Demo Shipping "Week" Day 1: Boots n Bombs!

Ello so I decided to do a shipping week thing for Demo! bc hes my wife and I realised I like shipping him with a lot of the other mercs so why not make it into a thing Obviously I can't actually do it all in a week but you get the idea So to kick things off we got classic DemoSolly even though im not the biggest fan, still had a ton of fun making this ^^

 There is a small child floating in the Watchtower. 

They’re visibly not human, a too-big cloak of purple (what shade no one knows, all they can describe about the cloak is purple, nothing else) hanging from them as big Lazarus-green eyes glare down in something of a pout. The child huffs, blowing white hair out of their face despite it shimmering and shifting on its own already. 

How the child, inhuman or not, found their way into the Watchtower- without setting off an alarm no less- is a concern. A very large concern, but it can wait because there is a four-year old (if the child is the equivalent of a human child that is) at oldest staring down at them. 

 “Do you know where the speedsters are?” the child piped up after an awkward stare-down, none of the league members present quite sure what to do in this situation. It was probably around time to call Batman… or they could call Flash instead.

I went a little crazy with the gifs because. This whole fucking scene.

Toki thinking the world of that little snow globe that they probably sell millions of to fans, because it was a gift from Nathan. The Angry Dad Gang™ showing up with the squeal of tires. The way Nathan's eyes flick from the bully to the busted snow globe as he puts together instantly what's going on. The fact that he immediately gives chase after the asshole and nobody—not a single fucking soul—dares try to stop him. Pickles and Magnus exchanging that cautious 'hello.' And Nathan keeping pace with the much younger "little kid" and knowing just where to fuck him up the best, and doing so because you do not fuck with his bandmates.

Bruce is Exhausted. Capital E and everything. He can feel himself get older, even with how Gotham’s aging worked. So perhaps it was less getting older, and more of his body finally rebelling against the abuse he put it through night and day. 

Way too many old injuries flaring up and bones full of steel aching. The issue, really, is that his kids are starting to complain about the same things. And if they’re actually complaining about it, then it’s bad, that’s just how everyone in the family is. 

They make a fuss about each other’s injuries, but don’t so much as talk about their own unless it’s an active issue. So. It’s a big issue. 

Which meant actually wrangling them to the doctors…
