I made a do it yourself photo box for my figurines.

* take a white plastic jug, in my case, a kitty litter jug. Thin and easy to cut with scissors ✂️ or a box cutter.

* I had extra Styrofoam, I cut it to size for the floor of the jug. It creates a flat white surface. Because my jug had grooves and bumps.

* cover the inside with white paper, including the floor. Because the Styrofoam can and will get dented. The paper will protect the Styrofoam. The paper will help distribute the light more evenly.

* the advantage of the jug, is that you can take pics through the jug's original opening.

Adding some fun bird facts

1) Pigeon wings are loud during takeoff because they are prey animals and thus need to escape quickly. Their wings need power quickly, that's why you can hear their wings during takeoff.

2) Owl wings are silent. It is partly because they do not have the oils on their feathers. It allows their feathers to not be as rigid. But there is a disadvantage of having less oils on their wings. They're not waterproof. Look it up, owls look like a drenched cat.

These are Epic Hacks skeletons. There are many styles.

Pros:

* Very accurate. The hip bones, the ribcage, wonderful!

* it can open and close mouth

* Very flexible

* it can stand on its own, and the stand it comes with is easy to use.

* the accessories are very good.

Cons:

* some may consider the price of 30-50$ expensive, it really depends on the outfit/style you go for.

* The spine flexibility is not perfect, it can't do "swooping back poses" think Ballerina/mermaid/crazy ninja

* taking off the rubber clothes.

* Cut off

* The hot water method. Surprisingly, Barbie Doll customization tutorials are a great resource. Microwave water for 30-60 seconds. Place figure in water for 5-30 seconds and the clothes are easier to peel off.

I might challenge/torcher myself, using him as a reference. He is a talented archer, and can strike awesome poses. Bows and Arrows are challenging to draw. lol I don't think I can currently attempt it, but I need to reblog this so I can find him easier, for when I feel up for the challenge.
