lymphatic drainage massage has been an absolute GAME changer for me like OH MY GOSH?? and it literally takes no more than ten minutes a day and its lowkey like giving myself a massage 💕.

one thing i will say though, the order in which u drain is SO important so make sure to do it in the proper order. this is the lymphatic drainage massage that i do every single day, i rly love this one bcuz the doctor in the video actually explains it and shows u how to do it so i rly love it.

so i drink hot drinks while eating and i drink cold drinks when im not. drinking warm drinks while eating/before eating help relax your stomach muscles and improve blood circulation to your digestive organs. and cold drinks cause blood vessels in your stomach to tighten, slowing down digestion. it also helps with other things like...

HOW TO MAKE A GINGER SHOT ;

so i own a juicer but assembling it and disassembling it is soo tedious and i'd rather just use my blender so im going to be talking about how i make ginger shots using a blender. all ur going to need are the following...

🌟 a few pieces of ginger (i usually just use one or two small pieces)

🌟 some water

🌟 cayenne powder if u want an extra kick (optional)

🌟 some lemon

🌟 strainer

and all u have to do is lightly peel ur pieces of ginger, dont worry about getting all the skin off but just get as much as u can off. put it into ur blender with some water and squeeze half a lemon into it before blending. next ur going to take ur strainer and separate the pulp from the juice and ur all done!

HOTTIES REPS ;

i always start all my workouts briskly walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill at an incline. i watch kimora lee simmon's life in the fab lane show while i do this because each episode is around 30-40 minutes so i keep myself distracted. or if im feeling for something different i'll go on the elliptical instead of the treadmill.

at the moment... the workouts that im doing consistently everyday are 10 minute waist + tummy workout, 10 minute hourglass abs workout, 5 minute stomach vacuum, 5 minute abs and small waist pilates workout routine, 5 minute everyday pilates lower abs for abs. and then for booty i love to do 12 minute booty workout (with resistance bands or weights), and 10 minute bubble butt burnout. now for my arms and back i do 10 minute slim back & better posture, 5 min slim and toned arms workout, and 8 minute victorias secret angel arms. if u guys want more on working out and stuff i can make a post on that too!

MENTALLY MOISTURIZED ;

i've been consistently journaling for about three years now and its been fabulous. i can get all my thoughts out onto paper and not feel like im carrying a million pounds of stress on my head. i feel overwhelmed a lot because i do SO much and journaling has really helped me.

also i have a super fabulous therapist who helps teach me how to ground myself, and just take care of myself better so shes great. if u can't have a therapist right now, journaling is great... and between me and you... chat gpt makes a great therapist.

i love meditating every now and then when i feel like i wanna just immerse myself in my brain, another thing i do to keep a good mental space is digital detoxes. every other week i get off of tiktok and it has been SO great for me. i also don't use my phone in the mornings because i just need time to get ready and have a screen free morning, its rly so pleasant. if im sad, i cheer myself up with shopping.

i follow this one girl on youtube, i'll link her right here ❤︎ but she has amazing juicing recipes and healthy lifestyle content in general that rly inspires me. i make the same juices she does and they taste generally good and are good for you. i like to make juice once a week, maybe twice. whenever i feel like i need it essentially.

SLEEP IS A NON NEGOTIABLE. even if u eat super healthy and workout everyday, if ur not sleeping enough it's like shooting yourself in the foot! you need ur beauty sleep. sleep is when your body heals, resets, and literally glows up from the inside out. it helps balance your hormones, support your metabolism, and keep your skin clear and glowing. not to be dramatic but… no amount of eye cream or green juice can fix chronic exhaustion. and thats the real gag.

FEET UP THE WALL POSE ;

when u elevate ur legs, ur letting gravity do all the work for you. draining lymph, reducing swelling, and boosting circulation. it’s perfect after a long day or when you’re feeling puffy and need a moment of calm.

