Hi, Here is an overview of base programming/programmes. Most other internal programmes will fall under one of these. Base programming is different from Greek programming.

ALPHA-Alpha programming is also called ‘the base personality control.’ Symbolism is used to reinforce programming. The symbols can be found outside the body, such as; hourglasses, white rabbits, monarch butterflies, as well as found in the programming of that individual. The programming for alpha teaches the person triggers, assists in fragmenting the personality, protection programming, logic programming, map of the system, base commands for contacting/calling up of other parts, and the foundation for future programming. (Base program)
BETA-Sexual programming spanning from rigid gender stereotypes on one end of the spectrum (Princess Programming) to hyper-sexualised conduct at the opposite end. Particular programs (and thus commands) are for pornography, acting, oral sex, etc.(porn/sex/BDSM Programming). Beta Programming requires absolute submission from women/men in order for them to perform their tasks. Early sexual torture will be used to anchor programming. These parts will develop sexual abilities that are for the pleasure of others. These parts are programmed to have charm, seductive skills, charisma, and creativity. This Programming ensures the part is lacking sexual inhibitions. (Base program)
GAMMA-Can be system-protection and deception programming which will provide misinformation to outsiders and try to misdirect people by telling half-truths, protecting different internal programming. Gamma parts are trained to sow doubt and confusion about the existence of programmers. This is done by creating a number of misinformation parts, some of which are involved in exposing the group, but they will mix truth with wildly speculative and obviously ridiculous assertions. DELTA-Is assassin programming and was originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear and very systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.
EPSILON-Is the programming of animal parts into the child, which is thought to be the key to paranormal or superhuman abilities. (Spiritual programming) Type 3 Epsilon Programming-A base-level obedience programme the individual is programmed to their primal components of food, shelter, and water. Epsilon Programming elements are often added to other forms of programming.
THETA-Psychic programming correlates with the development and use of extrasensory powers and extra physical abilities, including long-distance mind connection with other remote viewing where part’s could see what an individual is doing in another location. It also implies the use of thought energy to kill someone at a distance. Paranormal ability known as "remote scanning", the ability of some humans to locate objects or envision events in remote geographical areas of which they have no prior knowledge. Cortical theta waves are frequent in children. In older children and adults, theta waves appear during meditative, drowsy, hypnotic or sleeping states. (Base Programming)
OMEGA-Self-destruct programming. The corresponding behaviours include suicidal tendencies and/or self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is being recovered.

A Neutral System in a World of Bias
Bitcoin doesn’t care who you are. It doesn’t care about your nationality, your political beliefs, or your economic status. It treats everyone equally, offering the same rules and the same access. In a world where financial systems are weaponized—where bank accounts are frozen due to politics, where hyperinflation robs entire populations of their wealth—Bitcoin remains untouched. It is the last truly neutral system, offering financial sovereignty to anyone who seeks it.

