All Caste Jason AU where he completes his training but still goes back to Gotham with a little less of murderous tendencies but still fully intending to kill the Joker, but when he steps his foot into the city for the first time while being magical, he instantly full-body recoils like "Jesus Christ this place is fucking rancid, what the fuck-"

So now he's just hanging around, trying to magically cleanse the city because this is just too much. It's too much. He can feel his aura take negative points the longer he stays there. Jason always prided himself in being a true Gothamite and having the lungs of an ox because he grew up breathing the grime, but now he has to periodically leave to get some fresh air. Has he gotten too used to the mountain air, why is the air so thick-

What's your personal interpretation for the reason on Megatron keeping starscream in almost every adaptation?

I have a couple of interpretations!

1. They probably see each other the most out of everyone, at least Optimus has a bunch of different autobots to hang out with, Megatron has Starscream, and Soundwave (who has his cassettes for diversity)

Starscream has been on my mind for almost a decade, and I already love/hate that little bastard, I can't imagine him being there every single day. In close quarters. For millions of years. Im going to be projecting here a bit, but I would hate that! And although I hate them, it's better then feeling nothing towards them. Living for that long is godawful, if someone can consistently make me feel SOMETHING I would keep them around... but maybe I would abandon them on a planet for some alone time, only for a bit (knowing someone like starscream though he'll find a way back)

2. In a more alien reason, Decepticons were built to fight, they relish in war and violence, but no one else challenges Megatron, at least not as much as Starscream does. Megatron never kills Starscream (cept for that one time), Starscream never leaves, maybe its something in their programming that humans just won't understand, like how changing really messy if statements into a much more efficient for loop breaks the entire program???? I hate computers!! (Comp Sci major)

3. My most favorite reason:

Nippon Animation has released a press piece on the milestone, with comments from both Asamiya and anime character designer, Muroi Fumie. The biggest news is, of course, that digitally remastered episodes of the anime series will be available on multiple streaming platforms for viewing going forward (Dec & Feb series drops).

There are also plans underway for licensed products (incl. some featuring the above illustration) to celebrate the anniversary, though none have been announced yet. Big year ahead for Yui fans? Fingers crossed!
