I have this headcanon that after Aglaea assumed leadership, the women of Okhema gained significantly more freedom and courage to pursue their wishes than before. TGCF Draft vs. Final: Garment Redder than Maple, Skin As White As Snow

Back at it again with a new arc! Starting from Chapt. 12, we start at Xie Lian back in the heavens and end on the heavenly officials' stumped dialogue about why Hua Cheng would come help Xie Lian. In the 7seas edition, this is all content from Vol. 1, Chapt. 5: Red-Clad Ghost, the Burning of the Martial and Civil Temples, ending on the very first page of Chapt. 6, which shares the same title as this section in the revisions.

Major changes:

Rather than the section starting with a conversation with Ling Wen, it starts with how the fear of another Human Face Disease breakout was a "false alarm," wasting the time and efforts of the Middle Court which dispatched half of its gods to investigate, and Xie Lian immediately joins the communications array upon returning to the heavens.

Minor changes:

Xie Lian says that his reascension has been more tiring than when he was collecting trash.

Feng Xin no longer mentions sealing Xuan Ji. He just says that General Pei needs to come deal with her.

Qi Rong is still not named. He is only "The Green Ghost."

The questions that were previously posed by Xie Lian—what about the corpse forest and was the green ghost present—are now discussed without him asking. Mu Qing brings up the presence of the forest, and Ling Wen (rather than Feng Xin) responds that the Green Ghost wasn't present. Xie Lian speaks up to ask if Xuan Ji was the Green Ghost's underling.

When Xie Lian speaks in the communications array, it does not get quiet or awkward.

Xiao Pei doesn't chime in to defend General Pei. All explanation-heavy responses come from Ling Wen.

When Xie Lian asks about the child spirit, Mu Qing doesn't chime in and play dumb. Ling Wen, once again, responds and say they found no traces of it.

Xie Lian says out loud that he only knows of the "four great tales" rather than just thinking it, and when he asks what the "four great calamities" are, Mu Qing no longer chimes in with a snide comment. This means that Xie Lian's response about how difficult it is to be a mortal is gone.

Ling Wen's explanation of who the Green Ghost is now stops after she says that he's the only "calamity" not in isolation and is also not a calamity. Xie Lian then asks if he just emerged to be annoying rather than this being a part of Ling Wen's explanation.

Ling Wen now explicitly states that Jun Wu is the one who destroyed White No-Face.

There is an added sentence during the explanation of Hua Cheng burning down the temples and shrines of the 33 heavenly officials that Jun Wu "doesn't like conflict" and prefers to focus on maintaining the balance between the three realms, which is why he did not help them.

hi! i’m the same anon that sent the long-ish ask before about how much i love your writing and how it’s really special to me. i saw that you wrote something about leviathan that was similar to the lucifer duality post, in the rad archives server. im like embarrassed as hell to be saying this here on anon because it’s cowardly, but i’m a lurker in that server because i’m anxious (lol), and i still want to express in some way that i really like both of those posts a lot. even though i didnt make it to the levi one in time.

i also really resonate with them but the levi one more so (probably some bias since he’s been my favorite for 4.5 years). i wrote a very long ramble about my interpretation of it but i felt like it was too long and i’m embarrassed (again) about it and its. very redundant. so i’m not including it. lol. so i understand you deleting the original levi duality post.

but anyways, it hit me hard (knocked me unconscious and kept swinging when i was down) and. actually made me tear up. so, once again, thank you Very much for your wonderful blog 🫶🫶🫶

Hi , i discovered your account a little while ago and i really enjoyed your nation revealed au posts and i wanted to know if you had more France nation revealed au headcanons because your posts about him are hilarious and he's my favourite character

OUAIS FRANCEEEEE! Oh my god there's so much. He would thrive in the spotlight. He's very charming and good looking, so he knows how to control public opinion. I'm not trying to say that every citizen loves him, but he's a very admired national treasure. The French gov takes advantage of this and tries to make him announce things so they'll be taken more lightly. He attends political press conferences and stuff, but he's usually there to look pretty and distract people from getting mad. It's become a bit of a meme like "when they bring out Mr. France, shit's going to hit the fan."

He's been in a few movies back in the day. But he was usually cast as an extra because the gov didn't want whatever erotic scene he was in to "taint the national reputation". He usually does voice cameos in movies now, and he DEFINITELY made a cameo in Ratatouille (he had one line). The only physical cameos he makes are in historical documentaries.

As the "nation of fashion", He's also starred in many beauty commercials, and has been on many magazine covers (duh). He attends fashion shows to support designers, and his tweets during fashion week are always a highlight. He starts a lot of trends too. Luxury brands see his influence and trample over each other for his endorsement.

His social media personality depends on the site. I made a more in depth post here, but I'll sum it up. His twitter is where he posts his "philosophical musings" with a side of memes. His Instagram is where he is in peak slut form, but he posts normal French stuff periodically to get his boss off his back. His Tiktok is a mix of Twitter and Insta, but more focused on making cooking videos and trends. He also loves posting about his cat, and makes matching outfits for him. he often features other nations in his posts, and films them doing mundane silly things.

Since France is the most visited country in the world, he has a lot of interactions with tourists. He does his whole "charming Frenchman" schtick and gives little tours around Paris. He also does tours at the Louvre, though he usually cares more about the paintings involving himself. Despite the fun, he always has to deal with people being disrespectful and entitled to him. It's even worse now in the age of the internet, where everyone's trying to have their fifteen minutes of fame. People record themselves trying to ask him on a date, flirt with him, kiss him, and other things when he's just trying to get his coffee. He politely turns them down, but he's punched many a tourist before.

France has also been in some scandals. He's had many sex scandals. Too many to count. So many that it's not even considered a scandal when he's caught sleeping with powerful people or being indecent in public. He's a very passionate person. He has been arrested many times, often while at protests. He can also get very confrontational with the paparazzi on a bad day. Those videos often go viral, and people talk about how "unhinged" he is (and say he's "iconic" or whatever). Obviously, his outbursts and police confrontations are a very bad look for the gov. But there's not much they can do to stop him without public backlash. So usually they make him apologize.

He's often invited to talk shows and interviews both in France and abroad. For the serious interviews, it's usually about political and historical stuff. For talk shows, it's a mix of "he's so hot" and trying to make a spectacle out of his eccentric moments. Hosts are usually respectful, but English-speaking ones will often poke fun at his English, and sometimes do stuff like "say squirrel" to laugh at his accent. They'll also joke about his "meltdowns" and stuff (half the time they're moments where he's in mental distress).

he's really not at all. he just works ridiculously hard I mean we've seen his schedule what is this

literally anyone who put in this amount of work would end up getting good grades... if they didn't have a complete breakdown first guess you can consider that his "talent" can't break if you're already broken

Sua does actually seem like a natural genius though, she's tied with Ivan despite not doing... all that well she basically says as much

and she worked as a model (among other things) while attending Anakt Garden, so she managed being top of the class while also already having her career Ivan didn't do any of that, he only got popular after round 3 (idk what these rankings are out of, but if he's only 78th when Till was 5th...) despite being a top student I suppose Ivan didn't actually stand out much at first?

interesting how out of all of them, Ivan seems the least suited to singing on stage Sua's clearly talented, Till is a musical prodigy, and Mizi genuinely loves singing Luka is literally made for it, and Hyuna also loves singing and seems to have this natural stage presence

but all Ivan's good at is following orders

alright. today I read an ingredient label that finally made me mentally fucking snap, so I did it. I made the impossible difficulty uquiz:
