gonna be honest, haven't thought about it too hard, but i guess in the au they'd probably be independently evil nuisances? since they're the a-team if they were in fact just messing around, i think they'd be kinda like the threat level of something the so-and-so, or the amazing rope guy from wordgirl, where they almost look like they pose a threat but never fail to chicken out at the last minute, or their great and dastardly plan ends up being a very minor disturbance of the peace, like vandalism with sharpie or stickerbombing

just wanted to throw an idea in your brain because i cant stop thinking about it but imagine if reader used to go braless around the house (because its just her n mom) but after the introduction of 2 new unfamiliar guys in the house she puts on a bra when she leaves her room (but she also forgets sometimes and they call her a tease for it)

With time however, with all the fucking and the constant attention horangi and könig have been giving her nipples, theyre so fucking sensitive she like shudders when they scrape on surfaces on accident (ex. the edge of a table, fabric of her clothes) so she starts wearing a bra all the time to stop that from happening but könig and horangi don't like that so they take ALL her bras-

oh also another idea that popped up but what if reader who usually dresses rather tomboyish/masc also occasionally enjoys wearing very fem/provocative outfits. BUT könig and horangi have only ever seen reader wear masc outfits since theyve known each other. reader still wears her fem outfits but now she wears it under a bulky jacket and baggy jeans and changes out of it in uni/public toilet.

Then Horangi told him how he found you in a short skirt and a shirt that rode up your abdomen and showed your pretty bra if you raised your arms, the soft jacket you left home slung around your shoulders, dipping low enough to show your back, but your jeans, shirt and cap were gone, stuffed in the now-filled bag. König couldn’t help but mimic the deep sneer on Horangi’s face, teeth tearing into his lip at your audacity of wearing such promiscuous attire for the world to see and hiding yourself from them. It made them wrathful, a deep-seated anger and envy that boiled until you got home, changed into the same baggy clothes you left with. This warranted a punishment, to teach you a lesson about lying to them and holding out on them.

SPOILERS FOR THE MAGNUS ARCHIVES FINALE

I am very glad that i ended this not only today, on the anniversary of the ending, but that The Magnus Protocol is already on its season 2, and trust me there are some things that i imagine how it coudve been if i had listened to it without so many spoilers and all, like how the Mother's plan to spread to the multiverse couldve had a much bigger impact if i hadnt known and how i somewhat knew how itd end, but im glad it happened like this, because, in another time of my life, i know that having to leave this podcast, that an END end wouldve utterly wrecked me. This podcast means much more than i couldve predicted, which is so funny that im getting emotional over a horror tragedy queer little podcast but if youre reading this you probly know that its much more than that. Consider this my love letter to The Magnus Archives and Rusty Quill, @jonnywaistcoat for blessing, or more appropriately cursing this world with this story.

Now onto talking about the finale, i had seen a lot of spoilers and i really thought i knew how this would go, but i didnt, i really didnt think Jon wouldve gone against everyone to get rid of the fears, possibly mercy kill the world and trap the great powers to starve and wither into inexistence. Martin saw it coming though, he just thought hed be able to hold jon off a bit, and so comes the tragedy part of the horror tragedy.

The statement per se was incredible, the genesis of the fears, or the fear, starting with the hunt (or something now recognizable as it) and its development, coevolution - which is described as when two or more species reciprocally affect each other's evolution through natural selection. As animals and eventually humans evolved into their complex psyches and associating for exemple the fear of the things lurking in the dark into just fear of the dark, the fear of their own end, their eyes decieving them, fires burning their homes and the despair of it all, the strangers, ones whom they dont know and, for the more social species who need to live with one another to survive (cause FYI, loneliness is made in our brains, saying "if youre alone youre going to die" cause were social animals and we need each other to survive), fear of being alone. Then with the mythification of fear, the creation of stories to explain what theyre afraid of and sharing of those terrors, which fractured and transformed the "entity(/entities)". The birth of war as we now have come to know it developed with the ascension of puppeteering and scheming, like how so many technologies and inovations, like computers *wink*, were first concieved for war. And then the inconceivable, that beauty and wonder isnt just found in cute harmless things, "Minds that saw the faces of the things that were fear, and were compelled as much as they were repulsed." And when our fears of others manipulating us, The Spider gained a mind, and started plotting not only out of greed but the desire to be free, and to spread, and then "it chose its fool: The Great Eye, the most unwise of all the fragments". Like, fair hit but still hurts. Just. Overall. Incredible. I could spend the day talking about it.

