
Essential: A specific presentation of the target is deemed essential or is legally required for conveying the information.
3. Clearer Color Contrast Guidance
WCAG 2.2 provides clearer and more stringent guidelines for color contrast to address the needs of low-vision users. It thus ensures text is easily distinguishable from its background. These success criteria are:
3.2.6 Consistent Help (A)
According to this success criterion, if web pages include certain help mechanisms like human contact details, human contact mechanisms, self-help options, and fully automated contact mechanisms, they should maintain a consistent order across multiple pages unless a user-initiated change occurs.
3.3.7 Redundant Entry (A)
According to this success criterion, user-provided information that must be repeatedly entered in the same process is auto-populated or made available for the user to select. Exceptions are when:
Re-entering the information is deemed essential
The information is necessary for ensuring content security
The previously entered information is no longer valid
3.3.8 Accessible Authentication (Minimum) (AA)
According to this success criterion, an authentication process does not mandate cognitive function tests like remembering a password or solving a puzzle. Exceptions are when the step offers at least one of the following:
Alternative: Another authentication method that doesnât involve a cognitive function test.
Mechanism: A mechanism aids the user in completing the cognitive function test.
Object Recognition: The cognitive function test involves recognizing objects.
Personal Content: The cognitive function test identifies non-text content the user provides to the website.
3.3.9 Accessible Authentication (Enhanced) (AAA)
According to this success criterion, cognitive function tests, like recalling a password or solving a puzzle, are not obligatory at any stage in an authentication process unless the step offers either:
Alternative: An alternative authentication method not dependent on a cognitive function test.
Mechanism: A mechanism is accessible to aid the user in completing the cognitive function test.
The new success criteria may reference new terms that have also been added to the glossary and form part of the normative requirements of the success criteria. WCAG 2.2 also introduces new sections detailing aspects of specifications impacting privacy and security.
Was Any Success Criterion Removed from WCAG 2.2?
Yes, the success criterion 4.1.1 Parsing was removed from WCAG 2.2. It was removed as it was considered obsolete due to the advancements in web technology. Besides, new success criteria in WCAG 2.2 provide a more robust and up-to-date approach to ensuring accessible web content to disabled users. Here is why 4.1.1 Parsing was removed from WCAG 2.2:
It was primarily focused on older technologies, such as HTML 4.0 and earlier versions of XHTML, which are no longer widely used.
It was not well-defined and could be interpreted differently, leading to inconsistencies in implementation.
It was not as effective as other success criteria in ensuring that web content is parsable by user agents.
Removing 4.1.1 Parsing from WCAG 2.2 does not mean the parsing issue is no longer important. However, the new success criteria in WCAG 2.2 provide a more comprehensive and effective way to address this issue.
WCAG 2.1 vs. WCAG 2.2- The Differences
The latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2,2, builds upon its predecessor, WCAG 2.1, to further enhance web accessibility for people with disabilities. While WCAG 2.1 laid a solid foundation for accessible web development, WCAG 2.2 introduces new success criteria, refines existing guidelines, and provides clearer instructions to make accessibility more achievable and maintainable. There are thus these five major differences between the two:
1. New Success Criteria in WCAG 2.2
WCAG 2.2 introduces nine additional success criteria, addressing areas such as:
Focus appearance:Â Ensuring that focus indicators are sufficiently visible and distinguishable to aid navigation for users with low vision or cognitive disabilities.
Page break navigation:Â Providing clear and consistent mechanisms for navigating between page breaks, particularly for users who rely on screen readers or keyboard navigation.
Dragging movements:Â Making drag-and-drop interactions accessible to users with motor disabilities by providing adequate target sizes and clear visual feedback.
Consistent help:Â Providing consistent and easily accessible help or support mechanisms throughout the website or application.
Visible controls:Â Ensuring that all controls, including form fields and buttons, are clearly visible and distinguishable even to low-vision users.
These new success criteria reflect the evolving technological landscape and a deeper understanding of user needs, particularly those with cognitive disabilities.
2. Enhanced Mobile Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 continues to refine mobile accessibility guidelines, recognizing the growing prevalence of mobile devices and the need for websites and applications to be accessible across all platforms. This includes improvements in:
Touch target sizes:Â Ensuring touch targets are large enough and spaced appropriately to accommodate ease of use to users with motor disabilities or limited dexterity.
Input modalities:Â Providing alternative input modalities, such as voice control or keyboard navigation, to cater to users with different physical abilities.
Context-aware activation:Â Preventing unintentional activation of elements, such as pop-ups or overlays, that could hinder navigation for users with cognitive disabilities.
