This week of OCs, it's OCs from Cassiopeia Quinn. You know, that webcomic that I make over at https://www.cassiopeiaquinn.com/
Flavor Text is as follows:
1: CASSIOPEIA: Heh. 69. That's, you know... The only natural number whose square and cube use every digit from zero to nine exactly once. *Nice.*
2: An unusual example of the Vanaa species, Nimoo enjoys many human items and traditions, and few more than Halloween. Taking advantage of his malleable form allows Nimoo the chance to dress as festive gourds or a behatted occultist.
3: Despite being a near full body replacement cyborg, Zeke likes to keep most "smart applications" in his head to a minimum. A built in clock is nice for when he wants to check on the oven or the laundry, but he'll turn it off when he's lying down with some dusty old paperback.
4: Paola Feti is a model Navy officer (in a culture based on reputation, rank, and competition). Her skill at dueling hasn't actually proven her correct in any arguments, but it's definitely given her the last word more than once.
5: Madison figured she'd be happy after finishing this new kit, but all she could see are the dozen little mistakes. And they'll nag at her every time she sees it.
(we'll be past 75 characters a day next week meaning I'll be 3/4 of the way to meeting my 100 OC characters a day thread goal, let's a go)

Nimoo is a dancer in a traditional Ladakhi group. Ladakhi people have a beautiful culture that shares similarities with their Tibetan neighbors. The Ladakhi traditional outfits are some of the most sophisticated in the world. Nimoo’s shoes, for example, are called pabu and are made of woven yak hair. Her headdress is called perak and is studded with gemstones, being passed down from mother to daughter. I took this photo in Leh, Northern India, last year.

Satellite 9 recently drew a sketch with his/her/their own character she added to the crew of Cassiopeia Quinn, and I was jealous. ;-) Here's Drago chatting with Nimoo. Not sure if thigh highs are regulation on non-commanders. I'm sure Drago would be try to bend that rule if it was. I figure he'd be a doctor on the crew. I don’t know if he would have the same outfit he’s wearing now? Maybe when dressed out for presentation. But office scrubs would probably be more utilitarian. Nimoo (c) Psuede  and Gunwild.

Councilor Baroo-Minjee Expressed strong resentment over clubbing of Power Station Headquarters: Councilor Baroo-Minjee Ghulam Mehdi Sheikh has strongly condemned the decision of clubbing the NHPC Power Station Chutak and Nimo Head Head Quarters. His reaction came after an order by the NHPC authorities to club the Headquarters of 44 MW Chutak along with 45 MW Nimoo Basgo Power Station which shall subsequently result in shifting the Kargil based Chutak Power Station Headquarters to Nimoo Basgoo. The councilor siad that this decision may result in losing jobs of tens of the local youth who are being employed since the inception of the project. Besides that it would be very difficult to access directly with the authorities of NHPC if the headquarters are shifted to Leh. The councilor further added that many local youth has become physically disable during their services in the project and the current move shall be a bad reward for them if implemented. He said that the government often comes up with gifts on the occasion of Eid to the employees, while this government has resorted to snatch the livelihood of small scale employees on the festive occasion. The councilor has also written a letter to the Chairman LAHDC Kargil and Deputy Commissioner Kargil regarding the same and demanded immediate intervention to revoke the decision. Mehdi has requested LG Ladakh, Advisor to LG, Commisioner Secretary PDD and Divisional Commisioner Ladakh to address this issue immediately so that the people of Kargil could get appropriate justice in a rationalised manner. He held that government would be wholly responsible if any kind of public anger comes on the fore in case the decision is implemented without review. Sarpanch Goma Minjee Ali Naqi also expressed strong resentment over the decision and demanded immediate revocation of the order.
