okay I might be very very happy abt smth

#this will sound silly but my fav haunt in college #and just early adult years #had to move locations cos the landlord was selling to developers or smth #and I went. occasionally. honestly I can probs count on my hands #the number of times I’ve been since they moved #it’s in a rougher part of town. the place is huge but not as homely #and it just never felt right #and I walked past the other day and it was boarded up and I was like noooooo😭😭 time to grieve #but someone told me it moved back to its old location????#which I love I love it so so so much #but they haven’t posted about moving on any socials and their website comes up with 404 so I’m like?#I need someone to come down w me and check #ALSO it’s much closer to me if it’s back there #a 10 min walk instead of 20 #I reckon i may be there frequently again if it’s there #man this place has been through so much and I genuinely think it’s the best place in this crappy town #if it has moved back properly I’ll be thrilled like everything is coming back together #even if it’s not like as good??? man I’m gonna b there all the time

U.A. High in my DR !

Basics

Students are separated randomly into specific departments and classes sectioned by the letters A-K.

These departments are:

Department of Heroics (A - B): Students in this department learn everything they need to know in order to become excellent heroes in service to the community. They are trained in battle, first aid, rescue, support, and all manners of heroic-related lessons.

Department of General Education C - E): Students who don’t make it to the hero course are included here. This department supports students aiming for college and other pursuits. It’s also possible for students with good grades and exceptional strength and quirk skills to be transferred into the hero course (And either the support or business course mind you). Basically regular HS but they get to say that they went to UA on their resume.

Department of Support (F - H): Students here focus on developing support equipment that helps heroes out on the battlefield. With a workspace stock to the brim with all sorts of special tools and their own studio to build things, this department provides an unmatched creative environment.

Department of General Management (I - K): This department focuses on all aspects of heroic business, from the founding and managing of hero agencies to the promotion of public opinion regarding heroes. They even do hands-on lessons in venture capitalism. They have a lot of free time.

Each class is usually comprised of 21 students. That means that the total student population at UA would be 693.

We stay in the same class with the same teacher for all 3 years.

Since UA is a highly prestigious school, we get a lot of funding and benefits for the dorms and when we go on trips and whatnot. (Food we buy for the dorms is paid for, we get free snacks/concessions in the sports festival, free hero costume updates and renewals)

The school curriculum is way less loaded than here. The school system is much better.

The Hero Teachers are actually good at teaching.

Since U.A. is famous, it has many sponsors with support and hero merch companies, so some hero course students (usually 3rd years) have their own hero merch already. Students are sometimes sponsored and do photoshoots and are invited to red carpet events. (Following the School Festival, Class 1-A gets loads of sponsors and stuff!)

The teachers and students are encouraged to decorate their classes and most of them do so.

U.A. has a popular school website.

Staff and students are recommended to have Twitter to update the public events, the majority of the students obviously don't take this seriously, there's always someone who has beef and makes it public (Monoma) and it always ends up like those MHA Tweets, it’s the funniest thing ever.

Schedule

School is Monday - Friday and starts at 8:25 and finishes at 15:10. Regular classes take place during the first half of school, then the afternoon (for the Dept. of Heroics) you will have hero training. Only Dept. of Heroics students have an additional 7th period.

The teachers move between classes while the students stay in 1 class (besides electives).

Wednesdays are half days and only consist of hero training (so no typical school work), though sometimes it's replaced by FHS. You also don't have to wear your uniform on Wednesdays.

We will always have some kind of free time for school despite our somewhat busy schedules.

Not all school days are the same (emergency drills, other schools coming to train with us, etc.).

Classes

Core Subjects for Dept. of Heroics

Homeroom: Taught by Aizawa. Acts as a study hall. The class reps will often give a small meeting with the class about important events during this period.

Japanese: Taught by Cementoss. Focuses on reading, writing, and literature.

Mathematics: Taught by Ectoplasm. Covers algebra, geometry, and calculus.