CYCLE SYNCING ;

so there are four menstrual phases. luteal (before period, when u start to feel sluggish) menstrual (during ur period) follicular (after ur period so improved mood and brain function) and ovulation (ur feeling confident, like the summer of ur body). the way i incorporate cycle syncing is just, during my luteal phase i won't over-stuff my agenda bcuz ik i get super sluggish and cranky.

i also make sure to pour into myself during the menstrual and luteal phases. i plan my bigger projects during follicular and ovulation. i plan my workouts accordingly too, and set aside extra time for rest. i eat a lot of soups during my period -> red meat and fermented foods during follicular -> fibrous foods during ovulation -> and healthy fats and chocolate during luteal.

its super simple! and to make it simpler think of it like seasons. ur menstrual phase is the winter -> follicular is the spring -> ovulation is summer -> and luteal is fall.

Pharma x Reader

• “And he says ‘why are you doing this to me.’ Like I’m the one doing it. I didn’t blow a hole in his chassis big enough to put my head through, did I?” Tapping the side of the cube until you lift your head and make noise, he snaps his servos at you. “Right. I’m an excellent medic, but there’s no fixing that. He was already dead, just didn’t know it, yet.” Striding past to retrieve an energon cube, he glances at you. “I suppose you’re going to need some kind of organic garbage to eat at some point.”

• Listening to him chattering his alien nonsense, you sit in the bottom of your box and stare up at him as he paces, gesturing. Hoping whatever he’s rambling about isn’t too important because it’s just noise to you. He’s not hurt you so far, but the fact that you’re trapped in the box like a hamster isn’t exactly reassuring. Had he beamed you up somehow? If so, why had he seemed as surprised by you as you were by him? Definitely didn’t look like he’d expected to see you.

• Servos tapping idly on the cube, he salutes you with it as you stare up at him. “What exactly do organics eat anyway?” Reaching in with his free hand, he lifts you free ignoring as you kick your feet and grab onto his servos with a shrill sound of displeasure. Sitting at his desk, he drops you on it, watching you stumble and fall onto your knees, shooting him an offended look. “Don’t give me that, it wasn’t that big a drop.” Tipping up his cube to drink, he’s aware of you staring at him. Stiffening when you gingerly touch his hand and point at the cube. “You want some? I’m guessing it’ll kill you in a particularly horrible way.”

• Sighing as he talks at you, you pretend you’re holding a cup and tip it up. “I need water. I’m thirsty. Water? You don’t have a clue what I’m saying, do you?” Apparently not as he just stares before tipping up his cube of glowing stuff to drink. If the giant, alien robot eats and drinks, he has to realize you do, too. Right? He has to realize that. Otherwise you’re going to die well before you figure out how to get home or communicate.

• Watching you mime drinking, he shakes his head in amusement. Had already guessed you were somewhat intelligent from the jabbering, but your attempts to communicate are almost endearing. Trying so hard. “You really are almost cute. I suppose you’re worth the bother,” he mutters, prodding you with a servo and nearly knocking you down by accident. “I still need to meet my quota, but I’ll see what I can find that you can eat. You can’t be that hard to keep alive.”

✧ jack krauser

transman & mlm he doesn’t listen to music often, but when he does it's metal grew up on the countryside with traditional home values (stay at home mom, "man of the house", etc. etc.) as the youngest sibling to 3 brothers. his parent's marriage wasn't one out of love, but rather convenience & societal expectations/pressure. because of this were constantly fighting & physically abusive towards Jack and his siblings. acted and presented masculine from a young age in order to prove he can be a "real" man. ran away from home to join the military at 18. he's spent most of his life away from civilian life, and because of this, he doesn't know how to function in society outside combat. ( "During his days off, Krauser often participated in mercenary work, as he felt that he could not function within society and believed that his service and the thrill of combat were what gave his life meaning." ) extremely insecure about being transgender & uses his power/rank to "make up" for it. resents his homosexuality as he sees it as the remaining "female side" of him he's unable to get rid of. because of this internalized homo/transphobia, he's extremely violent towards anyone he falls for and takes that involuntary attraction as a direct insult to his masculinity. this also ties into his childhood & how he grew up without an example of what healthy affection looks like. his hyper masculinity and borderline (if not outright) misogyny stems from his own dysphoria and insecurities. wears a packer religiously. fighting tooth and nail to not turn this into a ship brainrot ramble BUT this is why i think Krauser's so overly harsh on Leon while also favoriting him to a degree. ("Either way, this is definitely not a 'training room,' this is something Krauser, presumably, put together specifically to train Leon away from the others. There's too much clutter and nothing that would indicate that it's any sort of training area.") ALSO LOOK AT THIS EDIT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

