Anyways, going to be talking about my squad of TBB S/Os. They're known as the "Baddies Batch" because they're significant others to the members of the Bad Batch and they're a bunch of Baddies. Phee is included in the squad too!

What's a song that represents their vibe?

Khea Nultez - "Steady, Steady" by The Crane Wives! Something a little folksy, but fast-paced, defiant, and confident singing about one's journey and the mistakes you can make if you don't have a clear head for what's to come. Fitting for the headstrong Mandalorian tied to her culture and family who has a tendency to run, to and from danger. Tay'kaa Marr - "Style" by Foster the People! Something that's upbeat and catchy, yet when you actually look into the lyrics there's something a little more–resistance, regret, frustration, etc. Fitting for a cocky merc who puts up a stylistic facade with a devil-may-care attitude who refuses to comply with authority. Viram Cossa - "First Love/Late Spring" by Mitski! Something bittersweet that sounds like yearning and being so terrified of love and what it brings while also discussing maturity and the varying levels of it. Fitting for the Mikkian so overwhelmed by her work and desire to be in a relationship, who had to grow up faster than most and doesn't know how to handle her emotions as a result. Jung-Myn Yun - "Bambi" by Hippo Campus! Something a little slow and soft, about longing and the confusion of trying to figure out your place in the world. Fits perfectly for the softspoken former Jedi Temple Guard who's trying to make sense of an ever-changing galaxy and their place in it.

If they could change one thing about themselves, what would it be?

Khea Nultez - Khea wishes she was stronger, both physically and mentally. If she was stronger in those two ways, maybe she would've been able to save her brothers. If she was stronger, maybe she'd be more mature and would've not done the things she did to make her life more difficult. Maybe if she was stronger, she wouldn't be so afraid all the time. Tay'kaa Marr - Tay wishes he could say 'no,' more or know when to stop. Not in like a people-pleasing way (though that's part of it) but in a way he doesn't know how to back down from things, therefore putting him and others at risk. He's competitive, he can't help it, and he wishes he could. Viram Cossa - Viram wishes that she knew how to let things go. How to let friends, family, grudges, traditions, and ideas go for the greater good or for the sake of herself. She wished she didn't hold onto everything so desperately and tightly because in the long run, it just makes everything hurt all the more. Jung-Myn Yun - Jung lowkey wishes he was never a Jedi. He wishes he could've lived a normal life and not one of a Jedi Temple Guard, where you're stripped of your identity and individuality because maybe life would've been simpler. He would've been able to know who he was and would've avoided all the pain that came with being a Jedi.

Which store would they shop at for their clothing in a modern day AU?

Khea Nultez - Khea doesn't really care where she gets her clothes, as long as they fit and don't bother her, she'll wear them. However, she tends to get a lot of her things from places like Boot Barn or brands like Ariat because she's a cowgirl at heart. Tay'kaa Marr - Tay's a bit of a brand freak and wears like only Nike or Adidas. He has a bunch of 'sporty' or 'comfortable' clothes that are usually brand things because he thinks it's "cool." If you catch him wearing something that isn't a brand he's going to force you to never tell anyone. He also likes streetwear things, so places like OUTCHA work too! Viram Cossa - Viram likes to thrift or shop at little boutiques like Francesca's! She enjoys finding cute outfits and putting things together, never mind the fact that she's usually in scrubs all the time. She's not too picky really, so long as it's cute. Jung-Myn Yun - Jung kinda dresses like an 아줌마 ("Madame/older woman" in Korean, but also kinda a slang word for a certain style). They get most of their clothes from places like Uniqlo or Louis Castel, or really any place you can find older Asian people shopping at. Really, so long as it's comfy, he doesn't care.

I decided to go ahead and redesign my OCs just for the hell of it. It's been a little over a year since debuting them and their first versions, so I thought it was about time for an update! Also, it's just nice to see how my art style has changed over the last year.

Silly Squad Textboxes Pt. 1

Howdy, I'm back :)

Was dealing with school and just a bunch of depressive episodes that made me not want to draw and write, but I'm doing a lot better now.