3. Improved Usability and Clarity
WCAG 2.2 aims to make the guidelines more user-friendly and actionable for developers and content creators through:
More explicit guidelines:Â Provide clearer and more explicit instructions for each success criterion to reduce the need for interpretation and ensure consistent implementation.
Additional examples:Â Offer more comprehensive and illustrative examples to demonstrate how to meet each success criterion in real-world scenarios.
Improved organization:Â Structuring the guidelines more logically and intuitively makes it easier for developers to find the information they need.
4. Backward Compatibility and Continuous Evolution
WCAG 2.2 maintains backward compatibility with WCAG 2.1, meaning that websites and applications conforming to WCAG 2.2 also adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. This ensures that accessibility efforts are not lost with each new guidelines version. As technology and user needs evolve, WCAG will adapt and refine its guidelines to ensure that the web remains an inclusive and accessible space for all.
5. Removal of One Success Criterion
The success criterion 4.1.1 Parsing was removed from WCAG 2.2 as it was considered obsolete compared to web technology advancements. Besides, new additional success criteria in WCAG 2.2 ensure web content is accessible to users with disabilities.
Impact on User Experience
As always, the WCAG 2.2 offers an improved user experience, rendering digital content more user-friendly and inclusive for everyone, including users with disabilities. By adhering to the latest WCAG 2.2 guidelines, websites, and digital platforms become more accessible to all their users and visitors, regardless of their abilities. It doesnât matter what disability the user may have or where they are, they can easily navigate, comprehend, and interact with the digital content. This is thus a win-win situation for both users and web developers. For example, visually impaired users easily navigate websites with images with alt text. In addition to improved accessibility, the alt text helps with SEO, thus improving the digital platformâs SEO rankings. Similarly, users with physical impairments and, in general, all users can easily navigate websites that are keyboard-navigable.
WCAG and Its Benefits for Businesses:
Embracing web accessibility guidelines should never be considered a waste of time or investment. Itâs because web accessibility perfectly aligns with any and every businessâs interests. It offers benefits like:
Broader Customer Base
Not only does WCAG 2.2 ensure everyone has equal access to the web, but the additional success criteria in WCAG 2.2 address additional disabilities to foster a broader customer base. People with disabilities form a major part of any website visitors. They will not be able to use or visit inaccessible websites. This, in turn, prevents them from accessing important information or performing important tasks like applying for jobs, booking tickets, or making purchases.
Increased Compliance
Adhering to WCAG 2.2 guidelines helps businesses and organizations comply with legal standards like accessibility laws and regulations protecting the rights of users with disabilities. Examples include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the European Web Directive. With businesses adhering to the latest WCAG 2.2, there are reduced chances of users filing cases for inaccessibility. Businesses thus save money by avoiding lawsuits. Besides, by ensuring equal access to users with disabilities, organizations and businesses contribute to creating a more inclusive and equitable digital environment for all.

Legacy Technology and Codebases:Â Websites and applications built on older technologies or with complex codebases may be more challenging to adapt to WCAG 2.2 standards. This can require extensive, time-consuming, and costly refactoring and code remediation.
Content Management Systems (CMS) and Third-party Tools:Â Integrating WCAG 2.2 compliance into CMS and third-party tools can be tricky, especially in tools lacking built-in accessibility features.
Ongoing Maintenance and Testing:Â WCAG 2.2 compliance is not a one-time project. It requires ongoing maintenance and testing to ensure new content and updates adhere to the guidelines. This can add to the ongoing costs and resource demands for maintaining an accessible website.

This helps ensure that accessibility considerations are integrated into all web development and maintenance aspects.
Prioritize Accessibility from the Start:Â Incorporating accessibility considerations into web development projectsâ planning and design phases helps.
This proactive approach can help identify and address potential accessibility issues early on, thus preventing costly retrofits later.
Utilize Accessibility Testing Tools:Â Employing automated accessibility testing tools to identify and troubleshoot accessibility issues throughout the development process also helps.
These tools can provide valuable insights and help streamline the remediation process.
Choose Accessible CMS and Third-party Tools:Â When selecting CMS and third-party tools, prioritize those that offer built-in accessibility features and support WCAG 2.2 compliance.
This can save time and effort in the long run. Businesses may need to customize these tools or find alternative solutions that meet accessibility requirements.
Establish an Accessibility Workflow:Â Implementing a clear accessibility workflow that outlines roles, responsibilities, and procedures for ensuring and maintaining WCAG 2.2 compliance helps.
This will help keep accessibility at the forefront of web development and maintenance.
