"Do I have to do a prompt from each of the categories listed?"

You can do as many or as little as you like! So, if you wanna do one of each of the categories go right ahead! If you only want to do one in total, that's fine too! No stress here! 💖

"Are polyamorous ships allowed?"

Yup! As long as an oc/insert/persona is included in the ship with canon character(s) then it is welcomed! 💖

"I see OC x Canon Week is on both Tumblr and Twitter. Do I have to participate on both platforms? Or can I just stick to one?"

You can choose whichever platform you prefer to particpate on. You do not have to particpate on both. (However you are welcome to if you so please!~) 💖

"I like this days prompt with another days prompt. Is it alright to mix and match them?"

Yes!! You absolutely are welcome to mixing and matching prompts! The event is about having fun, so pick and choose as you please~ 💖

"I want to create multiple works for one prompt! Is that okay?"

Absolutely!! If you have the ability and engery to do so, then more power to ya!! ✨ We will take as many pieces as you can churn out! (But there is no pressure of course~💖)

"Can I participate with a familial/platontic oc x canon ship?"

While the event does cater to romantic intent, non-romantic ships are welcome to participate as well! 💖

"I found out about the event late!! Can I still participate and submit my work after the event is over?"

Yes! While the event runs for a “week”, there really are no set rules as to when you can participate. It’s all about having fun and spreading awareness for OC x Canon enjoyers!!

The blog will not be as active after the event is over , but I’ll still check in every once in a while to like and reblog what I can. (: Remember to us the hashtag # oc x canon week and tag the account so your work is seen!

"Have you considered running OC x Canon Week on other platforms, like Bluesky, A03, etc?..."

I have but truthfully it's already a huge workload managing the event on both Tumblr and Twitter by myself. If I were to bring it to other platfroms, I would definitely need some assistance. Pod-together is a fandom fest where writers and podficcers create together—the writer creating text specifically intended for audio, and the podficcer creating the audio. If that sounds fun to you, sign-ups are open until June 14th! You can find instructions to sign up, rules, and FAQ at the dreamwidth site linked in our bio.

Welcome to our third consecutive year of Green With Envy!

Open for first timers and the obsessed, we welcome all skill levels to this art based event. Just like before, the event comes in two parts with a few minor changes to spice up this year's competition.

Anyone Can Enter a Line Art!

Love to line but hate to color? This side is for you! Part one is the slow build up, where artists create this year's line art. Over the course of two months a form will be open and waiting for anyone to drop a Danny Phantom themed line art in. Crossovers welcome! Unlike our previous years, we will be keeping all the 2025 line art a secret until the drop date! 

Color To Compete!

During Part Two of the event, things rev up and turn competitive. If you sign up for this half, you better be ready to color! When the line arts drop, the fighting begins. For those who want nothing more than to go crazy over a brand new, Danny Phantom themed coloring book, this part is for you. The goal is to color as many of the line arts from the first half of the event as physically possible with the rest of your small team. Unlike other DP events, GWE will have 10 whole coloring teams, so expect to get cozy with your new mates while you strategize! 

And when we say strategize, we mean it. >:3 Green With Envy is unique in that the points you earn can be snatched away! How many your team gets depends on when you complete a coloring, how you complete a coloring, and to whom the line art was assigned. (Don't worry, you can color any line art, including unassigned ones!) Trickery is just as important as the speed and skill of your artistry here! Drop the ball and your points just may be Poached right from under your pencil tips!

What is TES Gala? 

An idea started from a treasure found in ESO, I developed a headcanon that the Altmer have something similar to the Met Gala. Loving the idea, I decided I wanted to try at making a small community event for tesblr focusing on fashion (and partying lol).

For one week, a gala will be held. A party invitation post will set the overall theme. Once you post your submission(s) to the event, it will be reblogged here to be shared. 

When is TES Gala?

June 15th to June 21st

Theme will be announce by the end of March, if not a tad sooner.

Where is the Gala set?

Anywhere! This isn’t set to the Altmer in Summerset. This can be a small village, a royal event in Cyrodiil, or a party taken to Oblivion. This can be the scene to a Thieves Guild or Dark brotherhood quest. This can be a Modern AU or anywhere on the in-universe timeline!

What mediums are accepted?

Just about anything! 

Just a few ideas, but not limited to:

Fan art (sketches, doodles, clothes designs, full blown renders, etc)

Fanfiction (can be either posted in full on Tumblr or a link to AO3)

Gifsets

Moodboards (Can't draw, but wanna show us what your OC would wear? Go for it!)

Animatics

Meta analysis (headcanons on fashion, using historical parallels, etc)

Embroidery/Beadwork

We’d love to see whatever you made ― digital, traditional, crafts, anything! 

Is there a submission limit?

No! If you have multiple ideas for the gala week, I encourage you to share all that you make!

How do I submit my work?

Post your work on tumblr and tag it with #tesgala25. I will be tracking the tag all week long. You can also directly tag with @tes-gala

I will then share your work with tags for characters, mediums, and if needed, try my best with adding image ID/alt text.

Alt text and image IDs

To increase the accessibility for our works, I do encourage all artists/graphic makers to use alt text/image IDs. This helps those with screen readers and is more inclusive.

OC Submissions & Use

To follow the party aesthetic, you may submit a TES Original Character through asks with information about them if you wish for your OC to cameo in another's work. The one submitting must understand they are giving reasonable permission for another to use their OC.

Those interested in using another's Original Character must use the OC respectfully and within reason. You must tag the owner with your submission. List of submissions found here: [LINK]

No AI-generated works are allowed. If you tag your work as AI-generated, we will not repost it on our social media.

There is no minimum or maximum requirement.

2025 DN Rarepair Week Prompts

Prompts are finally here!! Each day has three prompts to choose from, including a free day on March 23rd. You can use any prompt in your submissions, or incorporate multiple if you wish (including prompts from different days - the sky is the limit!)
