Hello --- It's been a while. Lets talk.

I told you guys I would be back. and I'm back.

I've done a lot of learning. Not just in school but in life in general. I learned a lot about my relationships this past year. I learned a lot about myself, what I wanted in my life and where I am going from here.

I don't see tarot in that future but I feel like I've really just scratched the surface of how accurate my readings can go. every single. reading. I did this year was accurate.

At one point someone from three years ago had reached out to me to tell me how accurate the reading was.

And I think part of this is that I need to heal the way I see tarot. and how I do tarot. my friend, who is no longer on this app told me that maybe it's because I get to take my time, that my readings are more accurate.

I've noticed that I've been getting more burned out with tarot the more I try to keep up with everyone who seemingly gets to post more than one or two or even three readings a day.

that just can't work for me. not any more. I don't want to keep up with anything. I just want to study the stars, do my readings and be authentic and good in my readings.

I don't care if I'm the most popular anymore, or if I'm the fastest- which was truly what I cared about in the beginning. being the fastest- I just want to do right by myself and do readings based on how I feel.

I want to get back into tarot on here. it'll be free. my inbox will be open for them. but there will not be any time sensitive questions. you will not rush me. and I will, to the best of my ability, get them out to you.

Another glow up! I could lose a lot of visible weight this year, and I could refine my aesthetics or perfect my makeup as well. Getting secret admirers, my love life could be quite difficult. Perhaps my future spouse and I will be butting heads or have a few arguments. However, since it's retrograde I think rather than being mad at eachother we'll be frustrated with our situation. That is, if we do "meet".

On the other hand, it also means indirect confessions, or having to take the leadership role/compromise a lot in joint collaborative work i.e assignments.

Analyzing my solar return Chart for July 2024-July 2025!!!!!💗💗💗💗🦋

First solar return post on the blog! Don’t know much about analyzing solar returns so if I said anything incorrect just let me know but I’m just analyzing my solar return and predicting events! Solar return started on my 20th birthday July 27th, it will go on into July 2025⚡️

Sun in Leo 8h 5° : Sun in 8h means the main identity / theme of this year being 20 is gonna be about transformation, others finance, sex, and the worst possible thing could be that a death could happen with sun in 8h.

Moon in Taurus 4h 2° : Moon in 4h could mean that my emotions are more sensitive & emotional. In Taurus & 2° (Taurus) degree, my emotions can be more stable but will focus on my home / family with 4h.

Mercury in Virgo 8h 1° : Mercury in 8h my communication could be more bold / intense but could also communicate about finances, transformation, and sex with 8h. In Virgo my communication will be more organized but also more assertive with 1° (Aries) degree.

Venus in Leo 8h 19° : Venus in 8h could mean that my love life can be more intense, maybe even toxic & transformative. In 8h I could also like more darker colors bc Venus is also aesthetics. In Leo my aesthetic & love life it could be more confident and also more balanced with 19° (Libra) degrees.

Mars in Gemini 6h 4° : Mars in 6h could mean that my ambition / drive could be more with my routine with 6h. In Gemini my routine can consist of more communication because Geminis ruler is Mercury but also more sensitive because of the 4° (Cancer) degrees.

Jupiter in Gemini 6h 13° : Jupiter is our luck, expansion so my routine & health can expand in a good way with 6h. In gemini my luck can be from being good at communicating and witty. In 13° degrees (Aries) my blessings can come in fast & bold because of Aries degree.

Saturn in Pisces 3h 18° : Saturn is challenges / obstacles so challenges can be related to communication & education with 3h. In Pisces my obstacles can be more sensitive & spiritual with Pisces. In 18° (Virgo) my obstacles can come in more organized because of Virgo degree.

Uranus in Taurus 5h 26° : Uranus is sudden events / changes so my creativity can change but I could also unexpectedly get pregnant with 5h. In Taurus & 26° (Taurus) degree the sudden change can happen with a sense of stability & security.

Neptune in Pisces 3h 29° : Neptune is illusions, spirituality, & creativity. My creativity can be more centered with communication & learning with the 3h. In Pisces which is the planet that goes with Neptune, it just emphasizes that my creativity & spirituality will be centered around that. 29° (Leo) degree can be a more expressive of my creativity as well as dramatic this year.

Pluto in Aquarius 2h 0° : Pluto is transformations and my transformation can be related to finances, security, & self worth. In Aquarius the transformations can be more unique or unconventional. 0° degrees usually either means nothing or it embodies that sign as a whole so it would be Aquarius.

North Node in Aries 3h 8° : North Node is the direction that you’re supposed to go in (if wrong pls correct me lol), and in 3h I could be heading into maybe a career where communication & learning is important or I could be opening up and expressing my communication more. In 8° degrees (Scorpio), it can make these things have a more intense feel to them.

Chiron in Aries 4h 23° : Chiron is our wounds & what we need to heal. In 4h I could need to heal my wounds with my home & family. In Aries I could have a bold approach to healing or I could be feeling the wounds more intensely. At 23° degrees (Aquarius), my healing could be unique or could look unique to other people.

Vertex in Leo 8h 4° : Vertex is fated things that will happen and in 8h I could have fated transformations and rebirth experiences this year. In Leo, the fated things like transformation can make me become more confident. At 4° degrees (Cancer), the transformation can have a more emotional, nurturing affect.

Groom in Gemini 6h 11° : Groom is the husband and fs so my fs that I could meet can have Gemini, Virgo, or Aquarius placements. He can more organized, logical and witty / funny with Virgo and Gemini. OMG I'm so intro astrology! There are a bunch of placements in my chart that I feel are like absolutely core to who I am as a person:

I'm a Gemini sun. As I get older and have a job where I'm tasked with being an extrovert (or at least like a really good extrovert impersonator) and am more comfortable talking to and with others, I've been growing further into being a Gemini as I've gotten older. Like I didn't get it as a kid and didn't embrace that fast moving, quick thinking, siren-like way of being, but now I'm fully into it.

