your match-up game looks like so much funnn so i'm gonna submit one for myself 💖
dragula by rob zombie …. i only rly discovered it like two weeks ago but it’s one i play a lot while working bc for some reason it helps me focus lol
just took a test and got nine, the peacemaker. idk much abt enneagrams 🫣
hmm yes but only when i’m feeling spicy. and they’re almost always about video games in some regard, like analyses or creepypasta deep dives yk?
i don’t think i ever had a REAL imaginary friend. i remember trying for a little while because i thought it’s what all kids were supposed to do, but i never like. Believed in it
sleep aid audios! lately it’s been redacted (i have a whole folder of faves on my phone lol) but before that it was asmrtists like gibi. sometimes i take melatonin too ‘cause it takes me ages to fall asleep 😪
i changed my name around late 2019 to angel when i was just coming into my nonbinary-ness; i took it from the video game borderlands 2! i went back to my given name in 2021/2022 but being angel was fun for a while <3
milo’s panic attack audio i think. i was just getting into redacted and starting from the top and it just made me feel so cozy and locked him in as a fave :’) OOH also the pack smash tournament!! i love multi-speaker videos and that one was so much fun
vincent ……. i’m so sorry i’ve tried three times to listen to his playlist but he bores me 😭 the farthest i’ve gotten is past adam, though i listened to his involvement in inversion and picked up with him after the summit
do video games count bc if so i can quote resident evil 4 2005 ALLLL DAY LONG it’s my favorite game ever. if not i’m gonna say lilo and stitch ‘cause that’s my biggest comfort movie
HUXLEY. like dgmw i love his non-canon audios & he’d be just the sweetest boyfriend but i want to be his friend so baadlyyy i just need one good huxley hug and i think it would cure me
nooo when i’m sleepy i just get quiet 🫠 i’m not a big talker in general i think
blue raspberry slushie + honey bun OR dr pepper + chili cheese fritos. depends on my mood
recently ummm it’s been a playlist i made called violent devotion, which is basically just yandere-type songs hehe
aw man ok. so i was a big homestuck fan in my teens and i rly loved broadway karkat, & last week i discovered all my faves are on spotify :’) so i made a playlist of them and spent all weekend revisiting my past
HMM okay here’s some rapid fire facts: i’m the eldest of three, i’m a dog person, i’m an introvert,  i can be very stubborn (taurus 👋🏻), i tend to prefer video games over tv/movies, and overall personality-wise i relate the most to honey out of all the listeners!
Tumblr media
So I consider a lot of factors when I do these, I swear I do. That said- you’re a Honey-kinnie but also a dog person? Who else can I pair you with but Asher?
Your personality types, in addition to your being an eldest child, hint to me that you’re a steadfast, reliable person and therefore an excellent foil to Asher who could use someone like that in his life to ground him. In contrast, I think his extroverted, bubbly nature would bring you out of your shell, endear you to the rest of the pack as the beta’s mate. Also, I think your love of video games and homestuck would really bring y’all together. (Out of all the boys, he’s deffo the most likely to be a homestuck.)
You’d have such a fun, chill life together, because Asher keeps it fun and chill, you know? I think Asher spends a lot of time wolfed out and with his big, dog head on your lap while you play video games. He jumps during the scary games and shifts back during co-ops so he can play with you. He comes home from a gig with either a honey bun or Fritos, because he wasn’t sure what the vibe was today, so he’ll eat whichever one you don’t want. You do 7/11 snack runs and compete to see who has the bluest tongue. It’s a great life.
Song:
Ooh, I'm in love/ It's a mystery/ When I see you out at night/ I start to get dizzy/ Before I see you I pick out some things to say/ Don't want to sound foolish and waste my chance away/ Oh, I'm not gonna make the same mistakes/ I'm not gonna run/ Just pick the boy you like
This song is peak Asher-vibes; do you know what I mean? Like, I think this is the kind of music he’d like, this sort of alternative indie pop rock sound. (Side note, the guitarist’s name is literally Darlin, so that’s a sign right there.) This song in particular is so fun and catchy; I can see Asher singing this at you incessantly no matter how long he’s already been your boyfriend.
Runner-ups:
Milo is a runner-up because you’re a dog person /hj It’s also because I would kill to watch him watch you play RE4 or any other horror game- that would be hilarious. Guy is another runner-up because, behind Asher, he’s the second most likely to have had a homestuck phase.
Read this post and send me an ask if you’d like a match-up of your own! 💌

~♡ pinned post ♡~
Welcome! My name is Moss, I am a non-binary artist who has many original characters, both humanoid and furries, and even some uncategorized creatures :3
Furries are tagged 🌿furries , humanoids are tagged 🌿humanoids and other creatures are tagged 🌿creatures . Art is tagged 🌿art and text fiction posts are tagged 🌿fiction
The following is a list of my OCs with a short description and the tag to find them at in this blog!
List under the cut
Aaron
Tag: 🩸Aaron [He is the one this blog is named after, the gay vampire lol. He is the oldest OC I still create about :0 I created him in like 2013 or so?] [He/him] [cis, gay, aromantic] [in his 30s in human years, probably several hundreds of years old fr] [appearance: tall/lean, muscular, hairy and bearded, long brown hair and a tanned skin tone, many piercings, a tattoo sleeve] [he is a vampire by night and during the day he acts like he is just another gay vegan hipster, next to hipster, his "real" vibe is baroque-esc goth, mostly feminine clothes like dresses en corsets]
Moss
Tag: 🪻Moss [yeah I know they have the same name as me idk man lmao... he is my main fursona, basically me if I was physically a furry] [23] [he/they] [nonbinary transmasc] [neurodivergent] [aro/ace spec] [appearence: average height, soft/curvy in a masc way??, lavender grows from his neon green hair, their main fur color is lilac, they are based off a maned wolf, he has many piercings, his vibe is soft grunge/artist core]
Angie
Tag: 🔪Angie [one time someone called him a "scene queen" and tbh yeah. Also big anarchist] [he/they/it] [20s] [transmasc agender] [neurodivergent] [aroace] [energetic af] [appearence: it is based off a skunk, dark brown and soft white are their main fur colors. His hair is hot pink with a checkered pattern streak. The same pattern is on its tail, he has many piercings, their whole vibe is 2000s emoscene]
Dante
Tag: 🍓Dante [my oldest fursona that still exists! I made them in that era of the Internet where the "soft boi aesthetic" was a thing, so that is his vibe] [early 20s] [he/they] [ftm] [gay] [theatre kid and a big emotional softie] [neurodivergent] [appearence: they are based off an otter, his main fur colors are a soft brown and a soft white, added details are pastel blue and pink (can change), he has pastel blue, teal, purple and pink hair, and from his head grows a strawberry, they have a band aid on their nose and an earring in one ear]
Bobbie
Tag: 🎃Bobbie [it is a shape-shifter, it's shape can alter from humanoid, furry, animalistic, monstrous or anything in between. It has no facial features, except from when it experiences strong emotions, then features show up] [ancient] [it/its] [agender] [neurodivergent] [semi verbal] [appearence: it can have different shapes, but it's color scheme is always the same, dark and light brown, orange, black and glow in the dark yellow/green, when wearing clothes it's vibe is goblincore/nature grunge]
Rain
Tag: 🌈rain [he is based off the colorscheme of the album In Rainbows by Radiohead. He is based off a rat as well] [just a little clown guy, short] [early 20s] [he/him] [transmasc] [gay t4t] [ace] [very energetic when anxious, calm when comfortable] [uses humour to cope] [neurodivergent] [appearence: his colors are all color picked from the Radiohead album In Rainbows. His fur pattern makes it seem like he is wearing clown makeup, he wears a clown hat and a big clown collar, his fur pattern has rainbow colors underneath his top surgery scars]
TV-head (unnamed)
Tag: 📺TV head [He is a spirit/angel who protects forest animals against being hunted by humans, he is a big fluffy guy with a TV for a head because he is both nature and technology in spirit] [ancient yet modern] [he/him] [gender and sexuality are not for him] [big sweetheart, loves hugs, but very good at fighting when needed] [he lives alone, but is always aware of every forest animal in his forest and can sense when they are in pain or fear] [appearence: huge! Big hands/arms, covered in beige fur, on his back grows moss/grass and flowers (may change with the seasons), his head is a TV with glowing red eyes on the screen for a face]
I have more OC's but their concepts are currently unfinished.