transman & bisexual (realistically it wouldn't be likely/possible that he'd been on testosterone long enough for his voice to change to the degree it has in re2r, as it was the 80s... BUT theres no fun in that :-) plus it explains the voice change from re2r to re4r) honorary dad & country rock lover. (canon confirmed?) listens to Nickelback, Saving Abel, Nine Inch Nails, Hinder, Breaking Benjamin, Failure, Nirvana, Avenged Sevenfold, Seether, some MCR (denies it), Shinedown & similar bands :-)!! autistic, has sensitive skin & eczema. a chronic gum chewer. it’s a comforting, absent minded movement that keeps him grounded on the job. spearmint hurts his mouth so he prefers bubble gum or less cold mint flavors. (i'm not projecting u r.) named after his father and introduces himself as Leon S. Kennedy to separate himself from him. went by Scott/Scottie in his teenage years. total mama's boy. Leon Senior was a heavy alcoholic and is where he got his drinking problems from, something Leon's incredibly insecure about as he's afraid of turning into his dad. grew up resenting his father and blames him for his mom's death. had a bit of chub before becoming an agent & grew into a dad bod/beer belly as he got older :-)!!! was extremely insecure as a teenager & child, having facial and body dysphoria both of which remained untreated & linger in his adult life somewhat. was a very light blonde when he was younger, but his hair gradually got darker as he grew up until he was a light brown/dirty blonde (cue identity crisis "am i blonde or a brunette???"). eventually, he started bleaching it. lost motivation and stopped dying it as he got older. movie buff (canon) ( "He makes a lot of references to films such as the "go medieval on your ass" line from RE4R, which is a quote from Pulp Fiction or comparing the China mission to Black Hawk Down. He also quotes a whole scene from Casablanca from memory in Vendetta (the "I never make plans that far ahead" part), so he seems to watch quite a variety of films." ) in the nicest most affectionate way possible... he is so annoying about movies actually, will not shut up with his trivia the whole time it plays. hates horror movies but will never admit it. played hockey as a kid. grew up somewhere cold & is adapted to cold temperatures (he can't stand the heat though). had a dog as a kid and used to absolutely love them (specifically bloodhounds) but he developed a phobia of them after Raccoon City (can you blame him?). no matter how badly he wants a normal domestic life (to settle down, start a family, and give his kids the childhood he never had) he’s secretly terrified of the idea. he doesn’t know how to function outside of work, even when on vacation he can’t seem to relax. (he'd probably name his kids some stupid shit like "Hunter" though, so maybe that's for the best...)

✧ luis serra

cisgender & bisexual or mlm the closest we have to a canon music taste 4 him is Barbie Girl by Aqua (hehe), BUT i'd imagine he'd be a fan of musicians like Queen, Elton John, Michael Jackson, Madonna, ABBA, Billy Joel, Dolly Parton and other artists known to be popular in queer communities!! Grew up Catholic & still holds onto some core ideologies, though in a more superstitious way than religious. while he doesn't consider himself Catholic, he still carries around a cross necklace from his childhood & prays occasionally. Valdelobos was (in canon) devoutly Catholic prior to Saddler's reign, so it makes sense for him to hold on to some of that guilt. (him signing the cross in game.) his jacket is custom-tailored. going on a biiiit of a ramble/history lesson here... but if you look up Western saddles you'll find some with floral patterns similar to Luis' jacket. it's a kind of leather carving that was APPARENTLY inspired by medieval Spanish saddles. not really relevant but a fun fact nonetheless! :-) he picked up smoking from his grandfather. extremely picky when it comes to what cigarettes he smokes. he prefers Marlboro Reds (i don't smoke (except for when i'm missing you) so idrk what i'm talking about) very sentimental & holds on to little trinkets & gifts & pictures, etc. (this is somewhat canon confirmed, seen with him holding onto the Umbrella Dream Team photo, along with the lighter.)