I have a deep deep love of my Taurus mars. I'm not confrontational by any means and I truly don't have a lot of brain space for being actively upset with anyone or exerting my anger like I just don't have the time and energy for it—when I've have an issue with someone it's either enough to cut them off or not enough to care at all, but either way they're out of my mind. But I always say that my Taurus mars keeps me out of trouble and keeps me zen because it really represents how careful I am about picking my battles (and once a battle's picked, I'm gripping onto that sword until the end like I am not leaving that hill).

Having conjunction between moon and venus. Having this interaction between my emotional center and my regulator of love and beauty I feel makes me appreciative of my emotional self and helps me feel more centered in who I am, which is again something I think I've grown into more as an adult. I think it's something that really emphasizes my sympathies and sincerity and warm and generous and those are the things I most value about myself and my interactions with others.

For things that don't make sense to me, I would say how my chart is fire dominant. Aside from the cleansing properties of fire, I don't relate to that element much. I think I've got a much earthier energy if anything, like my warmth is less of a flame and more of a hot stone, but alas that's the chart and maybe I'll grow into my fire as I get older too.

Saturn aspecting Mercury - when you speak, people try there best to one up you, but your a master at it by now > passive aggressive, or authoritative - who gives a fuck if you belittle the other person, because i mean if your right, then you right. so better off writing it into reality, rather than watch everyone clown around with the wrong answers. but speaking ths way to others, really does make it hard to talk to you, even if you right, your just a fkn asshole. so honestyl. stop trying to figure out the right answer, and think about whats the right thing to say. stop pretending to be an authoritative speaker if no one even wanna listen to you, and start owning what you say more. Saturn aspecting Uranus - okay these guys are outcasted from society hard, due to some bullshit, but when they get recasted back into civilization they become someone who can change society at large- but its gonna take so much work... their perspective has been molded differently to most because they've been alone for so long. they have strange ideas that somehow work into tangible assets. perfect example : eminem - i mean hes basically best case scenario with this aspect, but hey why not try for best case scenario? but then again he made that hamster song... so i mean not always best case scenario... THats the price of neglect you could say lmao. Saturn aspecting Neptune - your imagination is your greatest challenge but also the key to your ultimate glory. like Michael Jordan had this aspect and well he was hella delusional. until he wasnt.... but its hard to say how much this benefited him... because both stages of his life - pre glory - and; glory - he was heavily isolated from everyone, and (likely) suffered in seclusion, by placing so much importance on his dreams. saturn wants you to master the 'spiritual world' i.e. imagination and dreams, and this causes anxiety that their dreams will just be dreams. which is what makes them put so much effort into it becoming real... then they realize the price of it all when its too late. so just make sure your aware of what your manifesting because if anyone can make it, its you. (achieving ur dreams) Saturn aspecting Pluto - how powerless do you feel. you do realize people can see how thirsty you are for respect/power, because they can sense your insecurity from past exepriences, and thats why your easy to play with. but do not worry. you will attain true power with enough effort. not just a bullshit image of power. because you've been pushed into the most vile trials to have ever have existed, and its only so that when you become someone powerful, you utilize your power properly, and do not step on others, because you know damn well how much it hurts to be stepped on. so your power is > saturn. your trials are so intense, and you're basically broken, but things that are broken know how to cut others (like broken glass). and well saturn wants you to master this > pluto > the darkness. and it makes reaching the top so much more palpable, because you'd feel like you earnt it. but you can make others insecure about what youve overcame so you better be humble, or saturn will fuck you. no honour among thieves, and we know you experienced that, but the kings play different, and you gotta adapt or saturn will flatten you.

Yeah! I'll do each placement individually and then give you my analysis for the three together.

Aquarius Sun ☀️

They're very smart and analytical. They see the big picture of situations. They walk to the beat of their own drum, and they have a really unique approach to life. Many might see them as eccentric because they have really niche interests. They value their individuality and they are considered the humanitarians of the zodiac.

They like solving problems and they're the person you would want on your team or committee. Many could doubt their vision, but it always pays off in the end. They are accounting for factors others miss.

They don't like being perceived. They like social situations, but only on their own terms. And they can identify themselves strongly with their individuality. Sometimes this is so strong that it can impede their ability to lean towards progressive thinking at times. Which is odd because Aquarians are usually super progressive and forward thinking.

For example, if you're in a group of people and everyone says they think a skate park should be built, an Aquarius Sun might argue in opposition for the skate park. This is because they pride themselves in being different. This doesn't always happen, but it is a trend I've noticed. Specifically for Aquarius men. I feel like they'll argue about anything just to seem "unique." However, this could apply to anyone. (That's just been my experience with all my guy friends that have an Aquarius Sun. Including my brother lol. I haven't had this same experience as much with my non-binary and woman friends).

Overall, this is a fantastic placement.

Virgo Moon 🌙

They like to fix things. They have an abundance of resources and they're so organized. Almost to a fault. And this doesn't mean the traditional sense of organization. They could be externally messy, but have their feelings categorized. They could be messy at home but not at work. There's hundreds of variations and possibilities available with this placement.

They can be overly critical of themselves and others. Their standards are extremely high and they always aim for perfection. They must remember no one is perfect and perfection is unattainable. They may reject this, but they must find a way to hold space for themselves.

They're so kind and helpful, and they're great listeners.

