theres something here but i cant figure out what it is

i have seen generally in the fandom people giving kris the knock-off controller under asriels bed, which sort of makes sense to me with asriel being older and kris being the only human

then we have tenna talking about the "cutting edge, proprietary controller pads" which, obviously, look pretty silly. they fit the bill of what a knock-off controller would perhaps look like. but tenna hypes them up, which could point to his love for kris regardless of their differences in being human

then the odd controller that nobody wanted to use, which kris picks up and will use going forward - and its tied to their player character as well

not to mention the significance of pink and yellow in friend And spamton - friend who is still very much a mystery? but spamton who himself is a sort of knock-off in attempting to look like swatch and being a spam email mam, etc. and the parallels between spamton and kris in the fight for freedom and being controlled by the strings of fate

it makes me think about kris' species dysphoria/discomfort with being a human, as shown multiple times throughout the games. as well as now how we know theyre being manipulated by carol/(and, if theyre separate)the knight, and acting as the cage for the soul.

but... knockoffs dont have the right to complain...
