got a question about raids and drop rates of stuff~~ Tired posting hope it's not too vague~~

when you unlock 6 star raids, and actually win one, are the drops the same for all players the first time? Or have I just got really lucky?

Or how rare are ability patches? Got one and idk if I should sell it or use it on my anihilape.

Used an anihilape for 5 star raids and it worked pretty well~~! bottle capped, max ivs in attack and hp, rage fist, drain punch, bulk up, screech being moves, adamant nature thanks to a mint, and the not vital spirit ability.... idk if I should use the ability patch on it. also sadly grass tera type because I got it in a 5 star raid and hadn't bothered to change it.

I think the strategy is; use bulk up 3x, use screech 3x, to potentially take 6 turns of damage while sponging hits, drain punch in case healing is necessary, and just after doing the above, rage fist to hopefully one shot the raid before the ai party does too much damage and causes the barrier to go up.

Just a build for raids that I found online and it works~~!! First 6 star raid and I beat it~~~!! better for that than the ursaring I was using for blissey ones. Sucks blissey is now gone... was a good source of exp candy.

but ye my question is how rare are ability patches? and how many 6 stars are there at once normally? only had one~~~

is anihilape's hidden ability better than the one I've got? It's not vital spirit but idr the name of it atm.

but darn ability patches sell for a lot~~~ Is this one better used than sold? they go for like 125,000 if I'm remembering correctly~~

Surprised I beat a 6 star raid~~~~ Time for bed~~~ wanted to share a build and to ask questions about the probability of raid drops cause I wasn't sure if the first raid drop rewards are the same for everyone or not.

Okay a few days in here are my takes:

- custom ability outfits? Love it 10/10 this is my favorite part of the update and I’m having so much fun with it.

- dying feature? Incredibly mediocre. I hate 95% of the palette options and the only decent ones are locked behind the evolution paywall. I have no desire to use this feature unless they open it up to any item, in which case I might dye some of the random 3 stars I have.

- bubble story quest and new area is okay. I hate the way the new ability outfit looks but the gameplay is interesting and I’m glad they’re giving us Not Faewish content. I enjoy the rainbow seal.

- gifties are back 10000/10

- star sea? I didn’t want coop. I could do without. I’ll force myself to play enough to get the suit and I will hate every minute of it because I’m a mobile player and I don’t want my phone to explode.

- new lore? I like the lore I don’t like the retcon. Have Nikki pass out after the dream warehouse or something idk. You can lock coop a little bit, it’s fine.

- shop items? I thought the bubble wand was a clothing piece so I regret buying that one. Ten dollar bathtub terrible. I like the recharge suit, but I can’t judge how the cost is bc I got the monthly pass and that unlocked everything. I think it’s worth like a max of $5? I do love the hair tho

- banner outfits very pretty. I’m finished with one and 9/11 on the other. I don’t mind the extra piece but I agree that there should be a hard pity of 200 even if you add extra pieces. Sometimes a suit needs to have a little wiggle room but the 200 pulls feels like a fair standard.

- new UI sucks imo. It’s hard to navigate

- love all the new glow up colors. Makes glowing stuff up feel worth it even if it’s a stat I have a better scoring piece for.

- phone was exploding when I tried to play the eureka levels but they look cute

Hero considered themself as a simple person: when there was a mystery, answers had to be found. For answers to be found, you had to ask those who were hiding something. It was clear that Villain would not talk to them, but there was one obvious solution left. Sighing, they pulled out their phone and sent a text to Superhero.

The next morning, they entered the elite training room, forcing their lips to smile. They hated this place. Superhero, under the pretext that Hero couldn’t be hurt by his laser beams, never stopped training when they were there. It was true that Hero’s powers technically protected them, but being so close to something so deadly was nothing pleasant, and if they were immune to lasers, they weren’t to wreckage.

Superhero was already in here. He was kicking a brick construction in a corner. After two or three tries, it all crumbled. Superhero shook his head.

“Too slow. Too weak,” he mumbled for himself.

Hero cleared their throat. Superhero turned his head and beamed at them.

“Ah, it’s you! I’m happy to see you.”

“You are?”

Superhero chuckled and took them by the shoulder:

“I want to apologize for the last time. I was a little too direct. A leader-”

His gaze became unfocused:

“A good leader has to give positive vibes. You have to forgive me. As you know, my week has been complicated. In a life of battles, sometimes you forget yourself.”

It was true that Superhero made the news nearly every day. He rarely rested and took down Supervillains once a week. He wasn’t at the top of the agency for nothing. Hero, who maybe had to fight five or six times since they’d begun the job, nodded:

“I understand.”

Superhero looked at them from top to toe and made a wan smile in answer.

“I wanted to ask about Villain,” said Hero.

