double texting she knows you need a lot of reassurance so shes not surprised when she misses a text and sees quite a few from you, shes developed a habit of texting you a handful of times so you know shes not ignoring you or going anywhere. she'll send double texts so you know you have her attention but never means to do it as a way to mock you when you do it.

keep sakes she gives you something to hold onto until she gets back when she has to go on a mission or generally be away at any given time, something important she'll need back so you know she'll return especially if its something personal so you know she trusts you to hold onto it and keep it safe.

venting she encourages the both of you to be open by sharing times when you've been let down, left alone, dissapointed etc, things you can both relate to to help strengthen a secure communicative relation. she wants you to know she means what she says and youre allowed to be vulnerable with her, so she shows that through example of opening up to you first.

bonding time she'll find ways for you guys to spend time together especially if shes been away or has to go later. she'll make plans for things when she gets back, she'll take you with her for her morning runs but lets you set the pace, she takes you on shopping trips with her, whatever you feel up to she'll make it happen.

updates she sets up calls with you before bed when shes away and texts you updates on the progress of her missions, without spilling anything that might be classified of course, she'll use silly names like "clown one and clown two" when talking about a target and stuff like tht. she doesnt want you to worry while shes out.

patterns she helps you recognize and aknowledge the patterns of behaviours that pop up because of your abandonment issues, offers reminders and ways to help you cope and handle it and alternatives to things you did before that werent healthy.

over all cassie focuses on being communicative with you, makes sure you both have boundaries and trust. she's also had people who left her life in less than savoury ways and had people not always be there for her so she can at least relate to some things you feel and wants to be sure youre both okay and in a healthier relationship with each other and yourselves.
