Vial of Archfey Blood

Consumable, very rare (requires attunement)

“A crystalline vial containing a dose of golden swirling Archfey blood. This blood was willingly given by the Archfey, and thus, it holds greater magical properties than it would otherwise.”

Consuming this potion grants you a permanent boon, allowing you to cast the Misty Step spell without expending a spell slot. Once you cast this spell, you cannot cast it again until you finish a Long Rest.

Keepsake. A vial of Archfey blood is a powerful item and radiates magic. If you attune to and keep this vial on you, you are Immune to Divination magic such as the Scrying spell. Additionally, if you fail a saving throw against a spell or magical effect, you can choose to succeed instead. Once you have used this property of the vial, you can’t use it again until the next dawn.

Whether you consume, or attune to this vial your creature type registers as Fey to spells and other effects that detect the presence of the Fey creature type.

Simply referred to as drop among alchemists, this potion is brewed by exposing the contained magical liquid to a droplhorse's luminescent light. Described as being mentally uplifting and often used for amusement purposes, the drop bears the danger of quick dehydration while bestowing the ability to smoothly fly and swim alike.

A magic item for use in Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition tabletop role-playing game. This is a homebrew magic item created by Cloaks and Capes.

Red Mushroom Wine

Consumable, common

“This wine is sweet, and comes in a specially designed and branded bottle with a redcap-shaped topper. Though the wine is magical, the effects are mostly harmless. When stored for long periods of time, small ruby red mushrooms will grow around it.”

When you consume this magic wine make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a failure you start to hallucinate that tiny mushroom gnomes appearing around you. They are friendly and count as illusions that only you can see, and for 1 hour you have Disadvantage on all ability checks. If you succeed, nothing happens, further drinks from the wine increase the DC by 1.

At any time you can use an Action to make a DC 15 Wisdom (Perception) check to determine that the gnomes are illusions, but this does not cause them to end.