They likely have anxiety and stomach problems. Which is a stereotype, but I have yet to meet a Virgo placement without anxiety and stomach problems. 😂

Capricorn Rising ⬆

They're business oriented and can make themselves extroverted if needed. They always have a plan for their back up plan, and not a single person in this world can tell them they can't do something. (As a cap rising, the only reason I finished college was out of pure spite 😂)

They probably had a really tough childhoods and can have a more difficult time navigating life until after their Saturn return.

They're responsible, analytical, and calculated. They're incredibly stubborn and firm. However, they are also full of anxiety. They just have a perfectly crafted poker face.

Conclusion

These three placements together can make you unstoppable in reaching your goals. As a combination of fixed and cardinal placements, when you set your sights on something you want, you get it. No matter how long it could take.

You may be riddled with anxiety and struggle with being hard on yourself. Tap into that Aquarius energy and embrace your individuality. Remember that failure is a part of success and if you fail, you can change your approach. Your path is unique. Follow it.

House placement would give me more insight. But with just the sign, I think this could be an excellent pairing as long as you learn to give yourself grace and learn some good coping skills.

You might find that you want to rebel against authority from time to time, but your Virgo Moon keeps you in check. Listen to your intuition. Push back against authority isn't always bad. I am slowly working my way through A Lantern in the Dark: Navigating Life's Crossroads with Story, Ritual, & Sacred Astrology by Danielle Blackwood. The premise of the book is that through knowledge and ritual, an individual can learn to navigate the highly activating outer planetary aspects of life with (more) ease. It's something that aligns strongly with my personal life philosophies (stay aware and carry your light preserver) and my understanding of astrology.

The first part of the book is about the Saturn return which I lived through a long time ago but the second section is about the midlife aspects that can happen anywhere from years 36-48 depending on the movement of the planets. They are the Pluto square, the Neptune square, the Uranus opposition, and the Saturn opposition (as they are written in the book).

And...I am apparently going through three of them as we speak. Pluto square, Neptune square, and Uranus opposition.

This is to say that even astrologers miss pretty big things when they are looking at charts. I was aware that I am approaching my Uranus opposition though mostly because I am approaching a conjunction between my Sun and Uranus. (I was born with a Sun-Uranus opposition in my chart) But the other two were completely under my radar.

And it explains a lot. I have been going through a MAJOR revelation of self, spirit, understanding of the universe and pretty much...everything...since 2017. This means that I'm actually handling these transits pretty well - this is what should be happening.

Yes, I can feel your confusion, but don't worry, that's what I'm here for!!! (at least trying to help you clear your confusion up lol)

On Aquarius vs. Pisces Rising:

A 29° Aquarius Ascendant already leans into Pisces energy, while a 0° Pisces Ascendant is the rawest form of Pisces energy, literally discovering all there is in an extreme to that placement. It might also be good to look at your planets in the 1st in order to distunguish what part exactly the planets influence in your first house!

Before I get into the descriptive part, what porbably helps you the most: Look at the chart rulers! Look at Uranus and Saturn for Aquarius and Neptune and Jupiter for Pisces and pay close attention to the houses! Often, by seeing which area in our life is the most prominent and has a strong influence on us/our decision making, it can be easier to find out which Ascendant is more fitting when you're between two options!

For me, the biggest difference here would be that Aquarius Ascendant is not as lost in their direction as a Pisces Ascendant would be. That is, because Aquarius bears the water, while Pisces is in the water. Aquarius is more about seeking out the mental connections to other people/purposes, simultaniously working on their own moral code while Pisces is more emotionally in or out of tune with situations/people. That means, that an Aquarius rising is by nature not as emotionally reactive as a Pisces Ascendant. They have a more rational approach that is anchored in their observations, facts, with the 29th degree being in the Venus decan, it can be influenced by the desire to not only connect intellectually and meaningfully with others, but also about the care for group dynamics, social dynamics in general, also on a larger, collective scale. Far more people oriented than Pisces Ascendant wold be, as Pisces often needs isolation due to emotional regeneration and coming back in touch with the self. It's emotional, mental and spiritual cleansing. A Pisces Ascendant soakes up the energy around them, they are emotionally led to the point where it can feel like they don't consciously control their immediate actions and decision making. They basically emerge into their environemnt. While both signs are idealistic, Pisces has a more obvious and strong romanticist approach to the world (even if they don't like to admit it). Pisces is not as eager to stay in the material world as Aquarius. While Aquarius stays with their feet on the ground, Pisces Rising will interact with the world from a strong (sometimes purely) emotional based viewpoint. When Pisces idealism is destroyed they return to neutrality/nihilism - all is nothing, nothing matters, we are all just floating around in space, I will not move, nor care. Aquarius on the other hand (while tying any positive outlooks on real possibilities in the world) will rebel and reject in order to keep their idealism. Another important aspect is that an Aquarius Rising is ruled by Uranus and co-ruled by Saturn, that makes them a foundation breaker and keeper at the same time as they revaluate society and it expectations. It's also a fixed sign, so in combination with your Pisces in the 1st house stellium, it might add to actions based on solid convictions, which tie the mutuable energy of your stellium loosely together, instead of a more directionless and sensing approach Pisces has. Aquarius Ascendant is stubborn with their views on how things 'should be' and what they think is right, while Pisces Rising will just have a harder time with confrontation, or react more from an emotionally stunned place than Aquarius Ascendant. Aquarius Risings with their Leo Descendant have also a more ego-based approach or rather figure out that sometimes they feel challenged by their ego by the way they feel misunderstood and alienated/secluded from others, leading often to a feeling of loneliness/ solitude by choice, especially if they make peace with their sense of self among others/the collective. This is also often another motivation to their actions: figuring out what they can add to the world with their being. After all Aquarius is a sign that stands for people and is the observer.