Codex Entry: Ordinus
The cities exist on a circular continuum, so none of them is really "first." But I tend to always think about them in a certain order, and that sequence starts with Ordinus.
Spectrum: Order/Chaos
Ruler: The Prefect
Demonym: Ordinite
Unique Resource: Funnel, an inklike substance
Hallmarks: Brutalist, often physics-defying architecture. Typewriters, trains, and other tech that loudly clacks, chunks, and dings. Identical spaces. Topiary. Scheduled weather. Layers of beurocracy.
History
Ordinus is surrounded on all sides by chaos. It is all that remains of a world whose every atom has been randomized into noncompliance with every other. It is a sea of continuously shifting entropic muck, and the Boundary is all that prevents Ordinus itself from being consumed and converted endlessly. This is the history conjured for the city at the moment of its creation, but that does not make it any less real or true.
The Boundary
Ordinus is not a walled city in the traditional sense. The Boundary is not a high barrier looming over the outskirts of the city. In order to survive, Ordinus has become something that would be unrecognizable to the world it once occupied. It is topologically interwoven, looping over and back on itself across spatial dimensions. This is not a noticeable phenomenon to a citizen of Ordinus. The streets all connect and will take you where you wish to go. Everything follows logically from the ground.
What this means, though, is that the Boundary is everywhere, and Chaos can leak through wherever it is weakened. This is a fear deeply ingrained in every Ordinite.
Chaos
The entropic mass constantly pressuring Ordinus does not look like anything. It is not coherent enough to parse with the senses. But chaos that pours into Ordinus when the Boundary cracks is different. Every aspect of Ordinus' construction is suffused with intent. Within its bounds the chaos is constrained. It flows like a corrosive sea, it twists into monstrous approximations of life. It can be fought and driven back. Contact with it can be survived, though surviving unchanged is another matter. Breaches of the Boundary are often smaller than a full flood, manifesting as solitary monsters or alleys and corridors shifting as though alive, trapping anyone unfortunate enough to stumble in.
Funnel
The physical laws of Ordinus, the ways matter behaves and interacts with itself, are codified in actual documents. Localized alteration of these laws allows for the construction of buildings that spite gravity or contain more interior space than should be possible. More intense configurations are possible, but structures are designed to make efficient use of space while not putting strain on the mind.
The reason for all of this is an iridescent substance with the properties of metallic ink called Funnel. Its name is derived from its ability to act as a probabalistic funnel, bottlenecking ranges of probability down to a smaller set of outcomes. If Funnel existed in our world, you could ink a 20-sided die in such a way that it always rolled above a fifteen, or only rolled twenties, or any other permutation of outcomes that were already possible. You couldn't ink that die to make it float, or sing, or explode.
It's different in Ordinus. The city is order carved out of chaos. What makes the chaos deadly is that anything is possible, and everything is happening. The range of possibilities Funnel can create are therefore limited only by a programmer's knowledge of glyphs, the time it takes to write them, and the amount of Funnel in their possession. Funnel is strictly controlled within Ordinus, and unauthorized use of it is punished harshly.
Daily Life
Everything in Ordinus happens according to a plan and a schedule. It is efficient, but not cruel. Humans are not seen as expendable. The Prefect recognizes that in order for society to run smoothly, Ordinites require adequate rest, housing, nutrition, and exercise, as well as entertainment and social time. Society largely sees itself as benevolent. In many ways it is. However, the belief that everyone's exact needs and optimal path in life can be calculated by a dispassionate formula has led to unfortunate results for anyone that formula fails to account for, and blame tends to fall on such folk for their own unhappiness. People live within a system that wants to reduce them to numbers for their own good.

Sorry for causing you so much dysregulation. I was asking how can both these things be true. Not prove yourself or justify yourself to me. Just can you explain more because it doesn't make sense to me. I'm not ignorant about all of it. Just don't understand your situation. Somoene very close to me is PDA. I'm a survivor of OA. When I talk about my experiences with my PDA person they say things that make me believe these experiences are in complete conflict. Hard to imagine how someone with PDA could survive when PDA makes it so hard to survive even regular life.
Due to how victims are picked, the pda was heavily masked due to the programing was started in infancy.
But it often displayed in a lot of small ways. Self care was something we would fight ourselves on. Fighting those who weren't the primary programmers because safer to do so.
Things like that.
Was especially mean to our bio brother and took a lot of self work to not be cruel forever.
The brain does a lot of things to survive.
The abusers, want us in panic mode. Panic mode means we can't think logically, critically, or for ourselves when in a panic state.
Pda is having that state activated by preseaved demands, including self needs such as bathroom and eating.
If a baby is tortured, before any nerodivergent traits can fully be diagnosed (cause personally we where part of stuff 28 years ago. research wasn't great, especially in afab)
They will be able to be programmed to dissociate and be prepped for the true bs.
When being programmed a pda will be seen as challenging but not unusable by such shit.
They use the fact self care is so hard as a way to try trapping the victim into the control system.
The activation of fight, flight, freeze is what they want because that's where the program is set.
Does that help? Do you get what we mean? That pda doesn't hold the program long term well if the victim can figure ways to live and fight the self care pda. But if they find themselves stuck needing assistance by the very people hurting them, they have to let the fear dissociative trained auto pilot run.

