Lucifer looked overly pleased. He turned the present in his hand over for the fifth time with an incredibly smug, self-assured smirk on his face.

"This is for me, is it?" It was neither his birthday nor a holiday. He had been quite surprised when you burst into his office and laid the decorative bundle on his desk. It was taped poorly and the wrapping paper was a recycled brown paper bag, yet the simple fact that you were thinking about him made his pride swell to dangerous levels.

"Yes," you told him. "Please make good use of it. Please."

With an arrogant little "heh," he opened the gift. Inside was a long length of thick rope, freshly purchased from a hardware store that morning. It was sturdy and a little coarse. It looked like it was made for boating purposes.

"What is this?" Lucifer examined it by tugging at the ends until it was taut. He looked ready to whip the next person to walk into his office. "Is this your way of asking to spend more time with me? I always thought you were more of a silk ribbon perso-"

"No!" You interrupted his detailed speculation by slamming a hand on the corner of the desk. It stung a little. Of course Lucifer would misunderstand your intentions, but that was exactly why you had to clear things up. "I need you to stop tying Mammon up with the ethernet cord."

Lucifer raised an eyebrow. You didn't like the way he was gliding his gloved thumb over the rope.

"You leave him tied up for hours," you continued, "and the WiFi stops working. I have to go to the observatory when that happens and stand by the windows and wave my D.D.D. around for data to work. So, Lucifer. Please? Won't you use this instead?"

You put your hand on top of his in a bold power play. Maybe he would feel your sincerity. Combined with big puppy eyes and a little head tilt, you felt this plan had a 65% chance of working.

More than anything, I go absolutely nuts for little actions like this where Asterix and Obelix are subtly comforting each other and cheering each other up after something traumatic. It’s like crack to me.

So I made this short comic last summer, and just remembered I still had it in my files! 😅

It’s advisable to keep your livestock out in open pasture during hurricanes and large storms because animals naturally travel to the highest point during flooding and move for their safety if given the option. Larger flightier animals like horses will injure themselves if left locked in a barn during a big storm. If you live in an area prone to dangerous storms, make sure to microchip your pets (yes, you can microchip pigs and horses and goats and other pets, it’s not just for cats and dogs) and don’t lock them in the barn.

I don't wanna keep ranting abt this but does anyone remember the Canapino incident(s) during his time in Indycar? And how numerous amounts of his Argentine fans sent death threats and other harassment to Pourchaire/Ilott?

Barely a year later, we're witnessing the same thing (different situations) here in F1. I do like Franco, and I want him to develop more, but his fanbase has gotten out of control. Jack has (since a few weeks ago or longer) been receiving a disgusting, overwhelming amount of harassment and death threats by crazed out fans and have had his and Alpine's posts flooded with them everywhere. The worst thing is, Alpine only have since fed the flames by recruiting Franco, immediately capitalizing on him, and going through with the soon-seat move by giving Jack a 5/6-race contract.

Sure, support your driver. Be excited about the move. That's all fine. But stop dangerously harassing Jack and dogpiling him for months and months and months... and even now after Franco got his move. It's fucking disgusting behavior seeing all these grown adults threaten Jack for something out of his control. And temporary, considering Alpine are throwing him in the deep end on purpose anyway.

Have some class.

You do realize you’re comparing Boa Hancock, a woman who was kidnapped as a child to be a slave for the upper echelon of the world of One Piece, forcibly branded like cattle, made to eat a devil fruit for the entertainment of her captors, and only escaped due to the grace of a fellow slave while still decades later being haunted by her time in captivity to Donquixote ‘Papa let’s go buy some slaves!’ Doflamingo and expect anyone to take what you’re saying seriously??

Doflamingo killed his father. He shot his father point blank while he was still holding his baby brother. A baby brother that he would also go on to kill. He’s committed canonical atrocities worthy of getting him the lowest level of Impel Down. He is by no means a decent person let alone better than Boa in any respect. He’s just a moderately attractive man with abs and that’s why you people are so willing to let everything he’s done slide.

As for this “evidence” provided in the screenshot, it’s a request. A request from a fan. It's common knowledge that unless it’s a cover story, all individual cover pages are non-canon.

But hey, good job drinking that Doflamingo Kool-Aid. I’m sure he’ll personally want to thank you for defending his slaver owner honour against *checks notes* a former slave.

Lastly, I want to touch on that last comment, saying very confidently that Boa is not a good person. I ask you this: Should she be? Do people deserve to have her kindness again? Should she, as a character, break down those carefully crafted walls just so dude-bros lurking in TikTok comment sections will find her more palatable? I certainly don’t think so.
