Navamsa Observations 10
Accuracy is influenced by ENTIRE chart. A few shared placements doesn’t promise the same outcome.
DO NOT READ IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO TOPIC OF CHEATING/AFFAIRS
Having many planets in dual signs (like virgo/gemini, pisces/sag) can indicate 2 marriages and/or duality in marriage.
Having many planets in mutable signs generally is considered good. This shows the ability to adapt and compromise.
Having many planets in fixed signs generally is considered difficult. This doesn’t mean you’ll def get divorced. Rather it shows when hardships occur, you or the spouse is unwilling to change. You get stuck in your habits and beliefs.
Any planets in Libra will be of great importance to your marriage. ex: Saturn in Libra - great placement, shows a strong ability to resolve and compromise - unless contradicted by other placements or aspects. This shows the couple will behave like Saturn in the marriage. Both are hardworking, focused on balance & longevity. Saturn is represented as the Servant - you will both work to serve the marriage and your family. Depending on entire chart & different life phases, you can enjoy this routine or feel bored by it.
Saturn in the D9 - This shows where the dullness & obligatory feelings are in married life. ex: Saturn in 8th H - You feel bored or burden by having to deal with spouse’s family, spouse’s income spending habits, spouse’s possessions. If Saturn is well placed, it can uplift that feeling but there is a sense of duty. Feeling “i have to” instead of “i want to/I like to” will be there in regard to that house’s themes.
Moon in the D9 - This shows how your happiness, comfort and mental state is affected by the marriage. ex: Moon conjunct Sun in 12th H - There can be a restlessness to your thinking. Your sleep may be disrupted at some point. Ex.2: Moon in Libra - You are generally joyful. You are concerned more with how you and the spouse look. You are concerned with aesthetics and romance.
Rahu or Ketu conjunct Mars or Jupiter or 7th H Lord - one indicator for a foreign husband. Rahu or Ketu conjunct Venus - one indicator for a foreign wife.
Rahu & Ketu in D9 - These show a surprise/shocking development that can occur in your life. It’s difficult to say what it will be since it’s usually a shocking and sudden type of thing. House, Sign, aspects & depositor can show hints.
Timing Blessing & Hardships w Navamsa
Dasha periods & transits activate the planets into play. You won’t have your entire navamsa come into play the day you marry or the day you turn 36. It is a gradual process.
Any planets in Scorpio or Aqua are very karmic. This is because scorpio is co-ruled by ketu, aqua is co-rules by rahu. Having Jupiter, Venus or 7th H Lord in Scorpio or Aqua shows a karmic partner (if you believe in past lives this is a past life connection).
It is so difficult to predict with a few placements. Especially when those placements are in Scorpio & Aqua - as these can show sudden shocking changes. Karmic doesn’t always have to be a negative situation btw. positive example:
5th H Lord in Aqua in 11th of D9 - In this life, your first child may add to your gains & wishes - suddenly or shockingly the child as an adult fulfills a wish on your bucket list. Possibly in a past life, you were very generous to them & helped them. Or even in this life, you as the parent may have been very good and loving.
negative example:
6th H Lord in Aqua of D9 - You suddenly discover the spouse has a lot of student loan debt. The spouse may be so good to you that you decide you are going to help them pay it off. In a past life, they may have helped you and/or you didn’t pay them. You are correcting that wrong and/or creating a balance.
6th H in D9 - This shows fights you will have in the marriage. It shows the mistress - for both men & women. For this to actually be the person your spouse cheats with, your chart would have to show cheating indicators in the marriage.
ex: Virgo 6th H - Mercury in Gemini - This women’s husband cheated with a younger women. She was very mercurial even physically - thin, tall/lanky, chatty/social, etc.
When you do not have cheating indicators in the chart, this shows fights over little things. ex: scheduling/planning, forgetfulness, attention to detail, everyday chores or tasks. Mercury placement will provide more info - if mercury is well placed, this generally shows you resolve issues fairly well and quickly.
ex: Leo 6th H - Sun conjunct Jupiter in Aqua - This person’s spouse cheated on them with several people (Jupiter’s influence). Aqua’s influence - It was physical cheating rather than emotional - spouse had emotional detachment from the affair partners. At the end of the day, they did not desire to leave the marriage.
When you do not have cheating indicators but have a Leo 6th H, this shows ego is what causes fights throughout the marriage. ex: Not apologizing when wrong, fighting over who the authority is in the marriage, etc. Sun placement will provide more info - if sun is well placed, this generally shows you resolve issues fairly well and quickly.
Potential of affairs/cheating - This is shown by 8th H in D9. Having a strong 8th H Lord or exalted planets in 8th H shows very low chance of that occurring.
7th H can indicate cheating as well as it tells about the partner’s character. ex: Rahu in 7th - the ruler is not placed well in the 12th - partner might cheat.