Their boss shook his head with a slight frown, grasping their shoulder with a little more strength:

“Can’t you make an investigation by yourself? See, this is what worries me. You can’t cry for help every time you meet an obstacle. Do the work yourself. Now, forgive me, I have to train.”

“I made it, sir. To begin with, Villain is an orphan, left at birth. No one knows about their family.”

“Now, it that an excuse for villainy? You of all people should know-”

“The thing is, sir, I have a rather clear idea about Villain’s background. What I don’t know is what they have done, except for some petty robberies. Their file mentions murders, but I can’t find concrete proof anywhere.”

“Seek harder.”

“With all due respect sir, that’s what I’m doing. I’ve looked into the history, and you helped writing this… file.”

The last word was pronounced through clenched teeth. The pressure on their shoulder had just become painful. It didn’t last long, though. Superhero let them go, their gaze unfocused. Hero stepped back hastily, massaging their shoulder.

“Sir?”

“You-”

He stopped. Hero glanced at the door behind them. It wasn’t far, but they couldn’t dream of getting out without being caught. They couldn’t compete with someone with super speed. Hero pushed back that thought – come on, it was their boss – and tried to keep their professional-looking face when Superhero smiled at them again, with a grin as small and forced as theirs.

“You were right to come to me. Maybe I should have told you first. We could have avoided all of this. Let’s go in my office.”

Hero followed him to the stairs. They had never gone up there. It was usually a place reserved for important people, superheroes or at least top-ranked heroes. They always imagined a really fancy place. It was…a bit of a disappointment, to tell the truth. The corridor itself was empty and cold, without tables or chairs. Superhero’s place was a small, cramped room, with an old office that occupied most of the space and an old, closed cupboard. There was no decoration, nothing on the gray, thick walls. Two stools were the only sitting accommodations. Hero stayed up, looking at the place with confusion, while their chief went to the cupboard (not without difficulty) to pick up a little box. He pulled out of it what looked like a pair of earbuds, and put one of them on.

“Do you know what it is?”

“No, sir.”

“They are from a friend I saved once from – no matter. They allow reliving the memories of the one who wears it. It’s very useful for interrogations.”

“I don’t understand-”

“I know you don’t. Villain is a cold-blooded killer, Hero, since they were a child. And I know more than anyone since I’ve seen them do it.”

Hero recoiled. Their boss noticed and had a grim smile.

“I’m sorry. I didn’t want to relive that, but then, you’re right. I shouldn’t spare myself if it hides the truth.”

Then his voice dropped into a growl:

“Take it. Take it and read my mind if it takes that to convince you.”

Hero looked into the pale red eyes that stared at him.

I’m immune to lasers. I’m immune to lasers. I’m not immune if he crushes my spine if he fires me if- no. Stop it.

They put the Not-Earbuds on.

Kvasir messes me up so so so fucking much you guys. Like I understand the vikings had a different approach to death and yada yada so forth whatever arguments you wanna make they're reasonable but still it. I just.

You mean this beloved man, known for his wisdom and poem and song, and who went around helping people with his wisdom and poem and song and was dearly beloved by the gods just. You guys he was straight up murdered and his blood stolen for magic fucking mead. There's no revenge for his murder or anything it's just that Odin saved his mead.

"Folk declares that every skald (poet) has a drop of Kvasir's blood in him. ... because a world without it's poets would be too dreadful a place to image."

Messed up or not, he lives on in poets, storytellers, and songwriters alike- all those with the understanding of the power of word, the wisdom to yield it.

In The Bifrost Incident it's still the same. His blood pumping and fueling the machine, running through arcane glyphs. He's always just been used for his blood, and even more irony drawn from it likely being Odin gaining the most use from his blood.

And yet, no matter how miniscule it may seem, Kvasir still lives on in his universe there too, in poets and songwriters and storytellers- somehow, The Mechanisms carry a piece of him in their travels ever since his death and Yddrasil's fall, just as you and I may have his blood in our veins.

what upgrade paths do I invest in to be peak ally for the horde of rabid DPS lesbians. Already a support main so I know the general gist of it but unsure what skills to pick. please help

Oh you're gonna want to invest in AOE buffs to incentivize the Lesbians to huddle up and kiss each other. If you're worried about friendly fire I think a few points in Spell Range and Splash Radius would go a long way.

As for effects specifically, I recommend Girl Power which scales with how many women you hit with it, Blunt Mastery (Which for whatever reason actually stacks with the Lesbian's Blunt Mistressy Innate Trait, and Tender Embrace (But only if you have the Wingman skill which lets you cast Touch Range spells through one of your allies.) The specific wording of Tender Embrace means it affects both the target and an adjacent character of their choice (Probably so that it works with the guardian specialty and stuff.)

Lesbians already have a lot of stuff that buffs members of their own class, so I think your most important role is gonna be giving them recharge abilities or bonuses to their healing/blunt damage. If anyone is running a polycule build you should only give them cool down/recharge stuff.