@fuckyeahladybug That's because it's mostly self indulgent projection on my part. I haven't seen it around either. 😅 There's no universal trans experience but she DOES remind me a lot of myself and the other baby trans eggs I knew back in 2015. It's a bit hard to explain because it has everything to do with the time I grew up in and what the 'signs' were back around the time the show first aired.
- Her jeans + orange checked shirt seems like an something I'd pick out at age 13 shopping while in the girls section. Buttons and pockets were very important to me as well and a short time later I was begging my parents for flannel button ups out of the men's section.
- Alya isn't a tomboy like Alix. However, she does like technology, video games and watches sci-fi TV and horror movies which, obviously I'm basing this off of stereotypes I heard growing up, were "male" interests. It was all a bit of boys club back then. Being a girl and publically claiming those interests made you ~different~. Finding an irl community of fellow girl nerds was hard so you'd go online.
Alya does strike me as a Superwholock Tumblr girl and since she runs the Ladyblog in the show it's likely she has one if not several blogs dedicated to her nerdier interests. In my case, these online spaces were a huge part in finding out about queer identies and slowly trying to understand my own gender. I'd like to think it would be the same for her.
- Her parents seem pretty nonjudgmental considering they have a tarantula for a pet and a kickboxer daughter with crazy muscles in the family. I don't think they'd mind if Alya started experimenting with gender and ended up not being a girl. "As long as you're happy" type of attitude. 👍 This would speed up the process. No long years of being closeted.
- Most of the trans people I know (myself included) had trouble deciding on a name or go by multiple so seeing Alya struggle to decide on a Superhero name in 'Scarabella' was very gender affirming lol.
- Foxes are known to shapeshift/take on different appearances in a lot of folklore and the Fox Miraculous's mirage ability is pretty close to that! I guess!! Alya listen to me and shapeshift into a man 🙏🙏🙏
- One of my baseless headcanons is that Alya's fandom interests led her into the world of cosplay which as we all know is a gateway to transgenderism in teens. ☝️🤓 You'd think "I wonder what I'd look like with a beard"and boom. It's already over. 🏳️‍⚧️
- Trans people find other trans people even before they're out and Alya has Marinette as a BFF which is perfect because I also headcanon Marinette as GNC.
- She strikes me as a very hardcore LGBTQ+ ally who comes out as bisexual then lesbian then genderfluid then back to bisexual then transmasc then nonbinary... etc etc. I don't think she'd have a very traumatic coming out experience since Alya is brave, confident and surounded by supportive family and friends. She seems like the type of person who'd try out a bunch of different labels before giving up categories entirely.
- Lemme add that a superhero obsession is already suspicious. Why are you obsessed with masks and secret identies huh? What about that appeals to you?
Bottom line is it's all vibe based and I love her a lot. Anyway here's Alya's 10th Doctor TARDIS door and me (age 14) in a Doctor Who shirt trying to look cool:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I'm not sure how I feel about the style of MLB season 6 but as nonbinary/transmasc Alya truther I LOVE the short hair.

Lesbians in Space Masterpost:
Happy Valentines! My favourite genre by far is one I like to call Lesbians In Space. This is the pinnacle of all human creation in my opinion. The only rules of Lesbians in Space is that there MUST be actual, real sapphics (at least one), and that space has to be somewhat incorporated. That's it. If you have more examples of this PLEASE tell me.
*there's also a list of honorable mentions for things that fit the vibe in my opinion but aren't as explicitly Lesbians In Space.
Books/Novellas
The Locked Tomb series (arguably THE lesbians in space series) by Tamsyn Muir. If you're on Tumblr you've probably heard of these but the first book is a murder mystery in a creepy space mansion.
The Teixcalaan series (A Memory Called Empire and A Desolation Called Peace) by Arkady Martine. A poetry-obsessed ambassador from a space station subject to the whims of the Teixcalaan empire needs to unravel a plot and figure out wtf her predecessor was up to, while being assisted by a government agent.
The Serpent Gates Duology (The Unspoken Name and The Thousand Eyes) by AK Larkwood. Csorwe, an orc who was raised as a sacrifice to a god, is rescued by a shady sorcerer and pulled into his plot regarding world dominantion, abd then falls hard for a math nerd.
An Unkindness of Ghosts by Rivers Solomon (with a non-binary/trans/gnc and sapphic mc). This book is a lot heavier in terms of trauma than the other things on this list, esp regarding slavery+neurodiversity+transphobia so yeah maybe check a list of CW but it's good!
The Necessity of Stars by E. Catherine Tobler (novella). Former UN diplomat deals with memory loss and aliens. Technically not as space-y as the rest of this list.
This Is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone (novella). Two spies on two sides of a time-and-space war test each other's wits.
Light From Uncommon Stars by Ryka Aoki (trans girl MC, side characters that are lesbians, technically it's not ALL in space but it's pretty dang space-y.) Evil lady teaches a young violinist in order to collect her soul, hijinks ensue.
Podcasts:
The Strange Case of Starship Iris. A doctor accidentally joins a group of space smugglers while uncovering a government conspiracy. Also has a trans guy and two nb characters.
The Pasithea Powder. After a war between two planets, two old friends, one an honoured war hero and the other a disgraced scientist, are pulled back together due to a government plot.
TV shows:
She-Ra (for kids). You know what this show is about. Cadet of the evil forces who's good at everything turns out to be the chosen one that fights for good against her former bestie.
Doctor Who s10- the Doctor's companion falls in love with a puddle that's a girl.
Honorary mentions:
Winter's Orbit- romance sci-fi, gay arranged marriage in space.
The Murderbot Diaries - series of novellas. queer side characters aside, Murderbot isn't human but definitely has an interesting concept of romance and gender that I find pretty dang queer.
The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula Le Guin. The blueprint!!!! Local male ambassador (deragatory) goes to covertly visit a very cold planet where people are sex-less most of the time (and very interesting genders). The discussion of gender is fascinating in my opinion.