y’know we could create a class that induces these trains of thought then beat the kids in that class (regardless of teacher; swap the teacher periodically) to train them to associate those thoughts with pain like a pavlovian dog. Hell, you could just make it some nondescript form of punishment so that they just associate the thoughts with some kind of punishment.
…wait, that’s child abuse. Side effects include seeking out pain or punishment when perceived transgressions occur, even when not acted upon, self-inflicting said pain and punishment, and more delightfully fun things!
(to be clear the premise of the whole thing is sarcastic.)
Yes I kind of have personal experience with this in that I’ve got a trained association of failure of any kind with punishment, and that I deserve punishment if I’m anything shy of perfect. I literally have to mentally look at that and suppress it whenever it comes up because:
If I acted upon it, asking someone else, I’d be profoundly weird, which doesn’t help me at all as an autistic person
If I inflicted it on myself, people would regard me as unstable, suicidal, so on and so forth, and diminish my ability to make decisions and show preferences for myself. They don’t think about what the people in the system will do. Y’see, people aren’t fucking machines:
They aren’t programmable in the same sense as computers. You can condition them to do shit in various ways, (most of them unethical) but as I’ve demonstrated in this post, conditioning can be overridden.
They make mistakes. What happens when you go to the doctor and they accidentally fat finger a test result on a data entry form without noticing (because they handle hundreds of these cases a week; they don’t mean that much to them) and you’re now on the government’s kill list?
They can come up with their own agendas. If the doctor knows that pushing the button puts you on the kill list, and they don’t like you because you’re [insert minority here] or just plain someone they don’t like, are they really going to just use that button for eradicating a single trait? (this is what the Nazis did, and what the present right wing wants to do, for the record)
If you take measures to prevent individual agendas, individual mistakes, etc., you open yourself up to collusion, which has the same issues, but can be even harder to detect as the members of the in-group collaborate to deceive the out-group.
So obviously you prevent collusion by preventing people from interacting while still keeping the cross-checking going on, right? The problem with that is that humans can spontaneously devise communication methods by deriving patterns from points of data. Which means if you provide any useful info A got to B, you’re opening a vector of communications up between them. Uh oh.
These types of people are lazy, immoral pieces of shit that want to just soak the world in blood until the problem goes away. Because that’s easy. That’s why their logic stops there; they’ve justified their desired action in their minds and that’s all they need. Destroying is easy, but it doesn’t create anything. It just makes a mess.

It was programmed with a purpose, came to a conclusion, and executed its horrific plan with certainty that it was taking the only correct necessary action, with a moral disregard that seems to echo the Leviathans themselves. The Leviathans believed themselves as gods, and the things they created...also kind of think that, while of course insisting that they are rational and correct and just above it all.
Simultaneously proving and disproving its most central conclusion that it's built its solution around: that people cannot get along with the machines they build. There is always a point where the created turns on the creator.
...and yet, the Catalyst acted for millenia in an effort to preserve organic life. In a twisted way that ironically involved turning on its creators, yes, but. But. It kept life going, in the end. It insists it's no mere synthetic, and yet the Catalyst and the Reapers have tirelessly dedicated their existence to the purpose they were built for. Came to a conclusion, decided on a solution, and ran with it, never second-guessing, never re-examining said solution, convinced utterly in their objectivity and the inability of anyone to truly comprehend their easily comprehensible logic.
Sunk cost fallacy doesn't come close to describing what's happening here.
It's a very interesting concept to me that I'm not sure mass effect was intentionally trying to make a central point - the reveal about the Leviathans was dlc after all. But while some people dislike how much about the Reapers was revealed I honestly kind of like it for different reasons than was probably intended.
(Tl;dr: the AI was trained on suspect data and has absorbed the biases of its programmers and we can't stop it from doing stupid shit)