✧ ada wong

transwoman & arospec lesbian likes 80s pop music & typical girly ego boost stuff. stuff like Kate Bush, Lady Gaga & ABBA (she loves Babooshka by Kate Bush & Cheri Cheri Lady by Modern Talking). not sure if she'd actually listen to any of her stuff, but K. Flay's music reminds me of her, specifically The President Has A Sex Tape. mommy issues queen. was in and out of foster care her entire childhood, only to end up back with her mom every time. she's extremely self-sufficient and refuses to rely or depend on anyone due to her childhood history of neglect. essentially raised herself. picked up smoking from her mother and absolutely hates it. she only falls back on nicotine when doing horribly. she carries cigarettes around with her on missions, just in case. has cherry blossom lip gloss and re-applies it religiously. has drop foot (i genuinely can’t think of any other sensible reason she’d always been wearing heels </3). used to like true crime when she was younger. she has issues identifying her feelings and honestly doesn’t care enough to work through them. she isn’t sure if she even likes some people at all. she can’t tell apart affection and finding someone useful. either way, she wants certain people around/safe and she isn’t sure why (Leon for example).

(him and Claire's "Made in Heaven" jackets + the Gibson Les Paul at his desk in the S.T.A.R.S. office :-)) listens to Queen, The Smashing Pumpkins, Fleetwood Mac, the Foo Fighters, (some) Nirvana, AC/DC, KISS, Van Halen, Iron Maden, Black Sabeth, The Fray, Failure, Kings of Leon & similar bands ^_^!! likely disabled after that TBI in Edonia (i'd imagine there'd be some long-term consequences from hitting ur head so hard u get amnesia for 6 months). total adrenaline junkie with a savior complex. has an extremely high pain tolerance. he cannot fucking hear oh my god... please get him a hearing aid its so bad. was the stereotypical overprotective brother when he and Claire were younger, always scaring the shit out of anyone she brought home. used to take her to junk yards for shooting practice (she shot herself in the leg once... oopsies!). probably smells like a dog & uses 4 in 1 shampoo. stinky vermin. can’t cook for the life of him; lives off microwaveable meals. surprisingly organized, considering how messy he used to be in his younger years. plays the guitar (canon) & has a Gibson. Shy about his singing voice, so it's rare to hear, but i'd imagine it sounds similar to Isaac Slade's (lead singer of The Fray), just a bit deeper/gruffier. extremely good with dogs - actually considered being a dog trainer when he was younger. has a German Shepherd & a Bernese Mountain Dog, both are extremely well trained. canonically hates the rich, and is anti-capitalist lol. it's likely he was discharged from the Air Force for talking back to his superiors. would be an amazing dad but is terrified of the idea of settling down. no matter how badly he wants to have a domestic life he doesn’t know how to adapt to it. has a matching tattoo with Claire!! ^_^

✧ albert wesker

aro/ase spec & pan has autism, ASPD, NPD & a god complex (he has no idea what most of those labels mean & sees any attempts at people diagnosing him as useless and a waste of time). sensory issues & sensitive eyes because of Uroboros (leads to overstimulation sometimes, which makes him even more of a grumpy bitch). has an insane skincare routine. listens to classical music & 80s crap. while he originally got with ms. Muller with the goal of having a child, Wesker was unaware of Jake's birth. he deemed her as suitable as she had desirable traits that he wanted to carry on but never knew she actually got pregnant. suppresses/ignores any sexual thoughts/urges he has, as he views sexual impulses as a weakness and looks down on it. he sees himself as better than the average person because of his ability to control this. walked on his toes as a kid. most lights are too bright for him (hence the sunglasses wearing indoors). gets extremely frustrated if his plants or routine get interrupted or even slightly changed. sits in a dark room to de stimulate when needed, sometimes he reads, other times he just zones out. weird about how he treats Neurotypical ppl lol (treats them as they would Neurodivergents; like his experiences are the social norm & any other way of living is alien and outlandish). doesn’t smoke often but when he does he prefers Camels or Marlboro Blues (again, i don’t smoke so idrk). speaks some German & Latin (Latin from virus names and yada yada sciencey stuff)