Also so happy for our lesbians getting to live in a happy world again, if not somewhat traumatized but not apocaliptic one.

Additionaly, i have a theory. It could be a reach because i havent watched any of TMAGP yet, but i know some computers, though it was never popular, could use VHS tapes as backup storage or something, maybe, MAYBE, jon and martin were pulled with the fears in the tapes through to the universe of tmagp, but idk. Anyhow. Very exited to catch up to tmagp to be apart of the discussions here and stuff in real timeee.

Thank you to everyone involved in the Archives, that was truly an incredible experience.

my adrenaline has gone down finally so i feel i can give my thoughts on this season

no more faks! no more! please!

i think the series is taking inspiration from different art movements and genres. season one - surrealism?, season two - modernism?, season three - baroque? im not well versed on this stuff but i definitely noticed they use different forms of art to make the seasons feel different from one another

piggybacking off the earlier bulletin; i think thats also why this season feels like all flash and no substance. whatever movement or era they decided to do with season three is very ou la la oui oui i zam an artist bonjour /nm its very different from the movements they went with in the past seasons. this one feels serious and fancy smancy

i still think they’re going to go through with sydcarmy and this season just solidifies it. syd and carmy are severly mentally ill with issues they need to work out. they dont handle stress and expectations well if at all.

i think some of the things being said by the characters are being taken at face value specifically carmy calling claire peace. i dont think the writers are writing claire to be a source of peace for carmy; hes just so in denial and confused about his emotions he knows he supposed to feel peace from claire but cant figure out why he doesnt

i missed marcus sweeps and tina in this season so much. and syd! i was excited for sweeps to go to wine school only for it to be a one off thing. the tina episode was good but thats the only thing i can think of from the top of my head that she stood out in. marcus’ mom died? but it feels like she didnt die at all? like the weight of his moms death isnt being felt in his character and that made me really sad. i wanted a little more with syd and marcus with their moms :/

im not angry at carmy somehow? i just feel this deep sadness because he is so unlike himself. my initial frustrations with the season made it hard for me to look at his character. now that ive calmed down, he just makes me sad. like thinking about him makes me feel like a wet sausage dude he needs serious help and im scared he’s gonna do something very bad in this next season/part

i was really hoping there would be more parallels between new york carmy and current syd. they might explore it in season 4 and i really hope they do!

where tf was everyone else in the emergency room and why was it the two faks. there is no dissection in the world that will make me okay with those losers being there im sawry

You were just here to browse for a new book to read when someone approached you out of nowhere.

"Excuse me...are you perhaps interested in that book?" Someone asked.

You looked from the book you were holding to the person who probably asked the question to you.

"Are you talking to me?" You asked as you let your eyes scanned your surroundings only to found you and this guy.

"Yes I am" he nod and smiled slightly. You looked back at the guy again.

"Oh well...to answer your question..yes, I took an interest on this book, why do you ask?" You asked.

"Oh its nothing...its because its my first time seeing someone took an interest on that book...not many people like those types of book" he explained.

You frown slightly which made the man taken aback. "Oh...are you telling me...never mind" you said as you avert your gaze for a few seconds before turning back to the man. 'Is he telling me I had bad taste in books?' you thought. Seeming to notice your silence the guys asked. "Did...I say something wrong?"

"...umm do you meant that in a bad way or like??" You asked.

The man took a second only to realize what he said earlier. He probably had offended you accidentally considering your also a book lover. "Oh no I'm sorry...I meant it in a good way...that book was actually nice to read while relaxing, I was just surprised to see someone also interested, since whenever I came here no one really looked at that book." He explained. Usually people take his compliment but you...thought it was an insult? Sure maybe bevause of his wordings and all but... People still usually assume its a compliment or sometimes they just dont ask about it.

