Okay so, you know how in the Omega Lock episode thing all of the Decepticons are laughing like a bunch of theater kids that just took over the rehearsal hall from the band kids?

This including Soundwave who was also clearly laughing in the background?

But what would his laugh actually sound like?

So here’s my proposal:

What if he had one of those really wheezy or hissy sounding laughs? Or a sharp exhale like when your friend sends you a meme during a lecture and you have to try really hard not to be caught.

His laugh would also be a very quiet one where you likely wouldn’t hear it unless you were either close by or actively listening for it when it was quiet. Of course it’d be a bit louder when visorless but not by much.