✧ jill valentine

cisgender & lesbian listens to riot grrrl music (bikini kill), Come, Deftones, System of a Down, Paramore, Drowning Pool, Slipknot, Depeche Mode, TOOL, Soundgarden, Papa Roach, Breaking Benjamin & similar bands while the S.D. Perry novels aren't canon i rlly like how they depicted her childhood (along with it being the only "official" backstory for her we have). the idea of her dad being a crime boss explains her knowledge of lock picking & ability to keep a level head. she definitely had a few run-ins with the law as a kid. she has a little sister. has a Russian Blue cat & her favorite fruit are pears. can speak some french, though not too well due to lack of use. she has fairly thick hair and an undercut that she refuses to have shaved professionally. she likes cutting her hair herself, and refuses to pay to have it done. normally she has a friend or whoever's available cut it for her in exchange for a couple bucks. still has blonde hair from re5, but dyes it (Wesker absolutely killed the melanin in her skin and hair). she has blonde streaks & roots due to lack of free time to re-dye. has heightened abilities from lingering effects of the P30 drug (strength, perception time, speed, etc.). has a permanent scar on her chest from the P30 device.

✧ claire redfield

cisgender & bisexual/lesbian listens to Queen (canon), Stevie Nicks, Heart, Led Zeppelin, the Runaways, KISS, Fleetwood Mac, AC/DC, Nirvana, Bon Jovi, No Doubt, Petal, The Killers, Jack Off Jill, The Smiths, Smashing Pumpkins & similar bands. Chris used to take her out to junkyards to practice shooting together (accidentally shot herself in the leg once after shooting at metal... oopsies :-)!!) dyes her hair auburn & hates wearing it down. has a crazy high pain tolerance (runs in the family) and used to get hurt a lot on accident as a kid (doing stupid shit like messing around with fire or blades). Autumn is her favorite season. messy, brash & assertive, & i’m sick of pretending she isn't </3. she was raised by Chris, no way is her room organized. has probably punched at least one person for saying some stupid bigoted shit. would be a great mom tbh. loves cherry-flavored stuff. has a matching tattoo with Chris!! ^_^

transgender & bisexual autistic. has small nervous tics that come and go seemingly at random. not big on music. he just likes it as background noise. prefers instrumental music, like classical and jazz (somewhat canon), maybe a bit of dad rock. i think he'd like Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine) by The Penguins & Why Do You Let Me Stay Here? by She & Him! used to collect trading cards as a kid. he didn't exactly know how to play, he just liked how they look and feel. "standard" childhood, married middle-class parents with stable jobs yada yada yada. grew up in Texas (where he eventually met Mia) and spent a good portion of his life completely oblivious to the concept of being trans. once finding out he was trans he and Mia moved to California and he started T. talks to himself. could probably grow his limbs back starfish-style if he gave them enough time/didn't cover his fingers up with bandages (like Lucas did when Jack cut his arm off). has a favorite dinosaur. hates horror movies. so many movie & pop culture references... the dad jokes never end. 100% a reddit user. absolute sucker for compliments.

Oh, absolutely. Imagine a moment still in the stalag when Gale wakes up gasping from a nightmare. Bucky would wake up too / he would be awake due to crippling insomnia, and he sees Gale rubbing his wrists and being a bit out of it. Gale jumps when he sits beside him and touches him, then covers his face with his hand as if ashamed. He's shaking.

Around them, the hut is quiet, but Bucky wouldn’t be surprised if some of the other guys were listening in. They all wondered about what happened to Gale between his capture and the stalag that caused him to react weirdly sometimes - but Gale kept a tight lid on it. Even to Bucky, he only told a few details. But he's too shaken now to realize or to care that he has an audience.

"It’s so stupid." He whispers and drops his hands on his lap. "It was just a cut and a few bruises, I ought'a have moved on from it already."

Bucky rubs Gale's back in slow, wide strokes. "He wanted to force himself on you. It’s not something you can easily forget."

Gale breathes in and out deeply. "They."

Bucky frowns. "What?"

Hugging himself, Gale stares into nothing. "There were four of them." He takes another deep breath, trying to force himself to calm down. "One to each arm... feet and hands on my legs... one with a knife. I had bruises on my wrists and thighs for a while." More noisy breathing, in and out, in and out. "It was so easy."

Bucky’s heart cracks like a branch snapped in half. There’s a fury in him with no outlet, and it eats away at him, makes him think of the craziest things. Beating guards into a bloody pulp, making them suffer. He keeps the hand on Gale's back light and comforting but the other clenches into a tight enough fist that his nails dig into his own palm.

