Been rewatching HB and I am haunted by the passing gag in episode 2 where it shows Blitzo working at Loo Loo Land at the same time that Octavia visited as a child.

And then he realized that, by saving Blitzø, he was left with nothing but a broken promise...

I can't wait for the day Octavia doesn't see Blitz as the enemy because even way back in "Loo Loo Land," there were things they were on the same page about and now, we've seen that Blitz wants a happy family with Stolas, Octavia and Loona all together, so hopefully Octavia either learning the truth about Stella's abuse/the arranged marriage, having a real talk with Blitz or both will make her come around. <3<3<3

*Something I also really want to see is Octavia's reaction to Fizz because we know she hates Robo Fizz and the real Fizzarolli is a part of Blitz's life again, so the potential for awkwardness/comedy is there if she associates Fizz with the metal version of him. ;)

Nightmare Millie

Every rendition Blitz sees of Millie during his nightmare features a Millie from all the different times she could have gotten killed from her missions with Blitz.

S1E1 - Murder Family Millie gets knocked out from that human with a bottle of alcohol, and she's tied up to Blitz.

S1E2 - Loo Loo Land Millie from the fire Blitz causes in Loo Loo Land.

S1E3- Spring Breakers Millie goes head to head with the sea monster Verosika created.

S1E4 - C.H.E.R.U.B Millie getting pierced from holy arrows from her fight against the cherubs.

S1E5- Harvest Moon Festival Millie getting hurt from her fight against Striker.

Rolando is purposely hitting Blitz with visions of Millie that could have gotten hurt or worse due to her being involved with I.M.P. Rolando is forcing Blitz to look and see moments in time when Blitz could have genuinely lost her, but didn't.

My favorite thing about this parallel is that it shows Stolas' better life. It's bright, colorful and a LOT less depressing. Imagine waking up to realize that your sort-of-boyfriend had given you his beloved horse plushies whilst you were sleeping throughout the night because he was actually considerate and thought you needed it.

So I didn't notice until yesterday that part of the "extra merch from previous episodes" in the spring sale includes the You Will be Okay and the Seeing Stars standees--I'm fucking foaming at the mouth THESE ARE LIKE HOLY GRAIL HB MERCH ITEMS FOR ME.

I'VE ONLY EVER SEEN PHOTOS OF THEM ONLINE OR SECONDHAND FOR LIKE $200. I'VE LAMENTED FOR MONTHS THAT I JOINED THE FANDOM TOO LATE FOR THEM.

The Stolitz Seeing Stars one is my other holy grail but apparently that one's insanely rare at this point rip

I noticed one of the many horse items Blitz has in his possession is this cut-out designating someone must be a certain height to "Horse," but thanks to it clearly being used for a ride and because someone wrote "Loo Loo Lame" on it, I think I know which ride Blitz got it from...

I could honestly see Blitz stealing this sign from the merry-go-round whenever it was his last day at Loo Loo Land or he may have picked it up when he went there again for his apology tour, but I'm inclined to think it was the former rather than the latter when he got it. ;)

I love how Stolas' feelings for Blitz do change throughout the course of the show, and he isn't just automatically head over heels for him.

Loo Loo Land takes place around the beginning of their arrangement, and while Stolas still cared for Blitz around that time, it's to a much lesser degree. He doesn't seem as concerned for his safety, almost dismisses it in a way. I think during this time Stolas still sees Blitz as this "invulnerable knight in shining armor", he isn't aware of his walls.

Seeing Stars takes place immediately after Ozzie's, and Stolas reacts completely differently to how he reacted in Loo Loo Land. Stolas looks genuinely worried and concerned, he reaches his hand out and he's thinking, 'Should I help him?'

The reason for this change? Ozzie's happened and Stolas is made aware of what Blitz's thoughts on the relationship were, that it was always only about sex. Stolas, for the first time is made aware of the walls Blitz puts up.
