imagine xiao curling up against you as you two sit under the roofed gazebo, as the rain pours down just feet away from the both of you. the mist and splash of rainwater makes xiao’s sleeveless arms shiver—the centuries of hardship havent made him immune to the cold—and he unconsciously inches closer to you. you wrap your arm around his shoulders, his eyes widening at the sudden, unwarranted touch, but he relaxes as your body warmth floods his skin, now thankful for your touch. out of the corner of your eye, you see a slight flush dust over xiao’s rain-soaked cheeks. you grin to yourself.

imagine xiao walking into your room late at night, the sound of bare feet padding across the wooden floor. he stands in your doorway, looking at you ashamedly, as he tells you that he can’t fall askeep without you next to him. you smile softly to yourself, secretly warmed at how much he needed you, as you lit the lamp by your bed, motioning for xiao to join you. he hesitantly climbs into bed with you, making sure not to disturb the pillows or the covers too much. wordlessly, you tuck him in, making sure the duvet covers his small body entirely, and that he has enough pillows to support his head and back. with a small kiss to his temple, you whisper a small “good night”, and you put out the lamp.

it makes me sad when some people shrug off jjk because of the bad rep some of the dudebro fans give it that make it seem like it's just about cool fights and powerscaling. i'm not going to try and argue that it's the greatest manga/anime out there since at the end of the day something like that is entirely subjective and i have my own critiques of jjk, but only focusing on the action is a big disservice to the majority of the storytelling.

so many of jjk's core themes revolve around love, companionship, and compassion. there are issues within the society of their world that fighting can't solve. it's the entire reason characters like gojo push for change so heavily — he knows what jujutsu society is like better than anyone and wants future generations to have people to rely on; to have what he didn't.

then you have the entire plotline of jjk0 where yuuta is told that there's no curse more twisted than love, but it's his act of pure love that inevitably sets rika's soul free. or just yuuji's character as a whole and how time and time again he continues to try and understand and show compassion to his enemies, he refuses to be apathetic towards the harm and death of his friends, he doesn't grow numb to the life of a sorcerer and his unwavering spirit is probably one of his greatest strengths.

the themes of love are so abundant in jjk and it's genuinely baffling how some people still manage to miss them. there are a lot of specific scenes that come to mind, especially megumi explaining his ideal life + "it'd be lonely without you, fushiguro" one after the other but if i went through every scene in jjk that exuded love to me (platonic or romatic) we'd be here all day

Tired of people hearing my symptoms of autism and equating EVERYTHING to “NORMAL” people things. Like, NO CASSI, Losing your speech after a meltdown because it was too loud is not the same as you getting mad at a driver on the street and calming down after they leave!!!

I really hate when people do that shit!! It’s so annoying, dude. Like okay, You don’t think i have autism. BUT BY YOU demeaning every Symptoms if autism in The DSM-5, You Are probably demeaning a lot of other autistic people. People with higher AND lower Support Needs. IT’S A FUCKING SPECTRUM.
