RU Sebastian: "I don't mess with that. I'm not one to attempt to manipulate forces I don't understand. If other people do... That's entirely up to them... But Damien and I aren't fans of that kind of thing."

Authors Note: My version of Sebastian is very traditional, and he's also religious (Orthodoxy), as well as very cautious of certain things... He views WC as people messing with forces they don't fully understand, and refuses to partake in such things. Which is why he personally wouldn't be a fan of witchcraft.

The same applies to Damien too, he just doesn't find any interest in that kind of thing (but he's a fan of it in stories, loves fantasy novels.)

Can we start talking about how chb would never be empty in tsats. Like in hidden oracle there was so many year rounders there you’re telling me they all decided to leave and do whatever? Also wasn’t there like an 8 year old year rounder what the fuck was he doing? They can’t make the excuse of winter break because hidden oracle takes place in mid January well past any winter breaks. Even while reading the book this just struck me as such an odd and unnecessary detail.

Tail Jail/The Interrogation Tail

This is what happens when Damien stays out past the curfew... He walks into the shop and gets met by RU Sebastians' tail wrapping around him before getting questioned by his father.

Then after the questioning, Damien is kept in Tail Jail for about half an hour... Being pulled from place to place whilst RU Sebastian is doing whatever he's doing.

This is getting grounded.... It's not a week-long endeavor... Just half an hour of this tight discomfort so Damien knows the gravity of RU Sebastian rules.

As he entered a room where he knew Eyefestation would usually be waiting for him, he was met with someone else instead; Damien. Drayin instantly noticed the eyes along the older boys forehead, they were like the ones along his arms; the eyes more like Eyefestations.*)

Damien: Oh, hello there.... Those eyes... You must've had a run-in with HER too, huh? Well... The Eyefestation you know (in the Reunited AU Canon) is no longer here... Her body has died, and I carry whatever's left of her (points to the eye in the center of his head.)

Were you... Close to her? Judging from that somber expression, you must've been quite close to her... I'm sorry if her loss has hurt you.

quick damibeck thing bc i am thinking abt them and i Want To Share

theyve known each other since they were kids and were each other’s closest friends at that time and therefore ended up engaging in a lot of the same activities, and therefore both ended up learning to play music (the island they grew up on had a piano in… idk the tavern maybe or the library dont worry abt it). linebeck learned to play piano and damien, after trying out a few instruments when he had the chance (there was an island kinda nearby with a bit of a musical culture) started playing clarinet. they practiced together a lot and while damien decided to commit to really honing his skill on clarinet linebeck branched out a bit and looked into composing. since they almost always practiced together and effectively knew each other’s skill levels and preferences they worked on a piano and clarinet duet and finished writing it a bit before linebeck left, and they promised each other to practice it for when they met back up

anyways they each have half of a duet with each other and practice it frequently in the time they spent away from each other and both refused to just give up on it and kept at it even though they didnt really have a guarantee that they’d ever have a chance to play it together

“What situation?” [Dread. That was the only thing he was feeling as he waited for Silas to answer him.]