English: Taught by Present Mic. Emphasizes reading, writing, and conversation skills.

Home Economics: Taught by Midnight. Cooking and other aspects of household management.

Foundational Hero Studies (FHS): Taught by All Might, Aizawa or Midnight. Hero related studying: hero laws, safety precautions, first aid, jsl, media training, dividing hero and civilian identity etc.

Hero Training: Taught by various teachers, usually Aizawa or All Might, it changes every week and we are informed about the activities during homeroom. For example: Quirkless Combat, Rescue Training, Combat, Quirk Training etc.

Elective Subjects

Thought by various teachers. This is the only class where students move instead of teachers, these are shared, so you could end up with classmates from other classes. Students get to completely choose what electives they have. If they don’t choose, they are placed in extra training or study hall.

Class 1-A Timetable

Around UA campus

The updated UA security system is really good. The sensors are so good, you don't even need to have your ID out. They can scan it anywhere on your person. If you lost or misplaced your ID, the gates also have facial recognition software, so it's fine. If you're not a student or staff, you NEED a visitor pass or the school will go into lockdown on you.

We can use our school IDs to get snacks and drinks from vending machines around the school hallways. It’s free and they are replenished daily.

UA has a courtyard where we can eat outside. Most of the 2nd and 3rd years get food from places outside of the school campus and eat outside in the courtyard. Because of this, the cafeteria isn't as crowded and when we eat lunch we can sit and enjoy our food comfortably. The cafeteria is also luxurious and looks like a fancy mall café.

The library is huge and has many resources with much to explore. There are many different levels with varying types of quiet floors and study halls. It's also open 24/7 so students who are fighting to finish a project can pull all-nighters.

There’s a little shop that has U.A. and hero merch and school supplies including books for courses. You can also buy the merch on the online website.

UA has extracurricular groups and clubs for those who aren't in the hero course such as other sports and things like cheerleaders, debate, theater, music, cooking, ballet, and much more. I mean, hero course students CAN do those things but they WILL have a hard time doing so all while dealing with said hero responsibilities. As mentioned before, business course students have a lot of free time and general ED students are basically regular HS students who just so happen to be going to UA and for support course students, it really depends on how much work you choose to take on for yourself.

There is a study center where students who need extra help can go. Students with failing grades must go here for a set amount of hours to get the help they need. It’s strictly work, and talking about anything other than school is basically prohibited. It’s usually run by Ectoplasm and his clones or Hound Dog.

Work studies & Internships

All first years do an internship, it’s required. This is usually after the sports festival when students have had a chance to show off their skills.

Work studies are basically experience-oriented off-study programs that allow students in the hero course who have Provisional Licenses to work with pros at their agencies. Students will be able to use their quirks under the guidance of a pro, and can even be dispatched to fight villains and help out in disaster areas. If you do well, you can be scouted to become the hero’s sidekick.

Work studies are a more serious version of internships. They entail helping pro heroes on the streets and with investigations. They are usually reserved for 2nd and 3rd-year students, who usually have their licenses. 1st years didn't do them in the past. However, with the rise of villain activity, the school decided to open up work studies to 1st years as well, albeit a very small and select few of them. If they didn't find a good agency with a proven track record they wouldn't do it at all.

U.A. has seasonal dances and a lot of events, like Halloween, Hero Day and other festivals.

Along with the Uniforms the school hands out bags. You can return them and use your own if you’d like.

Class

If you’re standing at the front of the classroom looking out at the desks, the seating arrangement starts at the leftmost side of the room (“A” names), going front to back and then going to the next row to the right, and so on. keep in mind that the alphabetical order here is based on the Japanese alphabet. My number is 10.

Here's how I laid out the desks for 21 students:

Since we stay in the same classrooms for most of the days we can leave out stuff at our desks. They have shelves underneath with 2 outlets and lots of space.

Class 1-A Friend Groups

Everyone is actually really close, but those are what groups spend the most time together. Of course we hang out in different groups or all together too.