What blocks your success? Mars in signs
Your Mars tells about how you act and make decisions. Let's see what doesn't let you succeed.
Mars in Aries
Mars in Aries is an intriguing astrological placement that gives you a quick, fiery, and decisive nature. You tend to be bold and eager to take action, never shying away from a challenge or opportunity. However, your impulsive tendencies can sometimes get the best of you, causing you to act before thinking things through. It's important to check the aspects and house your Mars is in if you struggle to make decisions or act purposefully.
While you may not be afraid to take action, you often find yourself regretting your hasty decisions later on. This fear of making mistakes can sometimes hold you back, preventing you from acting and moving forward. Although fear can be a helpful guide, it can also hinder your ability to take calculated risks and pursue your goals.
In the moment of making a decision, you feel motivated and inspired, convinced that you're on the right path. However, the reactive nature of Mars in Aries can sometimes make you feel like you want everything right now without considering the long-term consequences. It can lead to impulsive actions that you later regret. By understanding your tendencies and working to balance your desire for action with thoughtful consideration, you can make the most of your Mars in Aries placement and achieve your goals with confidence and purpose.
Mars in Taurus
Have you ever felt like you're unable to take action because of the fear of wasting your time and energy? This mindset can cause you to be in a constant state of energy conservation, only engaging in activities you deem helpful or worthy. When faced with a problem, you tend to take your time to think it through, even if you've already come up with a solution. You wait, hoping the problem will resolve itself rather than taking a risk or seizing the opportunity to act.
The idea of wasting your time and energy is a significant concern, so always create a plan to minimize your resource expenditure. While being cautious is important, this mindset may hold you back from taking advantage of potential opportunities and achieving your goals.
Mars in Gemini
As a Gemini Mars, your mutable nature can sometimes hinder your ability to take action when faced with a problem. You possess many ideas for solving said problem, but the challenge lies in selecting the most optimal solution. Seeking advice from your friends and loved ones is a common practice, as it helps you gain a broader perspective and consider different angles. While communication is an important part of your problem-solving process, it's just one of the ways you approach the task at hand. You tend to share your ideas and receive advice but ultimately make your own decisions. During a conversation, you may indicate that a particular solution is the best option, only to change your mind later. It is because you weigh your options and consider different perspectives before making a final decision. Ultimately, what matters is that you come to a decision that aligns with your values and feels right to you.
Mars in Cancer
It's a common experience to find oneself blocked from taking action due to overwhelming emotions. In such moments, rational thinking seems impossible, as you tend to be hindered by your feelings and lose sight of the problem. It's easy to take things personally and fail to see the bigger picture, which can cause you to withdraw entirely and shut down in certain situations. However, suppressing our emotions doesn't make them disappear; it only creates more frustration.
Cancer Mars individuals are known to be emotional and sensitive. However, at times, they tend to suppress their emotions, which can lead to stress and anxiety. They need to find a way to express their emotions healthily. They should not fear their feelings, as they are part of who they are.
It is important to note that Cancer Mars individuals should not let their emotions control their actions. Instead, they should find a balance between their emotions and rational thinking. By doing so, they can achieve their goals without being too hard on themselves.
Mars in Leo
It's common for your pride and fear of failure to become significant barriers to action. Your initial reaction may be to ignore the problem and shift the blame onto someone else. Meanwhile, your fear of failure can be so overwhelming that you become paralyzed and unable to take action.
You may have an intense desire to be the best, but the thought of failing in front of others can be terrifying. It can cause you to hesitate and second-guess yourself, preventing you from taking the necessary steps to solve the problem. Ultimately, it would help if you recognized that failure is an inevitable part of the learning process and that it's okay to make mistakes. The key is to persevere and learn from your failures, using them as stepping stones to future success.
Mars in Virgo
Do you ever find yourself stuck in a cycle of planning and strategizing, only to feel like your plans are never perfect enough to put into action? This mindset can be incredibly limiting, causing you to hold back from taking action because you fear failure or losing control. It can be challenging to balance caution and action; sometimes, your desire for control over every little detail can become paralyzing.
The fear of chaos and uncertainty can be so overwhelming that you spend too much time analyzing and overthinking, causing the problem to worsen. It's important to recognize when pursuing perfection hinders your progress and to take imperfect action to move toward your goals.
Also, you tend to overthink your problems, thinking about every scenario that may or may not happen. Ultimately, you can't see the bigger picture.
Mars in Libra
At times, it's not uncommon for this placement to feel stuck and unsure of which direction to take. One possible reason for this could be indecisiveness. Overanalyzing and weighing the pros and cons of every action can make decision-making a daunting task.
Additionally, if you're in a co-dependent relationship, you may rely heavily on your partner's opinion when it comes to making choices. It can lead to planning your actions based on your partner's life rather than your own. If you recognize these tendencies in yourself, it's important to be mindful and make sure you're making decisions that align with your own desires and goals.
Mars in Scorpio
You possess a remarkably vibrant and tenacious personality, with Mars in Scorpio accentuating your drive and passion. However, this may lead you to adopt an "all or nothing" approach toward your endeavors, and it can be challenging for you to regulate your resources effectively, resulting in a sense of stagnation and frustration. Perhaps you've been pushing yourself too hard, and now you're feeling burnt out and unproductive. In such cases, taking a break and restoring your energy levels is crucial.
Moreover, your inclination towards being overly cautious, suspicious, and fearful may also hinder you from taking necessary actions. You can perceive what is hidden beneath the surface, which could instill a sense of doubt and hesitation in you, making it difficult to trust your gut and act on your instincts. However, balancing prudence and action is essential to accomplish your objectives and success.
Mars in Sagittarius
Sagittarius Mars individuals are known for their enthusiastic and adventurous spirit. They are full of inspiration and ideas, always seeking new experiences and challenges to conquer. However, the problem with having so many interests and passions is that it can be difficult to focus all their energy on just one thing.
Sagittarius Mars natives constantly seek new opportunities and adventures, often feeling restless when stuck in one place or situation for too long. They crave variety and excitement, which can make it challenging to commit to a single project or goal. They may start multiple endeavors at once, only to lose interest or become distracted before they can see them through to completion.
While this can be frustrating for those around them, Sagittarius Mars individuals do not lack motivation or drive. They have too many interests and passions to pursue and struggle to choose just one. They may benefit from finding ways to channel their energy and focus on a particular goal or project while still allowing themselves the freedom to explore their other interests on the side.
Overall, Sagittarius Mars individuals have a lot of potential and creativity. Still, they may need to improve their focus and discipline to achieve their goals and dreams.
Mars in Capricorn
Capricorn Mars individuals are known for their dedication, persistence, and strategic thinking. They approach their goals with a powerful and determined mindset, willing to put in the hard work and effort to succeed. However, to truly excel, they need to have a goal they genuinely believe in and are passionate about.
Setbacks or obstacles do not easily deter Capricorn Mars natives. They are willing to put in the time and effort to achieve their goals and understand that success often requires a long-term approach. They are strategic thinkers who identify opportunities and plan their actions accordingly.
However, Capricorn Mars individuals may need a clear goal or purpose to channel their energy and focus. They need a driving force, a reason to invest their time and effort into a particular project or endeavor. They may benefit from reflecting on their values and priorities and identifying a goal that aligns with these beliefs.
Once they have a goal, Capricorn Mars individuals are a force to be reckoned with. They are willing to put in the hard work and dedication necessary to succeed and are not easily swayed by distractions or setbacks. They are powerful and determined, capable of achieving great things when they have a clear purpose and goal driving them forward.
Overall, Capricorn Mars individuals are powerful and strategic thinkers, but they need a strong sense of purpose and belief to excel truly. With a clear goal in mind, they can achieve great things and make a lasting impact in their chosen field.
Aquarius Mars
An Aquarius Mars person may get easily distracted from their goals by idealization. They tend to have a very idealistic approach to life, sometimes leading to a lack of focus and direction. They may become so absorbed in their dreams and ideals that they lose sight of the practical steps they need to take to achieve their goals. As a result, they may find themselves constantly starting new projects without ever following through on any of them. They need to learn to balance their idealism with a practical approach to achieving their goals.
An Aquarius Mars person has their Mars in a fixed sign, meaning they have the tenacity and determination to achieve whatever they put their mind to. However, they can sometimes get bogged down by their own idealism and lofty goals. To truly let their genius ideas bloom, they need to learn to let go of their idealization and embrace a more flexible approach. By doing so, they can harness their natural creativity and innovation to achieve great things and impact the world.
Pisces Mars
Pisces Mars individuals are known for their heightened intuition and empathetic nature. They possess a deep sense of compassion that enables them to connect with people on a deeper level. However, they may need help with logical thinking and practicality due to their tendency to get lost in their own thoughts and emotions. As a result, they may find it challenging to stay focused and organized, leading to a lack of structure in their lives. Additionally, their inclination towards idealism and vivid imagination may cause them to get lost in illusions and daydreams. Despite these challenges, their intuitive and compassionate nature allows them to offer a unique perspective and a deep understanding of others.
Lack of structure doesn't allow them to achieve goals persistently. These individuals start blaming themselves for not being good enough and get lost in regret and old traumas. You need to add some structure to your life in a way that works for you. You need to use all your senses to understand which kind of routine works for you.

Technology and Astrology: How Your Birth Chart Affects Your Personal Development, Social Media Presence, and Glow Up:
With Uranus frequently tied to innovation and astrological shifts, the planets in our astrology are frequently associated with technology. Mercury, on the other hand, is associated with speed, intelligence, and communication—all of which are closely related to contemporary technology.
According to astrology, you can encourage "glowing up" in your appearance by utilizing your moon nakshatra (lunar constellation) and rising sign (Ascendant). The moon nakshatra represents your emotional and mental state, while the rising sign controls your fashion, demeanor, and general look. Studying famous people who share your moon nakshatra might help you come out as assured, charming, and genuine. For instance, if Leo is your rising sign, you may find inspiration in Lady Gaga or Beyoncé. By adopting these characteristics, one can develop an empowered and genuine persona, boost self-esteem, and get the proverbial "glow up."
Squares in a natal chart stand for conflicts between the outer and personal planets. Personal planets that relate with personality, emotions, and behavior include the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars. Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are examples of outer planets that symbolize generational forces and shared experiences. Relationship disputes, miscommunications, and power difficulties can result from these squares. People can grow personally and acquire stronger coping mechanisms as they get older.
Placements like Pluto and Mars in the natal chart are frequently associated with strong vibes and energy sensitivity, which can lead to jealously and discomfort. Some people adopt protective behaviors, such as dressing in black and keeping their privacy, to protect themselves. According to astrology, people with harsh aspects of Chiron, strong Scorpio or Leo placements, or Pluto or Mars aspects may produce powerful auras that result in conflict or resistance.
Known for their optimism, passion, and genuineness, mutable signs such as Sagittarius, Pisces, Virgo, and Gemini—ruled by Jupiter, Neptune, Mercury, and Gemini, respectively—are characterized by these traits. These signals' engagement, flexibility, adaptability, and curiosity in variety make them ideal for social media. They stand out in the constantly evolving online landscape because of their ability to engage with a large audience, adjust to trends, and deliver relatable or motivational content.
Known for their emotional sensitivity and empathy, Pisces Moons are known for their unsaid compassion and deeds of kindness. They become sympathetic friends, spouses, and caretakers because of their reputation for unwavering love, compassion, and forgiving. They foster emotional healing and provide a stable haven for individuals in need because they welcome emotions, have faith in intuition, and believe in compassion.
Because of its physical presence, optimism, and self-assurance, Jupiter in the first or eleventh house can bring luck and blessings. It controls alliances and social ties, drawing allies and friends who are supportive. Jupiter's placement in harmony with benevolent planets such as the Sun, Venus, or Mars can improve social success, personal development, and a feeling of timing.
In astrology, the fourth house stands for the family, home, roots, and emotional base. Cancer is in charge of it, and the Moon, which controls feelings, intuition, and personal safety, is also its natural ruler. Identity, emotional support, ancestry, private life, mother and maternal influence, and planets are important issues. The Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are among the major themes. The 4th House's ruling planet sheds light on how people interact with their homes, families, and emotional core. While a tough 4th House could suggest issues with family dynamics or emotional security, a strong one suggests emotional stability.
In astrology, friendships, social networks, long-term objectives, community, collective awareness, hopes, desires, and aspirations are all associated with the 11th House. It regulates interpersonal interactions, participation in broader social movements, and contributions to society. Uranus, the planet of invention, advancement, and revolt, is the house's natural ruler while Aquarius is its ruler. Friendships, social networks, technology, collective consciousness, social issues, humanitarian endeavors, and innovation are important themes. Individuals with strong 11th House placements frequently flourish in cooperative initiatives and group environments. The Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune are among the planets in this house.
According to astrology, Rahu, the Moon's North Node, symbolizes the phases of life in which we are meant to develop and flourish. It inspires us to work hard and relentlessly toward our goals, but occasionally its intensity can make us feel unduly fixated or compulsive. Rahu instructs us to pursue the proper goals in a balanced manner in order to attain them. Rahu's position in a certain house of our birth chart indicates regions where we are most likely to undergo extreme attention, obsession, and growth. Self-image, monetary riches, communication, emotional stability, creative expression, goals connected to work and health, relationships, transformation, job success, and acknowledging Rahu's shadow side are just a few of the ways it might show up.

