does takiishi wear more or less clothing at home? like does he keep himself bundled up most of the time or is he more likely to walk around with it hanging out?

it really depends on the temp. so normally he wears extremely soft loungewear at home; stuff that is still stylish but really really comfortable. if he puts something thru the wash and it comes out not soft or develops a weird texture he will not ever wear it again. the thrift donate bin hates to see us coming.

he likes matching sets but doesnt often actually wear the top. (<- free pajamies for me.) if its too hot for pants he walks around in boxer briefs and a silky robe (he has a few with bold funky patterns he wears after the bath specifically, but one day realized he could just wear them around the house too). and if its too hot for THAT then just undies. he doesnt really walk around or sleep with his weenie out thats more of an endo thing.

he is so cutiepie in the winter omg. wide leg sweater pants and a sweater to match and fuzzy slippers and a big giant obnoxious fluffy robe. oh my god hes so cute bundled up i could cry.

watched hesher starring jgl (if you haven’t seen it it’s about this freaky metal head of a guy who has one (1) soft spot for a strangers grandma) and I couldnt help but think how Arthur would just be such besties with eames grandma when they meet :(

HARD AGREE. I may be biased, but I imagine Eames grandma(s) grew up in fairly tough times, were fairly brusque and did not suffer fools. Which makes Arthur a pea in the same pod - and yet his dress-sense and dimples would turn these sharp women into softies. 100% can imagine Eames coming home from a con to Arthur and his grandmas sitting in his living room, or on his porch, talking shit about the neighbours over a pot of tea.

my prof just explained on the syllabus that he’s included more points in the class than we needed to pass, so we could skip up like?? 20 small assignments/quizzes/participation!! and still get a very high grade!!

the idea was that we could focus on assignments that played to our strengths - only do the participation stuff if we like to talk out loud - only do the quizzes/readings if we want to do the class remotely - only do online discussions if we like to talk and share opinions but struggle with anxiety in class ect.

and that’s cool enough but then he pulled up DnD character sheets with drawings he’d done of these hypothetical student player classes and how our various accessibility needs could be gamified to ‘max out’ different aspects of the class to get high grades and like!!!!!

hell yeah!!!! let’s treat accessibility in higher education not just as a necessity but as the fun, engaging, and creative aspect of learning that it is!!! I love this!!
