Lotus was born on April 21st 1995 and lived in Germany for most of her life. She attends the Durmstrang Institute for her magical education but decides to move around after her graduation and open her own magical graphic design business. With her grandfather being the famous wandmaker, Mykew Gregorovitch, she naturally has an affinity for design and transfiguration, although, Garrick Ollivander would likely deny that she inherited her keen eye for aesthetics from him.

based on an idea @username8746489 had where sylvie discovered nightmare fuel for the first time on accident while getting bullied by some older kids (and pushing him further into social isolation now that he's known as "that scary kid who could summon someone's worst fear")

while glaringly obvious plot holes, chasms in logic and painfully missed opportunities are inevitable in any long-running series/franchise, the one star trek plot hole that has kept me up at night more than any other, the one that with each episode, twists the knife further and further, is the fact that Captain Kathryn Janeway did not come up through engineering. like HUH???

i’m only halfway through season 2 and very rarely does an episode go by where Janeway doesn’t find an excuse to make her way to engineering. the second something goes wrong with the ship that woman is SPRINTING to see what’s going on with her own two eyes (and usually her hands too). like in S1 E1 of Voyager, they get flung 70,000 light years from home, and one of the first things she does is run to engineering.

i know i know, she was a science officer, something something captains need to be proficient in all domains aboard a starship, yada yada - yes, Janeway has a reputation for going above and beyond when it comes to knowing her shit, but her level of comfort and familiarity with engineering, her ability (and desire) to run around, ask questions, complete tasks and essentially function as a regular member of the engineering crew indicates to me more than just ‘she’s smart’ (see: “Warp Particles!”)

TLDR: Kathryn Janeway was, is, and always will be an engineering girlie to me and i will die on this hill

Finally decided to redraw them and FINALLY design William!!

Backstory I kinda have,,,more or less lol

Angelina is a Japanese immigrant. She came to the country with her highschool sweetheart who ended up abandoning her once he found out that she was pregnant with Yakko.

William is a former foster kid who outgrew the system and was never adopted. He isn't sure what he is (race wise) but he is content with that.

(Making both his bio parents mixed. I wanted to keep the whole "what are they?" thing going for them. Bro is mixed squared lol)

Angelina and William met when Yakko was a year old. He grew up believing that he was William's (bio) kid. He never questioned it because everyone told him that he looked like his mom and because William has always been a part of his life from what he can remember. William legally adopted him when he was 6-7

So very genuinely I think the cast should get to go 4 for 4 (or possibly 5 for 5 counting Blake) in giving each player character a backstory episode where the other players have an unreasonable amount of control over the narrative. For better or for worse, Kelsey/Matt and Francis/Anthony should not get to be spared from this fate. I feel this way for no reason other than 1. I think it would be funny and 2. I just wanna see what happens. I do not care about potential negative consequences, but acknowledge that they are plentiful, thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