I'd wanted to make a bunch of drawings for the Squad and these textboxes I found on Pinterest, but I'm not really feeling like art right now, and it's too time-consuming, so I did the next best thing and just edited the images on Canva :P

Silly Squad Valentines Day Cards

Happy Valentine's Day!

As always, I'm spending today thinking about my ships, so of course, that means the sillies, and I came up with this idea to make Valentine's Day-themed cards for couples! So alas!

I had a lot of fun making these - it's been a while since I've drawn any of the sillies and it was fun to mess around on Canva to make the cards :P though looking for fitting fonts for their handwriting was a pain

Tried this with the Baddies Batch and I was amazing these headcanons were all canon in my eyes-

Khea probably was dropped out the window at one point honestly-

Jung as a sleepwalker would be TERRIFYING. I just know they would scare the shit out of Hunter in the middle of the night.

The Tay one took me out because he IS awful with kids and I have a whole one shot idea planned out for dealing with that because it's like the one thing he's insecure about.

Viram having a Mary sue oc is hilarious, I love it. I know girl makes ocs and writes fanfics in her free time 😭

Shooting Stars

I saw these belt buckles and IMMEDIATELY knew I had to draw Khea and Crosshair with them. They just have those vibes and they own it 😌 Also saw this and wanted to draw Khea in it since her whole motif deals with stars. Also, hence the two of them being called "Shooting Stars" in my mind. Not in like a ship name type way (more of a dynamic than anything) because they're very much older sister and annoying younger brother who both respect each other but won't ever admit to that, coded. yeah Crosshair's got the javik shirt and Khea's got the shimmer strap

Not Gonna Reach My Telephone

They're on the phone with each other. I saw this photo and had been wanting to draw someone for ages now and found the perfect opportunity to do so with Hunter. Then I just decided to draw Jung on the phone as well

Animals in a Gilded Cage

This is based off that one cunty picture and is definitely a photo of the two of them back when Tay was working with Black Sun and Khea was working for a pirate lord. Oh, and when they were hooking up. As for the 'hound dog' and 'songbird,' I see both of them being those kinds of animals for a good chunk of their life before reaching the realization that a gilded cage is still a cage and they need to break free from it. That being said, Tay's very much like a hound dog in those dog fights - treated like a mutt and forced to fight - while Khea's like a canary in a gold mine - something pretty on display being used for the benefit and survival of others.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope y'all are spending today with someone you love or treating yourself to something nice! 🩵

Treating my aroace-ass self to daydreaming about the sillies and how they'd spend their Valentines - so here's a couple of headcanons!

Hunter + Jung:

- Nothing huge planned for Valentine's, but they'll use it as an excuse to get some well-needed rest and time to themselves - Day starts off with Jung and Omega making Hunter breakfast in bed and all three of them just lounging about until they have to wash the dishes - After that, they probably do various things together, like meditating together, having an at-home spa day, and then for fun they probably do that thing where couples will try to paint portraits of each other (which probably ends with a big mess) - They honestly spend most of the day at home, but later they take an evening walk down to the beach together to watch the sunset - Hunter gets some robes Jung made for him as a gift - Jung gets flowers and new perfume from Hunter - Both of them get Omega chocolate - Hunter's love language is acts of service - Jung's love language is quality time

Echo x Viram:

- They have some stuff planned, but nothing too crazy - it's all relaxing, cliche type things because these two honestly need a break in between all the Rebellion stuff they do together - They're sleeping in for as long as they can and then going out to have a romantic brunch together (gotta have those mimosas) - Afterwards they're headed to the marketplace to do some shopping - Viram's getting stuff to make some desserts later for her and Echo (but also some for the others too) and Echo's getting stuff to make dinner - Then it's time for some cooking, singing, and dancing together in the kitchen as Viram bakes and Echo cooks until the food and treats are ready - End the night with a movie and some face masks because self-care is important - they fall asleep before the movie ends too - Echo gets Viram flowers and jewelry - Viram gets Echo some books he'd been wanting and a scrapbook she put together of photos and things that extend back to him being an ARC Trooper (she got photos from Rex) to their current time - Echo's love language is acts of service and words of affirmation - Viram's love language is also acts of service

