This might be a hot take, but I think algorithmic social media has ruined our ability to simply scroll by content that does not suit our own tastes.

We're so used to content being curated for us, especially on TikTok, that I think some people forget what to do when they see something they don't like.

Just scroll by, block, or filter and then just move on. You can filter tags on Tumblr and on AO3.

We all know that TikTok is responsible for people's attention spans dropping, as well as video slowly becoming the preferred format over reading.

And that AI is being used to lazily write, and in some cases, analyse text for you so you don't have to critically think or put effort in yourself.

However, I think it's also creating an environment where people think it's okay to tell people to stop doing something harmless because *they* don't like it.

It's like the Bean Soup Theory. If you don't like bean soup, then find other recipes instead of telling people who like bean soup to stop talking about bean soup.

Friendly reminder that health isn't a moral subject. The idea that being unhealthy is wrong is ableism plain and simple, despite living a very healthy lifestyle I will never be healthy.

I would love it for everyone to thrive. I do encourage everyone to take care of yourselves. But not because it is right or wrong, not because you're bad if you don't.

I could talk for hours about all the different reasons someone might not take care of themself. Disability, being neglected as a child, personal crisis, financial difficulties, sedentary working conditions, time poorness. But even if someone is completely able bodied, neurotypical, finaically well off, and in the upmost position of privilege. Even them. They aren't doing anything wrong by being unhealthy.

Including. This may be hard for some of you to hear. Including if they're fat. Even if they are fat for no reason other than loving high calorie, 'unhealthy' food.

Your health isn't a topic of morality where you are good or bad. It's no one else's business. You aren't bad for being unhealthy.

Let's put in some Ghost King/Prince Danny.... But also some deaged to toddlerhood Danny that gets yeeted into the DCverse!

Like imagine, tiny baby Danny with his tiny crown of ice floating above his head and his galaxy cape wrapped around him and uses it like a baby blanket. He didn't mean to fall into a different universe, a natural portal opened up and he was being a curious little thing! He didn't mean to trip and fall in during his nap time.

Nor was he expecting to fall into this realm during a rogue attack and knock out said rogue cause they were being a meanie and harming people and now Danny just wants his nap time cause he spent a lot of his tiny engery and he wants to find a nice spot.

Danny finds a place to crash, snuggling himself into his cape and the astronaut bear Danielle got him during her last visit that he takes everywhere since.

He's out like a light as the door to this safe house that belongs to one of the Bats opens up.

Meanwhile. In the Infinite Realms, Queen Regent Jazz is going into Mama Bear Jazz Mode trying to find her deaged brother, keeping the Realms in check, and is resisting the urge to put CW in time out Soup Time because he's being cyptided again about Danny whereabouts!!! UGH!

Does Patton die if he stings anyone

I'm still working a bit on Patton's main inspiration (either orchid bee or bumblebee), so I'm giving you two answers:

Apparently, male orchid bees don't have stings, only the females do. So in this case Patton wouldn't have one. Crisis avoided!

Or, if you'd like an angstier answer, he got his sting removed. Both female orchid bees and bumblebees have stings and can attack more than once (meaning they don't die), and therefore Patton decided to remove it before he could hurt anyone.

Maybe he did it after feeling terribly guilty for doing something wrong, maybe he did it before he had the chance to do any harm. The choice is yours!

if a kid needed physical contact like that (or even other things like holding his hand, him being near them, etc.) in order to fall asleep then Moon would absolutely oblige! anything to help the children sleep soundly.

once the kid falls asleep he'd carefully get them in a comfortable position and slip a plushie in their arms so they'd still have something to hug while sleeping. he has to be able to move around in case any of the children need him, after all!

when all of the children are settled, Moon likes to sit in the center of them (so he's an equal distance from them all) and play quiet lullabies on his music box.

One of my favourite moments in da2 is when, right after you go looking for Anders for the first time, you are confronted by a group of civilians who are fully prepared to kill you because they think you're wanting to harm or expose Anders. Like just completely normal, average people who have banded together to protect the guy who protects and cares for them all. Imagine being such a positive and well-loved force for good in a community that you have regular people so ready to die or kill to keep you safe and hidden. It's beautiful
