The bios of the Aether Foundation.

Y'know, Faba was portrayed in a pretty incel-ish way in the Adventures SM arc. He pushed Mohn into an ultra wormhole in an attempt to kill him, tried comforting the widow Lusamine and was enraged when she pulled away from him, conspiring to ruin her life and the lives of her kids, and was the one who orchestrated her descent to madness.

Considering what this says, it adds context to his portrayal there.

✦ Vere going absolutely feral after he sees the MC getting hurt ✦

It's a Soulless that hurts them?  The monster barely gets a swipe in before Vere is on it.  He's ripping it apart with his fucking teeth.  He can't stop growling, even after the thing is already dead, blood dripping down his face, splattering his chest, smeared all over his chains.

He's a force of nature - beautiful and deadly in equal measure.  

His ears are going to stay pinned back for a while.  He can't relax.  MC can try to calm him down and comfort him but his disposition won't go back to normal until he's satisfied.  (Satisfied with patching them up, fussing over them in a way that's just this side of an insult.)  He'll take them to bed, but only in the most literal sense.  (He just wants to listen to their heartbeat with his tail wrapped around them until he feels better.)

 . . . But what if it is a human who does it? Say, someone from the Senobium… 

Vere wants to blot them from the face of the earth but he can't.  Not with the collar on.  He has to resort to trickery or manipulation if he wants MC's assailant to stop.

 (And he has to act unaffected.  He can't let on…)

 It's absolutely maddening because he could squash their attacker like a bug if he wasn't so chained.  He wouldn't have to watch this happen if -- he shouldn't have to watch this happen, they're his -- but he can't stop it, not the way he wants to.  His hackles are up.  His claws absolutely itch with the need to tear this vermin to shreds.  His handlers will write it off as hunger, blood lust.  (They'll be right, if only partially.)

Bonus Points: Vere seeks Kuras' help willingly in order to save MC's life.

 The MC getting grievously injured…

Vere picking them up bridal style and carrying them to Kuras' clinic. 

He doesn't wait in the line.  (Not that there's going to be much of a line, people scatter like rats once they see his face.)  

He'll break down the goddamn door if he has to.  He doesn't say a word, just snarls at Kuras and refuses to be removed from the room while MC is treated.

 (Does he fume in the corner the whole time?  Or does he hover near Kuras, distrusting the angel, accepting the proximity despite his distaste?)

 Kuras doesn't say anything either.  He just gets to work.

You know what could be fun for Ghosts Are Dragons? How to Train Your Dragon Crossover. 

Like, both seafarers and vikings were incredibly superstitious people, even if we don’t see that a lot in the movie series. 

And Danny well, he might’ve managed to convince Clockwork that you know what? They do deserve a vacation, fuck the Observants, let’s find a world where we don’t have to worry about the GIW and just vibe! 

Now Clockwork, as anyone with eyes can tell, has a soft spot for the little ghost, there are even bets on when he’ll finally bite the bullet and properly adopt the little hatchling. In fact it’s so obvious that several others, Pandora and Frostbite included, borderline kick him out, telling him to yes, do go on a vacation, remember what happened when we all told Pariah to have a vacation and he didn’t? Exactly! 

So there they go, a pair, er a trio, um, alright Clockwork currently has six hatchlings with him. Alright. Okay so he’s never had a vacation before (nevermind with his future vision mostly turned off) and is maybe a hint wrong-footed but that’s fine. It can’t be that hard, and really, he easily dwarfs even the biggest dragons in this world, so what’s going to mess with him, hm? 

Ah.

Perhaps he should remember how idiotic humans are at times.

Random trolls AU idea that I'm probably not gonna do anything with, but it's a cool idea so I have to share-

Branch is kidnapped instead of Floyd, right? But instead of Velvet just sending a note out for Brozone, they also send out a note to Kismet, who team up with Poppy to go save Branch together.

The two groups meet halfway to Mt Radious, realize they're all there to save Branch, and team up.

There's some arguing both between the brothers and the two bands, though, that slows them down.

Eventually they do get to Mt Radious, and Branch is overwhelmed a bit by the fact they all came to rescue him. He'd only really expected Poppy.

IDK, that's my idea! I really like Kismet, but b/c we don't see/know that much of them, I'm not actually sure how the whole thing would go, so this is all I've got!

For once, I'd like to see a fic where there's a Kaeya fanclub and they just meet up to share thoughts about him or tell the others about the last sighting of him.