We have frequent movie and game nights, 1-A has a group chat and it’s always active, there’s always someone wanting to do something. Sometimes we invite people from other classes.

Rachel had decided to go to college out of state. Tuition was higher because of it and she also needed to find a place to stay. Like many, she left college with heavy debts and a diploma that didn’t go very far on the job market. Things looked a little grim until she found an ad online on some kinky dating website she liked to browse. A couple in their thirties wanted a little to live with them. Actually, they were very specific. They wanted a young woman to roleplay as their teenage daughter who had never quite grown up. The couple were childless and they wanted someone who would fluctuate between a baby girl, a little and a middle. Rachel, just about to turn 23, already felt that life was going by pretty darn quickly and was attracted by the idea of playing younger. It did pose some restriction. Diapers for one, which were expected to be used. Losing quite a bit of independence, she wouldn’t drive, cook for herself anymore, do laundry or have her own money. There was also the humiliating aspect of having to wear thick ABDL diapers at all times, even in public, and having two adults change her diapers whenever they wanted. It did come with some perks. Doting surrogate parents. No chores, no job, Rachel would have all the free time in the world to play games and lie around the house.

As you can see from the picture, Rachel took the deal. She loves the school girl uniform she gets to wear and at this point she doesn’t really notice the diapers. They feel just like underwear. Rachel has happily gave in to all her more childish preferences like sleeping with stuffies and taking naps while developing new habits like throwing petulant teen tantrums. And sure, dating had become a whole lot harder, but she could always hump her unicorn through her diaper. Rachel had adapted to her new lifestyle and, despite being in her twenties, was gladly living the life of a teen diaper girl.

This is the public statement from @alepresser and myself which went up at Webtoons tonight.

Now for some ranting. Just from me, not from Ale—she's innocent of the art crimes I've committed in the past, and boy howdy have I committed art crimes.

This is the first page of my first webcomic, A Girl and Her Fed. I started this thing back in 2006. (I don't actually need a head count of those reading this who weren't yet born in 2006. I'm sure you're delightful and I wish you well in college.)

And this is the last page I drew in early 2020 before I turned art duties over to Dr. Beer. It's better, right?

Well, these days, A Girl and Her Fed has pages like this:

I drew this comic for fourteen fucking years because it's a story I wanted to tell, and I thought webcomics were the perfect format for it. I didn't know how to draw. I got better through sheer obstinate perseverance and sticking to deadlines as best I could for, again, fourteen fucking years. I sought out a replacement artist when I ran into time constraints and couldn't do art plus writing anymore; I'm a much better writer than an artist, so I had no problems whatsoever kicking art to the curb.

The first time Ale sent me art that would go up on the website—art I hadn't needed to draw myself—I literally cried in relief because I had been grinding myself down for, yet again, fourteen fucking years.

So when I read comments from people who say they want to make a webcomic but can't draw themselves and therefore need to resort to AI, that little line between my eyes gets dangerously deep.

This isn't like I'm some old dude who's bitching over student loans getting cancelled after making regular payments. This is me, someone who threw raw art onto the internet like a monkey hurling fresh poo, because I wanted to make a webcomic and the art is part of the process of storytelling via webcomics! I could've (arguably should've) hired an artist right out of the gate, and that would've been part of the process of making comics, too: a partnership between an artist and a writer is also something which grows and develops over time.

For example, after Dr. Beer and I spent two years working on AGAHF, we decided we enjoyed our partnership so much that we set out to make another webcomic! It's great! It's got wonderful art and consistent storytelling! You should read it!

But turning art duties over to unaltered images generated by AI because you want to make a webcomic but "just can't draw" is, frankly, a bullshit excuse. I'm not talking about persons who are physically unable to draw due to disability—I'm talking about people who say they want to make webcomics but simply don't wanna do the art part.

Friends, if you don't want to show your entire ass in front of God and country, you don't actually want to make a webcomic.

