Since Hermes is essentially the god of tricks/wit, and Ody is his descendant, I just love the idea of him watching parts of Odysseus' journey and excitedly pointing and slapping the god or goddess next to him, like "DID YOU SEE THAT!?"

Think about it: Odysseus literally sacking Troy by hiding in a giant horse; bluffing so well that Athena- goddess of wisdom- falls for it; drugging Polyphemus with lotus wine (Hermes would be proud).

You can't convince me that Hermes wasn't somewhere eating popcorn during "Ruthlessness" and that when Ody opens the mother f-ing wind bag like a cocky little sh!t, Hermes didn't burst out laughing and start applauding.

He fluttered down to Uncle Poseidon after that, like, "Ohoho! My darling little grand-baby just schooled you!"

When it comes to Zhongli, what kind of things give it away that he's head over heels for you?

ohhh lskdkd i think zhongli is very subtle so this could go so unnoticed. like. he is so old and thinks it's so obvious the gestures he has with you that sooner or later you will notice. but he tries to "woo" you, he is super gentlemanly with you. he gives you flowers and opens doors, picks you up at home and always invites you to join him on his sunset walks, doesn't let you pay the bill (he borrows mora from hu tao) (he never pays her lskdkd), listens to you attentively without interrupting you, always serves you wine/tea, his eyes always fixed on you; slipping into your mouth from time to time. talks to you about old stories, especially involving romance and his giving you a heart-shaped rock he found while walking I think is the only "direct" clue you'll ever get that he likes you.

it's not until you talk to hu tao and she explains the exaggerated amount of mora he owes her and she tells you that he's crazy in love with you, that you start to see the little details. the wanting to keep you close, little touches of his hand on your forearm when he talks or his hand on your lower waist when you cross the street

but honestly, you never realize because zhongli is so subtle and he wonders what he is doing wrong or maybe if, his love is not reciprocated.

I love how Exiles Miguel is such a scientist who gets exited to see the weird things the multiverse has to offer. He's also pretty affable despite the sad situation he's in.