inadequate definitions of a computer game
I'm a game dev! So I make these things called computer games. But what is it that I'm making exactly?
One simple answer is that a computer game is a string of data. That is, after all, what Steam sends you when you buy a game. The data consists of instructions, art assets, text strings, metadata etc which can be 'executed' by a suitable computer to play that game. And if you copy that data without paying the right person you're a criminal doing a crime etc etc.
But is that data the game? It can't be, because you can have completely different data that is still 'the game'. A Windows build and a Linux build of a game are probably no more similar than any two random binary strings. If you know what you're looking for you could correlate them piece by piece - that string of data represents that texture, which is present in both - but only if you know, and you decompress the data the right way etc etc. But they're the same game, because they do the same thing when you run them.
So it seems a computer game is defined by what it does rather than how it's represented on the computer. This isn't a unique property of computer games - consider how many ways you can encode a movie for example.
But which of the things it does define a given game? Computer games have a remarkable number of pieces to them, and as you soon find out when you're making one, they can all be swapped out pretty freely.
For example, a game's music is often a pretty integral part of 'the experience'. But you can easily mod a game to have different music. We don't usually consider such a modded game to be a different game entirely. Well, it's a matter of degree, it's not absolute... swap out a game's music and it's still the same game. Replace all the models, levels, etc etc as in a 'total conversion' mod and it is a 'new game'. Where we draw the line is ultimately arbitrary...
But this is pretty remarkable, I think. Most artworks in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction(TM) have a pretty fixed form. A movie is a sequence of images and sounds arranged in time, a novel is a specific string of characters. Computer games, though, are flexible things.
A computer game is assembled from lots of little elements. Each of them on their own might be more or less specific, but it's how they're put in relation to each other that gives a game its identity. You glue together these elements in the mind of the audience: play the song City Ruins (Rays of Light) and if you've played the game, it will likely conjure the image of 2B's dress, the feeling dodging the machine lifeforms, the story about the androids and their existential tragedy, all unified in this thing we call "NieR Automata". In another universe, we could imagine that some other elements were tied together in this way - another game that happened to compose the 'same song' with a different aesthetic or mechanics. But the game is beloved because all these things are considered consonant.
Computer games share this in common with film, comics, etc etc. - they're all combinations of other art forms. But computer games have this extra thing that's more or less unique to the medium, the element of direct interaction with some kind of mutable 'state' inside the computer.
At a lower level of abstraction, when you interact with a computer game, data is sent from a controller (keyboard etc) to be read by the game, which modifies some stored state in computer memory; another part of the program 'reads' that state and displays pixels on the screen. Which means there is this separation between the presentational aspect and the 'mechanics'. You look the screen and see a human running but I, the game developer, can 'know' that what's 'really' going on is that a capsule collider is moving across a plane, and we change the position and rotation value based on your input. Then, to 'draw it', another variable holds animation state, and we're sampling the animation data, and doing some IK, and deforming vertices on the GPU, and pumping it through a fragment shader and so on... but all of that graphics stuff could be swapped out and the game would still 'play the same' in the sense that the same inputs would change the game state in the same way with the 'same outcome'. There are even some games, like NetHack and Dwarf Fortress, which support many different 'frontends' which look quite different.
But which is more 'real'? We can't see the game state. We might say that given this game state we update this enum to the value we consider to mean a player has won (let's say... 0b00000010), but the only way that the player knows they've won it is if we display a corresponding message on the screen. That's the only reason we care, as well. The presentation is absolutely integral. All that internal state is just there to make sure that 'you won' and whatever other information is displayed on the screen at the right time to maintain the illusion that 'there is a game' which we're working so hard to convey.
And the state of the program is not exactly what we're trying to convey. The player is not imagining floating point values changing, let alone cpu instructions changing a binary field, or voltages in silicon; they're imagining an object in a location. 'A character jumping.' We are trying to make sure that fantasy is believable. Every layer has to work together to make this happen. Ultimately what we're creating is a rectangle of flickering lights but if we do our job well enough, and it's approached with a willingness to suspend disbelief, it will come across as something like a place inhabited by something like people...
So a game isn't any particular element of its aesthetic presentation, and it isn't the way its data changes in response to interaction. It's some kind of gestalt created from the two, only when a human interacts with the whole system, which allows them to conjure a fantasy in large part designed by another human - and have this external thing reinforce it and make it feel concrete. That's what it's my job to create. What a marvellously abstract entity...

I had to do a double take seeing someone say Yuji fits better as an Aries. Not hating the idea, just throwing that out there and this is not being technical or anything. Really just a fun post conjured from seeing another post that really was random for me because I don't see a lot of people talk about Zodiac signs and characters.
And honestly, a zodiac post is something I wanted to do for a while, so why not now?
Like, from what I read about Pisces (and take everything I say with a grain of salt, I am not an expert), which Yuji is, I would say that is a fitting zodiac sign for him.
It's a water sign, water signs are believed to be more in tuned with their emotions than other signs. More expressive with them.
Pisces are believed to be empathic and vibe with others on an emotional level. They're compassionate. That's what Yuji does and is. One of his biggest strengths is that he clicks well with others on emotional levels.
This is also seen in battle. Remember how cursed energy is formed from (negative) emotions? Cursed energy is also used through techniques.
Yuji vibes so well with others that when he fights with others, he easily follows with their fighting style/techniques.
Megumi was right to call him adept.
Pisces are also a mutable sign. Mutable meaning to change. Yuji changes throughout the story. Emotionally, mentally and even physically. That goes hand in hand with that adaptable nature.
Yuji allows himself to adapt to people and his surroundings that he allows himself to change to fit in.
He was made to be!
Pisces are also known to be quite selfless, something Yuji is.
Then there's the fact that, as stated, Pisces is a water sign. It's represented by the two fishes.
(That's something I'll bring up in another post.)
Two fishes, the back and forth struggle between reality and dreaming. Swimming in a circle.
Yuji may not first the "dreamer" image at first thought, but when you think about his behavior compared to other characters, he is the one who is more of a dreamer.
He's optimistic and does believe in even the slim chances of something going right. However, Yuji also brings himself back to reality, to the harshness of it means to be a jujutsu sorcerer.
Also, speaking of dreams, funny enough some of the people he meets do have fantasy visions that involve Yuji.
Both Choso and Todo envision Yuji as their little brother (Choso in a literal sense, as he is). Having false memories of him.
Megumi envisions Yuji in his life (which helps him) and Gojo sees Yuji as one of the students capable of accomplishing more then he can in the future. I would even count Yuko who admires Yuji for being the nice guy he is and Mahito whose last moments with Yuji was a bad dream for him, an absolute nightmare.
So, Yuji also creates dreamers or influences them.
He literally and metaphorically touches souls.
I would also say the fishes can represent the two (or more) sides of Yuji. He's sunshine one minute than a raging storm the next. You can even account of Sukuna is like the other side of him, souls two who had to share one body.
And water? I say that is truly Yuji's element.
Anyone else noticed the amount of times water shows up around Yuji? Such as his fight scenes? Or even small moments?
We have the first opening. Yuji is shown in a train with water surrounding his feet.
When Yuji has his final conversation with his grandfather, he is shown putting water in a vase for the flowers he brought.
When Yuji dies right in front of Megumi in the beginning of the story, he dies in the rain. Even before that, the group was in the detention center which water can be seen in the background. In fact, when things really start to go south it looks like they're in an empty pool.