"I can’t help but think -" Gale pauses, but decides to continue after a moment. He gestures at the window. "What if those out there get bored? Luck's going to run out at one point."

Bucky feels so small, so inadequate in the face of that fear. He slides his arm around Gale's back fully and feels Gale lean against his side. "I will make sure you’re never alone until we're out of here."

Gale makes the same defeated chuckle again, and they fall into silence. A few seconds later, a bunk creaks, and a figure moves towards them in the shadows. Gale's spine goes stiff under Bucky's touch again, and his expression clears of emotion. He even puts on a small smile as Brady’s tired face comes into view in the dim light.

"You okay, Brady?" He asks quietly. Not even Bucky would have been able to tell from his voice that he was struggling only a few seconds before.

Brady leans against the bedframe on Gale's other side. He looks between the two of them, then nods a few times and squeezes Gale's elbow. At the touch, Gale's breath leaves him in a rush. He covers his eyes again. Bucky and Brady let the silence linger as long as he needs.

FIRST AND FOREMOST ;

first thing i do in the morning before i even reach for my phone, when my subconscious is like a SPONGE is repeat my morning mantra to myself. im a law of assumption girlie so i always start my days telling myself how im in control, how im the best to ever do it etc. i fix my bed and just think to myself about how today is going to be the most fabulous day ever, how i have everything i want etc.

❤︎ wearing robes in the morning just make me feel SO much more glamorous and they're literally a part of my routine. i wear my silky victorias secret robe everyday, but if its a little cold i'll wear my fluffy pink one.

MORNING DRINK LINE UP ;

in the morning i like to have a drink thats good for my body. usually i pick between a few drink options but the ones i almost always drink are green tea with a lemon wedge, a ginger shot, some okra water or some chia seed water. sometimes i'll have two or just one. i'll also take my vitamins and supplements.

the supplements i take are iron (cuz im a low iron baddie), my hair skin and nail vitamins and a multivitamin gummy or capsule. thats just about it, i try not to overdo it with things like this especially if i dont need it...💬🎀

HOW TO MAKE A GINGER SHOT ;

so i own a juicer but assembling it and disassembling it is soo tedious and i'd rather just use my blender so im going to be talking about how i make ginger shots using a blender. all ur going to need are the following...

🌟 a few pieces of ginger (i usually just use one or two small pieces)

🌟 some water

🌟 cayenne powder if u want an extra kick (optional)

🌟 some lemon

🌟 strainer

and all u have to do is lightly peel ur pieces of ginger, dont worry about getting all the skin off but just get as much as u can off. put it into ur blender with some water and squeeze half a lemon into it before blending. next ur going to take ur strainer and separate the pulp from the juice and ur all done!

ORAL HYGEINE ROUTINE ;

so my oral hygiene routine is super basic, i just brush my teeth, tongue scrape and use my mouthwash. but i never ever want to miss it because one, its really good for my mental health. like when im having bad mental health days brushing my teeth is the first thing i always do.

second of all, during this time i like to "pre-game" for my day. so i'll affirm in my head and tell myself good things like "todays going to be such a perfect day, cuz im so perfect duh" or just talk to myself about self concept. if i dont do that i listen to 2010's pop music and its just the perfect way to start my day cuz it fills me with so much dopamine and i'll dance a little bit and its just made my happiness as a whole sky-rocket. PLEASE try this guys and get back to me. i listen to the following songs...

MOVEMENT ;

doing my workout regimen in the morning is something that i've always done. i find that it sets the tone for my day and gives me so much energy, plus later on in the day im just not in the MOOD to workout... and i dont ever force myself to do something i rly dont wanna do, so doing it in the morning is just better for me. my everyday workout routine always includes some cardio, i love pilates but i also incorporate weight training with my workouts.

if im like, REALLY not in the mood for a workout or if im menstruating and cant rly give my all, i'll still incorporate movement by going on a walk. to get some fresh air and enjoy my mornings some more yk?

DOLL UP FOR THE DAY ;

then of course i'll doll up for the day. take a shower, brush my hair, do my makeup etc etc. all in my V.S. robe for the glamorous vibe. im super detail oriented and intricate when it comes to my appearance, maybe its somewhat vain but whatever. i take my time and get myself ready with INTENTION. i always tell myself how pretty i am and i truly think it makes a difference.