Wolf 359 (podcast). Pissed off crew of a wreck of a ship do their best to survive space and each other. (there's a canonical gay character but also Isabel Lovelace is a lesbian in my heart)
Among the Stars and Bones (podcast) a group of xenopaleantologists go dig up an ancient alien site. there's an important nonbinary main character.

I feel like I sort of left you all in the dust with that last one so because my hyperfixation is just insanely deep I will be sharing my headcanons!
(Please note that I am a multishipper and have mostly positive views on ships that are not any of the main three shipped with any of the teachers.)
Warren, as I said, has anxiety tics. He specifically has twitching tics as well as eye twitching tics.
All the main three are autistic. Duck's special interest is the military.
As seen in the love episode, yellow is easily upset. He just wants everyone to get along. (Me too. Me too.)
Yellow has a stuffed animal collection. All of them are named and have their own personalities
I absolutely love the headcanons people have of Time Child being Tony's teenage son. It's just so funny to me.
Also I love it when people are like yeah Red and Duck are like Yellows dads. That imagery is adorable to me
Sexuality and gender headcanons!
Red is amab and male, but uses he/they. He's a gay man
Duck is pan, although I know that is a very popular headcanon. He/him
Yellow is a demiromantic asexual and uses any pronouns
Paige is a transfem nonbinary; she/they. They're a lesbian
Tony uses he/him and is most likely straight. (Feel free to prove me wrong, that's just what my brain says)
Shrignold uses he/him and I am a firm believer in the gay and homophobic headcanons. He's pan but refused to believe he was attracted to men for the longest time.
Colin uses he/they/it pronouns and is probably omni
Lamp uses any pronouns and is 100% pan and you cannot change my mind. (I miss his slurred voice and goofy demeanor :( I know he explained some serious stuff in the new tv show but I want old lamp back)
Coffin uses he/they and he's aroace.
Warren uses he/they/she pronouns and is pansexual
ElecTracey is canonically nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns, and they give me panromantic asexual vibes.
That's all I have for now. Also if you're wondering why I skipped some of them it's either because they were literal children, I had no headcanons for them, or they make me uncomfortable. Please keep in mind these are just my personal headcanons!

My LGBTQIA+ HCs for shock treatment
You people seem to agree with me for rhps let's see how this goes down (yes I did watch the movie on 2x speed on YouTube to get the order correct). I genuinely think a lot of the characters are less fruity than the ones in rocky horror sooo in order of appearance (not 100% accurate):
Brad: bisexual with a female preference, I also believe that his insecurity in his masculinity would lead him to question his gender potentially eventually realising they're nonbinary using he/they pronouns. I also think they'd try to deny and hide this.
Janet: pansexual. Idk why I just see it. Once again you don't have to agree just don't argue x
Neely: I don't care who you are there is no denying that she is gay. I personally hc her as a lesbian.
Harry: very "straight" and very insecure in his masculinity to the point where he tries to overconpensate though I think his homophobia is a little internalized...
Emily: she's giving typical hetero woman who swears she isn't gay but would've been the one in the friend group to ask her friends to "practise" kissing on each other "for the boys"
The cop (I'm sorry I don't know his name): absolutely homosexual. Don't even try fight me.
Brenda: I think she's bi. I mean they're in a band for starters but she really gives off no vibes. I'm also thinking she might be questioning her gender, I can see them experimenting with they/she pronouns. I would also suggest neopronouns but I think they might be uncomfy with that given the stigma around the lgbtqia+ community in Denton.
Frankie: undeniably trans masc. He doesn't try to present outwardly that way but the insistence around the name change makes it somewhat obvious and it honestly bugs me that nobody respects him.
Ralph Hapschatt: ok he's dating a woman butttt do we think that's a cover up? I personally think that Ralph and Macy both seem so uncomfortable interacting with each other that it makes me wonder if their relationship is to hide their sexualities.
Macy: I honestly think she's gay like I said before. Possibly bi but with a strong female preference.
(Oh) Oliver (you're so tolerant!) : seems very heteronormative to me, I feel like he'd cry if you came out to him.
That one stage hand: she's the one with the blue hat and honestly I don't care if she has maybe 2 lines she's giving serious lesbian energy.
Bert: Bert is absolutely polysexual. There is no way that guy is straight but he's also not entirely gay. I feel like he'd be attracted to you no matter your gender.
(Omg please listen to bitchin in the kitchen on 2x speed I'm crying)
Ricky: aww Ricky is adorable first of all. He seems like he's experimenting and maybe questioning his sexuality. I think he and Ansalong are in an open relationship.
Cosmo: I'm getting the feeling Cosmo is genderfluid but has to suppress his feminine side for tv. Alsooo giving aromantic vibes. I feel like Cosmo would struggle with romance but enjoys sex with both men and women.
Nation: (my love 😍) this is where I struggle. I think Nation may be transgender, possibly even intersex. I like the idea that she has struggled with defining her gender in the past. I also think she's omnisexual which is why I can't decide if I ship her more with Bert or Janet...
Ansalong: Ansalong is definitely some kind of bisexual in my mind.
Farley: heterosexual to the point of being irritating. He's very typically masc and misogynistic.
Oscar And Glish aren't on the screen very long but I think both of them are some kind of lgbtqia+
How'd you like them apples

2022 is now officially, 100% over, and so now I can be solid on my book count for the year. I read 103 books! Reading is my main source of entertainment and I make a point of doing it. Please don’t think I’ve also been keeping up with all the popular tv shows, video games, movies, podcasts, etc. I haven’t. I mostly read, and that’s how I get to this number. Also, I’m not buying all of these. I live in a place with a big public library system and free interlibrary loan. So, as a random person who read 103 books in 2022, I do want to note my favorites and other recommendations.
Favorites are totally personal and in no particular order. Also probably kind of uninformative, but you can always ask me for more details if you’re curious and would rather hear from me than a website selling the book.
Uprooted by Naomi Novik: This wasn’t the first time I read this book but the dynamic between the protagonist and the wizard is still catnip to me.
Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir: Hopeful, but not syrupy, science fiction, and also with some survival narrative flavor.
The Thousand Eyes by A. K. Larkwood: The second book in a duology that starts with The Unspoken Name. Completely nonhuman, alternate world, high-stakes fantasy, weird relationships with divinity and magic, fantasy trope aware but still earnest, I found the ending satisfying.
Vagina Obscura by Rachel E. Gross: Nonfiction book giving an overview of the latest knowledge and research of the pelvic organs including the vagina, clitoris, ovaries, uterus, etc. The last chapter is about neovaginas, and the book is intended to be trans-inclusive.
Fevered Star by Rebecca Roanhorse: Sequel to Black Sun, fantasy set in non-Columbian Central American styled setting, light and darkness in a struggle, political intrigue, I can’t quite get to squishing the avatars of light and darkness together in my mind but that’s because of the devoted nonbinary ex-assassin priest and the bisexual mermaid with a dark secret that they’ve respectively got. Story not completed and sequel not out yet.
Lost Boy by Christina Henry: A story asking what if Captain Hook started out as a lost boy? I’m usually very suspicious of books that kind of go for edginess with regard to Peter Pan, but this one was really good, and I felt like the author took the project seriously.