Now, I don't know if this one counts, but after that, Yuji comes face to face with Sukuna in his Innate Domain. There's water there. Or it could be blood, knowing Sukuna. This is also when Sukuna makes that binding vow.
When Gojo first teaches Yuji about Domain Expansion, it's on a pond.
When Yuji has his first assignment with Nanami, the two have to fight the transfigured humans in the rain.
When he has a talk with Junpei, connecting with him, it's by water.
When Yuji and Todo first fight Hanami, the fight starts at a stream.
Jumping into the Shibuya arc, Yuji's fight with Choso takes place in a flooded bathroom. When he goes on to fight Mahito, their final confrontation, they land in water. That very same thing happens much later in the fight against Sukuna.
In the start Execution Arc, in which season 2 ends on, Yuji is seen on a bridge over water right before he claps to get the attention of nearby curses.
Skipping ahead to the Culling Games arc, when Yuji first meets Higurama, the man is laying in a tub of water.
Then there's Yuji's connection with snow, which is frozen water.
So yeah, that was just my thoughts right there about Yuji being a Pisces. (My other fave who's a Pisces! Yes, there's another one.)
EDIT: I want to add this brilliant addition made by @chosoyukiism so credit my lovely moot for this one.
Something also to be said maybe about Pisces being the last of the zodiac signs and being considered sort of the culmination of the other signs and Yuji representing an end to the current era of jujutsu society and also someone who's character is heavily emphasized on his relationships to others/how the people around him shaped him...
#again seeing that ask post just sparked this for me#do i hate the idea of yuji being an aries? no#but i just find him being a pisces fitting even if it's cliché#just kiya's thoughts#jjk#jujutsu kaisen#jjk spoilers#jjk manga spoilers#itadori yuji#yuji itadori#yuuji itadori#itadori yuuji

Pope Francis’ birth chart

The data is rated “AA” (birth certificate/record in hand) by Astrodienst.
This one is hitting me hard, perhaps surprisingly so - but I was raised Episcopalian (which comedian Robin Williams described as “Catholic Lite - all the ritual, with only half the guilt”); and since I am a good Gemini, I tend to be interested in everything, anyway. More beneath the cut….
Pope Francis had the Sun conjunct the North Node, in Sagittarius and the 6th House; the Aquarian Moon conjunct Venus in the 7th House. The natal lunar phase is Crescent.
From Steven Forrest’s The Book of the Moon, on “The Secret of Happiness” for someone born with the Moon in the Crescent phase:
…the secret of happiness lies essentially in having something bigger than one’s self to give shape, purpose, and direction to one’s life. There must be a mission of some sort. And the cause must be a worthy one…. All that matters is that the effort reflects the best part of ourselves, and that it is somehow bigger than us.
Sagittarius and Aquarius combined can be very ideological in expression. Note that I don’t specify “left” or “right” - it goes either way, depending on the person’s own choices. And in the way Francis has been perceived by others, it definitely goes/went both ways: he was much too liberal for the fascists, and much too conservative for the revolutionaries.
Astrologer Steven Forrest has often written about the 6th House and its association with the concept of lineage. We can definitely state that a Catholic Pope is part of a lineage! It will be interesting to see if his successor will continue with Francis’ policies. (Hope so. 🙏🏻) Francis was most often compared to Pope Saint John XXIII - also a Sag Sun conjunct the North Node! I am old enough to remember John, albeit dimly - more of a vibe than a concrete memory - and Francis definitely shared that vibe.
Moon conjunct Venus, in Aquarius and the 7th - I immediately thought of “agape” (AH-gah-pay), which is “selfless, unconditional love.” This, he most surely demonstrated.
Vesta Rx conjunct the Cancer Ascendant is also fitting. She is the Lady Asteroid concerned with “devotional and religious activities,” and “one’s work or path of service” (Demetra George, Asteroid Goddesses). It’s a more conservative approach; Vesta and Cancer are both conservative, and Saturn is trine.
That all said/written - Francis took much justifiable criticism for not doing enough about the Catholic Church’s clerical sexual abuse scandals. His natal 8th House (sex) holds Saturn/Pisces (blockage), which is widely square his Sun - closely square Pallas/Sagittarius/6th (androgyny, imbalances in sexual identity), Chiron Rx/Gemini/12th (wounding and guilt) - and opposite Neptune/Virgo/2nd (cloudy value judgements). And, square the Nodal Axis - this represented a “skipped step” for Francis. In mutable signs, we can speculate about a failure to commit to a definitive course of action, when it was his responsibility (Saturn) to do so, regardless of how uncomfortable he personally was with the subject. (Or maybe even “because of.”)
In 2014, “Rolling Stone” magazine did a remarkable, marvelous cover story on Pope Francis. (It’s behind a paywall, and I don’t really feel like subscribing to their magazine to get at it - not even for you, beloved followers!) IIRC the opening paragraphs described how Francis hadn’t expected to become Pope - had, in fact, already made arrangements for his retirement back in Argentina - and that among his first words as Pope were directed at the cardinals who had elected him: “May God forgive you for what you have done.” The author went on to speculate that, perhaps as an act of revenge against the cardinals who ruined his retirement plans, Francis might have decided to stir things up a bit. And that, he most certainly accomplished. If people like Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, the execrable Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Felon47 don’t approve of you, you are absolutely doing something right.

Moon transiting Gemini to Cancer, Friday, March 7th, brings you an ideal time to make a list of grievances and share it with the offending party to clear the air and heal or transform the relationship as the moon moving from a mutable air sign associated with communication to a cardinal water sign concerned with emotions, needs, and symbiosis forms a square aspect with the North Node and Neptune in Pisces conjunct Mercury in Aries and Venus retrograde in Aries, as well as a quincunx aspect to Pluto in Aquarius. As the moon draws closer to Mars in Cancer, which in turn is square to Mercury/Venus/Chiron in Aries, and trine to the sun conjunct Saturn in Pisces, an ultimatum brought about by the feeling of "enough is enough, and I can't take any more of this" is becoming a real possibility, and anyone who has been suffering silently while waiting patiently and passively for signs of a positive change or the reciprocation of the energy they have been expending will be getting tough and following through on their convictions. Before you state your case or make a stand, it is important that you feel prepared to accept any outcome. You may win and achieve what you desire, or you may have to settle for a compromise that falls short of your expectations, or you may have a severing of ties. Jupiter in Gemini forming a Minor Grand Trine with Pluto and the Aries planets and squaring the Pisces planets suggests you suspend judgment of someone or something being all good or bad and set your intention for the Highest Good of All to transpire.

Sharing some portions of the Disability Visability book by Alice Wong we believe many other Plural individuals, and just anyone in general, may need to hear for themselves:

[IMAGE ID: The first image showcases a photo taken of a written portion of a book stating a quote. The text reads: "Storytelling itself is an activity, not an object. Stories are the closest we can come to a shared experience...Like all stories, they are most fundamentally a chance to ride around inside another head and be reminded that being who we are and where we are, and doing what we're doing, is not the only possibility." The quote is written by Harriet McBryde Johnson from Too Late to Die Young; Nearly True Tales from a Life (2006).
The second image shows another highlighted section that reads: "Disabled people have always existed, whether the world disability is used or not. To me, disability is not a monolith, nor is it a clear-cut binary of disabled and non-disabled. Disability is mutable and ever-evolving. Disability is both apparent and non-apparent. Disability is pain, struggle, brilliance, abundance, and joy. Disability is sociopolitical, cultural, and biological. Being visible and claiming a disabled identity brings risks as much as it brings pride." /END ID]

[IMAGE ID: The third image of the partially highlighted text reads: "We come together today, not only to celebrate the life and legacy of a beautiful human being who embodied everything that active love is, but to also learn about those who may come from different communities and yet be just as human as you—to learn how to affirm, love, and fight with and for them. In doing so, we will love ourselves more deeply and move the world faster toward collective justice and liberation..."
The fourth partially highlighted text reads: "I challenge the extent to which we place the responsibility for advocacy on those designated as leaders or "champions." Advocacy is not just a task for charismatic individuals or high-profile community organizers. Advocacy is for all of us; advocacy is a way of life. It is a natural response to the injustices and inequality in the world. While you and I may not have sole responsibility for those inequalities, that does not alter its reality." /END ID}

