I used to think loving others was the key to happiness, but I learned something life-changing: I have to love myself first.

2. The How—
what needs to be done to achieve this goal? make a plan, as detailed as possible.
Step 3. The When—
when are you going to start? when is your deadline?
4. The Why Now?—
why are you pursuing this goal now? what’s changed?
5. The Who—
outline your support system. make sure to have something or someone to keep you going when it gets tough. surround yourself with likeminded people. you don’t have to be alone.
And remember, it’s never too late to start over.