Do the thing yourself.

If you're scared, don't be. Take the plunge. Set a goal of twenty strips and do the thing yourself. If you can already draw but can't write? Great! Write twenty strips, write forty panels, etc. You might surprise yourself. If you can write but can't draw? Great! Draw twenty panels and see what happens.

Whatever comes out of it, it's a thing you've done yourself. It's something new you've given to the world, no matter how big or small. Be proud of that. And if you need to partner with someone else to make your comic dreams work? You can do that, too! It's still a thing you've done yourself, and many projects are stronger when done together.

...but maaaaaaaaaybe hire that partner before you've busted your own ass for fourteen fucking years. That one's on me.

I need you people to fucking realize that ADHD is a disorder. A disorder and a disability. Why the fuck is “person with ADHD” the go-to example of “ableist person” in every fucking post on this website.

“oh but I mean people with mild ADHD” say that then. I still don’t think people without ADHD have the fucking right but at least say what you pretend you mean. And, yeah I am also fucking tired of a lot of people with mild ADHD, but that’s anyone with a mild presentation of a disorder in any community. That’s because I am a member of the majority of people diagnosed with ADHD who has moderate or severe ADHD.

You people do understand that ableism, both structural and personal, are incredibly common and normalized against people with ADHD? That the vast majority of us drop out of college, get kicked out of college, or otherwise never attain higher education? That a third of us drop out of high school or otherwise don’t graduate? That our rates of employment are staggeringly lower than the general population (in various studies, 20-40% lower, only about half of subjects with moderate-severe ADHD are able to hold jobs)? That we are more likely to go to prison and receive harsher sentencing? That we are more likely to have substance use disorders, often of more dangerous substances?

The majority of people with ADHD experience suicidal ideation. The majority of people with ADHD engage in self harm. An incredibly significant minority (as high as 1/4 depending on the specific demographics) of people with ADHD have attempted suicide.

People with ADHD are more likely to have comorbid personality disorders, bipolar spectrum disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and, it goes both fucking ways, people with ADHD are more likely to have autism. Autism is not the owner of ADHD. Autism does not have to precede ADHD. A person does not have to be “autistic with ADHD,” they can just have autism and ADHD.

When you see people “complaining” about the “life expectancy” of ADHD, people might have a wrong idea of what that means, but I need you people to understand that people with ADHD kill themselves, lead high risk lifestyles, and develop severe neurological conditions at staggeringly higher rates than other groups, even those with other mental conditions.

If you are sick and tired of abled neurotypical people, make a fucking post about someone actually in that fucking group.

Saya no Uta: The coming-of-age drama depicting the lives of ordinary college students

A look at Saya no Uta prerelease, going over early assets and its initially deceptive marketing.

Madoka Magica’s famous episode 3 twist was not the only time Gen Urobuchi attempted to mess with audience expectations, as Saya no Uta actually had something quite similar. During its initial announcement and magazine appearances the game was advertised completely differently.

Saya's Debut

Dengeki Hime December 2003

Saya would have several announcement articles in the biggest bishoujo game magazines of the time all saying the same thing. This work would be something entirely different from anything the creators had made previous.

After Gen Urobuchi and Chuuou Higashiguchi’s worked together on Vampirdzhija Vjedogonia and Kikokugai - The Cyber Slayer, their next title would be going in a totally different direction. This time, it would be a love story of four people set in medical college. The duo state they wanted to make something more in the vein of bishoujo games, focusing on the feelings and relationships between characters instead of their usual action focus. The work would be much more experimental and tackle the issues of young adults.

The protagonist is a young man with troubles no one else knows about. Through encounters and partings with various people he’ll begin to create a life of his own.

Our protagonist Fuminori has recently lost his parents in an accident and is struggling with the relationships he has with the people around him. Suddenly one day the mysterious girl Saya appears in his house and stirs up trouble. Apparently the reason she came to this town is to look for her father, but right now she’s much more focused on Fuminori. The longer Fuminori stays with Saya, the more his state of mind begins to change.

