In today's fast-paced business environment, customer satisfaction is dependent on both speed and quality. We recently got the opportunity to show our dedication to both when we received an urgent order from one of our important clients, Data Dog. Faced with a tight timeline and specialized criteria, our team went beyond what was required to meet the customer's expectations accurately and carefully.

Laying the Groundwork: T-Shirt Sourcing and Design Finalization

At the same time, we prepared for the printing process by confirming the design details with the client. The logo was to be printed on the front at a pocket-sized placement, and also on the back of the t-shirt. With the design ready, we proceeded to ensure the print areas were accurately aligned for both the front and back, ready for the next step in production.

The Production Process: From DTF Sheet Prep to Final Prints

Once the design was complete, our production team went to work right away. The initial step in the printing process was to send the design to a DTF (Direct-To-Film) machine, which generated the transfer sheets. This approach ensures that the logos on the front and back of the t-shirts are sharp, colourful, and completely aligned, yielding a high-quality finish.

After preparing the DTF sheets, our team quickly moved on to the next step in the printing process. The t-shirts were carefully placed on the press, and the logos were carefully printed to each one of them. The team worked hard throughout the day, printing the t-shirts to ensure that the order operated quickly and effectively. Every stage of the process was carefully monitored to ensure accuracy as well as consistency across all t-shirts. Despite the tight deadline, our crew stayed focused and committed to fulfill the order on time. We ensured that every t-shirt met our client's high-quality specifications through seamless cooperation and attention, without sacrificing the final product.

From Our Hands to Yours: Packing and Shipping the T-Shirts

Once the printing was finished, our team carefully packed the t-shirts to ensure they reach safely. Every t-shirt was neatly folded and carefully packaged into boxes to prevent damage during transportation. The team members thoroughly checked the package to ensure that all t-shirts were present. After packing was completed, the t-shirts were delivered to Bengaluru using RTC Cargo, making sure that they receive on time.

The order was successfully finished, and all the ordered t-shirts delivered on time and beyond the client's expectations.