Revenant Gun by Yoon Ha Lee: End of the Machineries of Empire trilogy. Found the ending satisfying, unique science fiction world, yeah it’s one of them unnaturally old space generals with personal problems, one of them tear down the empire stories. You get it. First book is Ninefox Gambit.
The Obelisk Gate by NK Jemisin/The Stone Sky by NK Jemisin: I finished the Broken Earth Trilogy this year and it’s so good. I will probably re-read this series sometime in the future just to get to see the story from the new perspective of knowing what’s going on rather than being introduced to everything.
Devotions by Mary Oliver: An extensive collection of Mary Oliver’s poetry throughout her career. This is one of the few books in that 103 I own, and I have marked many poems in the volume for fighting against The Melancholy. Mary Oliver is the “Wild Geese” poet if you are unfamiliar.
Other fiction recommendations:
The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet/A Closed and Common Orbit by Becky Chambers: I think these are good as a sort of lower-stakes sci-fi. They’re character-focused and...nice? But they do include a trope that’s my pet peeve, about humans being uniquely smelly among all aliens.
This One Summer by Mariko Tamaki: Graphic novel about two girls during a growing-up summer. Very good at capturing the vibe, didn’t make the first list because it’s not queer.
In the Night Garden by Catherynne M. Valente: Intricate, interwoven fantasy with a pure uncut fairytale vibe, beautiful language, didn’t make the first list because of casual fatphobia and also some places where I could not tell if certain orientalist tropes were being played straight or not.
The Habitation of the Blessed by Catherynne M. Valente: I took a class in college on the European medieval imagination, particularly as it related to monsters and marvels. So I read this book with context for Prester John and the various creatures in the story. Because this is an imagining of Prester John’s journey and how he became king of the land that’s first mentioned in this medieval text. I didn’t put it in the first list because I feel that it’s kind of inaccessible without at least some background knowledge of the way medieval thought worked.
Other nonfiction for writers and other people that just want to know WTF is going on:
Revelations in Air by Jude Stewart: Musings about scents
Hurts So Good by Leigh Cowart: How does pain work and why do people seek it out
Sentient by Jackie Higgins: Animal senses and human senses
Sandy Hook by Elizabeth Williamson: What happened, including the long-term aftermath that has recently culminated with a billion dollar judgment against Alex Jones. Heavy read.
The Tragedy of Heterosexuality by Jane Ward: What is going on with straightness?
Evolution’s Rainbow by Joan Roughgarden: Nature is very queer
Phallacy by Emily Willingham: What is going on with penises? (When you try to look without patriarchal assumptions.)
Legacy of Violence by Caroline Elkins: Sober look at one of the ways British colonization fucked up everything it touched, focused on the 20th century. Dense, heavy read.
Edit: Wow! The spacing was very fucked up in this before I fixed it! Hope this doesn’t happen again when I try to copy and paste things from LibreOffice in the future!

Are you named after anyone?
not really. i picked this name myself and it's just something gender neutral that sounded somewhat like my username, which ive had since forever and which many people knew me by
When was the last time you cried?
oh i cry super easily, at tv shows and life and just everything, which i guess tends to surprise people? anyway yeah yesterday while rewatching she-ra
Do you have kids?
nope
Do you use sarcasm a lot?
not nearly as much as i used to, some years back. but yeah sometimes, for humour
What sports do you play/have you played?
nothing officially. i like swimming and cycling though, and ice skating sometimes although i'm not very good
What’s the first thing you notice about other people?
huh, i've never thought about it that way but i agree with you ani, people's general mood is something my antennas are tuned into as well. also just a general vibe of what type of "character" they seem to be based on their style, actions, overall look, idk (writer and comic artist brain kicks on)
Eye colour?
brown
Scary movies or happy endings?
both are good, depending on the mood & company
Any special talents?
uhhhhhh 🥲 i can make my other eye drift to the side for a bit, but while this used to be a fun party trick as a kid now it just gives me a headache
Where were you born?
finland
What are your hobbies?
writing (by which i mean planning out stories or comics with friends that we write only sporadically and mostly just talk about), knitting, anime, sometimes video games and sometimes drawing
Do you have any pets?
two calico cats, mori & helga
How tall are you?
166 cm
Fave subject in school?
art, english & finnish maybe. i liked most subjects and studied many languages. in media studies my fav is building html websites
Dream job?
not a specific title or anything, but something that lets me utilize my skills and be of use to people. something that feels meaningful and has enough variation. i like organizing information and knowing everything that's going on in an organization so whatever title lets you do that would be great
am sending a no-pressure tag towards @softabomination @zombieheroine @inanhaltija @nonbinary-agentwash @ruusupuu & @narcomanic

I really wanna yell about how gosh dang queer Mairuma is and just how, casual it is about all of this so I am.
warning for some mild manga spoilers (tho they’re mostly out of context so)
Like, the last thing I expected from a comedy series about a boy becoming the grandson of a demon after being sold to him was, well, it to be really fucking queer.
Like I joke that Azz is a massive Iruma simp (which he is) but like, he looks at him with doe eyed admiration and longing, he just looks so in love (for godsakes his safeword to pull him from a self induced Wicked Phase is Iruma’s name!) He got the big gay dokis for Iruma it’s so not even subtle.
And even if you want to argue it’s just admiration, we DO have canon instances of not straight romantic feelings on page. Gyari is straight up in love with Kuromu and even stated a desire to marry her (and the only person who was like ‘but you’re both girls?’ was the lone human). And then that arc ended with an ACTUAL HONEST TO GOD LOVE CONFESSION! And it seems like those affections were being accepted (ymmv but I got a ‘I know and understand, now prove it by winning my heart’ sort of vibe).
Also the fact that Gyari jumped right to ‘well I have TWO hands so, what if I just married both’ as the solution to her problem (that Kuromu was gonna marry Irumi, Gyrai was like ‘well I can just, marry both of them! problem solved!) has me wondering if poly relationships are not unheard of or that weird.
Love is love as she said.
And there’s Poro and Delkira. Like, Poro is very much, beyond a shadow of a doubt, a gay man. And super in love with Delkira, the demon king. and from the scenes we saw of them they were close (so it’s not like this was just him, like, pining from afar or imagining things not there) and their interactions seemed really affectionate and loving, so to me it does seem like Delkira did return those affections. Whether or not Delkira is was only ever attracted to him/men we have NO idea so I can’t say for certain that he was gay, but he sure as fuck wasn’t straight lol Side note I really love those scenes cause they’re just so tender.
wAIT I almost forgot Eiko, she got big dokis for Iruma after he saved her at the start of the school year. And then proceeded to get the same reaction later on after Ameli saved her ass so like. She hella bi/pan.
And if you want messy queer folk then you could make a hella strong argument for Kirio being big gay too.
And then there’s gender/gender presentation
people need to stop making fucking trap comments i s2g
Opera-san is literally some flavour of nonbinary or agender-they’ve never been referred to w/ gendered pronouns, only ever neutral ones or by name, are physically androgynous and even wore a combination boys-girls uniform while in school. Heck the author herself refuses to answer the question as to what Opera’s gender is.
In fact it seems like not having one is just as normal, even common, as having one given that ‘other’ was even an option on the character creation screen we saw on a video game so like.