-In it’s initial reporting, its never stated that Fuminori was also involved in the accident.

-The “love story of four people” is emphasized on, and it’s said other love stories asides from the protagonist will be focused on (this being Oumi and Koji)

This deceptive marketing didn’t last long and wasn’t really planned to be. All the magazines reporting the game like this were in December 2003, and Saya would release near the end of that very month on the 26th. But the reveal would actually come much sooner on the website.

The website, initially presents itself as normal as Saya welcomes you to the page. You can look through character bios, download wallpapers, etc. You can totally view the page normally like this and not realize anything. But as you browse, tiny Saya’s will pop up on your screen. As you click the Saya’s an icon on the bottom of the page will appear. Once you click the final one it turns completely red.

Once it reaches this point the front page will violently shake and the music changes. All pages are now changed to the “real” Saya no uta.

-The story synopsis’ text has been mosaic blurred and unreadable.

-In the character gallery, Fuminori and Saya are totally normal, but every other character has a mosaic blur over them as well as a red tint

It's not known if cgs like Fuminori's were made for the site or were in an earlier version of the game, but judging by later prerelease cgs I'll go over you can tell the red textured effect present in the final is missing from many other prerelease cg and was likely added later in development.

The difference with Ryouko's cg is so slight I nearly missed it, very simple change in coloring (most present in the skin shading)

-You's choker is missing in the first cg, along with it being added the color of her shirt was altered

-The middle Saya cg was used most in magazine promotions as well as being prominent on the website, the red texture overlay was added in final

Website Mr. Two pt. 1

Eu estou desenvolvendo um site em homenagem ao Bon Clay que é o meu personagem favorito de One Piece.

Esse site faz parte de um projeto da disciplina de desenvolvimento web da universidade e eu estou na fase de introduzir javascript nele.

Essa ideia de fazer um site de One Piece veio depois do meu namorado descobrir uma API no GitHub que tem informações de One Piece. Tem informações de personagens, frutas, bandos, arcos.

Só que depois de desenvolver o site até aí e criar uma página para mostrar as informações do Bon Clay, fruta, bandos e os arcos dos quais ele participou, eu descobri que a API não tem informações sobre ele, como personagem.

Então eu estou decidida a criar uma API com informações do Bon Clay e tudo relacionado a ele na obra. Inclusive, com os capítulos do mangá em que ele esteve presente ou foi mencionado e as falas dele.

Bem, eu não sei fazer uma API, não sei bem como consumir uma API também e minha experiência com js ainda é limitada, mas não há nada que não se possa aprender né.

Até agora o único fragmento de JavaScript no meu projeto é isso aqui:

Além da introdução do js de uma maneira mais correta, eu preciso tornar esse site mais responsivo e ter um controle maior dos elementos dele em diferentes telas (principalmente as imagens).

Good Boy Clothing Company Part 2/? - Story

Jason woke up again with a groan, rolling over in his new twin sized race car bed with Spider-Man sheets and a thick, loud plastic sheet underneath. The diaper underneath his lamb onesie was soaked, like most were now when he woke up. Fuck, that was going to be another frowny face on the bedwetting chart, Jason thought to himself as he got up with a squish and waddled down to the breakfast table,

“What the fuck, man?!” Bryce, Jason’s 21 year old brother home from college exclaimed. Oh yeah, he’d only gotten in last night. He didn’t know about…everything,

“Now enough of that language Bryce,” Jason’s Dad admonished, “Jason’s just regressing a little cause he’s finally being a good little boy.” The clothes, Jason thought of again briefly before noticing he was uncontrollably soaking his diaper with more pee. It bulged out against his cotton onesie pants obscenely, like a balloon in a children’s glove.

“You could learn a thing a two about obedience, young man. That’s why I bought you some new clothes as well, after your last grade report I’m hoping we can turn things around with you.” Jason’s dad sternly ordered Bryce, much to his dismay.

