Meet: @teddy2zaddy I’ve struggled with weight/food all my life! I remember being teased almost daily in elementary and middle school about my weight. I used to let life knock me down and take over my physical health and even my mental health. But 2019 I’ve taken back control! I’m 70 lbs down from my highest weight. I went from 346 lbs (left pic) to 276 lbs (right pic). I’ve found Intermittent Fasting and it’s worked very well for me. As far as intermittent fasting my window of time to eat is between 12pm and 8pm. I typically work 8am to 5pm so that time frame works best for me.It was tough at first but gets easier as time goes by. Now I’m getting into the gym! I want to encourage those that feel as though they just aren’t capable. You are capable and you are worth all the effort you put into your health. Starting Tip: Remember why you started and hold fast to your goals. Don’t let the scale control you because that can consume you. Find things to do to get and keep you moving. Eat right, but reward yourself when you can. Never give up on becoming the best version of you! ________________ How has the Wlstories community influenced your journey?