And I made that whole post about Lindy and the devidol games and how his tail didn’t raise any eyebrows at all, which leads me, personally, to believe that transness is another thing that’s just accepted. Like I firmly believe a character could be like ‘hey btw I’m a girl/boy now’ and everyone would probably just be happy for them. It hasn’t come up but like, given everything else it just feels, right.
Even the crossdressing seems to be handled, decently for the most part, I feel. It’s not like ‘ha ha ha a man in a dress’ even tho is a comedy series (or at least like, not in a demeaning, derogatory way, and in fact every time someone’s crossdressed they’ve looked, really good). It was more, everything else that was funny (like w/ the devidol games arc the funny came from the fact that Iruma didn’t tell a single person what he was doing so everyone had to find out by seeing him dolled up on TV! And their reactions, those were what was funny.)
the fandom on the other hand needs a good smacking smh
Honestly I think Nishi is just very bold for realizing she can put her boys in cute dresses and then doing just that. Good for her.
And while a bit more, my interpretation of things, Kalego really feels like he’s some flavour of aspec (arospec mainly, but lbr any aspec would fit him I feel). Which I, as someone who’s aspec (and likes Kalego), quite enjoy.
It just, comes up so casually, so naturally in the narrative, and no one ever makes any sort of deal over it cause it’s just, a thing that’s part of their society.
It’s just, such a nice surprise and kinda refreshing.
tl;dr Mairimashita! Iruma-kun/Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun is surprisingly very queer on multiple fronts.

I saw your asks about Vax'ildan in the tlovm tag, and I just want to say: #1, when a lot of these characters were created in late 2012-2013, no one involved ever thought anyone other than the (originally 9) people at that table in Matt Mercer's house, and they started because Liam (Vax) wanted to play D&D with his friends for his birthday. Allura, and Fince are named/look like that because they're characters from the 2 years in between the start of their game and the start of streaming in 2015, and Fince is a moon elf, who looks like that in D&D, and Allura looks how she was repeatedly described
#2, the thing to remember about TLOVM is that all of the executive producers are also the VA cast, and they are all playing characters that each of them created and embodied for 5 years, and the show is telling a story they created with their close friends/family, these characters and stories are extremely important and personal to them and the people they care about, including their fans, who they have always listened and responded to, so anything involving a main character and their storyline will be treated with the utmost respect because there's no one above them to override their wishes. Also, Vax is not the only LGBT+ character in Vox Machina. Keyleth is demisexual, Scanlan is pansexual, Vex'halia is very likely bisexual, Allura is bisexual, Lady Kima (the halfling on the council voiced by Stephanie Beatriz) is a lesbian, Gilmore is gay (all of these are confirmed by the cast/creators of these characters, and these are only the character we have met in these 3 episodes. In future storylines, there is a nonbinary monarch who uses they/them pronouns, and the main party is joined by a gay man, I can go into more details but I don't want to overly spoil future plot points) and Liam O'Brien and Talesin Jaffe have both come out as bisexual.
There are probably a lot of valid criticisms of TLOVM and CR as a whole, but homophobia and a lack of respect for characters are not among them.
Hi, anon! Yeah, for previous asks, I did more research to discover it was originally a D&D campaign, and I mention that in previous asks to say it came before VLD. I'm not sure where your concern about homophobia and a lack of respect for characters comes from? It was really easy to tell that the show had a lot of LGBT diversity that didn't hinge on just Vax, and I don't believe any of my asks brought up a criticism of homophobia, nor did I ever once accuse the show of homophobia. It's very clearly got LGBT rep across several characters even from the 3 episodes that have published. Please do not put words in my mouth.
I can't help that after 4 years in VLD fandom, when I hear the name Allura, I associate other wizardry-type characters with circlets with the name. And someone mentioned that a visual association with the 1984 Allura character might be intentional, but I really don't know much about that. As I previously mentioned, Lady Allura in CR certainly does have a different personality and function within the story, and I do like her. In previous posts, I also mention that the characters of TLoVM all feel memorable and distinctive to me, and that they appear to have those found family vibes that I really have craved out of other shows.
Regarding concerns about Vax'ildan spoilers, again I did mention that it is a TV-MA show that operates under different parameters than a Y7 show. So I actually stood up for Critical Role and for watching it according to its own terms? I've said in previous notes that there's interesting plots here. Even the ask I received mentioned that perhaps some of their fear about this particular issue may stem from Voltron trauma. (There’s been a lot of heartaches with Voltron and how different storylines about death were executed, which has certainly made it more difficult to accept or buy into certain plot twists, if that makes sense.)
I guess I'm publishing this ask just in case any of my followers had concerns, in which your note could provide additional background information regarding the show creation history and cast's LGBT representation.
I do know there have been some Voltron spaces hating on the show just for its animation/design, which I have never done. Once I got through some bumpy/shocking places in episode 1, I actually liked the show. And to other Critical Role fans, I've previously stated that I look forward to watching more.
In fact, a lot of really nice CR fans have reached out to me, and I've really enjoyed talking to them and hearing their additional insight into the show.
If you still have particular concerns or something, feel free to message me.

What are your thoughts on the Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead? The good, the bad? What do you think about the upcoming tv adaptation?
Tell Us👁👄👁🍿
Ooooohhh bestie.
I started the series right after Shadow Kiss (book 3) came out. Found book 1 in Walmart and made my mom but it for me. Over a decade later and this series still has my soul in its clutches.
I adore the series in the way it was centered around Rose and Lissa and their friendship and love for each other and the problems that come with being each other's person.
And who is not a fan of the untouchable love interest with an accent? Dimitri is literally the reason I like men and influenced my type of guy. Am I married to a nonbinary person the complete opposite of Dimka? Absolutely. Changes nothing.
What I am not a fan of (like everyone else) is the age gap between Rose, Dimitri, and Adrian. I am 24 and I LITERALLY CAN NOT even think of finding a 17 year old attractive. Like yeah yeah different worlds and they have to grow up faster to be guardians but wowza. I re read the series this year and was appalled at some of what happened while Rose is underage (the cabin scene yes and jfc Dimitri she is your student and you're also her best friend's guardian c'mon). Adrian's character honestly rubbed me very wrong for the longest time. He gave off nice guy who needs therapy vibes. I haven't read the spin off with Sydney and Adrian so he could have redeemed himself. Idk.
Also hate how Rose treated Eddie. Like he honestly went above and beyond when he did not have to multiple times and she barely thanked him.
Lissa also not that appreciative of her friends.
Loved Jill.
Pour one out for our friend Mason.
Tatiana was that bitch.
Rip to Robert that crazy bitch deserved better.
I believe Tasha could have been either #1 Ally or and even better villain. Her being brought down to a woman scorned and having "her man" stolen by a teenager was literally the worst choice.
About the show: I'm interested. I like the cast for the most part except with Lissa. I love the representation but Lissa (and most royals) are Eastern European decent (hence the names and most being from/around Russia). I wonder if they'll just nix that or work with it. I do hope they age up Rose and co and lower Dimitri to like 22 or 21. Make it like a 2-3 year age gap and not 7 ffs.
I'm sure I have more but that's all I got currently at 3AM.