Unless they find an enemy. Then they do a whole operation to get rid of the menace.

Like, Keaya is the shadow who takes care of things in the background, and they'd be the shadows who take care of Kaeya in the backstage.

Random fan lady: I heard from the nuns at the church that Captain Kaeya came back hurt from his last mission.

Random ex-treasure hunter fan: wasn't the mission scheduled to be short and fast? *Narrows eyes* Why did he take so long?

Random knight fan: it was. Something must had happened. Captain Kaeya is not the type to get easily hurt.

Random fan lady: do you think there was foul game?

Random veteran adventurer fan: I think there was a trap, at least.

Cue a whole full room of people organizing coincidences to make the culprit fall and break a leg, the evidence of his crimes conveniently falling next to him.

Funnily enough, the group does exist in canon! Just not as unified as you prefer just yet. His own intel network/ secret friend group really adore him! (but also, who knows? Kaeya is his own unreliable narrator, after all. Maybe his fans + intel group have already built a society somewhere).

We have the ex-treasure hoarder nun and the nun's daughter that kaeya secretly saved

Vile, Kaeya's most notable informant who was also saved by him and is close enough to him to ask him to help with fixing Mond problems (she's also the one who calls him Prince Charming lmao)

Then we have captain Wu and his wife, who Kaeya has helped multiple times

And he also helped that one traveling play group in Sumeru several times too

and this is ignoring all of his admirers in general (like Nesmil, and that one mercenary dude who invited him to dance LMAO and technically we can count the director from the Veluriyam Mirage, though idk if he could help much)

His information network members are people he helped somehow in the past, and they just really insisted on helping him. They are full of admiration to him for sure.

and also, we kinda have Diluc doing the heavy lifting for the Kaeya defense specifically. So much so that HE WONT LET US SEE KAEYA FIGHT. AT THIS RATE IM GONNA TIE HIM UP JUST SO KAEYA CAN DO HIS THING.

But hey, does that fic really not exist? Because now that you mention it, I also haven't seen a fic like that :O The most I have seen are protective KoF and Diluc ones

Imagine the idea that it starts some kind of urban legend where Kaeya is secretly a diety from another land that just arrived to bless the fields of Dawn Winery or something, and that anyone who talks badly about him/hurts him gets cursed (said curses are caused by the Kaeya fanclub... and Diluc if they are unluckier than normal)

Oh you say Kaeya is a bad captain and start spreading rumors? Surprise fall down the stairs for you! (the tallest one in mond to be specific)

You think Kaeya is ugly and tell him regularly? Oh no, you get food poisoning that somehow wont go away!

You try to sabotage Kaeya's work to make him look bad? Well... break a leg! literally 💁

Faba might be a bit of a stretch, since the harm he inflicted on Lusamine's kids was non-lethal, but he did stuff Nebby into that device that would force it to use its powers to open an Ultra Wormhole, which seems like a similar thing to what Lusamine did to it in game, and she assumed it could die from that tho it ended up evolving instead.

Steven had his Mega Metagross charge at Mable directly using Meteor Mash, and she barely avoided it, and still ended up getting sent flying as it passed her, blowing up an OCCUPIED building behind her, since we see some Flare grunts soon join her, presumably coming out of that building. (I maintain he was there to put a stop to Lysandre personally.)

Coral also blew up a sizeable portion of Diana's castle which Friede only narrowly escaped from and could have possibly triggered an avalanche by having her Glalie blow up in the battle with Roy and Dot on Glaseado Mountain. (I feel it's also worth pointing out that Zirc and Onia get the hell out of dodge when her and Sidian show up. We see Sidian is more restrained tho, he just doesn't care about orders. Coral clearly doesn't give two shits about collateral damage.)

James tends to be more chill without Jessie, but with her, he's "Beat the crap out of someone" too.

Liko's normally "would panic if she hurt someone" but with the combat pragmatist traits and the trauma, she's more ruthless in battle than she lets on. I'd also like to point how she almost had Sprigatito blast Amethio off the Brave Olivine in the second episode when she decides to stick up for herself against him, that Leafage would have probably sent Amethio plummeting if it weren't for Ceruledge protecting him.

If you got to give Branch and Poppy a pokemon of your choice, what would you give them?

I'd give Branch a bulbasaur. It could help him a lot when it comes to foraging, plus i like to think it'd be nice to cuddle.

I'd give Poppy a sylveon, because i feel it matches her aesthetic the best. That or maybe togepi/togetic.