I have a couple of question-headcanons-idea thingies about Yves appearance if u don’t mind. So would Yves wear more gold or silver jewelry? Like I can’t decide whether he would have cool undertones or warm undertones. Cool undertones because of his sometimes very icy nature, steely stare and almost vampiric aspects of his nature. But also could be warm because of the motherly warmth and comfort he gives off, he reminds me of a hearth.

Also we gotta talk about how tall this man probably is like legit. Like you always describe him as tall and slender but it didn’t hit me until today that this man is probably a beanstalk. Yves only wears jewelry if it completes his look or it can aid him in manipulating people somehow.

When it comes to his outfits, he would wear silver if his clothes that day have cool undertones, and gold if it's warm and deep-toned. Yves could be your thermometer, if he knew that you're most likely to overheat that day, he would stick to cool neutrals. If it's chilly, he would don warm colors. Likewise with his choices in jewelry. Numerous other factors will determine his fashion, but the strongest influence is the weather and how he could use it to his advantage, making him much more appealing to you.

Yves's fingers are generally free of rings unless you and he were married. Then the wedding band will only leave his finger during certain situations such as performing surgery on you or cooking your meals. When he was younger, one of his favorite rings to wear was the brass knuckle. It would be a determining factor whether he beats his opponent into a bloody pulp, or he becomes one. As he grew older, he swapped that out with a quieter, secret compartment ring. A dash of whatever poison he decided to fill up that day does wonders without the mess and effort of throwing repeated punches. Perhaps you're particularly rowdy that day and wouldn't listen to reason, a little sedative would do the trick.

He does wear earrings though, mostly Diamond studded earrings because large or hanging ones would be more likely to snag on his hair and something else. He learned the existence of earlobe reattachment surgery through the hard way when he forgot to remove his hoops before a fight. But it doesn't mean he would never rock bolder styles, just rarely. During periods when he would wear his hair up, you would most likely see him wear pendant earrings that elongate the appearance of his elegant neck. Yves's extensive collection of jewelry he collected over the decade means you never see him wear the same set twice.

His height was kept vague because it would give me a lot of freedom to play with how he holds you. But just remember that he could carry you with one arm under your rear, on his hip, like a child. And to get to your eye level, he has to kneel. The height of his heels definitely depends on his goal and your personality, perhaps you're intimidated by his height. So he wears kitten pumps around you. However, to everyone else? Stilettos with red bottoms all the way.

Yves can wear flats or shoes, but why should he have to? He has worn heels for so long that it's actually much more comfortable to move in those torture devices. If you handed him a 20-inch lobster heel, Yves would walk or even run around in it as if he were wearing a pair of comfortable sneakers. His footwear must have at least a minimum of 2 inches on its heels.

If you pay close attention when he's barefoot, he's walking on his toes; he would be completely silent when moving around. But he's barely seen without some sort of footwear, even his home slippers have some height to it. This is mostly to alert you of his presence, so you won't have a heart attack whenever he greets you with a kiss on the back of your head.

His hair is implied to be naturally straight; he needed to sleep in silk curlers to look effortlessly gorgeous the next day. For the longest time, he hated his hair for not maintaining shape whenever he tried heat curling it. He wore extensions and wigs, and Yves tried shaving it all off to 'reset' his hair- that was one of the rougher patches in life he went through, he has experienced it all. Yves spent a good fortune on hairspray back then, he probably contributed greatly to the puncturing of the ozone layer. He wanted volume, he wanted structure, but he either didn't have the knowledge or the means to achieve that. Eventually, though, he learned through trial and error, through endless magazines and even research projects on how to care for his hair to look like his ideal. It's much thicker, healthier, and shinier than that of his past.

You wouldn't need to be in his walls, it's dusty there and you would get electrocuted with all the wiring in it. Yves wants you to come out so you would be in his lap, while he types away on his laptop. It's much more comfortable there, he wouldn't mind staying in the same position for hours and hours on end.

Just as long as you're fed, cleaned, using the toilet enough, and sleeping well. Yves will let you hyper-fixate on him as much as he hyperfixates on you.

