Friendly reminder that it’s okay to like and appreciate the art of messed up things as long as you know deep in your heart that those things aren’t/shouldn’t be YOUR reality.

Art is meant to be enjoyed, enjoying it doesn’t make you a fucked up person. People die, lie, cheat, steal, hurt others, kill others, etc., that’s reality, and it’s okay to appreciate when someone makes art depicting stuff like that. Because you’re not the one doing the act, a completely fictional character/entity is.

And of course no one is perfect either, so even if you have or still do some of those things, regardless, you’re still human and deserve the same level of karma and justice as anyone else would get doing the same thing. Your interest in anything doesn’t change that.