Wrecker x Khea:

- Oh, they go all out for Valentine’s Day - the whole time they're doing something together and having fun - Wrecker lets Khea sleep in as long as he can before waking her up with some breakfast in bed then as soon as they can be, they're out of the house and off to have some fun - Maybe they'll go to some sort of fair or something - an amusement park or they'll go hiking somewhere fun (and potentially dangerous) - just someplace that they can be together that's exciting for both of them - If it's a fair or other, they're definitely snacking the whole time and enjoying sweet treats throughout the day and they somehow still have room for a dinner - in which, Wrecker attempts to teach Khea how to cook (it doesn't go too well) - If there's somewhere they can watch fireworks, they will - if not, they'll just make their own - Wrecker and Khea have a tradition of getting each other stuffed animals for certain events (milestones, birthdays, holidays, etc) so they both get each other plushies - Additionally, Khea gets Wrecker some utensils for his grill and Wrecker gets Khea a new toolbelt - Wrecker's love language is physical touch - Khea's love language is words of affirmation and gifts

Tech x Phee:

- Like Wrecker and Khea, these two spend most of the day out and about on an adventure or other and don't really spend that much time at home - They'll enjoy a simple breakfast and caf in the morning before taking off to some grand place to explore - Phee's got artifacts to liberate and Tech's got recordings and findings to document - Whatever they're doing is probably dangerous and there's a chance that they're probably going to get into trouble, but it's no big deal because they easily get out of the trouble as soon as they get into it - They'd have a romantic picnic for lunch in whatever beautiful spot they manage to find on their little getaway and that's when they actually stop and relax for a little bit as they drink, eat, talk, and cloud-gaze - Phee sees a cloud that reminds her of a story and she starts to tell it, there's so many gorgeous clouds and they're surrounded by beautiful, serene nature, and Tech's looking right at Phee like she hung the stars - After the picnic, they continue their adventure until it's time to head back to Pabu and when dinner comes around they just order some takeout and spend the rest of the night talking - Tech gets Phee a necklace with a beautiful charm of a compass hanging from it and a bouquet of her favorite flowers - Phee gets Tech more pouches (lol) and some new tools that he'd been needing to work on his projects - Tech's love language is quality time - Phee's love language is also quality time and acts of service

Crosshair x Tay'kaa:

- Crosshair's a bit of a homebody now, so he and Tay spend most of the day together at home with Batcher - Crosshair also pretends to hate Valentine's Day but of course, he's secretly a big softie who enjoys it - Tay lets Crosshair sleep in as usual, but once he comes back from his run with Batcher he makes Crosshair breakfast - but not in bed though because Crosshair thinks it's gross and doesn't want crumbs in his sheets because he WILL feel them at night and he will NOT sleep if he does - After that, they spend time together relaxing at home - Omega might stop by to hang out with them, at some point, and they have fun playing video games or recounting embarrassing/funny stories of the others or each other - They'll go out later in the day for a romantic dinner at Crosshair's favorite place and he gets to have all the dessert he wants - maybe they'll even go dancing afterward, too - Then back at home it's just cuddle-pile time with Batcher - Crosshair gets Tay new clothes and manages to find a picture of Tay's late mentor/surrogate mother that he prints and frames for him - Tay gets Crosshair his favorite chocolates, a frozen treat maker (that makes milkshakes, ice cream, and whatnot), and the gift of a clean house - Crosshair gets Batcher some treats and Tay got her a new toy - Crosshair's love language is words of affirmation and acts of service - Tay's love language is also words of affirmation, but also physical touch

Calling all the Monsters

Happy Halloween from the Silly Spooky Squad!

Wanted to do a little something with them and make some matching icons because it would be cute! Thought about making them random classic Halloween monsters and then figured it'd be more fun to relate their monsters to each other one way or another :D

So who's what under the cut!

Hunter as a classic Werewolf & Jung as a Korean Gumiho (nine-tailed fox)!

I see people normally draw Hunter as a werewolf and I think it's pretty fitting since he's so scrungy and he tracks stuff like a dog.