hi my name is poe ( they/them. 23. est ) ! and i’m very excited to be here <3 i can’t wait to write with all of you :3 this is my goblin eli and while i woke up late and don’t have a background written up or anything you can find an info dump ( plus some wanted connections ) under the cut which will hopefully give you some insight ! like this if you’d like to plot ! it’s easier to get a hold of me on d*scord : kangaroo court#6392 but ims are fine too ! :D
Tumblr media
✼:♡*゚✿ ↝  jeon jungkook . demi boy . he/they .  /  elijah “ eli ” kang is blasting are you bored yet? by wallows again … ugh , i swear they play that song every single day ! you’d think they’d learn how to pipe down . oh , you don’t know them ? they live in apartment 4b . i haven’t talked to them much , but i know that they’re twenty three years old , and that they’ve been living in the complex for three years . i always run into them when they’re coming back home from vinny’s vinyls , and they seem really gregarious and flighty . maybe you’ll have better luck with the aries than i do .
muse info :
he’s a typical american so getting used to canadian culture is still a thing for him. he can do a pretty good accent though ( in his opinion which means it actually sucks ).
he works at vinny’s vinyls and is obsessed with music. his favorite band is wallows but he has a soft spot for all those 2000s pop punk and emo bands. if he recommends fall out boy to you at the register just go with it and act like you’ve never heard of them.
his walls are covered in various records he’s collected some albums he really loves and some he just likes the look of ( ugh posers amirite ? ).
he really loves dogs and most animals in general. if you go through his tiktok fyp it’s filled with farmers and people who take care of animals most people wouldn’t have as a pet.
he’s known pretty much all his life that he’s nonbinary like the idea of being masculine never appealed to him so he just kinda vibes with it. if you ask him he’ll say gender is a myth and he’s never understood it. he’s obsessed with being a he/they like as soon as he found out what a demi boy was he just knew it fit.
also he’s bisexual so he’s just in love and wanting to sleep with everyone KFJDSHJFSD
due to his aries nature he tends to get crushes easily then stupidly admits to them but gets over them in two weeks and ghosts them :/
he’s really bad at committing like really really bad. he’s never had a relationship last longer than three months and he tends to leave people bitter about it because he doesn’t break up with them he just disappears. if your muse hates aries then he might be why.
he loved the idea of living alone because at home he’s the youngest of five siblings and being stuck in a house ( shared bedrooms forever since as the youngest he got the short end of the stick ) with them made him crave alone time. but now he gets lonely a lot and regrets not having a roommate. so whoever he’s friends with he comes in and crashes on their couch a lot for no reason other than he wants to. so you might have to kick this bum out personally
that being said he loves his family a lot and facetimes with his parents and the siblings he can get a hold of at least once a week. they drive him nuts though but in like the best way possible.
he tends to stay up way too late and for some reason that’s when the act up urges hit so if you hear somebody else blaring at 3 am he’s fine i promise ( maybe ).
he never drinks water and suffers from constant headaches but refuses to drink it. his fridge is filled with various flavors of monster blue powerade and mountain dew. he hates the taste of coffee and alcohol ( he still drinks the latter though ).
he really likes video games so if he randomly invites your muse over to play mario kart on the switch it’s either to brag or he’s just trying to hit on you. he’s a shyguy main btw.
talk to him about video games and he’ll get lost in the convo for hours. he loves open world games the best i.e. skyrim breath of the wild red dead redemption 2. but he also likes rpgs and nintendo games.
he runs cold most of the time so he always has a hoody on.
he loves anime so talk to him about anime ( especially my hero academia ) and he has figurines of his favorite character bakugo.
he has a lot of badly done tattoos on his hand and arm just because he gets bored then goes and gets something done.
he wears five earrings in each ear and used to have them gauged but they grew back and he’s too lazy to get them done again. he also has his hair done in an undercut currently and he loves putting it up in ponytails or buns.
if you make him a playlist he’ll fall in love with you immediately.
he’s really good at binging tv shows. he rewatched hannibal in three days and gets done with most new netflix series in a day.
he’s allergic to peanut butter but sometimes he eats uncrustables to see if he’s gotten over thinking he can just build up an immunity to it.
wanted connections:
exes ( any gender. i’m really wanting multiple plots of like people that eli’s strung along and left in the dust. )
hookups / fwbs ( any gender. singular experiences or regular type things )
i haven’t decided where he’s from so hmu for childhood plots. i’m a sucker for childhood besties, first kisses and crushes.
be his infatuation of the week ( this can be multiple plots but i want eli confessing his feelings then getting over them and ghosting leaving your muse confused. i want the awkward run ins and confrontations ! )
you come into vinny’s vinyls and ask him for recs but he just goes on about how good mcr is.
you nag him to please drink some water because he’s clearly dying of dehydration.
come play mario kart with him. he’ll say he’s gonna win but more than likely he’ll lose.
you check up on him because he’s listening to fleetwood mac’s rumours at 4 in the morning and you’re wondering if he’s ok and also you just wanna sleep.
tinder date ( it can go well or not )
he’s eaten peanut butter again and you’re the one who has to drag his stupid ass to the hospital.
you’re the friend whose couch he crashes on constantly. maybe one night you’re trying to bring someone home and he won’t leave and you’re trying to nicely make him get the hint but he refuses so you have to be mean about it.
literally anything you can think of i’m probably down for it !

Reasons you should be watching Craig of the Creek
Not enough people are watching this wonderful show, so I thought I’d do my best to introduce people to it. It’s made by former Steven Universe crew Ben Levin and Matt Burnett, so if you’re missing Steven Universe while it’s on hiatus this is a great way to keep away the hiatus blues, or if you just enjoy in cartoons. It’s great for a whole list of reasons, which broadly fall into the two categories of great representation and great storytelling:
Canonical queer representation
-       The witches premiere in the episode The Curse. If you aren’t sure if you want to watch this whole show definitely watch this one at least! It’s my absolute favourite not least of all because it’s about teen goth girls in love. It has a sequel The Last Kid in The Creek which is also wonderful, and the witches cameo throughout the series. I don’t want to spoil too much but The Curse is essentially about the two not wanting to be separated and struggling to admit their feelings for each other. (Spoilers: they do and walk off alone, blushing, staring at each other lovingly, while the kids aww at them)
-       Bernard and his girlfriend watch a cooking show hosted by a gay couple.
-       Other cameos, hints and coded queer kids such as JP’s sister (who has fancy dinner reservations with Kat, a woman with a shaved head who compliments Kelsey’s fake sword). There’s also Raj and Shaun (two very close friends), as well as several very boyish tomboys, including Handlebarb and Turner.
-       All public bathrooms I’ve spotted in the show have gender neutral signs on them which is nice.
POC representation
-       Craig, the main character, is black and has a loving family explored in depth, including an activist grandmother working for the council, a wise and fun grandfather, a supportive fun dad who loves his amazing wife, an adorable assertive little sister, and an angsty overachieving older brother who just wants to be a good grownup who loves his family and girlfriend.
-       There are MANY characters of colour. There are black and brown characters, Raj is Indian, Stacks is Hispanic (and it’s implied she is an immigrant), there are several Asian characters, Kelsey is Hungarian and Jewish, a persistent background character wears a hijab (I’m pretty sure she was named at some point but I can’t find her name anywhere. She definitely has lines at one point). I’m sure there are others I have missed. No one is a stereotype as far as I am aware.