"Oh...I see" you nod in acknowledgement. "I..never got your name by the way?"

"Ah how could I forget to introduce myself... My name is Vyn Richter, what about yours?"

Ever since that encounter you two usually met coincidentally there at that book shop and sometimes at the café across from that book store.

Of course with those encounters you two exchange a word or two that extends to conversations that extends for quite some time. So at the end of the day you two got to know each other.

Your time with Vyn only grows and he got to know you. He got to realize about your sensitivity for words at your first meeting.  So he make sure that he watch his words much more carefully so he won't accidentally offend you like last time. He also realized your sensitivity for loud noises.

That happened when he invited you to catch up after not meeting each other after a busy week. Vyn invited you to catch up in the usual café you two always meet up.

As usual you also met up at the same time as always. But you noticed, lots of people starts to pack up the café. Like every once in a while you would hear the bell meaning some new people just entered. Then you realized then. "Is it holiday today?" You asked Vyn as you put down your drink.

"I think so..." He said as he looked down and took his phone that is on the table. He opened his calendar and looked to see if it is holiday or something.

He looked up after confirming. "It is holiday" he said as he smiled. "Oh...this café must be really famous" you said as you drink again.

Vyn nods. "Even if it weekday it doesn't have much people but I didn't expect to see this many now that its holiday." He said as he looked around.

"Mhm" you hummed trying to calm yourself down since its starting to get loud by people's chattering.

Vyn who looked back noticed how quiet and how you look uncomfortable. Not to mention the urge for you to cover your ears. (He could see by your body language) After gathering his thoughts he asked. "Hmm its getting a bit hot here too, do you want to go somewhere peaceful and have some fresh air (name)?"

You who was looking down the entire time to calm yourself looked up at the mention of leaving the once peaceful café. You immediately nod and so Vyn stands up as he extends his hand to you.

You took his hand out as you two left the café and goes to a park where its just you two. You sat down at the vacant swing as he too sat down next to yours.

He glanced at you checking if you starts to calm down. "Are you alright?" He asked. You looked at him and smiled softly. "Yeah thanks for offering to leave"

He shook his head. "No problem. Though I'm sorry for not noticing immediately that you dont like noisy places"

"No no I should be the one saying sorry....we were having a good time but had to stop because of..me" you looked down as you said that. "My fault too for not bringing my earphones"

"You should not blame yourself (name), besides I was also about to offer to leave the café because it was getting hot there and so we could also watch the sunset here" Vyn said as he smiled to reassure you and sure enough you smiled back.

"Thank you..." You said as you looked at the view in front of you. "You're welcome, you should tell me next time if you got uncomfortable too" he said as he also looked in front.

After that day, he made sure to bring extra earphones just in case it became too loud for your liking. And considering your comfort Vyn started to invite you to his home to just relax while listening to his collection of classical musics, have tea, read, bake or anything else because at least there its just you two and peaceful for you.

It doesn't mean that you two won't hangout anymore to other places, you two would still do that. He would let you choose the places you like to go to and when its his turn to pick he would search/research about some places where its quiet, where there is no much people. 

You notice how caring Vyn is, how he watch his words (even though you two became comfortable with each other and even though he made a mistake or two you completely understand since you know he mean no harm). Vyn also doesn't judge you like how people would normally do instead he helped you.

He also doesn't push you to get over the things your sensitive at instead he told you its alright to just be you, since he would be there no matter what. There always at your side but if you want to actually do it he would tell you to do it at a slow pace or a pace were you are comfortable.

Vyn is literally there that helped you through it all and most importantly he helped you to be at peace with yourself. Because of how calm Vyn is, you got affected that you also starts to be calm too (with his help of course).

When in the past you hated who you are and your sensitivity. Vyn...vyn loved who you were and guided you. In the end he is also the reason you start to accept yourself, love yourself, and starts to be a new person.