Overall: When you look at your knee-jack reactions and immediate interactions with your close environment, also put it into the context of the chart ruler! This will probably get you a clearer view

an actual astro observation: transits edition

So if you’ve been reading some of my stuff, you probably noticed I’m really into rulerships and I like to look beyond the general meanings of the planets... Especially since I discovered profections.

Well my 18-year old niece is going through her 7th house profection year. After not-so-long thought process I assigned her rising to Pisces (her hour of birth is 4:45pm, which gives her an Aqua rising BUT make it 4:46pm and it’s already in Pisces. And she’s a walking talking Pisces rising... also I guess what I’m about to say kind of rectifies her as such), so she has her Virgo descendant active this year. She just passed her driving licence a few days ago when Saturn, Mercury and Jupiter were trining her Mercury. The Saturn aspect was the most exact out of 3 of them & applying. Now, her Mercury is in Libra in the 8th, that’s not necessary in the theme of geting a licence. But it’s still Mercury, which rules transportation. And the 7th house? Well, it got legalised. So there’s that. 

Another thing I’ve observed in the last few weeks... I was about to get myself a MIDI keyboard for my birthday so I thought I ask for advice none other than Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park. He’s on Twitch now & was answering submitted questions regularly until... I asked mine. I swear I send out my question and he took a week off because of Thanksgiving... And then he just wasn’t answering them for some reason. Then he finally did it A MONTH LATER when Venus just moved into Sagittarius and transiting Sun was conjunct my natal Mercury. So I quickly ordered the gear and got it on December 24 (bday present turned Christmas present lol) when I was slowly approaching my Venus return. Then I was busy on Christmas Eve and had to first update my PC to Windows 10 and had to install all the stuff needed to play the keys. I finally got them running on December 26 on my Venus return day.

So what’s my conclusion???

EVERYTHING COMES AT THE RIGHT TIME. So don’t fight it. Things like that are wayyy too coincidental to be an actual coincidences.

I have other few similar stories but I find it interesting that everytime my Venus/Sun/Jupiter combo is majorly active, I’m getting a new music gear. I got my first guitar on my 18th birthday (transit Mars conjunct Venus so also trine Jupiter, Sun conj Sun); decided to get a ukulele in January 2019 during my Venus return, accompanied by Jupiter in Sag. Now this. Question is: is it because it’s Venus or because it’s connected to the fact that it trines Leo Jupiter? Or both?

Yet another person, who comes to me, who is gonna have an easier time getting achievements in life, than entering personal relationships, which can lead to loneliness. I really do attract your kind lol

My reasons for this conclusion:

1. Jyeshta Lagna is about following a lifepath focusing on the pinnacle of your achievements in the physical world, but also attracting jealousy from others, who feel like they are “less than” your position. This is going to make you very driven to achieve whatever you want, and since it’s literally your karma, you will be successful in some way...but you might not make many friends on the way, since people tend to be envious of Jyeshta people, and they tend to subconsciously try to play games with you due to a feeling of inferiority. Scorpio is a very triggering sign, and it tends to bring out people’s insecurities, and then making them project them on you. That can even be unconscious. I have Rahu in Jyeshta in the 2nd house, which is linked to family affairs, and my family tried to subtly put me down and criticised me my entire life, simply because I’m more compassionate, aware and developed than them and I aim higher in life. This is a lifepath, that might not give you many friends. 

2. It is an out of sign conjunction...but Sun does conjunct Ketu in Dhanishta in the same Nakshatra. That produces a double effect. You are karmically and spiritually required to surrender your ego, and can have a hard time asserting yourself, because Ketu detaches you from your sense of self and life purpose. On the other hand, you automatically manifest achieving some sort of higher position in life, probably through some karmic situations. Sun is in the 4th house, so it may be linked to your family/ancestry/lineage, you might have incarnated in a family that is of a higher status, at least compared to people around you, because status is relative. Paris Hilton has the exact same placement, and look at what she is born into. That can be linked to that Jyeshta Lagna jealousy, because people may underestimate any struggle you go through, and assume “you have it all” even if you’re miserable. Also, Ketu in the 3rd can make it hard for you to make efforts and power through to promote your own work, which fits with the Sun conjunction, but at the same time, it can come to you anyway, especially if you have some family connections, somehow you may have people do it for you (I’ve seen Ketu manifest like this, even in my own life). That can make people jealous of you as well. The 4th house is a very solitary place, and Sun there, especially debilitated in Aquarius, can have its quirks. Should improve after your Saturn return. Again, good for position in life, not so good for personal relationships. 

3. Because of the sense of inner loneliness these conditions can produce, you get Rahu in Ashlesha (Cancer) in the 9th house...which reflects your desire for internal security and emotional fulfillment. Rahu, however, produces struggles anywhere it touches, so you can come of as emotionally controlling and selfish to those you are trying to approach, even if deep down all you want is to feel the mutual nurturing, and the sense of fulfillment and optimism (9th house) that comes with it. Ashlesha Nakshatra especially has controlling tendencies, some astrologers even link it with the act of physically bonding a person. Again, good for business, to be able to read people, even use them for what you need if you wanted to...but hard for actual vulnerability in private.

4. Moon in a Sun ruled Nakshatra can be very self focused, in the 3rd house can be driven...but Moon is 12th houses away from the Sun.You could have been born with some practical advantages, but your family didn’t really pay attention to the depth of your emotional complexity. However, outside, you can come off as relaxed and self assured, making it hard for you to express that desire to be understood. Maybe you even struggle to identify it within yourself. 

5. Venus as Atmakaraka, again good for work, because it means socialising comes to you easy, and you enjoy it. However, Venus also cares about its relationships on a personal level, and merging with another, which can accentuate loneliness. Purva Bhadrapada, being the height of Jupiter, is going to have a need for intensity, because this is Jupiter reaching its maximum potential, even being out of whack if unchecked. You could have a lot of unfulfilling, even shallow connections to fill the void, before you end up in the right place. Also, Purva Bhadrapada likes to tease and trigger people, because Jupiter ruled Nakshatras are unconcerned with beating around the bush. So you can put some people off with that. 

