✍️🏾its long and deals with two heavy themes but its one answer.✍️🏾

highly likely of what they will never do towards any muse, to rip the band aid off to start: rape. in any state, that is what you can rely on them never doing. everything has to be clear cut. End of. With signatures. It has to be talked about between muses, not just writers, muses too. If there is something that is triggering to that muse that they do that remind of their abuser (if in available backstory or a thread or a headacanon), it has to be outwardly verbally communicated. Not implied, not presumed or assumed, it has to be spoken about between them. It. Is. A. Must.

There can be play (in the likes of petplay) but again, it harkens back to THE MUSES TALKING. not just a paragraph explaining what that muse is saying and ending it with a few dialogue at the beginning and at the end: they will have to say it all.

They are not going to read your mind or walk through memories by themselves all willy nilly by simple tactile telepathic contact. You are the tour guide: guide them by the physical hand yourself. They can see it but you ie your muse are the audio description of your own traumatic experiences. They aren't fully time lords, they graduated and got the degree and title of a time lord and therby can call themselves that but they aren't fully what is expected of a time lord by others' interpretation or oberservation based solely on the few that strictly just Gallifreyan.

It does not matter if it is uncomfortable for them, your muse has to be open about that specific thing towards them. They will shut down and out and stay far from you if your muse do not elaborate on the painful bits. (this varies upon which muse but main muses like v or vin will more or less stay away). Especially if that muse is comparing them to the one that abuse them. We can plot and talk about how my ocs WOULD react (we can kiki about it for a while) but, that is a what if scenario. That is not a genuine reaction, that is not a genuine thread of them sitting tf down and talking about it.

They are open. Unhealthily open. It's why certain regenerations are mainly to themselves, so particular and keep an flag pole's length, even if that. That was how they were raised initially until they were reintergrated into Gallifreyan ways. They are used to everything (heavy on the everything, anything you can think of that isnt shared, yes it is where they were born and primarily brought up [Nyintr]) shared, then partially and now none - by time wise by their true ages - within an hour and thirty minutes. If they form an attachment towards your muse and does something violent towards your muse, they will feel it much more harder than yours. Thats not Gallifreyan, that's not time lord, that's all them in the most literal sense. You and them will be matching bruises, feelings, physical sensations, TOGETHER.

All that being said, for my fuller evil (true evil muses? conceptually true evil muses?) would but not in the normal way. I cant write that for shit, it's trash, just send the meme and - i'll be struggling but, y'all gonna have to help me. I can't speak for canon muses I may portray though but thats the universal baseline.

They can do everything under the sun and moon and dark and light BUT those two things. Mainly the first one, the second one, they will openly tell you they have murdered babies blantantly and they tell you they do that in person - they sending a weapon their way or this that and the third. They don't tell you which species though so... at least ask.

As far as their parents go, um, The Scientist loves his wife Evangeline and Evangeline love him and it feels like the same wrong as asking Gomez and Morticia so theres that.

Vin had tears welling up. So, he gave her a way to regenerate? So why did it still hurt? Because she was dying, that's why. "You were mortally shot. Oh, darling, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." He kissed her on her forehead. She would still keep the same face, that, Vin knew. Well, hoped. But, it was still scary. Humans never really did this before. But, the alternative, the implication was that she would've been killed by five people. Five people with guns. Five unknown people with guns. "Where are they? The people who shot you?"

He needed her to focus on his anger. Anything to distract from the fear. He held her hand before the glow spread there. Staying with her. Making sure she doesn't regenerate alone.

The kids were already asleep by the time she came back from her hunt. Though, when she screamed his name, Vin ran to where she was. Seeing the sight, he ran to her side, his face full of rage and panic all at once. “What happened?” He asked the obvious in a state of panic before seeing a glow around her. “Roxxan, who did this?”

Roxxan gasped as her body glowed. “Five people. Too many.   Why does it burn?  I was only shot!” Roxxan said looking at Vin scared. The glow took over her body slowly as her fear got worse.

The Doctor got caught up in dancing to the song playing from the jukebox, warm lighting and chairs in the otherwise marble white room with dark gray floor paneling. Catching up on music was fun.
