Remeber when in pilot Alastor dressed charlie and vaggie like Rosie and susan. He made sure we know who he likes better and they kinda have the same personalities 🙏😭

My muse apparently decided to go on an impromptu vacation, but it’s returned enough to give me thoughts for the Lyrebird AU!
A few months after the hotel battle, right when the rejection and isolation is really hitting Vaggie hard, she and Charlie get a summons from Heaven. It’s for a meeting in the Embassy, and specifically states that while Charlie’s presence is optional, Vaggie is required to be there.
It’s concerning, and they’re nervous, but Charlie wants to be optimistic and doesn’t want Vaggie to go alone.
When the day of the meeting arrives Vaggie isn’t speaking and the walk to the Embassy is filled with Charlie’s rambling as she shuffles through her papers.
Upon arriving and signing in they’re greeted by two people in one of the meeting rooms. One is Lute, looking as angry as ever, but the other is an exorcist without a mask. White hair, grey skin, eyes the color of the sun melting into the ocean as it sets, and an expression of anxious hope.
Seconds after they enter the room Vaggie is clinging to the stranger, obviously trying not to break down sobbing as she’s hugged close. It’s a far cry from her usual demeanor, but it’s really only surprising to Charlie.
All exorcists were once fledglings, and they were all raised by someone, is it really so surprising that Vaggie would run to the mom she thought she’d never get to see again?

Adam, Lilith, and Eve are standing around chatting in the lobby as Lucifer sits on the couch and swaps out his regular fancy boots for hiking boots.
“Dad?” Charlie asks leaning over the back of the couch, “what are you doing?”
“I’m planning on climbing a few mountains today.” He answered as he checked out the fit.
“That sounds like fun! I never pictured you for the outdoorsy type. What mountains were you planning on climbing?”
Lucifer looked over to the first humans. “Oh, I’m not outdoorsy at all. But there are three mountains in particular I’ve always wanted to climb in one day.” He hopped down from the couch, and called out the first humans, “okay, I’m ready. Let’s go upstairs, you three.”
Charlie shuttered. “Why does this keep happening to me?”

I wonder if Lucifer ever shapeshifted or used conjuration as a means to play with Charlie. Imagination and playing pretend are both pretty standard parts of play after all, so essentially bringing those fantasies to life would be pretty easy for him. Might have even extended that to story telling. Not to mention the sheer cuteness of Charlie getting the most authentic pony rides, piggy back rides, and bear hugs, or even just Lulu turning into something fuzzy to comfort her, whether it be large or plush sized.

I wonder if Vaggie would carry hers and Charlie's child.
I doubt Charlie can do full shapeshifting like her dad, but there is a chance she can do minor shapeshifting and temporarely change her sex =3

I enjoy analysis explaining what a story was trying to do, how it failed and how to improve it.
What I don't enjoy is when people skip the "what it was trying to do" part and instead overhaul the entire thing until it becomes a whole new story.
I'm not defending Disney's Wish but some people add so many changes to "fix" it that it becomes a completely different story.
Also one time I came across a piece of artwork that I thought was an original character until I read the description which said it was a "fixed" version of Charlie from Hazbin Hotel. I legit could not see the resemblance.
It be like if someone made a steak I didn't like so I "fixed" it by making apple pie and said "Now that's a steak."