Subtle neurodivergent representation
-       JP is possibly on the autism spectrum. I’d love neurodivergent people’s opinions on this, but while the representation isn’t canonical or obvious I think it’s good that while JP is represented as having different thought processes from his friends, he isn’t made fun of for it, at least not by them. It’s noteworthy I think that he’s the eldest of the core trio, probably because he finds it easier to relate to younger people who still share his imagination and care less about his unique way of thinking. His neurodivergence is explored most explicitly in the episode Jextra Perrestrial, so if you’re interested in this kind of representation definitely check that episode out.
Non-nuclear family representation
-       While the main character is a member of the typical nuclear family you see on TV (except black, and actually interesting) most of the other families we see are not.
-       JP is raised by his mother and older sister. His father is never mentioned and their house is definitely in worse condition than the others we see. His family works hard to take care of each other. His sister is a nurse and both her and her mother are away a lot of the time, but they both love JP very much. JP’s sister also happens to be really openly body positive. I love them a lot.
-       Kelsey’s father is an only parent. There’s still a lot of mystery surrounding how Kelsey’s mother passed away. It’s a very subtle but important part of Kelsey’s character and comes through in really bittersweet adorable ways (not limited to Kelsey using her “half-orphan”ness to guilt trip a man into giving her money)
-       Other kinds of families are scattered throughout the show, including families that move around a lot, a home-school kid with a strict mother, and more.
Unique approach to fantasy and sci-fi
-       You know how most kids show will take a kid’s fantasy and bring it to reality? Well Craig of the Creek keeps the fantastical and nostalgic element of that line of thinking but never confirms or denies whether the kids fantasies are real or in their heads. And not in a Scooby Doo way where the fantastical elements are explained away, but are hinted as a possibility right at the very end. Instead, two perspectives (the fantastical perspective and the realistic perspective) are woven into every episode.
-       This means there are two ways to interpret every episode. You can view the witches as real witches, or as goth teenagers. You can view Helen as a kid from another dimension, or a home-school kid who is never at the creek at the same time as the other kids. You can view Deltron as a cyborg from the future, or as an imaginative kid from a big city.
-       This is super unique and fun to watch. They come up with so many new ideas and its always fun to figure out what’s actually happening, while still getting to relive childhood fantastical nostalgia.
-       Almost all of these episodes use this to talk about an issue, but these issues can get quite complex and are definitely not shoved down your throat.
Overarching mystery plot about a colonialist kingdom / cult
-       Love the slow burn storytelling of Steven Universe’s Diamond Authority? Love putting together the mysteries of Gravity Falls? Then you’ll love this plot about colonialism, classism, bullying, peer pressure and more and its mysterious build up including cryptic graffiti art and flower symbolism.
-       Even before this arc properly begins, Craig of The Creek primarily centers around the microcosm of the Creek. Many of the episodes have a lot of commentary on society, politics and how different factions of people form and interact.
-       The show is over 50 episodes in and this arc is only just starting to kick off so now is the time to catch up and watch.
-       Fun complex villain(s)
Complex relatable characters
-       Want commentary and nostalgia about horse girls, children’s tea parties, weird kids, angsty teens, young weebs, dweebs and more!? Every childhood obsession is represented in this show.
-       Adults! All the parents and older teens in this show are just as rich and complex as the kids. They are all so interesting and fun.
-       Want characters with arcs, aims, fun relationships and complexity!? Look no further! Redemption arcs! Revelations! Found family! It’s all here!
Great art and soundtrack
-       Cute background and character designs that make you nostalgic as hell and are also beautiful and well thought out.
-       Sometimes the art design is changed up for a particular episode to portray a certain fantastical / sci fi element. It’s very fun and engaging.
-       An opening song that’s fun to sing along to, bittersweet ending song that makes me want to cry, a couple of musical episodes including a super fun rap musical episode, and a great OST
Queer headcanons
-       There are tons of ways to interpret the show but here’s some of my head canons just to get an idea.
-       (Note that despite my headcanons I use the pronouns for the kids that they use in the show cause I’m not certain about any of it and they’re kids who haven’t come out yet and also for clarity and consistency’s sake – I’m not saying trans people are not their genders. Don’t worry I’m nonbinary)
-       I headcanon that all the main trio grow up to realise they are queer. They strike me as that weird group of friends that doesn’t fit in with the other kids and aren’t quite sure how they all came to be friends, only to later realise they all showed early signs of breaking gender roles and that’s why they stuck together.
-       Craig definitely grows up to realise he’s gay, bisexual or queer. His admiration for characters like Deltron and Green Poncho are definitely crushes that he mistakes for a strong sudden and eager desire for friendship.
-       Kelsey probably grows up to realise she is nonbinary, a trans boy or a WLW. I mostly headcanon this because I relate to her a lot and I’m nonbinary and queer so I said so. She reminds me a lot of myself as a kid. She throws herself into books, mostly fantasy for escapism. She fantasises and writes a lot for the same reasons. She dresses like a tomboy (She always wears her hair up in the same bun which strongly reminds me of my own childhood hair dysphoria) and she hangs out solely with male friends.
-       JP gives me strong trans lesbian vibes, or to a lesser extent nonbinary vibes. (I know his sister is WLW coded but take it from me there can be more than one queer in a family). He is interested in girls, specifically Maney the horse girl (he even joined the horse girls for one episode). He wears a long V-neck shirt that is essentially a dress ALL the time. He’s aware that he’s different and while self conscious sometimes, mostly just wants to express himself the way he wants to. He also chooses to go by initials JP over his very gendered name Johnathan Paul (In a recent episode he names a ship after himself, calling it “The SS Johnathon Paulina”).
-       (Sidenote if you do start watching this show and I see any nasty shipping of these characters in non puppy-love fashion so help me god)
 Other reasons
-       The show is at times very intertextual and references Princess Mononoke, Super Smash Brothers, Sailor Moon, Lord of the Rings, and a billion other things. It also has some fun cameos, including background images of the Tres Horny Boys from The Adventure Zone, a TARDIS from Doctor Who, and a Cookie Cat from Steven Universe.
-       Honestly, this post hasn’t done the best job explaining why I love this show so much. You honestly just have to watch an episode to understand fully what I’m talking about, so give it a go! Watch The Curse at least, it only goes for 10 minutes.

