Hi i dont know if you take requests or anything like that so sorry if this seems pushy or anything ive just always been super curious about what the original japanese for this one optional line of dialogue in 3-5.

When you show Maya the profile for Sister Bikini in front of Larry, Larry says that she is his mother and then refuses to elaborate on it. Ive always wondered if it was played off more as a joke in japanese because they play it pretty straight in the english game, so much so i truly cant tell if its a joke or not.

Oh I love solving a good mystery.

"Nanka, 'Okka-san' tte kanji desu yo neー"

"She seems to have the feeling of a 'mother,' right?"

(English Localization: "She seems really motherly, doesn't she?")

"'Kanji' tteiuka, sono manma ore no kaa-chan dayo, are."

"You say, 'Seems to'? She's just like my mom."

(EL: What do you mean "seems" motherly? She IS my mother.)

Larry/Yahari uses this word, "sono manma," a form of "sono mama".

"....e."

"....huh?"

(EL: "...She's your WHAT!?")

"Kouiu no wa, pasu na, ore."

"I'm going to pass on this sort of thing." (He says "pass" in English.)

(EL: "I'm gonna have to take a pass on answering that one.")

Phoenix/Naruhodo:

"(Douiu imi da? 'Pasu' tte....)"

"(What do you mean by that? 'Pass'...)"

(EL: "(Wait a second. Why is he getting off so easy this time…!?)")

It seems to me that Larry is dodging talking about how Bikini is "just like" his mom.

It's only 3 episodes being treated as a pilot so I NEED MORE!! The animation is so gorgeous I could weep happy tears, the small details, Vincent Tong's (Kai's voice actor for the English version) voice acting and delivery is beyond phenomenal and truly tugs at your heart and makes you feel. And the many things revealed is..AHHH!!!!!!!

Again, Avengers Assemble (and SteveTony :3) currently have a deathgrip on me..but I need to emotionally recover as my Lego Ninjago interest from long ago rekindles and burns brightly and slowly consumes me again!! A dual, sharp edged blade I will happily plunge into my heart, twist it deep, cry in pure happiness, fall to my knees and be in bliss.

A curious little elf person was silently walking around the farspace fleet for no apparent reason, maybe to find some information?

But the little elf was still walking around looking at everything and hiding when someone a guard passed by the hallway.

The sounds of heels echo the hallway as Caleb makes his way back to his office after a brief meeting.

Sensing something off, he halts his steps, eyes observing a very small, but possible hiding spot.

Naturally, these spots are too small for someone of human size to hide, but what being, let it be it man or creature, would dare to casually stroll on the Farspace Fleet's ship without authorization?

Ooh okay no 😭 see our windows don’t open they’re kind of stuck our home is a death trap BUT even then if they could I would never!! I’m too scared that someone or something is going to come inside. Plus I’m already very freaked out by any time of intruder situation in general that I always check our doors during movies or lets plays that involve that!

OKAY OKAY OKAY. SEE, I thought about this one because I could easily say we’d have a sweet endearing heart to heart as we stare at the moon but honestly I think I’d throw something off for funsies and we’d end up throwing to see who could make it the farthest. 🤔 as for what we’re throwing I thought of water balloons but maybe golf balls or rocks if we’re feeling spicy 😄 I’d hate to be anyone walking by! 46: favorite holiday film?

So I also had to really think about this one 🤔 let’s do both Halloween and Christmas.

Halloween would have to be the Scary Godmother films. I haven’t seen them in a good minute but they’ve never left me!! I love them so much. AND monster house!!! Without a doubt 😭 the way she dies OOOF and he loved her so much

Christmas!! That ones tricky cause we always rewatch the same movies every year but if I had to pick out some of my favorites it would be Klaus, Richie Rich’s Christmas wish, and the National lampoons Christmas vacation!!