But he knew that you wouldn't be able to even come close to his level of obsession towards you. And that's fine with him.

some lookism childhood headcanons 

i imagine hyungseok as one of those really cute kids that resemble marshmallows. he's just so soft and round and giggles when you pick him up and spin him around!!! his mom would take him to work with her and her coworkers would give him all sorts of snacks and pocket money. he's like a bouncing ball of pure sunshine.

johan as a kid would be extremely intrigued with religious imagery. he would often try to memorise the architecture of the church his mother takes him to, and then try to draw them when he's bored. 

i also imagine that johan's an amazing artist, and the god dog logo is his own design. when he was small, johan would always want to participate in art competitions, but art supplies are a luxury so he gives up on that desire pretty fast. he conveys the same to his mom, who praises him for being a sensible child as johan sniffles on her shoulder against a tattered cardigan that smells like home.

samuel was always too little for his age, and never managed to eat until he was full. either his mom would scream at him for being within her sight for too long, or he would lose his appetite seeing her face. 

he watches his mom's TV soaps from a corner and sees everyone being nice to the handsome and capable male lead, and starts believing that people only care for what they cannot have. so, he too, will become someone unattainable by everyone.

samuel is too angry for someone that scrawny, so the seniors always beat him to pulp. but, he never cries. instead, if the other boys would listen closely, they would hear him mutter under his breath, "i am gapryong kim…" (yes this is about kdj telling himself that he's yjh from orv)

jake as a kid is very easy to please. he's like a porcelain doll that you have to poke in order to get a reaction, but once he knows you, he clings and never lets go. 

teen jake is almost a carbon copy of young gapryong, but when he smiles, he looks exactly like his mom. but, years of living with his dad make his smiles dim in frequency, so the resemblance goes unnoticed. 

growing up, jake would probably hate mirrors as he is reminded of how much his appearance starts resembling his dad's, when he looks into one. his relationship with his mom grows strained because he doesn't want her to be in pain when she is inevitably reminded of gapryong when she looks at him, so he always tries to disappear from her sight, and eventually runs away from home, not knowing his future in a gang where, in order to be with those his loves, he must become inseparable from his dad's violence.

zack is a typical rich kid who always gets what he wants. he is very into superhero movies and comics, and is an idealist who takes inspiration from his favourite characters. he too wishes to save his friends and protect his love just like the figures wearing flowing capes on the screen, drawn on the pages of his books. 

vasco is also into action-comics and superheroes, but he is the one who wants to be “saved.” like he looks at his mom struggle financially and emotionally as a single-parent and wonders what a saviour would look like, when they would arrive. (i think one of the many reasons he becomes breakdak's student is because he feels he is accompanying an invincible force that can guide him in his path to save others, and thus, save himself.) 

vasco’s morality also stems from the absolute goodness of heroes, where he is a stickler for reform within the boundaries of pre-established rules and codes of moral conduct.

jace as a kid is a nightmare. u know they say that kids are blunt but jace takes it to a whole another level. you CANNOT lie to him, in front of him, about him because he WILL expose your lies. his analysis goes crazy and adults are a bit scared of him. santa? “i know it’s you, dad.” “H-HOW???” “i just know. also you left the house at 8 in the evening and returned with exactly 5000 won missing from your wallet. The price of chocolate-” “OKAY. OKAY. STOP. JESUS”

goo’s weird and off-putting vibes have accompanied him from the womb. he mutilated insects by plucking out their wings and trapping them under glasses before torturing them in “the fly : short story by katherine mansfield” style. there isn’t much to say except he probably committed arson before reaching the age of twelve.

gun is the gojo satoru of lookism like the balance in the yakuza was shifted after his birth. yes the power he inherits is a burden to him but he loves having the burden and being the sole one to possess it.

he feels no genuine emotions or connections to anyone at all, as if he and the world around him are separated by an impenetrable wall, the strong existing on the pinnacle of a lonely mountain towering over the weak. 

the only emotion that gets to him is the sense of pure ecstasy he feels during fights, the thrill of fighting just for the sake of it, the enjoyment of enacting violence unto his enemies bcz he knows he is at the top (on heaven and earth, i alone am the honoured one)
