Danny commits to the Bit a bit too hard...

So! For the first few weeks after his accident, whenever Danny would try to help the people of Amity Park, he would be treated as a Villain.

No matter if he had just defeated the Big Bad of the Week or saved a Cat from a tree, everybody in town only saw him as a Monster or Villain to he feared and hunted down. Danny was really getting sick of trying to get them on his side, until Sam made a suggestion.

"Why not just...play into it?" She said, barely looking up from painting her nails.

It was just an offhand suggestion, but it stuck with Danny. Why shouldn't he lean into it? The people of Amity Park already saw Ghosts as Evil, and they already assumed he was in cahoots with the Ghosts attacking the town. Why shouldn't he just...play into it?

So he does just that.

From that day on, whenever Phantom was spotted he would dramatically monologue about his Evil Plans, or claim that another Rogues attack on the City was his own act of terror.

Box Ghost destroys the towns Warehouses? It was on his orders.

Ember mind controls masses of Teenagers? All part of his Plans somehow.

Every Adult in Town is kidnapped by Young Blood? Danny gave them over to a friend as a Gift.

He crafts an identity for himself as the most Vile and Horrible Ghost that has ever attacked the City, using his own infamy to cement his legend even more firmly. The town only sees a Monsterous Villain, who has eveded capture near effortlessly for months on end, who constantly attacks their City and gets away with it.

Of course he still needs an excuse for how his plans keep getting stopped, and he gets it when his girlfriend Valerie becomes the Red Huntress. Before that, he just claimed infighting or the Fentons getting lucky, but Valerie becoming the Town's Hero meant he had a plausible excuse for how he kept getting "Foiled".

Val was suspicious, because she was not as involved as Phantom painted her to be, but in the end she had no proof of him faking his defeats. And she couldn't come up with any explanations for why he would do that in the first place. I mean, who would fake being a Supervillain? It had to he something else.

This did come back to bite him a while later, when the Justice League decided that enough was enough, and dispatched Justice League Dark to recruit Red Huntress and help Deal with him.

Coincidentally, that was the same day Pariah Dark attacked the Mortal Realm and sucked Amity Park into the Ghost Zone.

And honestly? Danny had spent over a Year proclaiming himself as a Villain who commanded Ghosts to attack the Human Realm, and he had heard about the Right of Conquest being Absolute in the Ghost Zone, so why not make it official? Why not overthrow the Ghost King, become the Ghost King, and cement his identity as a Villain while also forbidding Ghosts from entering the Human Realm without his permission?

He may have gotten a bit carried away and forgotten that the Villain thing was a disguise...but hey! He was still preventing Ghost Attacks! ...mostly. That's got to count for something right?

He may have let the Bit run a bit too far...

Lol I imagine Jazz asks a lot about what is the human way of flirting but then NEVER tells ANYONE what are Cybertronian signs of flirting. He keeps that information to himself NO EXCEPTIONS because he doesn't want Prowl to know that the specific sound of fans or engine or spark means.

The thing he doesn't realize though. Prowl is smart. And also his mech can see everything. So Prowl manages to connect the dots on his own and starts implementing some Cybertronian gestures in his day-to-day life as a way to bring Jazz some comfort.

Basically. The entire base is desperate because they can't come up with a way to make Prowl into romancible character using human strategies. All while JPs are flirting in Cybertronian~

Eggs for Killie is over!

I award myself the 150th egg for all of the little bits of art. Thank you so much for inspiring me to make them! It’s been really amazing to see all the hard work and to truly appreciate the wide range of crafts and activities everyone can do. Bobbin lace? Shoemaking? Knife forging? Translating Irish? It’s genuinely incredible.

I also really appreciated the people who were taking a rest, too. Thank you for that as well.

And I SUPER, SUPER appreciate everyone who was going through saying encouraging words, leaving replies/reblogging with comments, or liking all these posts. That was also a huge outpouring of kindness and time. I saw you doing it (and tried to make sure OPs did too) and any credit for people feeling empowered? That’s for YOU.

I know for a fact that people were following each other simply because they spotted one of their people through doing this. Thank you for being here - and being brave enough to find each other!

So, I wanted to combine the absolutely insane shenanigans fandom has yj getting into in space for months at a time with the fact that actually none of their guardians are as terrible/neglectful as they seem based on their absence from the narrative. (It's just that there are No Adults Allowed in the kids' book. They couldn't make them all orphans in the grand tradition of kids' fiction everywhere, so they just ignored the adults when convenient.)

Which means I need a way for them to spend months in space without anyone knowing, but also not have them absent long enough to ring any alarm bells.

Solution: take full advantage of the fact that time is Messed Up in comics. (7+ Christmases in 3-4 years anyone? One year time skip where not everyone ages a full year?) YJ can be in space for 8 months and it's only, let's go with two weeks, for their guardians.

Mind you: THEY STILL DON'T TELL ANYONE!

So you can get the scene years later where it's like:

JL: How do you know that alien race/language/solar system/interstellar legal code? Why are you citizens/married/ambassadors/boogiemen/deities on this random planet?

YJ: We spent 8 months hitchhiking. Stuff went down.

JL: ...there are no 8 month gaps unaccounted for. The longest we can come up with was two weeks, four if you're all really good at faking things.

YJ: Oh yeah, time's broken.

JL: Time's... broken...?

YJ: Time's broken.

Half Baked DC x DP Crossover Idea

Partially inspired by something that happened last weekend

While on a trip to tour collages for Jazz, the Fentons stop to fuel up, get some sleep at a hotel, and get snacks for the next day. Danny wanders away from the hotel, because of course he does, and stops by a market. As hes going through the store isles he can't help but notice that someone has started following him. Not seeing anywhere to slip away, Danny approaches the first person he sees that he could, reasonably, seem related to, doesn't look sketchy af, and he approaches them.

Or

Danny wanders off on Gotham/Metropolis/Gateway City(pick your favorite). As hes wandering around in a store he realises hes being followed and quickly attaches himself to the first person his ghost sense tells him he can trust that looks reasonably related to. While startled at first, Bruce/Clark/Diana quickly understand the situation, and treats Danny like one of their children, glaring at the person who was following Danny. Once the person is gone they walk Danny back to his hotel to make sure that person is gone.

I dont know how this would end, that's up to you, this is called a half baked idea for a reason.