So for Jung I thought to do another canine monster and went with a Gumiho, or the Korean version of the nine-tailed fox so they could be canine buddies!

Echo as Frankenstein's Creature and Viram as a Mad Scientist!

A cyborg would be fitting for Echo, but I wanted some classic Halloween creatures, so Frankenstein was a fitting match; besides, I've seen art of him as Frankenstein's creature usually, so I went with it.

So of course Viram had to be Victor/a mad scientist to accompany him and it's somewhat fitting since Viram is a doctor (though she's never actually do any malpractice)

Wrecker as a Scarecrow and Khea as a Harpy!

Because Khea's clan symbol is a bird, I decided that I should make her a harpy since birds play a big role as a sort of symbol/motif for her.

In turn I made Wrecker a scarecrow since ravens and scarecrows go hand in hand and I based his scarecrow look off his outfit from being on Cut's farm because I thought it was fitting and it's such a cute outfit!

Tech as a Ghost Explorer and Phee as a Siren!

Ok, got a little creative with this one because I didn't want to make Phee a straight-up pirate since she already is one, so instead I decided to make her a siren.

Then I wasn't sure what to make Tech because he'd be a fitting mad scientist but I already had one and that didn't relate to Phee's siren so instead I settled on a ghost, but specifically an old explorer ghost who lost his life at sea and now spends his days around Phee!

Crosshair as a Vampire Priest and Tay as a Demon!

Crosshair is just a straight-up classic vampire, and that's a classic Halloween monster, so of course I was going to make him a vampire–but specifically a priest vampire so it lined up with Tay's monster.

Decided to make Tay a demon because he's a cheeky little shit and because demons/devils have horns like Chagrians.

Omega as a Witch and Batcher as a Zombie Dog!

Last but not least, I had to make at least someone a witch so I settled with Omega because I thought it would be fitting.

Then I didn't have any zombies or mummies so I thought to make Batcher an undead-dog revived by Omega via some dark magic or other so that the two could relate to each other!

Fists and Kisses

Lyrics are from "Bubblegum Bitch" by MARINA. It does look like they got into a fight with each other, but trust this is the aftermath of getting into a brawl with some bantha poodoo and then getting caught up in the adrenaline of it all. In a perfect reality they just fucked up Rampart and had some more fun afterwards 😌

Brown Eyes (squared)

Alternatives! First one's bit of text are lyrics from "Our Love" by Curtis Harding and Jazmine Sullivan. Wasn't sure which one I liked more - with or without the heart hands - but I thought that both were cute!

Painted Faces

Hunter and Jung's faces were used as practice canvases by Omega. She went with more of a feeling than a particular look with these two. She's still learning.

Snake Bites

I think Crosshair should have various piercings. As a treat. Maybe I'll draw him with a whole bunch of them at some point. Idk. I'm sure Tay loves them. Yeah, I know that those aren't snake bite piercings (he'd rock some though) but shhh, I thought it was a cool title because there's a snake behind him. Honestly I would get myself angel bites if I wasn't such a coward </3 I think they're very neat.

Hello there. In early posts with your original characters, you said that Jung and Hunter take care of each other's hair. What did you mean then? that they just periodically comb each other's hair and braid it, or is it a plus they wash their hair with various shampoos, apply balms, conditioners, masks with different effects?

Howdy! That's a good question!

I don't remember which post that was, but seeing as both of them have quite long, luscious hair, I figured that one way they bond/spend time together is by taking care of each other's hair.

I think Hunter s the type of guy to use those absurd shampoos that are like 13-1 or like use the bare minimum for his hair and that plus the fact that he probably doesn't have much time to shower means that his hair is quite messy and greasy at times.

So when Jung enters the picture, he introduces Hunter to different hair care products and shows him how to use them to keep his hair silky and clean.

I also think that whenever Hunter is dealing with migraines, Jung will help wash his hair or massage his head to help with the pain. Jung also taught Hunter how to style his hair in different ways and I think they'd take turns doing things like braiding Omega's hair.

I think that they'd just enjoy winding down, relaxing in the tub, and washing each others' hair as like a form of intimacy and just as a way to destress from everything.