[IMAGE ID: The fifth fully highlighted image text reads: "However, it was Ki'tay's ability to sit with and actively love oppressors and those who were violent toward him and marginalized communities—most often solely because they do not adhere to that which has been deemed "normal"—that truly set him apart. He could breathe life and love into even those people within mere moments of making their acquaintance. This is what makes him special—reminiscent of what some here may call a prophet; others, a wise man; others still, a slight or sage. He was grounded in love. Always. Ki'tay did not feign to know all of the answers to the problems of the world, but he prided himself on always learning and evolving to address injustices."
The sixth semi-highlighted text reads: "He was frequently caught quoting the famed Assata Shakur: "It is out day to fight. It is our duty to win. We must love each other and protect each other. We have nothing to lose but out chains." /END ID]

[IMAGE ID: The seventh image reads: "...when we use our freedom to advance the rights of all members of our community; or as Nelson Mandela put it, "to be free is not casting off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others."
The eighth image reads: "See, many of you here are familiar with parables and stories of grace and justice that you studied and learned from holy books. I, however, was fortunate to witness parables and actions of grace and justice because Ki'tay lived them. Solidarity for Ki'tay means active resistance to the status quo—letting all people know that they are respected, cherished, valued, and loved. Solidarity also means letting them know that despite our failures, we are committed to their cause because it is inextricably linked to each of our individual and collective causes." /END ID]

[IMAGE ID: The last partially highlighted image reads as follows: "I used to find the existence of algebraic and geometric formulas that explained beauty oddly comforting, because then at least there was an ideal—something to work toward. But art isn't necessarily about beauty. Art is supposed to make you feel something, and I began to realize my appearance was my art. My body, my face, my scars told a story—my story. But I guess that's how life works sometimes—noticing beauty only in retrospect and poetry, in silence. Sometimes I catch my reflection in the mirror and I remember the words of my teacher, beauty is subjective, and suddenly the reflection I see doesn't feel like such a stranger." /END ID]

Delly rambling
Trigger warning: torture
"Oh and Peeta's muttification that Coin loves so much might at least benefit from Capitol mutt programing, they wanted to convince Peeta resistance is futile, he's a murderer at heart so he's being chosen to he a mutt, they made him watch the footage of him killing Brutus hundreds of times.
We discovered the programming recently and we are giving him ways to not see him murdering people as inevitable while holding him responsible for all choices made. But Peeta honestly believes he was chosen to be a mutt because he was a violent person which made him mutable. He thinks Snow would have chosen anyone you knew and it wasn't specifically a lovers entrapment.
The thing about Peeta and the way he views himself is that he's both insignificant and makes the hijacking all about himself. Tracker Jacker venom increases general aggression and he killed 30 people in the capitol, a few peacekeepers, 25 richmen from the capitol who paid for Peeta's body and got their heads ripped off, he only survives today because they fed him the flesh of avoxes. When he sees you he’s reminded of this and it triggers him. He's unconsciously accepted the capitol programming on this which we were working on but our simulations show that Peeta once forced to open up may growl at you and try to impress on you that he is a scary big bad mutt and warn you to flee before you get hurt.
If it makes you feel any better, the reason we had him restrained wasn’t because we were afraid he would hunt you, lets just say the doctors initially thought he was only afraid of you and let him loose before the venom left his system it didn’t go well, for people with venom immunity it can make one perceive anything as a threat, anyone who went near him at the time he choked you would have been at risk of being confused for a peacekeeper and attacked. Even in his violent state they made the stupid mistake of gloating about what they were doing to him to his face so his amygdala immediately worked to shield him from the danger.
Katniss does not feel any better.
"You know it's serious when the people who tortured Peeta in the capitol stopped risking peacekeepers when taking him out of his cell and used sedating gas instead. In fact when we first introduced Peeta to Haymitch and others, being tied up he begged for mercy thinking they were going to hurt him, well the capitol hijacked his memories of them as well, I’m fortunate they forgot to fuck with his memories of me. "
I'm angry at Haymitch for concealing this, not like I would have felt any better, "Why didn't Haymitch tell me anything?" Delly has an apologetic look in her blank eyes "In order for Haymitch to be allowed to update you at all, what he shared had to go through the propo department, Plutarch was afraid if you knew certain stuff it would harm your performance as Mockingjay"