Conclusion - you need a very strong person to be able to match your energy. You also have an edgy quality to you. I like you lol you seem interesting. Honestly, there is a lot of loneliness here. Learn how to surrender, relax and let go of control. Meditation is key, I recommend it to everyone. And have patience, because with all this Cap and Aqua, time is your friend.

Sevian Day 1: The First Date Extravaganza! 

(Seven’s P.O.V) Today is the day. Just knowing makes my heart pound with a strange mix of excitement and nervousness. It was hard to rest last night knowing that today marks Vivian’s and my first date. Of course, I have spent so much time making sure she has no idea what is going on. Just a regular hang out, she believes. Little does she know that I have planned out the whole day!... Well, loosely.

The two of us have always talked about a night under the stars, and at first, I thought maybe stargazing. But why stop there? We could explore all of the stars and space!! After all, space is one of the coolest places of all time, and I want my Wizard Princess to have the most fun as possible! 

The planetarium is the destination, but how to get her to not know about it until it’s too late? Well, what is a magician without a little distraction? But best not to reveal all my tricks before it happens lol. 

3 o’clock passes and I wait in anticipation until I can see Viv’s strawberry blonde hair and her bright smile. Immediately, my heart starts racing as my smile widens. She looks so pretty, so happy, just seeing her makes me feel so much brighter. She is truly magical.

I stand up and approach her, the butterflies in my stomach only making me feel more bubbly than usual. “Fancy meeting you here, madam!”

“Ah, I’m sorry, my dear subject, but I’m waiting to be picked up by my knight in shining armor. I fear I have no time to spare to talk with you.” She states with a fake sense of superiority as her laughter slowly breaks her act.

Her words make me stop, before bowing at her and gracefully grabbing her hand. “My Wizard Princess, I have searched the whole expanse to find you. Surely you must recognize your loyal knight!”

I rise once again, keeping her close to me. My cheeks begin to heat up as she leans fowards. “I have to act like the evil wizard’s spell worked on me. Of course, I will always know who my one and only Defender of Justice is.” 

Her whispers tickle my ear, but it’s surprisingly pleasant. She stays there for a moment, but as I open my mouth to reply, I feel her lips softly peck my cheek. Once again, my heart hammers in my chest, I start to wonder if Viv can hear it with how close she is.

As the blush on my face refuses to go away, I return the gesture, kissing her lightly on her cheek, before quickly backing away. No more distractions, it’s time for the ’First Date Diversion Plan, #1’ ”So, what baked goods are we going to try to find today?” 

Vivian doesn’t speak of a moment, the hue on her face probably as red as mine is. It takes a moment for her to reply, “Uuuhh…” She shakes her head and I can’t help chuckling silently at how cute she is being, “I thought, uhm… Maybe- uh, jelly-filled donuts?”

“Well, my lady, your word is my command!” I exclaim, offering my hand out to her, “I happen to know a place that offers great donuts! If I can lead you to my noble steed?” I gesture towards my car as I approach it, opening the door for her to get in. 

The smile she gives me as she looks at me sends me to the moon. “Thank you, my knight!” With a light squeeze to my hand, she gets into the seat. 

Getting in the car, I begin heading toward the planetarium. Keeping it a secret was so much fun, but I have a feeling she might catch on to the idea that we aren’t going to any bakeries. This marked the time to begin ‘First Date Diversion Plan, #2’!

I glance over towards Vivian for a moment before looking back at the road, “Hey, Yoosung asked me if I could drop off his bag for him real quick. Mind if we take a detour?” I ask, pointing to the bag in the back. It was just stuffed with another bag. bagception lol

She looks in the direction of the bag and smiles, “Did you guys have a sleepover?”

“Yeah, stayed up playing some LOLOL. He’s still trying to take my ranking. We stayed up all night and he just forgot to grab his stuff.” I even made sure Yoosung was aware this was my plan, though I’m not too sure how believable he’d sound if she called him. 

Her gasp catches me off guard, and I look to her again to see the concern on her face, “Does that mean you didn’t sleep at all? We can postpone the donuts if you need to sleep!”

With a soft laugh, I shake my head. While it was true I didn’t sleep, LOLOL was hardly the reason. “Nooooo, it’s fine! God Seven is more than capable of staying awake after only one restless night.”

As we pull into the Planetarium, I stay in the car a moment. Would she want to? No, now isn’t time to get nervous. As her knight, I know she’ll love it. Turning to Vivian, I can’t help the blush heating up my face. “So… I may have lied about a few things.”

Huffing softly, Viv furrows her brows to seem angry, although we both know she isn’t… It’s really cute. “I knew it! You ARE too tired!” She reaches over, her concern beginning to show through, and softly cups both of my cheeks in her hands, “I think you even have a fever…”

My eyes widen at her response, this is not what I meant to happen.  “No, I am more awake right now than I could ever be! Because, well… you see, I… Wanted to take you to the stars...” I mumble as I gesture towards the building, my face now probably as red as a tomato. 

“This trip, Yoosung,” I continue, “It was all made up. Although, we are totally going to go get donuts after this! What do you say, Wizard Princess Vivian and her Godly Knight 707 being space cowboys for the day?”

We sit in silence. For a moment, I think that maybe she didn’t want to, but she quickly turns towards the planetarium, then to me, then back to the planetarium, and back to me. It was adorable to watch, but it was nothing to the look of bliss on her face as she leans over to me for a hug. “Yes! I say yes, it would be an honor to be space cowboys with my sweet, godly knight 707!” She exclaims, still wrapping her arms around my neck. I hug her tightly against me, committing this moment to memory. 

