2. When She First Went to David Letterman Show:

Cher’s really is an outspoken person and when she was asked by the host David Letterman during his own show that what she thinks of coming to the show, she replied non hesitatingly, “I don’t know, I thought that I would never want to do this show with you,” when asked why she said she thinks he is “an asshole”.

3. Her Opinions on Donald Trump

MissD, Mat et Moi, on a mis les voiles vers Kao San Road.

Après avoir prétendu qu'on chillait oklm avec nos deux deux sacs chacun au bord de la fournaise de la route, un tuktuk Lao a accepté de nous y conduire pour 200bath. En mode :

- mmh... Mouai. Kao San Road... Pourquoi pas. Combien ?

- cheap cheap 200 baths. Cheap. No taxi, tuktuk cheaper.

Un mec content. Genre content d'être content. Il a papoté dans un anglais très approximatif tout le trajet, mais dans une bonne humeur contagieuse.

MissD a pu redécouvrir la ville de Bangkok, ses trésors, ses mamas qui cuisinent en bord de route, sa circulation dense, son atmosphère chaude, ses vendeurs de costumes et ses 7-11. On se fait une petite bouffe chez un mec qu'on aime bien, on se ballade toujours avec tous nos Sacs. Malgré le Jet Lag et le trajet, missD apprécie le retour à BKK autant que nous :)

Au détour d'un chemin, plus précisément au bord d'une minuscule rue parallèle à Kao San Road, elle s'arrête. Je mets un court instant à saisir ce qu'il se passe. Mister Pia se tiens devant nous, tout blanc de crème, la peau tannée par le soleil, un large sourire gravé sur son visage.

Joie, accolade, rires. Des retrouvailles quoi. Après de chaleureux remerciements, il nous conduit jusque dans un coin qu'il aime bien, on check des Guest House qu'il nous recommande, mais c'est plus des dortoirs. Excellents, propres et pas cher, mais nous retournons au BoonStreat Hostel après un passage par le 7-11.

Négociations difficiles, check-in, trois bouteilles de thé (riz, citron-miel, et thé vert), une carte, on se pose dehors et on papote pour connaître notre prochaine destination.

Kho Chang, pour retrouver Lionel et Chantal du PK208, ou Kao Sokh, pour aller chiller au parc naturel (oui oui, nous avons de graves dilemmes qui nécessitent des cellules de crise). Après moultes arguments, on se decide pour Kho Chang en premier, on va dans une petite agence.

Un mec a l'air sympa, avec un chapeau, propose 1050b pour y aller en bus, ou 700b en van. Il a l'air bien sympa, mais un doute subsiste pour MissD et moi, on a le souvenir d'avoir payé bien moins cher. MissD, elle, le sent pas du tout.

Finalement, il nous annonce que soit on prend le ticket maintenant, soit c'est foutu avant demain. L'argument ultime qui nous a convaincu de mettre les voiles.

On se tire ailleurs, chez notre petite dame habituelle qui nous en demande 450baths par tête, c'est déjà beaucoup mieux. On prends. Demain matin, réveil à 6h50 pour être à 7h30 au point de rendez-vous.

Avant de rentrer, petit tour au Bon Thaï Massage de Bangkok, plein à craquer. Le mec se plie en 4 pour nous trouver une place, et on a juste à tenir le coup jusqu'à 21h30. Ok.

On glande, on se fait Kao San et les environs en long en large et en travers. On croise mon tailleur, j'ai vu que le livre que j'ai laissé il y a 2 ans est parti. Je m'en émerveille face à un type qui n'en a visiblement rien a foutre, on croise un vendeur qui nous demande 50 baths pour un cordon de cuir (j'ai ris) et on fini par aller se faire masser.

Un putain de concert de craquement dans une franche bonne humeur. Nous passons tous les trois un moment suspendu dans le temps avant d'aller au lit.

Notre boussole indique Kho Chang. Le PK. Les éléphants. La plage. Les petites îles. J'ai hâte.