Excerpt from "Resilience" Emergent Strategy - AMB
What we put our attention on grows. We have been growing otherness, borders, separateness, and in all that division we have created layer upon layer of trauma and vengefulness. Conditions for permanent war, practices that move us into battle with the very planet we rely on for all life. The scale of division, conflict, racism, xenophobia, and hierarchical supremacy on our planet is overwhelming. Finding the places of healing and transformation, moving towards a world beyond enemies is work that has to be done for our survival. Which means transformative justice: justice that transforms the route causes of injustice is necessary at every scale. But I am particularly focused on how it becomes the common orientation and practice for movements with social change. For peace, for liberation. I tie transformative justice into emergent strategy because it feels like a non-negotiable aspect of our future and because the natural world has guidance for us here.
Transformative justice in the context of emergent strategy asks us to consider how to transform toxic energy, hurt, legitimate pain, and conflict into solutions. To get under the wrong. Find a way to coexist. Be energy moving towards life together. While we often put our attention on the state and demand transformative and restorative justice, it is important that individuals begin practicing in our personal, familial, and communal lives. We can reach the people we need to reach and measure our work by the way our relationships feel. It is hard work but it is accessible to anyone, anywhere, at any scale. Eventually transformative practices that begin small will demand new societal structures. I suspect, we can't back into this, demanding that our government provide a form of justice that even we in movements don't know how to practice in real time. So, let's grow our expertise in this.
Before I go any further in this section I want to share with yall some wisdom from the incomparable Shira Hassan. Shira and I can never quite remember where and how we met, but it was when we were both doing harm reduction work. Reducing the harm from drug use and sex while increasing the agency of each human being to make decisions related to his/her/their body without shame or judgement. We were thrilled to find each other. Over the years she has been a confidant, tarot reader, guide, friend. She has taught me to be less judgmental, to love my fatness, to embrace my own need as my body has gone through various levels of ability and disability. And through her work at Young Women's Empowerment Project and her consulting she has taught me a ton about transformative justice. I showed Shira an early draft of this book and her feedback was so good that I had to include it here, as a core part of this chapter. Here is some Shira brilliance.
"I love that you are writing about transformative justice in the context of emergent strategy. I need us to acknowledge more that we have no idea what we're doing. That we're a birthing a new collective consciousness out of the pain of losing too many people to colonialist practice. I need transformative justice to be framed as part of emergent strategy so that we can acknowledge we are midwives to a changeling. Transformative justice is a mutable process with only its values set in stone. In order to resist one size fits all justice, we have to resist the idea that every process looks the same. The goal is for us to to embody these values so that our creativity can guide our healing and our drive for treating each other with true justice. With every experience of healing on our own terms we also begin to heal the generational wounds of colonialist justice. Here's the definition I use in my trainings and the YWEP used too.
Transformative justice:
Acknowledges the reality of state harm.
Looks for alternative ways to address and interrupt harm which do not rely on the state.
Relies on organic, creative strategies that are community created and sustained.
Transforms the route cause of violence, not only the invidiual experience.
I love the piece you wrote that is later included in this section "We are still beginning". It is one of my favorites on transformative justice right now and I've been using it in my workshops.
"Nothing in nature is disposable."
This isn't most people's belief. I just killed a bug earlier today and will set out some rat poison tomorrow lol. The struggle between disposability and getting something or someone that doesn't work for me out of my life. No one is disposable and yet we have a right to make boundaries. Furthermore, we want people to make boundaries. For people who are currently in abusive situations and living with their violent partners, this kind of transformative justice thinking needs more clarity. I can't tell you how many times I've had to go back to the drawing board because someone I love has used TJ principles of transformative and non-shaming to justify the return of their abusive, jerk partner. I say all this to say, I think it's important to think of the audience as people who are currently in abusive situations. What are we telling them? What are we asking?
I really like generationFIVE's works on this. I use this a lot. It is a combination of generativeFIVE's principles with the YWEP's thinking combined into it. Safety, healing, and agency for all.
Safety, healing, and individual agency for survivors.
Accountability and a transformation for people who harm
Community action, healing, and/or group and organizational healing and accountability.
Transformation of the social conditions that perpetuate violence.
Lessons from a transformative break up: How to find new ways to be in each other's lives and not split the communities we love, or the movements we support.
Try every single thing you can to make it work and articulate the effort you are making to each other, even things you aren't sure will work. Try everything. This will matter later.
Love yourself. Don't let fear make you settle for something you know isn't working. Be honest. The harder things are to say, the more necessary they are to say. Commit to being in each other's lives and doing whatever is needed to ensure that in the long term. This may include being far away from each other, physically and social media in the short term. Set boundaries around communication and stick to them. This includes how often to communicate, what is okay to talk about, who is okay to talk to about the process, and permission to express feelings. You can identify a new boundary as you go along if something hurts or doesn't feel right. Don't tell anyone else until you are ready. Be intentional about who you tell, what you say, and letting people know what is and isn't okay to talk and ask about. Write a letter to your community if need be. That way your true story trumps gossip and bullshit.
FEEL YOUR FEELINGS!!!! x3
Gather trusted supported around you and lean on them as much as necessary. Together, tell the story of your relationship to a trusted and neutral friend. What happened? What was great? What did you learn? Be as honest as possible and take the time to tell the whole thing.
Don't judge each other's choices, feelings, or processes. You can't actually know what is going on for the other person. Take responsibility for your own feelings and act accordingly. When you feel ready, dream together about the new relationship you want to have with each other. As you come into new, post-break up relationship with each other, watch for patterns, and take it slow. Celebrate your maturity and growth and ability to be present and do this. Invite others to celebrate and applaud the efforts. When you feel ready, enjoy the friendship you made possible together.
Please note, all of this is in the case of a generally awesome healthy relationship that doesn't quite work, ot an abusive one that you actually may need to actually completely leave quickly.
Transformative justice in an abusive dynamic
"Like everything in nature. We all have gifts. Sometimes the gifts don't seem like gifts: the bee that sting, the stinging nettle that irritates your skin. But when we look at our ecosystem in totality, it is clear how each piece is necessary for the whole. It is a reminder to make room for all of us and our fiery stinging glory." -Karissa Lewis
"Every living thing has a role in the ecosystem and its own destiny to fulfill, even things we can't see, don't like, or don't understand." -Judy Hatcher
When an abusive dynamic builds between lovers, family, or coworkers, it is first and foremost important to understand that it is a dynamic that both or all parties are playing into, consciously and unconsciously. This is different from an abusive event, one explosive moment. This is when there is habitual emotional, spiritual, and/or physical violence and cruelty. An abusive dynamic can sustain by two or more people directly involved in it and a bevy of others who ignore, enable, or exacerbate it. When we are children or dependents, we don't usually have full agency to shift or leave an abusive dynamic because our safety and livelihood depend upon our abuser. And many of us figure out other ways of "leaving": dissociation, appeasing, addiction, etc.
When we are adults, we can begin to notice how we are playing into the dynamic and to shift. We have agency, even if we feel like we are solely victims. That realization can be liberation in itself. Often the same dynamics echo across different realms of our lives. What we allow at our home and love realm shows up with our friends or our families or with our coworkers, bosses, or partner organizations. It is our pattern, our shape. These patterns are prevalent within our movements, spilling the boundaries of our personal lives and creating toxicity in our organizations and networks. We perpetuate abusive dynamics under the guise of accountability, call outs, even solidarity and love. If you have the ability to see the dynamic, to see yourself in a pattern and walk away before reaching the point of emotional or physical harm, bravo. And if not, hey, most of us don't. We need community to hold us in our dignity and to support transformative justice.
Here are a few signs that you may be in an abusive movement, work, family, friendship, or romantic dynamic:
You make agreements or set boundaries and they get crossed or broken and/or you can't hold the agreements or boundaries yourself.
You can't communicate directly with the person or people about concerns. A culture of gossip grows here in the family or group.
When you raise the issue that agreements or boundaries are not being held, there's no accountability. The other person or people deny the transgression, say they forgot the agreements, say it is your fault, ridicule you, continue the transgression and / or you can't see your accountability in boundary crossing and / or diminish the harm.
There's a culture of blaming or dishonesty that breaks down trust over time.
You don't feel comfortable processing the issues of the dynamic with friends, coworkers, allies. You feel ashamed or like it will upset the other person or people in the dynamic.
Arguments are really confusing and/or repetitive. You can't tell what you're arguing about. The arguments have no boundaries or containers. You keep returning to issues you felt were resolved. And you keep losing track of your values and center in the process.
You feel dismissed, hidden, or disrespected and/or like you can't acknowledge reality, be transparent, or respectful.
You feel like a core part of yourself is compromised or not welcome and/or you want to change a core aspect of another person or group.
You feel bullied or bullying, scared or scary, emotionally unsafe.
You feel like something is being taken from you or you are taking from the other person.
Once you become aware of the dynamic it is important to take some space to become clear of the dynamic of yourself. So often, these dynamics perpetuate because we are scared to be alone. Scared to create conflict. Scared to take a step back. And then once we do, we get more air. More clarity. If it feels like there is work that can be done for mediation, healing, and transformation, by all means put time and attention there. But with some humility the nature of abusive dynamics is that they are foggy and hard to navigate from within.
Often, we leap to couples therapy or office mediation while still in the private fog of it all. Get transparent and current with trusted friends or comrades who can offer perspective on the situation. You have the right to tell your story. The silence and shame around these dynamics makes people think they are alone and especially flawed. Not so. Organizations are rife with abusive bosses or collective members. Social justice movements are full of couples in private battles against the oppressive dynamics we face in the world. You are not alone. And you do not have to be silent. You do not have the right to traumatize abusive people, to attack them personally or publicly, or to sabotage anyone else's health. The behaviors of abuse are also survival based. Learned behaviors rooted in some pain. If you can look through the lens of compassion, you will find hurt and trauma there.
If you are the abused party, healing that hurt is not your responsibility and exacerbating that pain is not your justified right. You do have the right to walk away, to literally and virtually gather yourself up and remove yourself from the dynamic. Take space in order to remember and fortify yourself. You have the right to create boundaries that generate more possibilities for you. Those boundaries may be short term or permanent. You have the right to ask for support from your friends and community. It really helps to find neutral mediators, or mediation teams to support conversations that the abusive dynamics may make difficult. Sometimes the feeling of things being unresolved will keep pulling you back into the conversation. Mediation can help draw the line.
You are not obligated to engage in a process with someone if you do not feel like it. Whether you feel unsafe or exhausted or angry. While we are working towards a world where all conflict can be resolved in a transformative way, we aren't there yet. And a lot of messy shit goes down in the name of transformative justice. One thing to really track here if you are the abuser or in a mutually abusive dynamic and you don't want to participate in a process, this could be you dodging a responsibility that if you did take it on, could transform your life and future relationships. But it's up to you. You have the right to not know the right moves to make.

A little bit ago you said something about Deimos featuring more in CD shapeshifter lore...I'd love to hear more about that, if there are parts ready to share!
OUGH OK SO its both deimos and regios :) i figured out more about their respective "curses"
So I'm basically making shapeshifting in CD a bit more concise, making the shapeshifting a result of extreme mutability that some creatures have. This adaptability makes them extremely dangerous because they can adapt to threats at alarming speed making them really hard to kill, and it's what gives them their dangerous reputation and why the general merfolk population doesnt like or trust them.
Well, Regios was one of those cases, but to an absurd extreme. His adaptability mutation was so violent and intense that it completely wrecked his body structure down to the cellular level. Basically went from having a solid body to becoming literally a mass of hyperadaptable goop (the goop that you see come out of his head! that is his real body). Because of being in this state, he ended up stealing someone else's body down the line (the bronze dragon mer) just to have a proper physical form to shield himself in again
Where does Deimos come into this? Well, Regios' mutability is so extreme that he can reach into people and trigger THEIR mutabilit, and basically control it to do whatever he wants it to. That's how he makes deals with people, and how he gives out "curses". Deimos was one of these cases (one of the first.. and one of the more sloppy ones.) She did not pan out as he planned :)