GENERAL
name: Sparrow Hawthorne
alias(es): his given name was something weird like Our Great Hope Given Unto Us by Hawthorne’s Line, his mom called him Hope, others would refer to him casually as Prince Hawthorne.
gender: Nonbinary, leans agender
age: ~100 years old, appears ~30
date of birth: June something something
place of birth: a painting world
hometown: the capitol city of the painting world
spoken languages: (I’m not sure)
sexual preference: Sparrow is gray asexual. I’m not going to engage with the other questions that relate to sex and romance, Tumblr rpc isn’t the right atmosphere for it (and certainly not an rp meme). I’ll say that being raised by a community that not only treated him like public property but actively tried to educate him to see himself that way was incredibly damaging, I can’t match the fun & flirty vibe of questions like, ‘so did your character ever kiss a girl?’ there’s also a lot I just don’t set in stone.
occupation: no thanks
APPEARANCE
eye color: Gray
hair color:  White
height: 4′7″
scars: A few on his ankles, and a few marks from arrows
burns:  n/a
over weight: not generally, but he generally tries not to keep track
under weight: during his exile years
FAVOURITE
color: lavender
hair color:
eye color:
song: in a modern verse he would not be immune to T.aylor S.wift’s reputation album
movie: In a modern setting, P.onyo, A.melie, C.rimson P.eak
tv show: In a modern setting, The Q.ueen’s G.ambit, T.he P.romised N.everland
food: desserts
drink: (not sure)
book:(/stories in general:) Sparrow projects onto female characters in the absence of nonbinary characters that fit his vibe more exactly. Books and stories grab his attention when a female mc is powerful, wants things, and is maybe a little bit feral, even if she hides it well. She doesn’t have have noble morals, and she doesn’t have to win; there are tragedies he wouldn’t enjoy, but tragedies he very much would. He’s drawn by dark & intense themes bc like, he’s working through some things.
HAVE THEY
passed university: no
had sex:
had sex in public:
gotten pregnant:
kissed a boy:
kissed a girl:
gotten tattoos: yeah he has a tattoo of a bird on his left shoulder. Rook has some dagger tattoos from the army, bc that’s how the soldiers would celebrate certain major victories. Sparrow saw that & he was like, oh I want one, could you do a bird :)
gotten piercings: no
had a broken heart:
been in love:
stayed up for more than 24 hours: I’m sure
ARE THEY
a virgin:
a cuddler: no, not even after taking chronic pain into account & assuming good communication & boundaries. He might awkwardly pat someone’s head or offer a side hug if they seem to absolutely need some comfort, & he might tolerate being held and supported in a vulnerable moment, but he doesn’t go around looking for that kind of thing. He might lean against someone companionably while reading.
a kisser:
scared easily: yes and no. if he’s trying to believe that he’s in a safe place and gets shocked out of that, he can experience some pretty intense trauma responses, and it doesn’t always take much :( once he’s in ‘survival mode,’ though, he can be very calm and focused, even in life-threatening situations.
jealous easily: yes, but he’s pretty good about not acting on it in hurtful ways.
trustworthy: he won’t knowingly put anyone else through the kind of devaluation that he went through, even if it costs him a lot to avoid it. if you leave him in your living room unsupervised with a bowl of mints on the table, he will pocket one, & he doesn’t even like mint.
dominant:
submissive:
in love:
single:
RANDOM QUESTIONS (tw for self harm/suicide mention)
have they harmed themselves: Sparrow has a personality like, if he can escape the harm of, or even spite, someone he hates by hurting himself, there are situations where he’d take himself to the brink of death for the satisfaction of doing it. Escaping and rejecting eventual sacrifice was honestly a form of harming himself because he had no wilderness survival experience and a lot of chronic pain. I want to say that since pain is a normal part of his life, he doesn’t really have to actively cross a threshold where he has to decide that hurting himself really is worth getting the better of someone else because that kind of threshold is already there for everything.
thought of suicide: With sacrifice as a looming inevitability, how could he not, with that being a sure way of at least protecting himself from being used?
attempted suicide: It’s possible
wanted to kill someone: no, but wanted to not be killed even more
drove a car: no
have/had a job: part time scribe work in the early years
have any fears: sure. Death, but more importantly, never having been a person in the eyes of anybody at all in the first place.
FAMILY
sibling(s): Rook, a younger brother, maybe a half sister (I’m not completely sure)
parents: didn’t have true parents on an emotional level from their end lmao. I’m not sure what happens to his mom but it’s theoretically possible for them to mend their relationship over time, with some effort.
children: n/a
pets: in a stable enough life situation to take care of a pet, he’ll get a snake

blair oakwood [she/her lesbian, 19ish? !!! ]-my shining star<33 shes the "main character" of the story ive thrown her in and God Shes Soooo ! so as a young child she had a encounter w/ a old god which lead to her Not Being Able To Die [<- she still can get hurt though. im working on the mechanics of it all] anyways after that she meets dannie her bestest friend ever !!! they then have a massive fallout the week before dannie goes to uni and stop talking till he shows up on her doorstep but im getting ahead of myself. uhhh oh right ! so after she Doesnt Die she fucks up her leg and uses a cane semi regularly !!! shes also a butch lesbian and she loves old country music and folk rock and she drives a truck and <33333333333 shes a little bit of a wet rag of a gal but its ok!! she also wears a binder sometimes bc i make the rules<33 OhOh also she lives w/ her aunt which is why she is in the town now !!! ALSo she has weird dreams Yay
theo banks [she/he genderfluid pan+demiace and polyam 20]- ohhhh theo,, so theo is somewhat the Main Love Intrest to blair [<- they r Bfs. but also Gfs depending on what day it is !][also lin ill talk abt them later] anyways so theo Accidentally Crashed Into Blair With Her Car but its ok bc blair cant die and thats kinda when they meet<3 theo is like wtf lets figure out why u cant die n blair is like ok ! luckily theo has that Austic swag and due to his own past has also been fucked over by Old Gods, this leads to her being very interested in the history of the town n honestly she would make a good archivist . however she works at a diner w/ his boss/father figure :] overall theo is very very clever n also probably writes letters and gives it to her friends<33 she is full of allot of love and also definitely set up a red string board sometime in the story
dannie [he/him transmasc bi, 21 or 22]- i havent figured out a last name for him yet :[[ anyways as ive said in dannies bit hes blairs bestest friend !!! kinda. notrlly. so they r like siblings and have always been w/ eachother however during Teen Years they become a little codepend and its a bit unhealthy, and then have a fight before dannie goes to uni w/ his gf at the time [They break up which leads to dannie going to blair after abt a year and a half of not speaking and being like hi!] anyways they r much healthier now<33 they r very much like siblings and dannie is a very protective person over blair and hes also a bit of the therapist of the group. very much Big Brother Vibes alsoo!! hes dating lin who ill talk abt in a second
vee [they/it nonbinary+intersex, aroace 17] vee !!!! they have so much autsic swag its insane. so they r semi-verbal and use sign langeus to communicate ! they r the younger sibling to lin and well. do to them having hubris they now r partly unhuman [it has a tv head im allowed to indulge myself] they also dont rlly age and dont remember its name [hence the name vee, bc. tv. ahhhahhahha im so clever] they live in a cabin/lighthouse n probably r good at board games and read allot !!! cant rlly go outside w/ a tvhead unfortunately . they also have a shit memory but overall very cool They. ralso just. god its just has soso much autism in it i cant explain
lin [they/them agender queer polyam 21] lin is such a prick and i love them<3 they made some deal w/ a Old God and it fell througj and now theyr a ghost [until they haunt blairs dreams and blair hates them and blah blah] so yeah overall just kinda a prick. they r a bastard and trying their best<33 anyways them n dannie r fully dating Gay And InLove while theo n them r strangers-friends with benefits-its complicted- Friends Just Pals. - qp ! lin isa little bitch but they r trying to get better and overall deeply care abt the ppl around them [also blair n them r veryyy paralled lololol]
so those r my main five Guys !!! there r many more n i probably forget some stuff bc its late but yeah :]]]
[ALSO!! some blair fanart x x x and theo x ]