Staying in the car for a little longer, neither of us are wanting to stop out embrace. With her with me, I feel as if I have everything I could ask for in the world. But as I remember why we started hugging in the first place, I relax my grip on her. “Then climb aboard, madam! The fun is about to begin!” 

I step out of the car and quickly move to her side, letting her out of the car and offer my arm to my dazzling princess. Side by side, we make our way into the building. To show her the sun, the moon, the stars, and everything in between. All the things I want to give her.

Feeling Viv lean softly against me, my smile only brightens, “This is a wonderful idea, Seven. Thank you so much for bringing me here.”

There are no words I can say to express my feelings. Instead, I place a soft kiss onto her forehead before entering the building.

(Vivian’s P.O.V) Being so close to him and feeling his lips lightly pressing against my forehead sets my head into the clouds. I feel like I’m flying; his warmth and the fluffy comfort of the hoodie he’s always wearing adds to the feeling of floating close to the sun. I only find myself back in my own body on the ground of the earth after we already entered the planetarium.

It’s breathtaking. Of course, we’re only in the foyer so far and it’s probably a foyer like any other, nothing special, some might say. But just being here with him, being here because he put so much thought into where we can go to spend an extraordinary day… There’s nothing more special I can possibly think of.

After looking around in awe, never letting go of his arm to bring a single inch between us, I turn to him. “Have you ever been to a planetarium before? Or only in real space?”

“This is an experience for us both. I’ve only been launched into space, never got to look at it from afar!” It’s an answer exactly like I expected of him and I mirror his goofy smile before we huddle together, chuckling. We probably look like two happy kids and, really, I can’t remember a time I’ve been this carefree and happy since I’ve been a child. Seven makes it extremely easy to be happy around him…

Before I can dwell on that thought, the big door in front of us gets opened and I gasp, buzzing in anticipation. “It’s starting!”

His warm, honey eyes reflect my excitement. “Come on, we have to be first to get the best seats!” Without any further hesitation, he nyooms into the room and drags me with him. I still can’t stop giggling as I follow him, never letting go of his arm. 

Eventually, he deems two seats that he ensures me are exactly under the middle of the dome above us worthy to be our seats for the presentation and I just agree, not caring where we sit at all. Even sitting on the ground would be perfect as long as he is sitting beside me.

We get seated and I still hold on to his arm, not willing to let go just now.

“To be honest I don’t know anything about the stars except that they are pretty.” I look at him, hoping my smile can express the endless joy I’m feeling better than my words can. “This is so exciting, I can’t wait to learn something new!”

He leans in and gives me a meaningful look. “They won’t teach you this here or anywhere else because only the wisest specimens of mankind know this, but Saturn is actually the Beyoncé planet.”

My eyes widen as I lean in as well. “Are you allowed to share this well-kept secret with me?”

By now, his voice is nothing more than a whisper. “Because it has the rings on it.”

Unable to keep up the act, I dissolve into a fit of giggles while the lights dim around us. Suddenly, this feels extremely intimate and I’m glad Seven isn’t able to see how intense the blush on my cheeks is, thanks to the darkness in the giant room. Before I can say anything more, someone turns a magic switch and an infinite wave of stars washes over us, causing my head to turn to the ceiling immediately.

“Wow… This is incredible.”

I feel his eyes on me and shoot him a very short smile before I look back up. All these bright speckles around us are truly enchanting and I can’t bring myself to turn my eyes away for longer than a few seconds. A friendly voice starts to echo through the room and I have half a mind to try to find the woman with the microphone standing somewhere in the room, but I really can’t look away. So, instead, I just take in all the information presented to me and try to memorize them. 

The moment only gets better when his hushed, soft voice reaches my ears. “When we go stargazing for real, we can know where all the constellations are.” This time I take longer to look at him and nod, trying to let my eyes speak for myself, hoping they reflect the happiness that is filling every inch of my body. I look down, looking for his hand. I hesitantly take it, lacing our fingers together. Not daring to look into his eyes anymore, I give his hand a light squeeze before looking back up, letting the voice guide me through the Milky Way. 

Prepared for what’s coming, I put on the most serious impression I can pull off.

“And here you can see Saturn-”

I nod solemnly. “The Beyoncé planet.”

Out of the corner of my eye, I see Seven returning the serious nod. “You’re learning well, my space padawan.” He turns back to the screen before laughing at himself and I have to place my free hand over my mouth to not let the giggles become too loud as well.

After that, it doesn’t take the planetarium long to cast its spell over me once more and while I keep my eyes glued to the dome for the entirety of the show, I let my hand rest in his. 

When we get back into the foyer after the presentation, it seems to be even more beautiful than when we came in. Because now, I’m holding his hand. Being with him tends to make me lose any sense of time so I’m a little surprised when we step back outside and find the sun already setting. Not willing to part from him yet, an idea pops up in my head. “If we wait a bit longer, you can test the knowledge I gained today immediately, space sensei.”

“About that….” He shyly turns his head away and I think I spotted a hint of pink on his cheeks. “Care for a drive? I may have a spot picked out for your space test.” With a smile on his face, he looks at me and his cheeks are definitely pink. Maybe almost as pink as mine.

I nod. “I’d follow you to the end of the universe.”

The WHO and the WHAT

Giving understanding your chart a chance:

Planetary Alignments

Taurus, Pisces.... Even knowing your sun is a Cancer and your rising in Aries is all good and well. But planets add a whole other layer over the way you may function in a sign (or a house but that’s for another post I guess). It’s easy to remember traits about zodiac signs (like fiery elements and the differences between cardinal and fixed) but do you know what sign a given planet is in? If it is in strength or at a weakness? These observations can turn a non-believer of astrology into an advocate.