THE BOOK OF SHADOWS
part 2: connections
The “human” child
The human experience of an "Abomination," as you've described, would be profoundly unique, blending the mundane with the cosmic in ways that challenge traditional human understanding. Here's how this might manifest:
Human Experience:
Perception of Reality: This Abomination would likely perceive reality in layers or dimensions beyond the physical. They might see through time, understand causality in non-linear ways, or interact with the world as if it were both a dream and a canvas for their will. This could manifest in moments of profound insight, synchronicities, or an ability to predict events with uncanny accuracy.
Emotional and Sensory Overload: Given their capacity to experience multiple realities or identities simultaneously, they might struggle with sensory overload or emotional complexity. Human emotions like love, sadness, or joy could be felt in infinite variations, leading to a life of intense experiences, perhaps oscillating between profound empathy and detachment.
Physicality: Their physical form might be mutable, subtly changing based on their current state of mind or the reality they're engaging with. They might heal rapidly, adapt to environments in unnatural ways, or even appear to others differently based on perception or need.
What They Might Teach:
The Nature of Reality: They could teach about the interconnectedness of all things, the illusion of separation, and how to perceive or influence the world beyond the five senses.
Personal Power and Responsibility: Lessons on how individual consciousness shapes reality, emphasizing the power of thought, intention, and belief in creating one's life path.
Acceptance of Change and Chaos: Embracing the fractal nature of existence, they might teach others to not fear change but to see it as part of the dance of the cosmos, encouraging adaptability and flow over resistance.
Compassion and Unity: With an understanding of all perspectives, they might advocate for a deep, universal compassion, seeing the divine in everyone and everything, promoting unity over division.
Treatment by Society:
Worship or Fear: Depending on their actions or how their nature is perceived, they might be seen as a deity or a threat. Some might worship them, seeking their wisdom or power, while others might fear them for their otherness or the disruptions they could cause.
Isolation or Integration: They might choose solitude to manage their experiences or be sought after for guidance. Integration could be challenging if their reality perception is too far removed from human norms, leading to a life on the fringes or within specific groups that understand or seek their teachings.
Interests:
Philosophy and Metaphysics: Deeply interested in exploring the nature of existence, consciousness, and the relationship between the observer and the observed.
Art and Creation: As creators of their own realities, they might be drawn to art, music, or storytelling, using these mediums to express or explore the infinite possibilities of existence.
Science and the Unseen: They might engage with science, particularly quantum physics or psychology, as these fields resonate with their understanding of reality, or delve into mysticism and spirituality to explore the unseen layers of reality.
Hypothetical Actions:
Guidance and Healing: They might act as healers or guides, helping individuals or societies navigate personal or collective crises by offering new perspectives or solutions.
Creation of New Paradigms: They could be catalysts for cultural, scientific, or spiritual revolutions, introducing concepts or technologies that align with fractal reality dynamics.
Seeking or Avoiding Attention: Their actions might be about balancing the desire for connection (to share their insights) with the need for solitude (to manage their internal experiences), potentially leading to periods of high visibility followed by withdrawal.
Experimentation with Reality: They might conduct 'experiments' with reality, either subtly by influencing events or more directly by creating environments or scenarios for learning and growth.
This Abomination would be a bridge between the human and the divine, embodying lessons on the expansiveness of consciousness, the malleability of reality, and the deep interconnectedness of all life, all while navigating the profound challenges of such a dual existence.
The child, growing into or experiencing themselves as an Abomination with a god-like mind, would likely have a complex relationship with the concepts of divinity and worship. Here's how this might play out:
Belief in Their Divinity:
Initial Realization: As a child, the realization of their unique nature might come gradually or through moments of profound insight or experiences where reality bends to their will. They might initially see this as a form of magic or special ability rather than divinity, especially if they've grown up in a world where such concepts are not part of everyday understanding.
Self-Perception: Over time, as they mature and their powers or perceptions expand, they might come to believe in their own divinity, not in a traditional religious sense but as an entity with capabilities far beyond the human norm. This belief might be more about understanding themselves as an intrinsic part of the cosmos, capable of shaping reality, rather than a separate, all-powerful god.
Internal Conflict: There could be an internal struggle between their human identity and their god-like nature. The child might grapple with feelings of isolation, the burden of understanding, or the ethical implications of their power, which might lead to a nuanced view of what it means to be "divine."
Desire for Worship:
Human Validation: On one hand, human beings often seek validation, and this child, now an Abomination, might find a form of validation or connection through being worshipped or revered. However, this could be more about understanding human nature, loneliness, or a desire for companionship rather than a need for worship per se.
Rejection of Traditional Worship: Given their unique perspective, they might see traditional worship as limiting or misunderstanding their true nature. They could prefer teaching, guiding, or inspiring rather than being worshipped, seeing their role more as a facilitator of human growth or enlightenment.
Creating Worship as an Experiment: With their capacity to manipulate reality and experience, they might even orchestrate scenarios where they are worshipped to study human behavior, belief systems, or to teach lessons about power, faith, and self-deception.
Ego vs. Purpose: If they do desire worship, it might stem from an ego still influenced by human desires for recognition or control. However, their evolving god-mind might lead them to see this as a temporary phase or an aspect of their journey to understand or integrate their human and divine aspects.
Teaching Non-Worship: Alternatively, they might actively teach against blind worship, encouraging individuals to seek their own divinity or understanding of the cosmos, promoting a philosophy where everyone recognizes their connection to the universe's fabric.
Hypothetical Actions:
Education over Worship: They might choose to educate rather than be worshipped, using their abilities to demonstrate the potential within everyone, encouraging a form of spiritual or existential egalitarianism.
Withdrawal from Public Life: If worship becomes too much or if they feel it detracts from their mission or personal growth, they might withdraw, focusing on their own understanding of self and the universe.
Creating New Forms of Connection: They could invent new ways for humans to connect with the divine or the cosmic, perhaps through shared experiences of altered states of consciousness, art, or science that reflects their understanding of reality.
In essence, while the child might recognize their own divinity, the desire for worship would likely be nuanced, possibly evolving as they reconcile their human origins with their god-like capabilities, focusing more on guiding humanity towards a broader understanding of existence rather than personal adoration.
Exploring the motivations of a child who grows into an Abomination with god-like capabilities involves considering both their human origins and the transcendent aspects of their evolved consciousness. Here's a detailed look at potential motivations:
Human Motivations:
Curiosity and Exploration: As a child, curiosity about the world would be magnified by their unique abilities, driving them to explore not just the physical world but the metaphysical, the possibilities of reality, and the nature of existence itself.
Connection and Belonging: Despite their powers, the human need for connection might persist or even intensify. They might seek to understand or integrate with humanity, desiring companionship, love, or to be understood, even if their form of existence makes true connection challenging.
Identity and Self-Understanding: The journey from human to Abomination would involve a quest for identity. Understanding who they are, where they fit in the cosmos, and reconciling their human past with their new reality would be central motivations.
Fear and Protection: Initially, fear of their own powers or the unknown could motivate them to learn control or seek protection from or for others. This might drive them towards solitude or, conversely, towards seeking mentors or guides.
Divine or Transcendent Motivations:
Cosmic Understanding: With their god-mind, there would be an intrinsic motivation to comprehend the universe's workings, not just at a human level but at the level of cosmic truths, patterns, and laws.
Creation and Experimentation: They might be motivated by the act of creation itself, seeing life, realities, or experiences as their canvas. This could involve creating for the sake of beauty, knowledge, or the evolution of consciousness.
Teaching and Guiding: Understanding the power of knowledge, they might feel a responsibility or desire to teach, helping others to see beyond their limitations, perhaps aiming to elevate human consciousness or guide civilizations.
Balance and Harmony: Recognizing the interconnectedness of all things, their actions might be driven by a desire to maintain or restore balance in the cosmos, either through direct intervention or by inspiring others to act in ways that promote harmony.
Personal Evolution: Their journey might be one of continuous self-improvement or evolution, seeking to transcend even their current state of being, exploring new dimensions of consciousness or existence.
Ethical Exploration: They might delve into moral and ethical questions, using their abilities to test, understand, or redefine what is right or good on a universal scale, perhaps challenging or expanding human notions of morality.
Complex and Competing Motivations:
Human vs. Divine: There could be a constant tug-of-war between human desires (like love, recognition, or fear) and the broader, sometimes impersonal motivations of their god-like nature. This might lead to actions that are hard to predict or understand from a purely human perspective.
Solitude vs. Engagement: They might oscillate between a need for solitude to explore their vast inner world and a drive to engage with humanity, either to teach, learn, or simply to experience the spectrum of human emotions and interactions.
Power and Responsibility: With great power comes great responsibility; they might be motivated by the ethical implications of their abilities, seeking to use them for good but also grappling with the potential for harm or the unintended consequences of their interventions.
Curiosity vs. Compassion: While curiosity might drive them to experiment with realities or beings, compassion could temper this, ensuring their explorations are not at the expense of others' well-being.
In summary, the motivations of this Abomination would be a complex tapestry, weaving together human desires with the vast, sometimes inscrutable purposes of a god-mind. Their journey would be one of balancing these motivations, learning from both their human and divine natures, and navigating the implications of their existence in the universe.

