The first picture is the final model shadeless and from all sides, (unlit) as that was the style I wanted to go for for this piece. this project was very experimental witch was a lot of fun. The second picture is the highpoly.

DPXDC Prompt #96

Everyone knew when your soulmate died as the bracelet like band around your wrist would stop glowing. But thankfully there was a way to summon the spirit of your soulmate to allow you some closure of some kind. Most people don’t as by the time their band stopped glowing they had married and assumed the parter they were with was their soulmate. Magic did exist to find out your soulmate but few people could actually afford the ingredients which were quite expensive.

Of course Damian would be upset when his band stopped glowing when he was 14. His grandfather had told him never to pursue his soulmate as it would be seen as a weakness within the league to exploit. Father however had the means to acquire what was needed to find out your soulmate and they had plans just like with Grayson, and maybe Todd if he felt like it, to perform the ritual to find them. Damian was looking forward to his too but to find out his soulmate died before he’d even get the chance?

Damian broods on this for months before deciding fuck it I’m doing the summoning ritual. For some reason the ritual summons a kid his age whom very much wasn’t dead. He wasn’t sure what was going on but he’d for sure find out.

eddie's the type of dude to use cigarettes to mimic fangs when the two of you are drunk outside the bar trying to grab a smoke to sober up. goes all the way by doing that silly walk with his arms straight out like a zombie or one of the older classic vampires.

whether he does it while they're unlit or lit depends entirely on just how drunk the two of you are.

Bianca and Nico used to switch clothes as kids because Bianca liked pants when she was playing (no scuffed knees!) and Nico liked twirling around and making the skirt swish swish.

Hazel looking through old photos of Nico and Bianca that Hades saved, then popping off to the nearest shop to put something together, showing up hours later in front of the Hades cabin in a pressed suit that's just a little on the big side. Her hair is slicked back into a low bun, scrunchie making some threats beneath her hat.

Nico leans against the doorframe. "You look interesting."

She hands him a dress bag. "Get dressed, doll. I'm taking you out on the town."

With an amused grin, he takes the bag. "Does this surprise come with the right jewelry?" He gestures to his hole-worn, bedhead, sleepless form. "A girl's gotta look right in mixed company, you know."

She snorts and pulls out a silk bag. "Would I ever do you wrong, kitten?"

He rolls his eyes but disappears back into the dark of the cabin. It's a few minutes before he remerges, shadowy tendrils clingy to his neck as the wisp and weave his hair into a soft braid. Most of them dispel away in the low light of the slowly setting sun.

He spins around and pulls his hair to the side. Pulling the necklace out, she clips it around his neck. The pearls look nice against his skin. His thumb slides against one.

"Oh, they're real," he murmurs.

"Of course they're real!" She looped their arms together. "I'd never let my best filly hop around with fakes." He rolled his eyes. "I'm not a crumb, Nico." She flicked his cheek. Then tugged him off to the nearest shadow. "Now let's shake a leg and go have a bang!"

Who leaves their only remaining family member alone in an on-fire garbage dumpster, instead of holding them tight when plunging into a rat infested frozen river to ensure that if one of you dies, at least you both die together?? My mother give me her quirk before she died, Shimura could have done that but didn't, and she actually knew her kid before that! Honestly, how do you pick up less maternal affection with a child you've claimed to love for years than my mother did with only a month's warning? How do you end up more selfish than me- i bet Yoichi would have preferred I had him over her when he watched her gag the kid so he couldn't cry for help before taking the blanket from the cardboard box to dry her hands with, not even looking back behind her."
