#textboxes #deltarune #susie deltarune #lancer deltarune #kris dreemurr #ralsei #my art #long post #hi welcome to my secret notes about this textbox adventure!#my developer's commemtary if you will.#i originally drew susiezilla in her light world color palette. but i changed it afterwards because i realized she likes herself better in #the dark world than in the light world. if she were to draw an idealized version of herself it'd be based on her dark world form.#if you pay attention to kris' drawing you'll see that they tried to give it big angel wings. but it's kind of hard to do that when you can'#control yourself.#i named Urisk that to complete the . uhm. quadfecta?#Frisk Urisk Chara Kris. or FUCK for short.#i was going to give urisk angel features because they're so Good. but i realized ralsei probably considers devils to be good rather than #angels. since he exists to banish the angel's heaven and all the heroes have strong devil motifs surrounding them.#i still gave them a halo though bc i still wanted them to seem Good.#i feel like the pacing on this one could have used some improvement #but overall i'm just happy i got it done! i'm very proud of it :]#that's the thing about these textboxes. it's really hard to go back and change previous textboxes #you've just gotta keep on chuggin forward until you reach the end! no looking back!#anyway i hope you enjoyed this one! :3 #oh also. i put kris on the opposite side of everyone else to symbolize their isolation from everyone else bc of the soul #okay actually i have more to say. so susie's drawing looks like something hou could actually draw on a paper #meanwhile ralsei's was based on the drawing on his unused manual. which has pure black outlines and perfectly filled colors like it was mad #in ms paint. also i was originally going to include noelle and berdly in this too #berdly's OC was going go be Super Lord Berdly; Mayor of Smartopia #and noelle's OC was going to be really beautiful but really tragic

#undertale #deltarune #utdr #comic #crossover comic #twin runes #twin runes au #twin runes comic #kris dreemurr #frisk #toriel #asgore #was about time that they burnt these things to the ground #toriel clearly has everything under control #let her handle the rest #I guess that would be thearpeutic to burn down your own wedding bouquet after a messy divorce #little behind the scenes info: so... the whole thing with kris and frisk blacking out during the fall #the original script called for them both NOT being caught by Toriel and Asgore #but they were actually supposed to land on the ground with a loud cracking sound and not move anymore #I DID draw that in the original sketch #but looking at it from an outside perspective was INCREDIBLY dark #I knew they were gonna be fine but it might've been extremely unsettling especially after that heroic scene from Frisk #considering this comic is like 13+ I didn't really know if this was appropriate or not #so I opted for some Toriel and Asgore character development instead #and yes that part of asgore's dialog about catching Kris when the fall from high places...#IS supposed to imply that Kris has fallen from many high places before #much to their parents' chagrin

I am actually so serious I think it really messes with a childs creativity and joy to tell them to never make a mary sue OC. Like that unbridaled form of joy where you make a self insert OC who super cool and everyone loves them and they have every superpower in the world SHOULD be something a kid makes, it nourishes their ability to create things for fun and not be stifled by "oh but what if my character is too overpowered and cringey...". whatever

#^ 10 y/o me was obsessed w/ art YTers who would always talk about good and bad art and mary sues and stuff #I think kids should be encouraged to make bad art and stupud OCs as much as possible abd im so serious about that. i think its actually #amazing for their development as both as person and artist

btw guys, ublock and youtube have been in an arms race for the past few weeks so circulating filter lists is pretty useless since youtube gets wise to each one in a matter of days. what you should actually do is remove all your custom filters related to youtube and then force update your filter list whenever you see the anti-adblock pop up again

For the twins in time AU, I genuinely wonder what kind of people the young twins grow up into because of Stan’s/Ford’s influence. Especially if it takes years for the portal to get fixed.

(Sorry if it seems like I already sent this question, I don’t know if it got sent the first time I asked)

I haven’t fully fleshed out how Ford grows up in the past but I do have thoughts on Stan presently

#he’s still his goofy brash self as well #but I do think he gets an outlet for all that through monster hunting and trips and stuff #he does get comfortable here though…#I’m thinking we have something play out that’s similar to the science fair #where they get close to being able to send him home and he breaks something or maybe even purposely sabotages it…#and I think he sneaks out a lot too #maybe he uses the secret identities in that way like when he’s in town he’ll pretend to be Pinley pinington #and that’s how he develops his scammy/improv skills #FORD ON THE OTHER HAND #I think he might actually be MORE emotionally stunted because Stan tries so hard to protect him #that it goes the other way #they kind of become reliant on each other in a really unhealthy way or maybe Stan sort of steers ford away from his smart stuff #to prevent the future from happening #not maliciously but yk #like I said I haven’t fleshed his story out as fully yet so I will get back to you #but there are some interesting possibilities #my art #ask #gravity falls #twins in time au #Stan pines #Stanley pines