Aven is the one I've decided the least about, honestly. You woke up, feeling the other side of the bed empty. You groaned, getting up and rubbing your eyes. You got up and made you way to the kitchen making coffee as you saw your husband fixing up his phone, positioning it so its facing him.

"Okay guys, now that everyones in here i thought we should do something that SOOO many people have been asking us to do." Bill said, laughing.

"Oh wait! Y/n!" He said turning around, motioning for you to come over. You picked up your coffee and made your way over to him,

"yes my love?" you said sitting down next to him, sipping on your coffee as you waved at the phone.

Seeing everyone wave, you smiled and pit your coffee on the small coffee table you guys had. "Hello everyone." You said giggling, "So?" you said turning to bill.

He smiled at you, "People have been requesting us to watch some edits i think thats what theyre called and fanfiction" (get ready guys 😣) he said with a big grin on his face. You furrowed your eyebrows and looked at him, “ill send them in our group chat so we can all see them at the same time.” bill said, pressing send.

You put your head on his shoulder, looking at the video, it was one of your guys concerts from when you were younger. “Oh gosh.. we were so little!” you said, a warm smile appearing on your face. “You were about 13 years old and i was only 14” he said, chuckling. “Exactly! Super young.” You said.

The edit was you and bill singing while there were some clips of tom, gustav, and georg playing. “When georg had his long hair!” you said laughing, “i was always jealous of his luscious hair.” You said, as georg laughed. “I know, everyone was.” He said winking, “it was beautiful.” He said, causing you to all laugh.

You watched more edits as they contained small clips of interviews you guys did when you were younger or other clips that you would sometimes record or someone else. You could remember them as if they were from yesterday, you felt old as you looked at your crazy younger self. Over the years you have had crazy looks as you never got to figure yourself out, you remember borrowing either tom or bills clothes or youd buy some clothes of your own but youd always prefer everyone else’s.

It was cute, looking back at how youthful you all were and you still were pretty young but just seeing your teen self brought back some of the best memories.

The last video bill showed was an edit of your guy’s wedding, including the members as they were also apart of it.

You loved seeing memories of the day you finally married the love of your life, you felt yourself smiling super hard as you looked at bill, “this is adorable, thank you my love.” You said giving his a small and quick kiss. “I love seeing these videos of our wedding, tom looks so silly right there.” He said laughing, “hey! No i dont.” He said rolling his eyes and he clicked on a new filter.

“Tom how do you get that, i want the cool filters too.” Bill said, whining and pressing on the screen, trying to figure out on how to get the filters. You rolled your eyes and laughed, they were always being so silly and that was one of the things you loved about bill, the relationship he had with his brother, considering you never grew up that close with any of your siblings.

“Okay, whatever. Lets move on to the fan fiction.” Bill said excitedly. You grabbed your coffee and sipped on it, “you guys, i dont know how to work this but im going to try my best. Ill be reading it out loud.” He said and clicked on an app. “Alright..” he said looking focused, trying to figure the app out.

he finally found one after searching and the title read “Your living nightmare.” ( i told yall to get ready 😓) “Ooo tom this ones about you!” bill said as tom looked at him confused, “what do you mean.” He said, “someone wrote this about you tom!” he said and started reading it, and boy was it odd.

They would go into deep detail of the character and tom, it was crazy how they made up so many things, i mean tom? A gangster? He was probably one of the nicest people you knew, obviously it didn’t appear like that to most people since he would put up an act but now you were just nervous about the rest of the fanfiction.

You wondered what people wrote about you and bill. After bill got bored and really weirded out by the fanfic he chose a new one, something called “oneshots” you didnt know what they meant but apparently they were like little chapters but each one contained a different plot and story.

He read out some about gustav and georg, some about tom and himself, he would squeal nervously when it was about him, and youd just laugh. This ones about you.” Bill said smirking at you, “something called smut?” you furrowed your eyebrows and nodded, you were now extremely nervous, “okay..” you said as he started reading, into the middle of the chapter his jaw dropped as he put his phone down, “yeahhh… okay, lets stop right there.”