My Venus is in Virgo (also my sun and moon sign and of course in fall or working against it’s placement) meaning for ME, finding someone who has the capacity to understand my love language or not take advantage of my mutable big three has been hard. I notice a trend of retreating inward without knowing it (when my emotional needs aren’t met), and others need to see and hear things to know... And there is the disconnect. 

Mercury: ☿ The Messenger ~ The clear ruler of communication (and why the retrograde is so fantastically catastrophic, but more on that later), how we take in, let out, and process information is important. Your sun, moon, & rising should be taken into account separately from this. A sun in Scorpio may mean you’re mysterious, emotional (even if you hide it), and a bit brooding but a Mercury in Leo could mean you explain and express yourself with unexpected flair. Understanding this aspect in your chart can help you be a better listener, talker, or find out what kind of people you want to interact with in the long run. 

*I used my Leo Mercury as an example. I go through introverted, critical, and anxious bouts as an overthinking earth sign, but I’ve always had a knack for telling stories and only recently have I discovered this connection. Using humor to cope is comforting to most people, I guess. lol

Venus: ♀︎ The Lover ~ I will admit to using Sailor Senshi to remember my planetary themes, but yes this one is known emphatically as The Lover. In addition to your sun, moon, and Mercury this can give you insight to how you love, your own love language, and how best someone might receive you. My Virgo Venus has doubled down on the earthy acts of service as mine. I’ve always wanted to make sure the people I love and care about are fed (finishing my food if I cannot) and their lives easier (tidying a room, folding laundry etc...). Somewhere along the way, this became easier than words. 

That’s nice and all, but my criticalness and Mercury-ruled energy (A sharp Virgo way with words that can be weaponized and unfocused Gemini-ness that at best is spacey) it’s hard for me to get through to people at times. Understanding yours (or someone else’s) Venus is their approach to romance (so how much more emotionally intelligent do you feel understanding how you communicate and how you approach love ?). 

Mars: ♂︎ The Warrior ~ If Venus is our feminine ~love~ energy, then Mars is obviously the opposite (at least in symbol). What grinds your gears? Turns thoughts and ideas into action? Mars is about expressing (our anger) and how we get what we desire. What is that cost?

Our drives and our passions.... Mine happens to be in Gemini. I love my ability to go with the flow and appeal to all sorts of people, professions, and hobbies. But this energy (even with my earthiness) is unfocused. Lots of thought and brain action (and typing at 3 am asfcgsd) but harnessing it is not always an easy thing for me. If we can be honest here, it never has. 

I can be easily bored (although I will say I’m crushing boredom in quarantine for the most part) and my mercurial ass is actually exhausted and borderline in distress when I’m bored. My mind races and it becomes anxiety. Even hyper-vigilant criticisms of myself. I’ve turned to bottles, pills, and risky behavior to avoid it! Now that I see and understand this cloying longing to feel like I belong everywhere and the way chaos manifests in my space if I’m not well, I begin to understand and fix that. 

I must find balance in the doing and the not doing but I can’t let my mind get bored. I’ve always been a fidgety person and talked with my hands (my massaged cat and friends can attest to both). And I often take on many projects and only the strong survive.... I used to not understand my Gemini rising but the more I talk, the more it make sense (since it is ruled by the Mercury communicator and the area of the hands).

Jupiter: ♃ The Sage ~ Now here’s something maybe everyone can get into. Luck. Jupiter has to do with a lot of luck in our charts, how we improve our lives and show generosity throughout it. For me, though my Jupiter comes in the same sign as my sun and moon (New Moon babies unite), its is actually at it’s detriment or not working as strongly as it could be (a trend I’m noticing with my Virgo placements lmfao).

Investigation will show that I’ve always been good at being persuasive and using warm graces to win someone over. That’s why from customer service to [REDACTED] (rhymes with.... h*x w*rk), I make a good front of house. My need to see a tangible result of progress (in video games, typing things like this out, or reorganizing all my things, creating art) can be attributed to this. For a day dreamer, I have a very grounded chart. 

Saturn: ♄ The Taskmaster ~ Saturn, Saturn, Saturn.... Known of course by the infamous return, the one denoting when different clusters of generations ‘grow up’ (and I’m pretty sure I’m about due for AND going right through mine but I deleted co__star lmao), some associate with death. The end. Saturn is associated with restriction and limitation. Boundaries. This all sounds negative, but Saturn brings with it structure and meaning. A good relationship and understanding yields great things for life!

“Saturn is often associated with our fathers or father/authority figures. In childhood, the discipline, rules, and regulations imposed on us by our authority figures–from parents, teachers, and the like–were not always pleasant, but they actually helped us to understand the world around us. Similarly, Saturn’s lessons actually help us to grow.”

Ouch.

I will try to let this speak for itself and not project TOO much of my own chart as if you care, but I’ve only recently seen so deeply into what makes up who I am astrologically. I’ve always had a bit of a struggle with boundaries. Initiating them. Holding my space and comfort over others.

I was born during a New Moon and at LEAST one retrograde. 

Saturn.

I can condemn myself for that or I can keep going, deeper and see why and how going forward I don’t fall into the same pitfalls (or maybe give myself a little compassion seeing that others have struggled my struggle). It does kind of feel like the whole world is on it’s Saturn return right now, though. 

Uranus: ⛢ The Revolutionary ~ My Uranus was also in retrograde during my birth. I do feel conflict at this time of riots, protests, and rampant and unrepentant police brutality. People who look just like me die in the streets, in police custody, somewhere in strange circumstances. Vulnerable to covid and staying to help my parents, my place isn't at protests even if it feels like my heart is. I do my part to speak my mind and perspective, donate and raise awareness. Support my allies on the lines in the ways I can. 