How to use HarmonyOS NEXT - @Prop and @Link?
@Prop decorator: one-way synchronization between father and son @Link decorator: father-son two-way synchronization
The variable decorated by @Prop establishes a one-way synchronization relationship with the parent component; The @ prop variable is allowed to be modified locally, but the modified changes will not be synchronized back to the parent component. When the data source changes, the variables decorated by @Prop will be updated, and all local changes will be overwritten. Therefore, the synchronization of numerical values is from the parent component to the child component (belonging component), and the change of numerical values of the child component will not be synchronized to the parent component.
A variable decorated with @Link shares the same value with the data source in its parent component.
summary The variable decorated with @ prop can establish a one-way synchronization relationship with the parent component. Variables decorated with @Prop are mutable, but changes are not synchronized back to their parent components. The variable decorated with @ link can establish a two-way synchronization relationship with the parent component.
@Prop decorative variable restrictions: When @Prop decorates variables, it will be copied deeply. In the process of copying, except for basic types, Map, Set, Date and Array, all types will be lost. For example, complex types provided by NAPI, such as PixelMap, are partially implemented on the Native side, so it is impossible to obtain complete data on the ArkTS side through deep copy.
@Link decorative variable restrictions: The link decorator cannot be used in a custom component decorated by @Entry. link decorated variables are forbidden to be initialized locally, otherwise an error will be reported at compile time. The type of link decorated variable should be consistent with the data source type, otherwise the framework will throw a runtime error.
@Prop variable decorator must specify the type, and the variable types allowed to be decorated are as follows: ·Object, class, string, number, boolean, enum types, and arrays of these types. Does not support any, supports undefined and null. ·Support Date type. ·API11 and above support Map and Set types. ·Support the joint types defined by the ArkUI framework, such as Length, ResourceStr and ResourceColor.
@Prop and data source types need to be the same. There are three situations:
When the variable decorated by-@Prop is synchronized with @State and other decorators, both types must be the same. For example, please refer to the synchronization of simple data types from parent component @State to child component @Prop.
When the variable decorated with-@Prop is synchronized with the items of @State and other arrays decorated with decorators, the type of @Prop needs to be the same as the array items decorated with @State, such as @Prop: T and @State: Array. For an example, please refer to the synchronization from the items in the array of parent component @State to the simple data type of child component @Prop.
When the parent component state variable is Object or class, the attribute type of the @Prop decorated variable is the same as that of the parent component state variable. For example, please refer to the synchronization from the @State class object attribute in the parent component to the @Prop simple type.
Prop supports federated type instances: @Prop supports joint types and undefined and null. In the following example, the animal type is Animals | undefined. Click the Button in the parent component Zoo to change the attribute or type of animal, and the Child will be refreshed accordingly.
Link supports federated type instances: @Link supports union types and undefined and null. In the following example, the name type is string | undefined. Click the Button in the parent component Index to change the attribute or type of the name, and the Child will be refreshed accordingly.
Code example PropLinkPage
import { LinkComponent } from './components/LinkComponent'; import { PropComponent } from './components/PropComponent';
@Entry @Component struct PropLinkPage { @State message: string = '@Prop and @Link'; @State stateCount:number=0;
build() { Column({space:10}) { Text(this.message) .fontSize(20) .fontWeight(FontWeight.Bold) Button('增加次数').onClick(()=>{ this.stateCount++ }) Text('stateCount='+this.stateCount) PropComponent({propCount:this.stateCount}) LinkComponent({linkCount:this.stateCount}) } .height('100%') .width('100%')
} }
PropComponent
@Component export struct PropComponent{ @Prop propCount:number=0 build() { Column({space:10}){ Text('Prop子组件') Button('增加次数').onClick(()=>{ this.propCount++ }) Text('propCount='+this.propCount) } .width('100%') .padding(10) .backgroundColor(Color.Orange) } }
LinkComponent
@Component export struct LinkComponent{ @Link linkCount:number build() { Column({space:10}){ Text('Link子组件') Button('增加次数').onClick(()=>{ this.linkCount++ }) Text('linkCount='+this.linkCount) } .width('100%') .padding(10) .backgroundColor(Color.Pink)
} }
Swift Concurrency: The Future of Asynchronous Programming in iOS
Asynchronous programming has always been a challenging aspect of iOS development, often leading to callback hell, race conditions, and difficult-to-maintain code. Apple addressed these issues with the introduction of Swift Concurrency in Swift 5.5, making async programming more readable, efficient, and reliable. This feature brings modern concurrency tools like async/await, actors, and structured concurrency, which significantly improve how developers handle background tasks.
Async/Await: Simplifying Asynchronous Code
Traditionally, developers used completion handlers to handle asynchronous tasks, which often resulted in deeply nested and unreadable code. With async/await, Swift allows developers to write asynchronous code that looks sequential and synchronous, making it more intuitive. Instead of using callbacks, a function can be marked as async, and its results can be awaited using await, ensuring smooth execution and better error handling.
Actors: Ensuring Thread Safety
Managing shared resources across multiple threads has always been tricky, often leading to race conditions. Actors in Swift solve this problem by isolating shared mutable state. Unlike traditional locks or dispatch queues, actors ensure that only one task can access their data at a time, eliminating potential conflicts and making concurrent programming safer and more efficient.
Structured Concurrency: Better Execution Control
Another powerful feature of Swift Concurrency is structured concurrency, which ensures that all asynchronous tasks are properly managed and completed. With Task and TaskGroup, developers can efficiently handle multiple concurrent tasks, improving memory management and preventing resource leaks. This makes handling network requests, data processing, and UI updates much more streamlined.
Why Swift Concurrency Matters
With async/await, actors, and structured concurrency, Swift makes it easier to build high-performance, scalable applications while keeping the codebase clean and maintainable. These features not only enhance app performance but also reduce development time by simplifying asynchronous code management.
As Swift continues to evolve, mastering Swift Concurrency is essential for iOS developers looking to create faster, more reliable, and responsive applications. If you haven’t explored these features yet, now is the time to dive in!

AI and horary astrology
The pro-AI crowd have popped up in horary circles again, insisting that AI is helpful for doing horary because 'everything is conscious' and therefore capable of divination, which is a failure in understanding both divination and consciousness. If everything is conscious and you contend that makes it able to read horary, go and ask a slug to read your charts - see how far you get.
The thought struck me to ask horary whether AI is in any way capable of helping in interpretation, so the question is 'Can AI be useful for reading horary?'
Interpretation
AI/ChatGPT/LLMs are L6 - conceived of as a servant to people. L6 is the Sun - fitting, as people frame it as a bastion of knowledge and enlightenment - at 2° Pisces 57' in H12. The Sun is peregrine, i.e. a wanderer with no dignity, prone to being incorrect and by lacking accidental dignity is unlikely to be able to act effectively. It has the boon of having moved out of its own detriment recently, it has moved from 'awful' to simply 'not good' as a tool in this case. In Pisces, a mutable water sign, it is inconstant and prone to flip-flopping, which are not ideal qualities in a rules-based interpretative system. This doesn't mean it's impossible for it to get the right answer, but skews towards inaccuracy.
As for whether AI has the required knowledge to do horary, this is its turned H9 which has its cusp in Gemini. Mercury, natural ruler of information and communication, is AI's knowledge of horary. Mercury is at 12° Pisces 40' also in H12, in its own detriment and fall i.e. the AI's knowledge of horary is not just bad (detriment) but unfathomably bad (fall). Mercury sits under the sunbeams while it and the Sun (i.e. the AI itself) sit in Mercury's detriment - it harms and diminishes its own knowledge of horary. In H12, AI cannot properly deliver the knowledge it has. Awful knowledge in the 12th house can be framed as a good thing - if it was in strong accidental dignities, it would be highly capable of sharing misinformation on horary!
It's interesting to see AI's dispositor, Jupiter, which we might frame as the people who own or operate it, sitting in detriment in Gemini in close application to the antiscion of a fallen Mars Rx in Cancer on the 5th cusp. Note that Mars is H1 - us, the people in general, who, by exalting the creators of AI are brought into our own fall, making ourselves worse off. Mars right on the cusp both dominates and harms H5 matters including creativity, which (as L5, the Moon) is under the power of AI's creators. Not so relevant to horary, but it's what the artists and writers have been saying all along. And what does Jupiter want? It is in the domicile of Mercury - it want's a) AI to be knowledgeable (even though it is not), from inside H2 and in L2's domicile, it wants the people's money.
There are no particularly relevant aspects coming up, but in a question about the state and future state of something, that is not a limiting factor to interpretation. Note how the significator planets are well within their own signs, or early in them. This indicates this is the state of affairs for the foreseeable future.
Verdict
AI has no knowledge of horary, is actively worsening its own knowledge of horary and is of no specific use to horary astrologers. Yikes.
