But there’s a some strange exterminator person wandering about

I’ve never heard nor encountered this thing but a pal of mine has

He was on his way back from the drive in theatre

When he spots this guy a couple distances across from him start slowly approaching

Now he thinks at first he’s gonna get jumped by this guy

But the guy was walking slow

He described it as “ almost stumbling over itself, dragging its fit like they were being dragged for him”

Now my friend does the smart choice and picks up his pace and starts putting more distance between him and this guy, and every so often checks behind himself to see how much distances he’s made

Now whole he’s looking back he sees this exterminator guy collapse to the ground

But not like one would normally collapse

There was a wetness too it like dripping heavy wet clothes on the ground

This exterminator reposition itself onto its hands and feet, and it starts skittering towards my friend

Now he sees this and turn his pace into a full on running for his life

Trying to out run this unhuman thing

And this thing starts gaining on him

So close he could feel the thing

He described it as “ like a slab of raw rotting meat “

After a couple of miles the thing stops chasing him and skitters away into the darkness

He’s still not sure why it gave up

But he’s just glad he didn’t die that night

Anyway not sure if it’s relevant to you, I’ve chocked up the story to paranoia or a prank either way it left him pretty shaken up , so take it as you like

He takes up another note, not really sure of what else to do about the other one.

Ponyboy reads the note over as he pulls out the penny rolls with it, thumbing at the paper slip the pennies found themselves in.

He hums, before simply putting the cash with the other note. He wasn't sure whether to take it or not, but he sure did eye it for a bit.

sorry sorry last time I'm talking about huskerdust tonight but does it fuck anyone else up knowing that Husk and Angel basically lived at the same time but were on opposite sides of the country. But also Husk went traveling. Like these two could have met while they were alive and wouldn't even know it. They didn't even know the other existed until they met at the hotel