He said, still shocked. “What? What is it?” you said confused as to why he stopped. He leaned over and whispered in your ear, “its about you and like.. sex related things.” He said, your face immediately turning red. “Oh wow..” you said shocked, you definitely weren’t expecting this but maybe you should have, i mean ever since you were a teenager you did always get alot of attention and some boys would catcall you and tell you things so you were pretty used to it but you never expected someone to write something sexual about you.

You laughed it off and just finished your coffee as it was already cold from you leaving it as you were busy reading the fan fictions with bill. “Well.. this whole thing was definitely interesting..” you said placing your lips together, pressing them shut.

As you said your goodbyes the live ended and bill looked at you, “some of the things they wrote about you were pretty accurate you know.” He said smirking, “you do love to moan my name out loud, dont you mein schatz?” He said, caressing your cheek with his thumb. His face now inches away from yours. Your face now as red as a tomato, “i-“ you tried to say but got interrupted, “shh..” bill said, placing his lips onto yours, slowly kissing you as you felt the kiss turn hungry very quickly. “Lets go to the bedroom.” He said getting up and grabbing your hand. Okay okay, finally thoughts on s1 of Pit Babe.

This was so good. T^T I loved it, its was so fun and I was so stressed, and karma is a bitch huh Tony raaaaaaa

Obviously Charlie became my favorite almost immediately. I adore him. I may rewatch s1 before I start s2. Because now that I know things I have to see what I missed, I love love love them.

Im sad about Way, but I feel like I should have seen it coming. He'd been doing badly for a while and he is 100% the type for self sacrifice. He waited for idk how many years. Waited and loved Babe despite not being loved in return. The ultimate unrequited love, this poor boy. Not to mention his special ability being...well. scary. Being able to control people by touching them, i imagine hes never told anyone. I feel like he'd be interesting to do a character study on. It'd be sad, but interesting.

I love that Babe changed because he fell in love. He fell in love and learned to trust and is so much happier and healthier for it. This sweet boy has had a very rough life and I know Charlie will take care of and love him for the rest of his life.

I could go on forever about Babe and Charlie at this point I think. I did think Charlie would be a little more evil, but im okay with him actually being an angel. Im curious about what's going to happen with that sense suppression serum thing, I hope it comes up again in s2.

Also yes I have rewatched the happy ending 5 times in a row.

since you're the most qualified person i know regarding dumas, i wanted to know your take on the bbc's The Musketeers (2014). i had a weird obsession with it a few years ago. how well (or not) does it hold up in every aspect (except for the main title track which is above any and all reproach)?

hmmm after long reflection this is difficult to answer because even tho i do in fact like the show, the only specific things i have to say ab it are negative, and i feel that doesnt fully reflect my opinion. i think the best way to summarize it is the show doesnt do anything as good as the books, so when i try to analyze it im just thinking "couldve been better" but i do admire their honesty in saying its "inspired by the characters" instead "based on the books" or whatevey. anway ill try to hit some more specific points:

they did my boy rochefort soooooo dirty!!! why did they slander him like that hes a very cool chill guy in the books and him and d'art have such a cute lil friendship in vaa, whyyy did they make him such a horrible little creeper #notmyroachie also what is adaptations repeated fixation on eyepatches? he literally doesnt have one

i dont feel as strongly ab the grimaud slander bc that change is funny as heck. he bears zero resemblence to book!grimaud but if book!grimaud decided to hunt athos for sport i would support him. tho i do think if they wanted to make him a villain they shouldve made it /him/ as a villain, not just some guy w the same name. or even commit to the bit and do an evil lackey squad. also its a tv show they had time to include more of the side charcters from the book [such as the lackeys] but didnt?? like this applies to others but im a lackey stan so i think of them first. its interesting how a lot of modern adaptations tend to minimize or erase servant characters when in some classic lit [particularly these] they are major side characters

ryan gage as louis 13 slayed immensely. he did not have to bring that much to his performance but he did and it was amazing

