Been a long time since using these T Bars. After doing a 1 min plank with them yesterday, thought I'd share a couple videos of doing them....1st video is holding the up and mid positions in 5 count holds...2nd is just pushups. Haven't done pushups with these in a lot of years but it seems I haven't lost a step lol. Highly advanced and builds phenomenal tendon strength and stability of the muscles.