After breakfast Jason took a bath while his dad dressed Bryce in a new outfit: hot wheels underoos, long jean shorts, and a red and white striped polo buttoned to the top and tucked in. To top off he had to wear a belt with Sesame Street characters covering it, truly heinous.

Jason almost wanted to laugh at his older brother’s humiliation, until his dad reminded him he was still the baby by taking his towel off him and dressing him in double ultra thick diapers, plastic pants, a pink onesie decorated with unicorns, and then white shortalls. Jason gulped as he realized any messes or spills would become ridiculously obvious in his new ensemble. And he was already christening his new diaper with fresh hot piss that immediately got wicked away by the soft comfortable padding.

“Come on, follow me boys.” Their dad ordered as the two boys, both men in many’s eyes but certainly not appearing to be those right now, shuffled after him all the way to the car.

Another new development awaited the brothers in the backseat, unsurprising to Jason after all his turmoil but horrifying to Bryce; two giant adult sized car seats, one red and blue. Jason’s dad picked up each boy and sat them in their respective new car seats, locking them into the five point harness that stretched across Jason’s diaper and rubbed Bryce’s penis into the lining of his underoos, reminding them both of their humiliation. They had never been so embarrassed, and they had no idea where they were headed but they were not eager to get there.

Jason’s dad had even purchased a CD from that good awful website, which he dropped in and immediately forced Jason to sing along.

These were all his favorite songs from when the boys were in pre-school, much to their humiliation; I’m a Little Teapot, Barney Is a Dinosaur, Tickle Time Is Fun, and Jason’s least favorite: Not Ready For Potty Training (Stinky Diaper Remix.)

Sometimes when Jason’s Dad drove him to school he furthered his humiliation by rolling the windows down while Jason was singing along. There was nothing like the seven am humiliation of being seen by your AP chem lab partner wearing an Elmo shirt and a diaper, sitting in a car seat, and singing along to I’ve Got the Bedwetter Blues.

Jason’s Dad didn’t roll the windows down today though. It was a short drive to the packed Sunnyview Mall.

Both boys groaned as they realized where they were as their Daddy got out of the drivers seat and came around to let each of his adult toddlers out of their car seats.

As they were walking in and people began pointing and giggling, Bryce started rubbing his tummy and walking funny.

You see, The Good Boy Clothing Company had spent a lot of time improving their clothes since they had taken two weeks to make Jason wet himself. Now they were a lot faster acting.

Bryce began to realize this as he slowly let out a loud fart. He NEVER farted in the public. His daddy didn’t acknowledge this as Bryce whined, his stomach rumbling and something moving downwards dangerously. Oh god, he thought to himself.

Jason, meanwhile, was just a large child. His diaper was soaked already, almost leaking, and he had drool sliding down his face. He was embarrassed, but he didn’t know how to stop. And he kindve enjoyed being like this.

Suddenly Bryce stopped walking, cried out in turmoil, bent over, and began shitting his pants. Jason gasped in empathic horror as his dad only sighed and shook his head,

“Damn baby, what’d you do that for?”

“I couldn’t stop it!” Bryce cried,

“Alright, let’s get you changed.” His dad said gruffly. Bryce began to protest, knowing what that meant, but his dad waved it off as he picked his son up and threw him over his shoulder; his bulging poopy pants in the air,

“WOOWEE STINKER!” His dad cried, causing more people to look over and laugh. Bryce wanted to die then and there, “YOU REALLY MADE A MESS LITTLE GUY!” He continued, before loudly and forcefully slapping Bryce’s ass; poop smashed everywhere across his butt and his stupid new toddler underwear.

Ten minutes later and as you can see above, Bryce was all double diapered up and dressed in a brand new outfit since his old one got a little poopy on it. He’s devastated, but Jason’s Dad can’t wait to see what The Good Boy Clothing Company comes out with next!