costume design was mid at best, and made all the worse by louis and the occasional side character wearing stuff thats actually in the vicinity of 1630s so that i see them and think "why not everyone?" i will say that they tended to have internal consistancy with each other so there is that going for it, but i absolutley HATED how the mouskos literally never changed clothes. like they got new fits in s3 but then they never changed out of those? a single cloth doublet im begging d'art got MARRIED in that crusty leather fit even tho his gf is literally a seamstress its horrible

calzone brought up that pretty much every woman in the show gets victimized at some point, which, yeah and it kinda makes the feminist monets feel a lil performative. also they fell into some of my milady adapting pet peeves: massive stat debuffs, made her sad ab athos, over-reliance on pop culture femme fatale tropes rather than her actual canon, etc. that one ep where perdita weeks showed up as a grifter/assassin and i just sat there and thought "that shouldve been milady. also people who think s3 was bad bc theyre butthurt ab milathos are wrong and stupid. s3 was bad bc of spiderman 3 syndrome [too many villains making it unfocused]

very uneven amounts of screentime for the mouskos? i swear half of the episodes were aramis-centric and maybe 2 overall were d'art-centric? make that make sense. actually fr what WAS the shows obsession w aramis, esp when they got rid of his more complicated and interesting book traits. hes barely even catholic in this, much less slutty and evil. all les inseperables were a lil ooc but i expect that in adaptations to an extent [tho i do feel they lost some of the charm of how wildly different they are from eachother in the books] the casting itself was pretty good though and i feel cabrera couldve done a good aramis if they had given him better writing to work with [also: hilarious how aramis spends most of the show in a committed monogamous situationship while /athos/ of all people has the three weed smoking girlfriends]

absolutely comical how much a bbc production went out of its way to avoid any of the england related plots from the novels. what, worried about even the slightest potential of portraying england less than favourably? tbh aside from dumas' funny narratorial comments england gets a pretty fair shake in the books, so excluding buckingham etc. in favour of making up plots ab spain is just silly.

absolutely loved that one time they went to the morgue to investigate a case they shouldve done that more it was funny. i think the show was at its best when it was having silly goofy moods [athos' "funeral"? peak]

For starters Black Raisin is associated woth crows due to obcious reasons right. And Linzer is based on Agatha Christie right??? Especially with the title you got in her release even being Agatha Crispy. Well while i do own some books of hers i didnt read them YET BUTTTTT i have watched a ton of episodes of Miss Marple!! And there was an episode related to blackbirds which i believe was based on A Pocket Full of Rye? Anyways blackbirds and crows are two whole different burds but you cant blame me for associating them a tiny iny bit...

carrot/wedding cake, i DEF see what ur going for here. i can see Wedding Cake going above and beyond by arranging for only the Best Carrots to be used in the bride's wedding cake, so of course before she contacts any bakeries, she goes and finds out who the best carrot farmer in the world is. she meets Carrot, explains what she's going for, and Carrot is so excited about this bride wanting a carrot cake for their wedding that she just hits it off instantly with Wedding Cake ughhh. they recognize each other's passion for what they do ❤️

burnt cheese/clover... idk why, but i was instantly struck with like, an image of Burnt Cheese laying his head on Clover's lap while Clover tells him a story. sleepy dogboy having his hair pet and played with while Clover talks about all these wonderful adventures and stories of places out in the world... i think his jackals would like Clover too, so just imagine two big ol puppies snuggled up on either side of Clover as well

blackberry/kouign-amann, holy shit. this is just me and my wife. pastel pink paladin princess and purple goth maid ghost medium. their aesthetics are so cute together??? i have NO idea how they'd meet, but i am so on board for opposites attract and i think Kouign-Amann could be a big ol lesbian about how pretty and stern Blackberry is... i think she could get Blackberry to smile and maybe even laugh by trying to impress her with her paladin duties, like... she's just so charming, Blackberry can't help but be amused

cream unicorn/licorice, ill be honest i didnt finish last cookie standing and i dont remember much of it, but from what i know of these two, Cream Unicorn sees the good in everybody and Licorice has a lot of secrets and an inferiority complex. i think if anybody could get Licorice to open up and start feeling better about himself as a person, it'd probably be Cream Unicorn - i think they'd be able to encourage him to try his hand at pursuing magic academically, the way he wanted to originally. they'd be his biggest supporter... i think they'd be good for him

