Okay i liked asmos storyline in s2...
I wasnt disappointed by the ending like i was expecting to be since ppl said it was anticlimactic
But that could be due to me already feeling kind of neutral about mammons ending (bias is talking)
I have to be honest and say im still kinda confused if these are supposed to be character development moments that actually affect their characters from here on out or like a thing that just happened to have a story
Brightside, i see this as a way to get a better understanding/refresher of their inner workings at least (canon wise)
Also im a 'kissing asmo' enjoyer
no matter how brief it is and doing it twice in front of everybody....+10

#luckys original content#copper and gossamer#ive had these characters for SOO LONNGGGG and im finally starting to explore soooo many oc worlds of mine!! weeee!!!#i really wanna make the story of these two into a video game. a mystery game w lotsa puzzles#long ago. copper had a dad. and when she was 7. he vanished. she left to go look for him. and got hit by a car. she lost her arm.#she awoke in her bed with a copper arm. but in a world that just wouldnt understand something so strange. she tries to keep it hidden away.#her mother pretends it doesnt exist. her mother had become absent and strange after her husbands disappearance.#but the local makeup-selling group has been a welcome place. and 'she' hasnt stopped smiling since she joined#copper is on a quest to find her dad.he kept a lab in the attic. he was tracking alien life. he built a computer device within a suitcase#the computer can contact other people. those who were friends with coppers dad. there is also a browser(called BLINDSPOT)#the city of Midhail is a watchful one. and the blindspot is appropriately named. someone maintains a very impressive blog about aliens#that someone is a classmate of coppers. there is a girl who is always quiet and concealed.but always carrying a phone.with a spider charm.#always recording always observing always documenting. her name is Gossamer#under that first layer. she runs a celebrity gossip blog. spending her free time after school stalking and researching local celebrities#under that second layer is the Blindspot blog. one thats been documenting the supernatural strangeness surrounding the upper classes.#she runs the best resource on alien sightings and influence. copper is a big fan. in due time. the two will find eachother.#and they will embark on an impressive quest to find coppers father.#OKAY THATS ALL I GOT FOR NOW. if u guys like this one i might post more. dont normally do doodles here#if i post enough then ill ad a doodle tag. okay loveyou byyyeeee

Sylus reclaiming Little Bomb as a teasing nickname...
#i cant stop thinking about the n109 zone lol#it used to slightly bother me that we never see MC struggle with the idea of killing or feel burdened by it#bc even Caleb seems to see it as a burden hes taken on to protect MC and make sure MC doesnt have to be the monster#but MC just thrives naturally and adapts to criminal activity with Sylus#she very easily early on promises to keep anything he shares with her a secret and feels entitled to being essentially his partner#and listen she shoots so much with him and sure self defense but lets be real Sylus goes hunting for these guys and MC is down to support#idk its almost more charming for her to not be burdened by it. like a flaw that shows shes not maybe human by the definition of your average#Linkon citizen lol. even the researchers didnt know if she should be treated as a person or an object/resource#Dimitris life purpose at the end was to try to essentially banish MC back out into the void of space#anyway. Sylus is so gentle with MC while also not sheltering her. when he said theyre the same he means he believes that literally#if Sylus is a monster then so is MC. and thats okay. He wants her to just do and be whatever she wants and he'll adapt to it for her#he is STILL feeding her soul 100000% altho i guess for Sylus its like: OUR SOUL.#mc cosmic horror am I human existential drama vibes#its interesting to me now that MC isnt struggling with the weight of consequence for killing or breaking laws#mcs desires come first to her#and ofc shes still a hunter who wants to save people#but her motivation was power and security. she never wanted to be prey again.#and Sylus in main story seems to be the foundation of her power and harnessing it story wise#im curious where theyll go with MCs evol#personal posting#love and deepspace spoilers#mostly because im a tag ranter im not even done with the zayne stuff yet#i assume next we'll push into more Xav and Raf?? hoping for it Im dying for connections to Ever being aware and studying other stuff#I did have to reframe my perspective on the timeline a few times here... i assumed stuff in some of the cards had already happening along#the main story#but the vibes are off for a lot of it Main Story Sylus and MC have not done nightly rendezvous yet for sure?#good for caleb lol 😅#just when I was starting to accept I maybe felt Caleb was better for MC this life they hit with more lore#and now im back on endgame Sylus sorry Caleb bb I'll still be invested in your story and content#I'm glad i went through the main story again before I played the new stuff

#okay random story time i don't know why im narrating this or how i even stumbled upon this memory rn#but i generally do sad vents in the tags and for a change this is a funny one#so back in highschool (i say highschool but i mean junior college) i used to visit this park near my house a lot#i was an sg kid back then and the thing about parks there is that they're kinda beach-parks and they have the best cycling/running tracks#they're also really massive parks so i used to go often. sometimes bicycling. other times walking. yeah. the park was like my sanctuary#anyway. there are quite a few bike rental areas in the park and there was a cute lil shop next to this one particular rental place#and they sold like biscuits and water and icecreams and stuff and i went there a lot#and on one particular day i went there and there was this guy around my age part timing at that shop#now again this might be culture specific bc i dont see it in india but part timing in uni/pre-uni is pretty common is sg#a lot of shops and restaurants employ teenagers to twenty something ppl for part time jobs... anyway im just adding context#point is that i had walked to the park with my mum that day and she told me to go buy a couple icecreams so i went to the shop#and i saw this guy around my age and like. not to be a simp but this dude was so pretty?#like he saw someone had come to the counter so he looked up and shot a smile and i thought i got slapped by sunlight#i could spend the next several lines going on about his pretty tan skin and his glowing raven eyes but this is pathetic enough so ill stop#anyway he saw me and smiled really wide (customer service smile- i thought to myself) and i smiled back and asked for icecreams or whatever#and then this guy started getting chatty right. so he was all 'you come here (to the park) often right? ive seen you with your bike a lot'#see now. the problem with me is that i always think im bothering people. this poor dude was attempting to make conversation#and i was replying with one word answers#and i wasn't even realizing that he didnt want that. bc he kept asking more questions and i. kept. shutting them down.#then when he gave me the icecream he was all 'are you here alone? icecream alone is no fun... i could keep you company if you want..?'#which. he was being really cute about right. but because im so fucking dense i was all 'oh no i came with my mom actually'#and he went 'aw man' in this really cute but faux sad way which i didnt understand at the time and i left and then#after three full fucking days. i realized this man was tryna hit on me?#and then i went to the park like a week later and he was gone. poof. i even thought of asking the uncle in charge of that place#then i got too embarrassed and chickened out#yeah so turns out my neurodivergence neutralizes any sort of rizz that comes my way#i could've been chilling with a cute boyf rn but no😩 this is my destiny#megumi in the tags

once again begging fandom to learn there is a difference between explaining why a character's actions narratively make sense vs. excusing those actions.
#txt#i am so glad i dont care about cait arcane enough to be invested in this beyond mild irritation#when i come across insane takes when looking for ambessa posts#idk im not here to defend or condemn her actions it's fiction im just here for the ride and to judge if it's well written#it is interesting to study these reactions the way i would a bug in a jar#(like okay if someone excuses one character's actions but not another nearly identical character's what does that say about their biases)#(or on an another leaf - is the writing having the intended effect and if it isn't what are we all gleaning from it story-wise)#(or are people demonizing the character beyond reason and/or demonizing actual PEOPLE who like the character in a back n forth)#but................ this all looks very tiring and unproductive from the outside#i am just kinda brushing past them at this point but im excited for the season to be over so we can#get a fuller picture of what's going on with her and i can stop having reason to check up on the fandom