I cannot lie and say the present doesn’t scare me. Or being tear-gassed, detained indefinitely, thrown in jail or court, or disappeared. All of it. 

“Uranus is quite at home in the eighth house of resurrections. You are naturally open and support change. “Change is good,” is your constant motto. Re-inventing yourself from time to time sounds like a good idea to you. You couldn’t possibly have it otherwise. Life would be boring without change. Your style and pace of bringing about change though may leave others dazed and breathless. The style of change that you prefer can be destructive to those around you. Your good intentions are never at doubt though. It’s just that you are addicted to your ideas and you sometimes overlook human emotions. Your natural impatience with status quo drives you to move fast leaving the staid behind.”

Maybe I jump ahead getting to houses, but I wanted to switch it up. Though Uranus was essentially moving backwards when I was born (and that seems to not bode well), the house (which can speak to a best way to reach the potential of your placements) seems to have kept me from losing all discernment and ability to adapt. 

On the topic of revolution among other things, I feel conflicted. Helpless. Futile. I’m finding my way through that, but it is almost awe-inspiring to see a struggle mapped out in the charts while I go through it. 

Neptune: ♆ The Dreamer ~ Didn’t I say earlier I’m a bit grounded for a daydreamer? A lot of my daydreams (and borderline escapism lol) are rooted and threaded in reality (especially since covid and damn near martial law have changed everyone’s perceptions of such). I have some far out dreams, but the content in my head could be shockingly close to reality sometimes. I love playing Animal Crossing and other general life simulations and always have.

Your vision of an ideal world may center around respect for rules, order, responsibility, and morality. You need to believe in the realizability of your dreams, and this means that your fantasies usually have a very realistic thread to them. There is a conservative, possibly somewhat cynical element to your nature. Because general optimism/faith does not typically carry or motivate you, energy levels may not be high when you don’t believe in what you’re doing, and inspiration is not easy to find in the first place. However, you can turn a dream into reality more easily than most. Your vision is practical but also doable.

I really am this optimistic-pragmatic-realistic but hardworking ???? person. My Neptune was also in retrogrograde during my birth. It has not hindered my creativity but even that is met with rigid expectations and an expected method for madness. I could stand to be dreamier and I work to inspire a calming, soothing, dreamy atmosphere (essential oils, Virgo 4th house things). But this may be why I always have my brain never too far in the clouds. Not without stimuli. 

Pluto: ♇ The Transformer ~ Ah, Pluto is the Ruler of Scorpio. A deep cut in my chart but I have always had a bad habit of falling deep, deep into the well of a watery Scorpio even though I should know better. Renew and Rebirth hits my experience with them on the head. At it’s worst, these planetary placements can promote a hedonistic greediness. ‘Everyone is bad so I must be too’ and a real commitment to harming those before you can get smited (because we’ve all been smited). 

I don’t have a lot of water in my chart personally, but this can help account for my intensity in search of connections (and why unlike a lot of my peers I pull away for long periods and go all in again, almost cyclical in a place where everyone’s always booed up).

Pluto in Scorpio may try to remain positive so strongly that they find themselves in denial, finding out when it is too late about all that was happening right under their noses.

Bingo.

Being strong and able to deal comes with a certain detachedness, a wall others cannot or will not try to breach. Understanding this will help me bring some of it down, right?

I was on the bus to the library today (because what else do I do) and I saw this older black woman get on and she also had a library book and I just started thinking about like hm wonder if that'll be me when I'm old. Like, will I still be taking the bus to the library on weekends? Will I be wearing coordinating windbreaker jacket and pants outfits?

Then, as we were approaching the stop for the library she was reaching for the string to pull and couldnt quite reach it so i pulled it and she saw me and smiled.

And idk it really just made me think about how you really can't ever imagine exactly how your life will turn out. And how you can't totally plan for it either.

Like, I've always had a hard time with things like thinking several years in the future because I'm like literally anything could happen any day that would throw all those plans out the window. Not saying I'm above planning out what I want in life or that its dumb to do so, just with my own life experiences i truly know how things can really get out of hand and your life takes a radically different direction.

I definitely have an idea of how I want my life to be, but I just cant allow myself to be too attached to how I get there. Not because I'm too zen or whatever but I just know that I can't predict the future and I just can't let that bother me anymore.

When I used to go to therapy I was always slumped in the chair agonizing over what would happen in the future and having meltdowns because i couldnt tell what was ever going to happen to me. And one time the therapist was like, wouldn't it be boring to know exactly what was going to happen in life and I was like no?? At least if I knew I was going to end up living in an assisted living facility with only puzzles for friends I could live in peace??

But yeah I cant know and I've just made peace with that, sort of. My friends always joke about how nothing bothers me and that's really not the case lol. It's just that when I have some life turmoil, I just cant spend the energy agonizing over it anymore. I'd rather direct that energy like, well this is what's happening so what do I need to do to adjust and make it work.

It also make me think of the time in high school my friend and I were talking about how being an adult seemed so terrible. She said that living past 30 was awful because everything is downhill from there and we both agreed. Thinking about that now, she's a mom and has a job she really loves and we talk on Facebook sometimes and idk if she even remembers that conversation but I'm always so happy for her. I'm turning 29 this year (yes it's my saturn return) and honestly I didnt have any plans for what my life would be like at this point because I really thought I would never even be 20. So yeah I'm really just out here winging it. I dont have 4 kids like my parents at my age, I dont own a home like my friend does and I'd be lying if I said I didnt compare myself to other people, but who would have thought I'd ever even get to this age certainly not me.

I really dont have a point, I just saw an old woman on the bus and was like wow life can be anything.