black raisin/clover, ohhh this could be cute as hell. they both love birds, and like, have you seen the way Clover attracts and interacts with the blueberry birds in his little decor? im imagining Clover finding a lost little raisin crow one day and helping it back to Black Raisin, and she's so thankful that her crow is okay... the crow telling her also how nice Clover was to it, so she just instantly trusts that Clover is a good guy and gets along with him... another thing to consider maybe is if you headcanon that they can both speak to birds maybe. they could def bond over that

black sapphire/crème brûlée, sounds SO interesting. i know Black Sapphire is a radio host, but i can 100% see him as a singer too. he takes very good care of his voice! i could see him needing a pianist to accompany him for a performance of some kind and meeting Crème Brûlée that way. they both take their performances VERY seriously, and while i could see some early tension between them (mostly from Crème Brûlée, who isn't quite sure what to make of this flamboyant performer and thinks he's probably some big-talking amateur who doesn't know what real musicality is), i think ultimately they end up really admiring the skill each other has.

black lemonade/street urchin, yes. Street Urchin definitely listens to SparkL and i think she really resonates with a lot of Black Lemonade's songs. i also kind of think it'd just be really funny if she had no idea what Black Lemonade looked like or what her name is, so she ends up meeting her favorite singer and becoming friends/flirting with her without even knowing that's who she is. i think Black Lemonade would see Street Urchin's bike and think that it's one of the coolest fucking things ever, holy shit, and they'd meet from that. they like each other's styles and think the other is really. really. really hot. (and when Street Urchin does find out who Black Lemonade is, she doesn't let it get in the way at all. punk girlfriends aughhhh).

black raisin/linzer, interesting! i'll admit i haven't read much agatha christie and i'm unfamiliar with miss marple, so im gonna say that Black Raisin probably has a lot of stories to tell, and Linzer loves a good source to use for inspiration. i think they'd meet when Linzer is probably poking around someplace she's not supposed to be in search of her next book inspiration, and Black Raisin happens to be on guard for whatever it is. Linzer thinks her crows are fascinating, and that's all it takes to get Black Raisin talking lmao. i think Linzer convinces her to meet up the next day for drinks or something so they can talk properly, and Black Raisin's so intrigued by this strange woman that she agrees.

clover/rockstar, another musician duo!!! their styles of music are so VASTLY different, but i think they'd have impromptu jam sessions that end up sounding surprisingly nice? (and by jam sessions, i mean Clover starts plucking out a melody he was thinking of, and Rockstar instantly jumps in on soft harmony with his guitar or starts humming along, making up words as he goes). Rockstar just feels like the type of musician to be able to adapt to any style of music he wants. he admires Clover's free spirit as a bard, and Clover admires Rockstar's tenacity; he's almost like the heroes Clover sings about, and he's clearly seen a lot of the world on his world tours. maybe it's Clover's turn to be told some stories, you know?

cant say much about them but im projecting my need of having a wholesome family so diego has wholesome parents who love each other dearly period. im sure they have a nice extended family in their home country but here its just these three. maybe for something education-related idk havent thought through this one. in my canon diego inherited dads choice of career and interest towards it and moms looks like a lot just because i think its cute. just for this question i dug up some sketches for mom armando ive made in uni look at this lady.

im still not sure how to design dad armando yet but ill figure something out i promise.

the armando parents look like theyd be very accepting about diegos partners as long as theyre being respectful and obviously making their son happy in a long run. because of that im sure they loved mia dearly (and are also very sad about what happened AND seeing how it was messing up with godot after all these years). theyd also be good towards silver though i dont think theyve met each other many times neither in pre-canon nor in ss:aa1. tho they mightve have talked a little during diegos imprisonment and gradually bult their relationship together so thanks diego i suppose /j. im also sure mom armando both looks and sometimes acts like silvers own mother but in all the good ways (at least in silvers opinion) so he may or may not called her 'mother' accidentally and immediately died of cringe.
