First 4 miler of the year and A little progress update. With this type of 4 mile time I feel i can push 6 miles under 1 hour. Only time and consistency will tell. Haven't made up my mind if I should go ahead run the Cooper River Bridge Run or not but we will see. I'm constantly setting new goals for myself and working toward keeping myself motivated. Miles sighed softly with a small squeak. She had been looking around for another file to add to her map. She blinked seeing one she had yet to find. She turned a curious dark purple color before entering the file finding herself at entrance of a zone. It was different from the other files she has seen and floated forward to explore. She gave a small hum as looked around the palace. She hoped that she wasn't intruding. (I hope this is okay)

Let's talk about it. Ran my first 6 mile of the year this monday in which I ran that in 1hr and 1 min. Today I made and challenged myself to get 6.2 miles under and hour by running one of the toughest routes to mimic what I would run during the cooper river bridge run but it only took 59 mins and 34 secs. This route I believe is tougher than the bridge do to rolling hills 3 to 4 of them exactly with the biggest hardest hill towards the end of the run. I'm excited. I never thought I would run this fast in a 10k and man I never thought I would run a 10k at all. ➵ - Food fight! Our muses ditch the cooking and start slinging flour!

  Seeing as how Cybertron had no organic food for the newcomers Navimus had gotten some stuff for them to make their own meal she figured they would be fine on their own and left to go take care of some other task needed around the city. When she came back she heard laughter and as soon as she opened to door was met with a puff of flour hitting her straight in the face. 

  “What the frag?!” Once she had cleared the flour from her face she could see the little makeshift kitchen was a mess.

looked around the outside of the palace before she made her way to the actual palace it’s self. Maybe she should knock on a door? It would be rude to just walk in. Floating back to the front she knocked on the door of the palace. It was a quiet knock that almost wasn’t heard.

It's a little irritating that someone's knocking on the door-- can't they see how big the palace is? You hear it, but you wouldn't have if you were further inside, say in your shrine or the bedroom.  Reluctantly, you stand to go answer the main set of doors, opening one to peer out. "Bonjour. What do you want?"
